"For those who just order phở for the noodles, Phở Tic Tac will not disappoint. This Shoreline spot’s bowls are a bottomless magician’s bag of buoyant rice noodles in pepper-specked broth. The slices of tender beef that stay a little pink in the center and snappy green onions and cilantro are really just welcome additions. Expect those steaming bowls of soup, arranged on trays five at a time, to make their way from the kitchen by servers with such steady hands that they wouldn’t spill a drop of cinnamon-y broth even in an earthquake. And while the restaurant may look small from the outside, the surprisingly sizable dining room works well for a casual group dinner on one of Seattle’s 226 gray, cloud-covered days." - Kayla Sager-Riley

Google
My wife and I come here a lot. The food is great, the prices are reasonable and staff is very nice. This is great family owned business. My wife loves the pho and I really like the curry. We always get the crispy shrimp rolls and the fresh spring rolls.

Google
Strongly recommend the beef short-rib and wonton dumplings!! Every time when I go there makes me feel the serve are the best!

Google
Great pho and noodle dishes, great atmosphere, great prices. I love this place so much! Delicious food with plants and fish throughout to make it a cozy atmosphere. The service is always good with friendly smiles for free. The portions are large and the quality exceptional. I’ve been here several times and thought it was finally time to write a review.

Google
I went with a table of 5 and we were seated right away. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. All the food came out in a timely matter. Everything was delicious. Very much enjoyed their peanut sauce and fresh veggies! Everything was affordable.

Google
The go-to spot of pho for my family. We appreciate the existence of this place. Besides pho, they have an outstanding collection of rolls, amount them our absolute favorites are the fried shrimp rolls, which is shrimp and onion wrapped by a spring roll skin and fried to perfection; and the special rolls, which is grilled meat, rice vermicelli, and crunchy bean sprouts inside a salad roll wrapper. If you have a sweet craving you must try their deep fried banana roll, which served with vanilla ice cream. It has always been an wonderful family operation. I think recently an adaptive relative has assumed management and he has added a bunch of new items on the menu, including the Vietnamese crepe and sandwiches! Can’t wait to try those. However, sometimes it took a while for food to get ready. If you are in a hurry you should probably express your concern to the server.

Google
Always a delight! Pho and the sandwiches are my fave. I love the Okra as an appetizer as well. Ginger tea was what was needed as well.

Google
This place looks a little dark and dated on the outside but don’t let that fool you. The food is quite good. Everything from the lychee lemonade (highly recommend) to the spicy wontons and soups were all solid. Flavorful broths, a sweet and spicy sauce for the wontons, large portion sizes. Very pleased with our experience and the staff was very friendly.

Google
Food quality & service is always excellent. We always buy a jar of their house made chili oil. It's the best pho restaurant around!

Zulema T.

Yelp
Sooooo good! I love the sugarcane juice that is freshly made and the spring rolls are super fresh and yummy. I got one of the most popular dishes which was like a spicy beef soup. 10/10 recommend . Service is good too and place is clean.

Vince S.

Yelp
Ordered delivery late one night. Broth arrived dumped out in the bag - this wasn't the venue's fault, but it didn't help things. Beef pho was... off. The meat tasted like it was right on the edge of being not safe to eat. Vietnamese iced coffee was too bitter to drink, and I love the stuff normally. Gritty as well. Chicken pho was not terribly flavorful and the meat was very tough. The one good thing was the Thai iced tea we ordered, which got the job done. Everything else was a firm 'no thanks.'

Jennifer M.

Yelp
My go to! 10/10 and best in the North End hands down! Nice staff and fast service always. Cozy with a family feel.

Volita H.

Yelp
We came here for lunch on Sunday. The restaurant was busy but the service was fast and staffs were friendly. We ordered the Bo Kho noodle and Rice plate with some blended ice coffee. Good seasoning, generous portion and amazing coffee no chunk of ice at all! The only thing need to improve is beef chunks should be stewed little longer, still kinda chewy. Menu variety 5/5 Food taste 4/5 Drink 5/5 Service 5/5 The bowl was huge enough for 2 people, you can share to try more food on menu. Recommend this place and definitely coming back!

