The Best Pho in Seattle | Eater Seattle

"This restaurant in the Little Saigon section of the C-ID serves up a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes. That said, there’s good reason to get the namesake dish. The delicious broth (a little less sweet than at nearby restaurants) earns the #1 mention in the restaurant name in the minds of many. You can customize what meat you want in that broth, with the dac biet offering a combination of all the beef options." - Jay Friedman

The Best Vietnamese Food in Seattle for Takeout and Delivery | Eater Seattle

"In a city full of pho, Pho So 1 puts the word right in its name and succeeds in making the beef noodle soup shine. The No. 20 (rare beef, well-done flank, fatty flank, tendon, and tripe) is worth a try, with the option of adding meatballs for an extra dollar, available through takeout or delivery via Postmates." - Gabe Guarente

Google
1st time here. Had the brisket pho 🍲 and it was what the doctor ordered. Tastes great and filling! Plenty of brisket and all the fixings. Had to ask for a little extra lime 🍋‍🟩, but I do in most places. Nobody was here because of the neighborhood, I imagine and being right before Thanksgiving, but this is a perfect option to get a quick, solid bowl a pho when across the street is busy. The owner might want to smile a little more, but nothing wrong with the service. I enjoyed it immensely and honestly, I relate with the struggles of small business - esp in neighborhoods that are challenging. Oh, the bathroom was so clean - compared to many other places, theee guys take care of the facilities. Honestly, it’s quite safe. So you shouldn’t worry too much about that. Plus the parking lot is gated off nicely.

Google
This place is truly a hidden gem for bun bo hue (which is their special). Ever since my sister recommended this place to me I have stopped by at least once a week without fail because I crave it so much. The soup flavor is just amazing. It’s the right amount of spicyness and somehow the veggies served on the side when dumped in the soup tastes so refreshing. The price is very reasonable as well ($15.99). Highly recommend if you are looking for some authentic bun bo hue!! The service is not stellee but that’s how you know the place is authentic lol. Plus the soup comes out super fast.

Google
This is the best Pho on the west coast. I know, because I’ve looked. There are so many regulars here, it’s like family. And pro tip: get a pork chop on the side. I have been coming here since 2009.

Google
- underwhelming bun bo hue - Food: 2 stars Service: 2 stars Price: 4 stars Ambiance: 3 stars Overall: 2.75 stars I was craving bun ho hue and found this place from reddit, and I was so excited to try it so we got here shortly after 11 am on a Sunday. There was only one group dining at the time, and we ordered two bun bo hue special (spicy noodle soup special with beef, cinnamon pate, tendon, pork blood, and pork feet. The veggie plate for the soup came first, and the veggies that come with bun bo hue is usually different than pho. I'm not a regular here, but there are purple cabbages, lettuce, basil, and something that looks like water spinach to me. The food came shortly and the soup was more red than I'm used to. After adding tons of lime, the soup tasted delicious like other places. However, the pork blood makes the soup a bit bloody somehow, which I didn't enjoy. I'm a big pork blood fan, but I passed it to my husband after one bite as I didn't enjoy it here. The pork feet was soft and delicious. I didn't taste any cinnamon from the pate, but maybe it's just a name...? We ordered a Vietnamese coffee but it never came.. I felt strange since all the groups came after us got their Vietnamese coffee but we were forgotten. The two soup bowls were around $36 after tax, which seems slightly more than their listing price online so I guess they just raised their price. It's still cheaper than Bellevue price, nevertheless. While I appreciate the tons of different stuff in the noodle soup, I didn't enjoy the pork blood here and the soup was somewhat containminated imo. It's unlikely for me to return as it's far and they are known for their bun bo hue, which I didn't really like that much. On the side note, the Christmas songs in Vietnamese that they were playing the whole time was entertaining.

Phở Dặc Biệt is the way to go - very flavorful broth and generous portions of meat.

