I was looking for a good Vietnamese restaurant with dine-in during COVID19 and came upon this place.
First impression, they did an excellent job with the seating arrangements to separate the customers. All of the staff wore face masks and gloves, so I felt safe dining in. The service was excellent. However, I did not enjoy the food so much.
I ordered the Pho Thi (Eye Round Steak Pho), a Seafood Banh Xeo (Vietnamese Crepe) and the Buttered Chicken Wings. Two of the three dishes I ordered were not so great. For the Pho, it was not "hot" temperature wise, the taste was not there, the broth was bland, and the noodles were not soft. The Banh Xeo was bland as well. As far as the taste and texture, it was like a thin egg omelet, so not a crepe at all. Also, the fish sauce that came with it was pretty watered down. The only thing I liked was the Buttered Chicken Wings, so I would recommend getting this dish if you come here. The wings had great flavors, and they were crispy.
Overall, I wanted to like it here, but I did not enjoy the food so much. If I come back, I would try some of their other items on the menu as I think they might have some good stir-fried dishes.
