Washington’s ‘No Mask, No Service’ Rule Goes Into Effect July 7 | Eater Seattle

"As part of the family operation that includes Poulsbo's Pho T&N, Trinh Nguyen says they have enforced the mask mandate from the start and haven't had issues, but emphasizing that having staff police compliance creates stress on operations and that many changes will continue until a vaccine is available." - Gabe Guarente

Ba Sa’s Young Vietnamese Chefs Highlight Roots at Bainbridge Island Restaurant | Eater Seattle

"In Poulsbo I learned that the Nguyen parents ran a popular family restaurant, Pho T&N, where Trinh and Thai got much of their early culinary training; Thai later returned to help run Pho T&N when their parents retired in early 2018." - Gabe Guarente

Delicious rich pho broth. You can tell its base is made from a family that loves food. As an ABV this reminds me of when my mom would splurge and get the oxtail bones for the extra "oomph." Not many restaurants do the blanched scallions either. It feels "fancy" but not like Americanized fancy, more like mom's or Aunties putting out the best versions of their dishes when esteemed guests come over. So elevated home cooking or holiday feast. (Bit pricey, still hard to get over sticker shock for this meal, but it was a treat).

My wife had the Pho which she said was pretty darn good but there was only a fine amount of beef. My son and I split the ‘special fried rice.’ It was decent food and there was plenty to share. The Vietnamese coffee is the bomb but there a little too much condensed milk for my liking. I really enjoyed that it came with the Vietnamese coffee maker.

1st time here and we were super impressed with the Bun Bo Hue and Pho, the Bun Bo Hue was better but both were good. Lots of meat and broth was spot on coming from a Vietnamese person. We would definitely come back.

It wasn’t busy when I went at around 1:30pm on a Saturday. I got the regular pho with steak and brisket, with extra cilantro which is an additional $0.85. Very quick service and delicious pho!

The food for everyone in my party was bland and one-note. It was all fine, just not revisiting as there are many other restaurants nearby that offer similar dishes. There was also quite a wait to get the bill, which can be seen as nice (since you're not rushed to leave) but is also frustrating when you're ready to go. All in all, it wasn't bad but it just wasn't worth it either.

Good place to dine if you love Pho. Food was really good and wasn't crowded when we went to lunch on Saturday afternoon 12:30ish. Service was good. The restaurant ambience looked good too. We had the shaking beef and ox tail pho along with the egg roll. We ordered egg roll again but it wasn't that good as the first order of egg roll.