Google
Been coming here for a of couple years now and all of the food is delicious ! I usually order the broken pork rice dish. It comes with a variety of different proteins and fills you up. The chicken pho is excellent with a clean and refreshing taste/feeling good. Highly recommend 👌

Google
Still the best Bun Bo Hue in the Seattle area for me. It has all the proper fixings- pork knuckle and blood included- at a big portion and great price with lots of fresh veggies. I think they used to serve it with banana flower but didn't get any this most recent visit. Still dang delicious as always regardless :)

Google
Amazing service and atmosphere! Very clean and orderly. We ordered the Egg rolls, Pho Dac Biet and Bun Bo Hue (BBH) So 1. Both were tasty and made us warm and full! Parking is limited, but there is underground parking that is probably best during the day. Beware of sportier cars scraping on exit from underground parking

Yelp
Came in for lunch with family. Been wanting to try their bun bo hue since I've heard good things. I probably should try their pho since their name claims their pho is number 1. The food came out pretty quick even as the lunch rush came. Most places usually put half the effort into their bun bo hue and this place does it better than others. This place did a decent job with the meats. The flavor wasn't quite all there. You get the spice and some notes of lemongrass. No strong bold flavors.

Yelp
A Hole-in-the-wall serving authentic food from Vietnam. Warm & friendly staff continue offering their best-selling dishes to prospective customers. The fresh spring rolls tasted amazing & were very big, and the pho noodles & broth were some of the best ones I've tried. Honestly, it isn't easy to find good pho these days.

Yelp
It was good. But I love my chilli oil peppers. They don't have it. And plus the location is a bit ghetto but overall, it wasn't too bad.

Yelp
I've tried this spot once before as it had always been a recommended spot for BBH. Ive never understood this. I've scoured the city for a solid BBH and.. this was not it. Not last time (4 years ago), nor this time. But last time seemed at least better than this time. The broths were watery, lacked depth. As I've seen some other review describe, it was like water with seasonings. Like prepackaged instant flavoring, no real broth. Also super sweet. It also had a CRAP ton of cinnamon - this is not how the soup is meant to be. Some cinnamon, sure, but there was no balance here. The noodles were also very disappointingly overcooked. I was starving and missed BBH so I also was hoping to love this, but I sadly did not. There was also plenty of pork blood but only one piece of pork hock and maybe a small piece or two of vietnamese ham. My friend's Hu Tieu was also lacking the depth of a real broth, also tasted like water and seasonings and overly sweet too. The only positive was that the bowls were at least decently sized. They also never came to check on us if we needed extra water/tea although the lady was just sitting a couple tables away watching something on an ipad. They also didn't see if we wanted the bill, I had to go up myself and ask. As much as I love supporting small businesses... I gave it it's second try and cannot recommend. These two bowls came out to around 36 after tax/tip. Inflation is real.

Yelp
Hidden gem! We ordered #31 bun bo hue special and #11 pho dac biet. The bun bo hue comes with all the cuts of meat (tendon, knuckle, pate, beef slices...) and plenty of fresh veggies. I would definitely recommend this one. You can order the less adventurous cuts of meat if you prefer. The pho was balanced and had a good portion of everything. Both soups came out piping hot which is essential! Super fast service and easy parking around 7 pm.

Yelp
My phone died and I hadn't known that Little Saigon is a more dangerous part of Seattle (my stomach ran ahead of my brain and I had thee worst craving for Vietnamese food). When I walked into Pho So 1 and asked if they had a phone charger I could use, they were kind enough to let me use one of theirs. They also make a bomb-ass Bun Bo Hue!!! Get the special one, with all the fixings. Up until now I hadn't realized what I had been missing out on; this BBH had the blood pudding, the pork knuckle, and the soup base was PERFECT.

Yelp
I had the Pho Chin Nam, and it was amazing. It was comparable to the much, much more crowded Pho Bac a block away, and that blew me away. The atmosphere was very quiet - it gave me time to rest after a stressful day yesterday. Food was served in a timely manner, and the restaurant feels very homely overall. I am definitely coming back

Yelp
Located in the heart of Little Saigon, this place is known for their Bun Bo Hue and Pho. First impression, it's a bit sad as the store is walled up due to the ever increasing violence around, with the only indication they're open is the neon sign saying "Open." I was the only diner throughout the meal on a Sunday evening, which was surprising given the Bun Bo Hue was very good. Menu is taped to the wall so it could be a challenge if you are dining with a lot of people, though the owner may give people menus at that point, but he didn't for me as I could see the menu on the wall. I got their Bun Bo Hue special (#31) large which had beef brisket, tendon, pork hock, pork blood, etc with a large side of vegetables (basil, lettuce, red cabbage, and banana blossom). I wished they had pate too for completeness, though those combined gives quite a large and satisfying meal. The broth has a nice albeit subtle lemongrass flavor, which is one of my favorite type of spices. It's definitely one of the better Bun Bo Hue I have tried ever. While the food itself is 5 stars, I had to take off a star because I felt a bit shortchanged, upon reflection on how much I was charged. The large Bun Bo Hue is $11.85 plus sales tax does not even come close to $14.05 that I got charged. That's like $1 more. And I tipped a good amount on top of that. It's not the amount but rather the integrity of the owner. It's not a big deal to make this like a 1 star review, but I will be cautious and potentially not feel as inclined to come here anymore due to lack of honesty, and perhaps ask for an itemized receipt.

