Sorry to say but can't not go here no more. The meat smell bad I refuse to eat the pHo.but I took couple of bites i can smell the broth.smell rotten. The noodles are way too soft over and cook. The meat is like been sitting defrost and Frozen and reuse because it have a very strong smell to it.I almost puke.sorry I can't .i feel So sorry for this restaurant. Don't tell me they were reused the noodles.becuse that is crazy. I'm Asians so you can't fool me. Good thing I didn't get to pay. Because I told the owner to smell it but they refuse. Using old rotten meat.

They're friendly, courteous and the food comes out pretty fast. Prices are better than average but the food is Super awesome! I'm not a seafood person but my wife is and she is very particular about restaurant food. She loves it so I'm a happy guy. Enjoy.

Food is mediocre. Customer service was even worse. I’ve eaten here before and it was okay. This place is nearby our work. Walked in to order food for the whole office. The lady behind the counter was just on her phone, completely ignored me, she was just looking at her phone while I stood there waiting to order, watching her casually on her phone. She definitely knew I was there, she just chose to be on her phone instead of taking my order I guess?? I just left and went to the pho place up the street. A lot better service AND food there. Never going to this place again. There’s such thing as bad customer service, but this place has NO customer service lol Do they not want customers? What’s going on?!

Found a piece of hair in my pho, broth was also watery and really salty - almost tasted like sweat and tears. Would not recommend the pho. Side veggies were also not fresh and looked like they’ve been sitting out for days.

This place is so good! They are so nice and the service is so quick! One of those places you feel good to spend your money at. I like my pho with steak and shrimp and no one offers that but they do it for me here no problem. Their broth is so good you don’t even need to add anything if you didn’t want to! Their pho is cheaper and better than competitors!

Pho VN is in Willow station but is tucked in the corner that’s facing Nees Avenue. It’s owned by a Vietnamese family who keeps it very clean, organized, and COVID friendly. So glad to see them serving during these crazy times. If you’re looking for authentic Pho then you should stop by and tell them I sent you. I know the dedication and hard ship firsthand what it takes to keep a business open in our current environment. Thank you guys for your dedication and always providing a great meal.

This is the 3rd time I have been to this restaurant because its conveniently close to my home. The 2 previous times, I came with friends and the man & woman waiting on us seemed to not know any English and the lady didn't even act like she understood or wanted to understand. The man was ok but the woman was very rude, both times. This place is very close to my house so my friend & I thought that maybe the service would be different. We came in, smiled and said hi but were met with a frown & no greeting from the lady. We sat down and the lady tried to insist that my friend put her toddler on the end of the table but my friend wasn't comfortable sitting her child there so told the waitress she wanted the child on the side, where she was. The lady acted very angry and when we left, she actually threw the receipt at my friend angrily. There are a lot of pho places that have much better food, i won't ever go there again, EVER!

I've been looking for a solid pho place here in Fresno, and I think I've found it! It is tucked away in the corner of Willow and Nees, so I almost missed it driving by. However, I'm so glad I gave it a try! The restaurant was empty when I arrived, but the simple layout and vibes remind me of pho restaurants I went to growing up in SoCal. We were greeted by the female owner immediately when walking through the door and given a menu as soon as we were seated. Our orders also arrived very quickly. My only constructive criticism is I would have preferred more interactive service, like refilling the water glasses, but overall, the food more than made up for it. I decided to go with the Steak, Tendon, Tripe Pho, which is my basic order when I am trying a new pho restaurant. It was definitely a large portion, with a flavorful broth and generous amount of meat. At $14, I thought it was a great value, especially for the amount of meat included. Overall a delicious and nostalgic dish! I'm seeing a lot of good reviews about their Mongolian Beef, so I'll definitely be back to try that. Otherwise, I will be back just for a comforting bowl of pho :)

There's an awful smell upon entering this restaurant. Service lady forgot to give me a menu until after 5min when I asked. Food is the worst. Their meatballs from their special noodle soup tasted rotten. Soup was bland. Noodles were cold. Avocado smoothie had a distinct lighter green texture and not green. Tasted like too much milk was added. I've never had to given only 1star before and this would be my first!

It has a nice, clean Dining area. I have always received good service and great-tasting food. I always get a lemongrass chicken plate and spring rolls.

I'm Vietnamese just move here from San Barnardino to Fresno looking for a good pho place to get some pho .Try this place and it was awful,they put way too much MSG in the broth I got sick eating it.The place is dirty and very small . Service was even more terrrible.The old women that work there was rude I don't know what her deal is but she is not all there up there if u know what I mean .Dementia maybe ? Anyway .. if u are Asian don't come here. I came one time and never again!!!

Been coming here for a couple years. Great Pho! Quick service! Small eat-in/take-out restaurant, never crowded. Tucked in the NE corner of Willow Station. Entrance off Nees and Willow.