Yelp
I love pho, and since moving to Greenwood, my wife and I have been exploring different pho places in the local area. And I have to say, this is the best pho I had on Aurora. And trust me when I say my wife and I have been to MANY places around here. As per our usual order, we both ordered pho (I got the combination). And per social media, we also ordered the 2-in-1 hand roll just to try it out. The 2-in-1 was very unique. It's basically a spring roll with an egg roll inside. And it was actually pretty solid, not gonna lie. It costs a pretty penny, about $5 for just 1, so we had to order 2 for the price of $10. I never had anything like that before, and it served as a hearty appetizer. Not too shabby at all, but not anything super spectacular. The pho was actually pretty delightful! They're definitely generous with the meats, and the broth was on the lighter side, which I'm not complaining about. The noodles were not clumped in an unraveling ball (which I typically hate), and overall this pho hit the spot. I don't know why this place has low ratings. The customer service was nice, food was great, and my wife and I left quite satisfied. It I a bit on the pricey end, but I'm contently happy to give this place a solid 4 stars. Unless anything else pops up, my wife and I just found out local pho joint.

Meshach K.

Yelp
1st time having pho with a new friend, here 1st time too! From beginning to end the customer service was excellent! For my 1st pho meal this was a great choice! We both ordered the rice beef broccoli so no actual pho but the meal was absolutely delicious!

Harry H.

Yelp
Ordered a few dishes through UberEats late on a Friday night. It was nice that they were open past 10 p.m. for delivery. We got pho ga, bun thit nuong cha gio, and a pork seafood noodle soup. All were pretty good considering the travel time. The portions were ok, taste taste was good, packaging was great (even sealed the plastic bags with a strong sticker) but one gripe would be the chicken. It was sliced this and was a little tough. Would order from here again, but prob not the chicken pho. Solid 3.5

Yelp
This has been one of my go-to pho/Vietnamese spots in north Seattle for years! I actually used to come with my parents before and now that I've moved back up north, I get to start coming more often! I usually order their pork and eggroll vermicelli bowl. Good portions and yummy food! Definitely check them out if you're in the area!

Vonnie B.

Yelp
Helpful, pleasant staff, picture-filled menu, plenty of tables in a pleasant no- frills space. Our group of eight were easily accommodated, questions answered, and all liked their food choice. A great lunch spot with large parking lot!

Jessica S.

Yelp
After a night of partying and a looong day of moving in the rain, I was really craving some comfort food and pho was first thing that came into mind. I heard great things about this restaurant from some customers at work, so my friends and I decided to check it out as it was near our homes. It's located across of the Walgreens, close to where Town & Country Market is located on Aurora Ave N. There's a parking lot that seemed to have enough parking spaces for the amount of customers dining in. We didn't get the chance to eat all day until 5pm since moving took up the entire day so we were starving! I felt like we ordered a LOT. We ordered the shrimp fresh spring rolls and fried egg rolls as appetizers to share. Each came with two small-medium-ish pieces. Looked kind of sad, but we were starving! The shrimp spring rolls were freshly made and really hit the spot. It wasn't something memorable though. Same with the eggs rolls. Fresh out of the fryer (VERY HOT (temperature wise)) and hit the spot but wasn't too memorable either. It came with only two small lettuces... how do we make a wrap with this? LMAO. This was the first Vietnamese restaurant I've been to that only gave the egg rolls without the vegetables. I also thought there would be more pieces as other places give 3 or 4 pieces and cut in half. I ordered their Pho Dac Biet (combination pho) with the rare steak on the outside. The broth was a bit on the lighter side without that fully deep umami flavor. I had to add a lot of hoisin and spicy chili to make it have that deeper umami flavor. But it definitely hit the spot after a long day! I LOVED how much protein they gave me though! Even when I was done with the noodles, there seemed like an endless amount of tendons, beef flank and steak, and tripe. A friend ordered their Short Rib Beef Stew and wow! This was very interesting yet really good. Instead of the usual beef stews I'm used to, it had a sweeter flavor with a ton of umami to it. There was a HUGE beef rib included in it too. Would love to get this the next time! Another friend ordered the Chow Mein with char siu pork. Another interesting dish with a sweeter taste to it than saltiness. Different take from Chinese style chow mein which was nice! I also got a Vietnamese Coffee. It was yummy but a tad too sweet and a bit watered down to my liking. Still helped washed down all the food I had tho! Overall, really great restaurant with a variety of options. Both noodle dishes were memorable especially the portion size. Would pass on the appetizers next time though!