Yelp
Got togo thru door dash. Soup is nice more sweet than other places like Pho Bac in Seattle. Meat quality is good. Cuts are nice and thin. I really enjoyed the whole stalks of green onion in the garnishes.

Yelp
I have had pho all over the country, and this hole-in-the-wall has some of the tastiest pho broth. Ten thumbs up!!
google avatar

Denessi B.

Yelp
This Hu Tieu was definitely on the sweeter side than the ones I've previously had so I had to add fish sauce for a bit more flavor. My girlfriend tried and said it tasted like instant flavoring to her. The noodles were good, not overcooked and had more seafood and pork than other places I've tried.
google avatar

Yelp
It's hard to find a place that can perfect pho ga, but this place was immaculate. There was so much flavor. The chicken was juicy and tender. Then spring onion was a nice touch. Will definitely be back for this deliciousness!

Yelp
My number 1 pho spot when i come to seattle. I always get the bbh. The bbh is soo good. The service is really good as well. We came with a party of 10 and everything came out on time and so good! Would highly recommend

Yelp
Number 1 bun bo hue place in Seattle. So good. Although parking lot and places near doesn't look safe enough but I'm still visiting this restaurant for their bun bo hue.

Yelp
My go to place for BBH in Seattle. The broth is flavorful with the perfect amount of spice and lemongrass. Prices are better than most restaurants in Seattle too.

Tanay K.

Yelp
My gf and I were craving bun bo hue since we moved up from OC. This was the only place so we decided to check it out. We got an iced coffee, and bun bo hue. Viet iced coffee- 6/10 It's really sweet but if you like that then get it. Bun bo hue - my rating: 7/10 i think it was really flavorful and hit the spot her rating- 6/10 she complained that it was water with seasonings which idk what else to call soup but sure buddy.
google avatar

Peter T.

Yelp
BBH was watery, as confirmed by other Yelpers. I had diarrhea shortly after. Cook/server was awkward
google avatar

Annie H.

Yelp
Really debated on writing this. Though the food is good, the service I had here the few times I've visited felt directed. It felt as if they didn't appreciate my race, whether it's an issue between our cultures in the past. Kind of felt bad for the person I ate with once. I have thought about ordering again a few times. Since I really enjoyed their food before. Those experiences with the waiters made me feel unable to visit. It stung a little too much. They took small gestures I made as an offense even when it was not my intention.
google avatar

Alex V.

Yelp
Great service and ambiance. The staff is quiet but friendly. I ordered the shrimp fresh rolls and tofu veggie pho. Food was delicious, broth was tasty, and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. A small is $13 which is nice to find since most pho costs $15+ nowadays. Will be back!
google avatar

Chris C.

Yelp
One of my favorite places to get pho at a really good price for how much you pay you can't ask for more
google avatar

Lien D.

Yelp
We came here on a very busy festival day when most restaurants near uwajimaya was packed. According to the server at pho so, they had a very busy day as well. The service was still good though. This is a solid place for bun bo hue. I ordered the one with cinnamon pate. I did think that it could have had a little more shrimp paste and pork blood. It was tasty and came with a decent amount of meat. No complaints. My husband ordered pho. It tasted pretty good as well. The menu is stuck on the walls and the table unless requested. It could be an inconvenience to most people. Would I eat here again? Yes, if I ever visit the international district which is rarely.
google avatar

Wendy M.

Yelp
Great little family-run spot for pho and and bun bo hue! Broth is always on point, noodles are cooked perfectly, and they're not stingy about their toppings. Note: The parking lot in front is usually full but there's a garage downstairs, if you don't mind some sketchiness. If that doesn't sound appealing, just park on King Street and walk around.
google avatar

Angela T.

Yelp
Delicious bun bo hue! This is a very authentic Vietnamese restaurant. I always get the regular BBH when I'm there. The broth is very flavorful and the pricing is great! Both their spring rolls and egg rolls are fantastic, and I love starting my meal with them!
google avatar

Yelp
Absolutely top 3 pho spots in Seattle. They are a classic and it's ran by a family. I love coming here for that non-hypebeast experience where you just want good food.
google avatar

Sophie W.

