Ba Sa’s Young Vietnamese Chefs Highlight Roots at Bainbridge Island Restaurant - Eater Seattle
"The siblings got much of their early culinary training working at their parents’ popular Poulsbo, WA, restaurant Pho T&N. While Trinh was a self-taught cook, Thai received more formal training at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York and an externship at the acclaimed New York restaurant Daniel, before returning home to help run Pho T&N when their parents retired in early 2018." - Gabe Guarente
I had stir fry chicken and rice. Tender chicken in sliced bite size pieces. Sweet and spice curry with good balance. Warm and comforting meal on a cold PNW evening.

We arrived there late yet the staff were so kind and nice to me and my mom, they answered any questions we had and more while staying professional and kind.
The pho brisket was delicious and hot. We also got shrimp and beef with peanut sauce and they arrived as fast as the water.
They were speedy yet on point with taste and consistency.
Would recommend to anyone at anytime of day.

A great food place.
Causal and relaxed lunch and dinner.
The spring roll was fresh.
The pho is the best.
They have been here for many years. The
kids have stepped in when the parents retired.

I just moved up here and I love bubble tea and I tried their lavender black bubble tea with tapioca and it was out of this world by far the best drink I’ve had since I’ve been up here so far.

I LOVE this restaurant! I've eaten there several times and it's always a treat. Great service, great food, and a laid back atmosphere. I lived in Hawai'i for 20 years and missed good Vietnamese food that you can't find here, like Vietnamese beef stew, oxtail, rice noodle bowls (I'm gluten free)... I highly recommend this place.

Good place to dine if you love Pho. Food was really good and wasn't crowded when we went to lunch on Saturday afternoon 12:30ish. Service was good. The restaurant ambience looked good too. We had the shaking beef and ox tail pho along with the egg roll. We ordered egg roll again but it wasn't that good as the first order of egg roll.

This a perfect spot you would find in a small town based in WA for some authentic Vietnamese food. We went there as a group of 6 for lunch and ordered some tofu fresh rolls and butter garlic chicken wings for appetizers. The rolls were good but would recommend skipping the chicken wings. For our mains we ordered the shrimp banh mi, tofu banh mi, vermicelli with lemon grass stir fry shrimp and the vegetable fried rice. We also had the pork skewer on side and it was yum! Everything was to the point and delicious. Our server patiently helped with the dietary restrictions and they were really quick on service. I would highly recommend the Viatnamese hot milk coffee, it was authentic. They could do a little better with their chairs as some of them had torn seats. The food and service still were a triumph!

Rude, unprofessional, nasty.
I went in the afternoon after a major storm to get some pho. They made me sit and eat by the door because I was wearing a raincoat. I ordered the special pho after sitting for 20 minutes. Another 20 minutes they brought out a bowl. The broth was lukewarm and loaded with msg with a thick layer of fat floating on top which i tried to spoon off. The noodles were uncooked so I had to wait for the bowl to be cold before I could eat. Hardly any noodles or meet anyways. They didn't bring sprouts or basil so I asked and they charged me an additional $5. I know vietnamese food very well and they are selling overpriced slop to ignorant white people and calling it 'authentic cuisine'.
I love pho but this place is disgusting. Over $25 for a headache and leaving hungry.