Tatiana M.

Yelp
the shop has good vibes and really friendly staff ! i got a bahn mi & a lychee sugarcane drink and both were SO good. The drink was super satisfying & refreshing

Yelp
As I'm new to the Seattle/Shoreline area I'm trying to find an amazing Pho place. I've been to this place 3 times already amazing food and tonight I needed something warm on a cold night to feel better from having a slight cough, I ordered a steak pho to go... After eating some of my food and biting down on an overly crunchy onion, I decided to just spit it out, and a straight piece of hair came with it. I don't see me going back especially since I know my Dreads wasn't the cause of this issue. I do hope they do better with packaging and have less hair. I discarded the food loss my appetite all together (Sorry to disappoint)

Carrie M.

Yelp
The pho was delicious. I thought my vermicelli bowl was OK though. The meat was a little bit dry in texture compared to other places I've been. But the flavors were good.

Chet Y.

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem! Place is clean, employees are friendly and food is . Pricing is reasonable as well.

Chandrea T.

Yelp
they have the absolute best pho & there oil chili sauce and pineapple chicken fried rice , big portions. good prices

Prince L.

Yelp
No pix because we were so hungry! We just moved to the area and hadn't found the perfect bánh mì yet. We finally came to pho tic tác and it was soooooo good. The bread is amazing, I'm not sure if it is but it felt homemade. Super light and fluffy but crispy/toasty on the outside. They had the right amount on condiments so it wasn't dry. We had two tofu banh mi's, the wonton in chili oil, and sugar cane juice. Their sugarcane is fresh pressed in house!! Makes me miss Vietnam Everything was delicious. I do wish I had more veggies on my sandwich but I always think that :p I can't wait to try all their other dishes

Cherry G.

Yelp
Amazing customer service, food, and price best pho place ever I swear by that. Try their steak or brisket pho, the meat is fresh and tender.

Madison T.

Yelp
Great food, nice service, chill ambiance! Good spot for pho, soup, and Thai ice tea needs

Anna C.

Yelp
I love pho and the key to a great pho is its broth. This place has the broth right. Just the right amount of sweet, salty and savory along with the perfect temperature of the broth to make you want to slurp with each spoonful. They also give a good amount of serving at a fair price point. I love places that also run efficiently. They turn their busy tables pretty fast even during hectic hours. The place is down to earth and simple. You are coming for the food. Still a good place to go to for a casual visit with a friend or a large group/family. There is another pho place that I do enjoy consistently so check out my other review on it soon!

Jessica Wei D.

Yelp
One of my favorite pho places in Seattle. There's a lot of variety in their food, with lots of other stuff besides pho!

Carolyn K.

Yelp
I never finish the soup after I eat pho noodles, but their broth is on point as I slurped it all up! Yum. We'll be regulars.

Alice S.

Yelp
good portions for the price. i really liked the taste of the broth as well. open decently late.

Cris V.

Yelp
Food is delicious generous servings, clean and comfy environment they have fresh clean drinks. The workers are so kind and provide great service. It is hard to find veggie pho without msg glad I found one. I don't understand why there are low ratings this is our 4th time here we live in Kirkland and the drive is so worth it every time.

Timothy R.

Yelp
Best pho. Always great. Service is really fast and professional. Ambiance is laid back good decor. Will come back.

Kimmy D.

Yelp
This is the spot fr! Super friendly staff and the food is really delicious! I haven't tried anything I didn't like tbh. My favorite is the Bahn Khot and Brisket Pho. The 2 in 1 roll, fried rice, and banh mi's are in rotation too. The place is clean with a chill vibe. I'm gonna go now bc I got hungry thinking abt it!