Yelp
First off, the menus are taped to the walls in inconvenient locations so we had to switch tables. The utensils are in front of the menu, while trying to read the menu I noticed something moving. A cockroach. Disgusting. I felt queasy looking at it. The chopsticks are reusable but placed into paper sleeves, open on the top so I was worried that they could have been contaminated by the cockroach. Place overall looks clean but still worrisome. Pho was alright, meat was soft. Smelled like butter, taste was okay. A lot of green onions. Got a Thai tea, served in a small plastic cup. Half of it was just ice, wasn't very sweet. 3/5 for the Thai tea and pho, but definitely won't be coming back. Small parking spaces, layout is weird. Entrance to the garage parking is hard to turn into because of the angle, couldn't tell if it was free parking or not.
google avatar

Lydia K.

Yelp
You gotta get their bun bo hueeeee!! It's a little salty but their broth is on point Also i love their viet coffee i tried other places but for some reason this place tastes the best lol This is located in sorta china town? (It gets a little scary at night...so be aware of that) they got a parking garage under the floor so you could def drive here.

Yelp
Awe shucks! Pre Covid: my reviews would've been a 4 stars but I took my time. And here goes! This was known as the oldest pho spot in Seattle ( if I'm not mistaken). They were known for their bun bo hue: which they have about 7-8 options of it. I've tried their duck noodle soup, which was also good. And normal pho. The last few times: I've done take out from here including today for bun bo hue: their website doesn't work anymore so it's hard to check the menu. But you can still call them. Cons: the parking lot of this place is always a hot mess. Both with badly parked cars and a ton of homeless people camped out: doing drugs jn broad day light. I normally go across to pho Bac soup shop as my goto: they are always busy! Always packed and freshness has never even an issue. My food today was ready under 5 minutes. Noodles were very wet. Meat was very dry/ chewy/ microwave. And soup was almost solid till you microwave. I get that with pandemic it is hard to make food on dialysis but this might have been the worst takeout ever!! I ended up throwing it away. It wasn't just how much you spent on food but it's also parking, going inside a restaurant ( potentially exposing to anything outside/ inside)! Just such a sad waste of my time and effort! Reviewing this so I don't come back in the future. Sad though since they were known for their bun bo hue!
google avatar

Jason L.

Yelp
I was in the mood for some hot soup since it was freezing outside. There are only a handful of pho places to choose from in Chinatown so I'm still trying to find a place that I can count on. I was a little skeptical about this restaurant because there was no one inside when we came on a Saturday night for dinner. Shouldn't that be prime time business? Anyhow, when there is no one in the restaurant, I guess that means better service since our waiter wasn't busy with anyone else. I got the pho dac biet (special) and I was surprised to see it almost reach $10 for a large. I don't know if that is attributed to the fact that there isn't much supply for pho restaurants or what. The pho was average and the broth was decent. There is a decent amount of toppings in the bowl but I wouldn't say the bowl was anything spectacular. Let's just say it did the trick on a cold and rainy night. With that said, I'm still on the hunt for my favorite pho place in Seattle.

Yelp
good Nem Nuong Rolls.. full of fresh mint, bean sprouts, rice noodles, lettuce n strips of grilled pork Excellent fish sauce, not very sweet, has more carrot flavor I guess from the shredded carrots in it as 4 broken rice dish special - fresh veggies, nice tender rice, fried egg cooked medium n tasted ok, shrimp cake was a bit bland n nothing special, egg cake was dry n needed more moisture as well as needed flavor badly!, grilled pork chop was decent but a tad bit dry, shredded pork skins were ok.. definitely not the best broken rice plate I've had n not the worst either restrooms clean Good rating from Health Dept. no music being played; silent restaurant, so I can hear the lazy parenting happening where parents will just let their kids watch little kids stuff loudly from their phones n also spoil them as they yell n misbehave w/out showing any discipline towards their kids service did their job service did their job (Part 2) - it was a peaceful exit, as I walked up 2 the counter handed my payment 2 the man, the man handed me back the change n the whole time.. he had no emotion, no smile, no thank u or come back or c u again can I get a copy of my receipt? He glanced @ the signed receipt n printed me a copy n handed it 2 me Silent film - finished

