"For those who just order phở for the noodles, Phở Tic Tac will not disappoint. This Shoreline spot’s bowls are a bottomless magician’s bag of buoyant rice noodles in pepper-specked broth. The slices of tender beef that stay a little pink in the center and snappy green onions and cilantro are really just welcome additions. Expect those steaming bowls of soup, arranged on trays five at a time, to make their way from the kitchen by servers with such steady hands that they wouldn’t spill a drop of cinnamon-y broth even in an earthquake. And while the restaurant may look small from the outside, the surprisingly sizable dining room works well for a casual group dinner on one of Seattle’s 226 gray, cloud-covered days." - Kayla Sager-Riley