Falah M.

Yelp
Good pho every time, and plenty of other great options on the menu as well. Definitely give the dumplings in the chili oil soy sauce a try, seriously so good.

Alejandra G.

Yelp
The food was amazing! The place is clean and comfortable for family. The strawberry Lemonade was delicious they make it with cane sugar. The service was outstanding, always checking and attentive to make sure we have everything we

Joanne W.

Yelp
I used to love this place and It was a staple. Tonight we were very disappointed with the Pad Thai though the pho was adequate. I will not be giving it another chance with so many excellent options with much better ambience and similar pricing.

Daizha E.

Yelp
Went here over the weekend for a quick lunch. The pho and pork chop plate tasted delicious, but the wait was very long. Midway through, I also ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee and contemplated asking for it fto be for here, but I'm very glad my boyfriends mom said to just get it to go. Our server ended up forgetting about it when I asked him if it was coming and I didn't get my drink until we were about to leave. In my opinion, the coffee was pretty weak and more on the milk-y side as well. I would come here again but not on a time crunch!

Louie P.

Yelp
This place is the bomb! The Pho broth is so good. Packed with so much flavor and always so fresh and hot when served. I really enjoy their 2 in 1 rolls. It's a egg roll wrapped in a salad roll. Love the contrast of hot and crunchy with the freshness of the salad roll encompassing it. I love the Pho so much, I've never tried anything else. But all their dishes look very yummy! If you're a Pho lover, you need to come here!!!!

Kayleigh J.

Yelp
The extra large bowl of pho is worth it! Cheaper and lasts for two meals! I had gotten the rice which was quite good as well. The staff is super helpful and refilled the glass of water multiple times throughout the hour. Highly recommend

Bobbiejo S.

Yelp
I've been coming here for the last year and a half and my favorite thing to get is a number 43 which is a pork chop one fried egg and short ribs. It's so good and delicious I think about it every other week for sure I do recommend though.

Alex F.

Yelp
I always get really awesome service here, and the food is downright good. The pho broth is definitely the highlight, but I'm a huge fan of their two in one roll too.

Roman K.

Yelp
Great food. 2 in 1 roll is yummy. However service is slow. Usually 15-20mins for the pho to come to the table once ordered.

Patty P.

Yelp
I've tried a lotta fun places in the area and this is my favorite! Delicious soups, nice staff, clean restaurant.

Lani S.

Yelp
I've tried so many pho places over the years, but this one really is the best. I always get the #15 with egg rolls and it's amazing every time. The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice and the service is always great. I'm definitely a regular at this place and will continue to go back!

Tran N.

Yelp
Service was good and quick. I loved their egg rolls and shrimp rolls, tasted so delicious Would highly recommend this restaurant

danh d.

Yelp
Spam and egg Vietnamese sandwich is boom! Try this new menu items today. Best meal when you on the hurry! Recommend this local family business

Laura A.

Yelp
I loved their fried rice - it was so scrumptious. Service was quick. Place is clean - no smell at all. Price is right too. We were so hungry we failed to take food pics. Parking on the side of the restaurant is free.

Victoria N.

Yelp
Been going here for years! Super solid family ran Viet restaurant! Extensive menu - I try to pick something different whenever I go! Not very many places have Banh Hoi Nem Nuong & it's great here! You can get it in a bowl or as a platter to make lettuce wraps with! Pho is also super delicious as well as their egg rolls - no pics as I've forgotten can't really go wrong with any of their menu items!

Johnny Y.

Yelp
So far the best pho in the north end..slightly small portions but whatever...2in 1 roll is yum...when we order take out the noodles get clumpy but that's normal for take out pho..maybe I will ask them to not cook the noodles next time and just warm it up in my broth

Alyah V.

Yelp
I eat here often, prices have gone up which is unfortunate. I recommend the pad thai or either the rice/vermicelli dish with grilled pork. Good food, getting a lil pricy, & okay service.

Jovi P.