Yelp
Came to see what the fuss is about the bbh (bun bo hue - spicy beef noodle soup) here and why not the pho. First, let me admit that it is not my favorite Vietnamese noodle soup mainly because I didn't grow up eating it often, so I might not be the best judge. I have had homemade bbh and at bbh specialty restaurants in OC, CA and Houston, TX where they only serve bbh (no menu, you come in and that's what you order) so I can compare.. the flavor of the soup was on point for me! The soup broth didn't have that really strong beef taste where you can taste it later when you burp it up! The level of spiciness was right for me. And they didn't skimp out on the veggies. The coagulated blood and pig feet/leg piece with the tendon on it was so yummy! Wish I had asked for 2 pieces of the pig feet. So is the pho here any good? I'll have to find out next time! Oh and I spotted bun mang vit on the menu, not sure how or why I didn't order that because that's probably my favorite or second favorite noodle soup.

Mie M.

Yelp
We'd been missing dinning in at this place ever since COVID lock downs. We finally had Pho with fresh noodles and spring rolls today. They were just as we remembered. Their pho soup is clear complexed and a hint of sweetness and not overwhelming strong flavor.
google avatar

Jessica L.

Yelp
Haven't been here since I was a kid with my family. Decided to come here since I've been craving pho and it was close by. It was a great choice. Broth was made like how my mom makes it and it satisfied my needs for my moms cooking. Super tasty, you don't even need to add in more hoisin sauce because it's cooked perfectly. They give you a lot of noodles in the bowl as well so you don't ever need to ask for extra. It's a bit pricey ($9) but I enjoyed every bite of it and was super full off of the small. My friend got the Bun Bo Hue. Had a small taste of it and I will be returning to get some because it was yummy. Although, the cafe sua da was a way too bitter it did the job and woke me up ha ha.

Yelp
The best Pho I ever had In Seattle. I loved it and even addicted such a good cook, Also very friendly of the owner also staff good services. Recommend Everyone tried their foods there.

Yelp
Can't say I always eat BBH, but this was a decent version. The broth is very fragrant with strong notes of lemongrass and is savory, spicy, and sweet (although a bit too sweet for my liking). The noodles were nicely cooked and had a good bite to them. The beef was tender and the cinnamon pate was flavorful, albeit a bit chewy. What I love most about Vietnamese cuisine is the abundant use of herbs and fresh veggies, which there was a huge plate of accompanying the BBH. Overall a balanced and satisfying bowl of noodles, but not the best I've had, and you can find better in the area. Price was also on the higher end compared to similar offerings nearby.
google avatar

Coors L.

Yelp
Still the best BBH in town. Hopefully city council, mayor, and residents get things together to keep the area safe and clean.

Helen W.

Yelp
Beware, this restaurant is a SCAM! Price on the menu is different than what they actually charged. We ordered #51 Com Tam So 1: menu price was $11.50, but we were charged $15.50. #58 Com Ga Nuong: menu price was $9.95 but we were charged $14.50. This was almost 50% higher! Also #2 and #3 Spring rolls: menu price was $6 we were charged $7.50. When I complained the cashier was so rude. This is a scam and illegal!

Yelp
This is a solid place to come when you have a big group and no reservations. Came in with a group of 8 today because half of them were craving some bun bo hue. Bun bo hue- I didn't order this but I tried a sip of the broth and it was pretty good. My Vietnamese friends liked it and said they'd rate it a 4/5. Pho dac biet- This was okay. Nothing spectacular but it wasn't awful! There wasn't as much meat as I'd have hoped for a large bowl though. 3/5 Vermicelli combo- Okay as well. We've had better! This is only getting a four star from me because our whole group got a table without having to wait! Also they do not charge you a base tip with the large group! You can still choose what to give them based on the service you have received. If you don't have a large group, there are tons of other places around there that taste better!
google avatar

Tony A.

Yelp
Pros: Bun bo hue was yummy and simple/not too spicy; meat was good; cinnamon pate was good too; nice restaurant with lots of underground parking; may or may not return Cons: Missing fish cake from bun bo hue, which is included at other restaurants; pho had a different flavor than most pho I've had--soup wasn't super flavorful and had a slightly different taste; would probably not return for the pho; on the pricier side
google avatar

Hong T.

Yelp
A very small pho place in ID. There is a underground parking lot that you can park there for free which is a great thing because parking is never free in Seattle! I read some great reviews on their bun no hue so I had t try it out! I am always on the search for a good recipe! This place definitely didn't disappoint! They had all the fixings that you would expect in the soup (surprisingly a lot of places do not have the blood cubes which I require it in the soup). It wasn't too spicy, actually it was pretty mild. I ordered some spring rolls with it and it was very filling!
google avatar

Yelp
Read some good reviews and heard good things about the Bun Bo Hue here. We decided to swing by on Sunday night since we were going to be in the area. We ordered the Bun Bo Hue and the vermicelli bowl with grilled pork, egg rolls and shrimp. The Bun Bo Hue was good but nothing to write home about. Good portion size but just wasn't as flavorful as the other reviews would lead one to believe. The vermicelli bowl was good, again, solid portion size, but nothing mind blowing. Overall it's an average spot to grab Vietnamese food but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there.

Yelp
Update on their Bun Bo Hue It is the best I have had in Seattle bar none Flavor was on par & veggies were fresh You can taste the authentic BBH flavor without the need to add fish sauce-shrimp paste.. If you are from Central/ Hue VN, you will know exactly what I am talking about... What does Pho so 1 mean? It means their Pho is #1 I was recommended here by my Brother who travels frequently through work. I was told this Pho is one of the best.... I was fortunate to be close by this past week and tried the Pho. First impression of the broth was excellent. Flavor is right on without the need to add condiments besides a squeeze of lime (my taste). I also had the fresh noodles for an extra $1. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars was my veggie plate (bean sprouts, basil, lime) were not on par with freshness. Service was ok for a Pho place even though there only two of us. Lol Btw: parking is small/cramp but you can park Underneath the garage. There u go...try at your leisure

Yelp
I ordered the Com Tam Suon Bi Nuong at Pho So 1 which consists of charbroiled pork chop & shredded pork skin w/ broken rice. Everything was good in flavor & this dish made me realize that I might like broken rice a lot.

Yelp
#1 spot for pho and BBH! I've lived in Seattle my whole life and have tried aaaaaalmost every pho restaurant in Seattle. This has got to be my number spot. It doesn't get too busy but there are a lot of to-go orders. They have a lot of parking right below the plaza and street parking around the block. The pho here is always HOT. I hate it when the soup is not hot enough and doesn't cook all my veggies I add. The soup is always perfect- flavorful and never misses. The noodles are perfect. The broth for BBH is one of the best. BBH is bun bo hue and it's the spicy pork noodle soup. They don't play with the spice level so if you are a weakling like me, ask for less spicy I learned that my first time. Pho so 1 has my heart for the most authentic pho and bun bo hue. Support your local mom & pop pho shop!! Not to mention, their menu is full of great food!! Everything is so good!

Yelp
I like this place since the pho that I ordered always had good proportion balanced between meat and noodles. I also like the other cold noodles dishes also! When I pick up the orders always are ready! I recommend this place to everyone!

Yelp
Always a great fan of the place. My go to dishes are the Broken Rice and Bun Bo Hue. They are one of the best Bun Bo Hue in Seattle. The organic chicken pho are absolutely delightful. Pho is good but the other dishes that I mentioned are the must haves.

Yelp
Being that I just started working down the street I decided to give this place a try..... the wings were dry and flavorless and the egg rolls weren't much better and I'm pretty sure I was overcharged because it was $20 and the menu prices had my tab around $15 any who save yourself the trip....hard pass. Only get a 2star cus they were pretty nice.

Yelp
One of the few places open within walking distance so we went to get a nice, hot meal. This place is not really vegetarian or vegan friendly. There is no veggie broth for pho or no vegetarian egg-rolls. I got a vermicelli bowl and they were able to stir fry broccoli and tofu to add to the top to replace the egg-rolls. We decided not to stay and eat because there was nothing else appetizing so we got the food to go. When I came home to eat it, the noodles were undercooked, the cucumber wasn't fresh, only the veggies were good.

Yelp
I've come here a few times for pho & bun bo hue and it's been amazing every time. I will give a forewarning that you'll get snappy short and cold Asian service, and the place wont be sparkling clean, but the food will be yum at great prices. Dont be afraid to flag down the staff for attention. This place doesnt get crazy packed so I wouldn't worry about making a reservation/coming in during peak hours. The pho and the bbh here is solid, although not my top favorites in Seattle, it definitely makes the top 5. If you're just trying to satisfy the craving or recover from a hangover, this lowkey spot would be perfect for that!