Yelp
This used to be one of my go-to places to order pho in the area, but their pho has been off lately. Their broth is pretty bland. It was never that flavorful, but I still came here for the price and convenience. The servers are always inattentive, and service is super slow. I usually order Pho Ga (chicken). After a couple bites, I noticed there were chunks of imitation crab in my soup?! Um.. What? I don't know if I'm just being picky, but what if this happened to someone who was allergic to it? After that experience, it made me wonder how well they handle their food...

Courtney J.

Yelp
Came in here for a bite to eat the other night when we were starving and I had a craving for pho after a few days feeling under the weather. Super cozy ambience inside with plants everywhere! Very attentive staff as well. I ordered the XL vegetarian pho with vegetables and tofu and a jasmine tea. My sister got the broccoli fried rice with chicken! Both came pretty quickly! I was FLOORED by my portion- for like $12, this was a steal. The tea was also only about $1. My sister was less overwhelmed with hers- she felt the portion was a bit small for the price, but both meals were delicious. I got mine in beef broth, so I cannot speak to the vegetarian broth they offer, but mine was HUGE and made for delicious leftovers. I definitely could not eat it all in one sitting- not even close. The staff were really friendly and attentive and we left with full and warm hearts and bellies  Will definitely come back in the future.

Viola B.

Yelp
This place is very beautiful and the food taste great!!! Staff are accommodating and attentive. They offer a wonderful variety of Vietnamese dishes that you don't see many other place and I feel this place should be more popular. Thank you pho tic tax staff

Cindy F.

Yelp
TLDR: Good "fast" food. Flavorful. Cups and utensils old and have layers of grime. Ambient piano music plays in background but drowned out by dining customers and Vietnamese chatter. Parking in front and back. Pay at the front once you are done eating. They prefer cash but do accept credit cards. Dining tables seem to have seen better days. Utensils and cups seem a bit worn as well. Poor yellow lighting results in poor pictures of food. Food paparazzi should use flash. Fresh Rolls (shrimp and pork ham): very misleading. The meat is so thinly cut and there is one shrimp (cut in half) per roll. The roll is 90% vermicelli noodles. So most of the flavor is the peanut sauce you get. This is a nice cheap snack but nothing to drool over. Pho: usually very flavorful--contains MSG. But, some days the broth is watered down. Contains onion slices, which I like. Beef is thinly cut and is hit or miss on being tender or chewy. Noodles are usually chewy--you have to let it sit a few moments to soften before eating.

Felisa D.

Yelp
I asked my sister in law's father (who's Vietnamese) what his favorite pho place was in the area. I was expecting the usual places that get all the praise but then he said this place! So it's been on my list of places to check out since then. I grew up in Shoreline so I've seen this place so many times but had never been. Since covid hit, I've been here a couple of times. The guy behind the counter is always there and always so kind. I have to giggle to myself a little bit when he runs my takeout order over to me even though I'm the only one there. I do appreciate that he's trying to be prompt. The food is also amazing and very decently priced. Their pho broth isn't the same generic one for all the different kinds. When you get the pho with beef, there's a distinctive beef flavor in the broth. I also really like the fried banana egg rolls with the peanuts. Overall, I love this place and I'm glad to "discover" it even though it's been there for awhile!

Larry J.

Yelp
I wanted to try this place, as I've been exclusively eating pho at Than Brothers for seriously, like 25 years?. I thought I'd give Pho Tic Tac a try. I expected just pho and bahn mi, but they have a pretty big menu of Vietnamese favorites. The pho was very good, and even the "small" was pretty hearty, since it was a late lunch for me. Nice people. I would definitely return and try some of the other offerings another day.

Jenny L.

Yelp
Pho Tic Tac serves consistent taste at every visit. The food and service are quick and fresh. The meat is not too much or too little with the perfect thickness. The restaurant has plenty of parking and space for big parties. It does not offer complimentary desserts or is known for the cleanest facility, but it does offer decent prices for a filling portion. My go-to is their special pho or #24. We also tried the fried roll bun and both noodles and veggies were freshly made.