Best vegan pho I've ever had. I come here on a weekly basis, I'm obsessed!!! I've brought many friends/family members here and everyone returns on their own. 11/10

Would never forget last time I came here, cockroaches on the floor and table , I lost my appetite and left. so gross!!

Grilled Pork and Eggroll (vegetable) so good! It was my first time here, and I came on a late Sunday and it was not busy. The customer service was good and they were friendly, the lady help me open my beer (Red Horse, definitely recommend if you haven't tried it). Overall, I was satisfied with everything.

Vietnamese coffee is the best I've ever had. Their foot is warm and has a delicious step. The flavor peanut sauce is handmade every day. It's family run service will be so so, but the food is good

Rainy weather is perfect for chicken pho! 2 small chicken pho ordered and shrimp spring rolls with an extra peanut sauce. The work said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I went in to get it. The restaurant is nice. Safe, clean and practiced. Greeted by a nice worker and the order was ready and waiting on the table to be picked up. I paid for the order with well wishes! =) Lunchtime! Easy to set up everything! Exactly as ordered. Chicken pho was really good! Good amount of chicken, noodles and toppings! Including sriracha to spice it up! Tasty! The spring roll was really good too! Fresh and delicious! Really good peanut sauce as well! Mother said hers hers was good and fresh. Good service and really good chicken pho and shrimp spring rolls! Recommended!

Service is awful, ambience is very spartan but the food is incredible, absolutely check it out. Highly recommend the VN special bowl.

I can't say enough about this place. It's always clean and the food is just "spot on"! I've reviewed this before. I must say that this place is a gem. I'm hoping people start going and I'm hoping they won't because I love it being a quiet little knook that I can get terrific Pho, rice bowls or noodles. Gosh.... I love noodles. When it's cold, pho, when it's raining, pho and when it's hot, pho! You can't go wrong. Pho VN prices are extra reasonable too. They've been around for a long time and there's a good reason... quality and taste. I highly recommend this place okay?

We came on Saturday around 12pm. The restaurant was completely empty however the service was still slow. They had a really strong incense sticks smell that gave us a headache. The waitress seemed confused with menu knowledge because I would order an item and she would just stare at me. I then proceeded to point at the item and she would repeat a different item back. Although I was trying to be patient It was very irritating. We got our order but had missing items so we had to reorder them which made all our food come at a different time. And it didn't help that they did "automatic" service charge. You should only be tipped if the service was good and fast. We also order Vietnamese sandwiches but 5 minutes later she came back and said Oh, no sandwiches today. Which you shouldn't advertise on your menu if it's limited only or not available everyday. I was very disappointed with the service and the food quality was just okay. I would not go out of my way to come back here.

They are open to eat in and it's pretty cute and comfortable inside . Well, I have to say I was not expecting such great food being so convenient and close to my home. I had the spicy Vietnamese brisket soup and there was a ton of brisket in it , which was super tender, a little different consistency than a typical brisket.Almostike sliced filet. Wonderful full flavor broth. The staff speaks no English so thank goodness for the pictures on the menu. We also had the special chow mein which was one of the most flavorful chow meins I have ever had. It had beef, chicken and pork. They will also spice each dish to your personal taste mild ,medium or hot and super hot. I recommend the medium it is probably a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10. I also have a higher tolerance for spice. was wonderful give it a try

The food was delicious and made fresh. My 9 year old daughter ordered a small steak pho and finished it all. I ordered the won ton soup, delicious. Friendly staff and clean restaurant.

New ownership that has been there now for about 4 months. Great place to have some good hot Pho on a cold winters night. Diane, the new owner is friendly and attentive to you New ownership since my last post. The local restaurants need your local support to keep them viable during this pandemic crisis. A lot of businesses are still taking orders, serving curbside and delivering to help stay afloat. I enjoy ordering from Pho VN because of their friendly service and good selection of food. Their Pho always hits the spot when it's cold out. The Steak Pho (#1) is a good choice and fill your hunger pangs plus the broth is delicious.

Had a number 4 pho and some fried calamari, both are just mediocre. And for the price it's not really worth it. What's more unbearable was the smell inside the restaurant, maybe they should leave the door open and put the AC higher.

A happy accident! We wanted to eat at the Chinese restaurant a few doors down but they were only take out. Initial gloom turned to absolute joy when we came here instead!! The food, service and atmosphere are amazing!! Our daughter had pho and said it was the best so far!! We will be back!!

We got two meals to go. One was too small of a portion, the other one portion was fine. Both seemed just mediocre, especially considering the price being pretty high. Expected more!

Very delicious local spot for authentic Vietnamese cuisine style food. Their Pho is incredibly savory as well as their fried rice and honey walnut shrimp. This is definitely my Go-To restaurant as the food is always filled with flavor. The owners are very nice and friendly and restaurant is always nice and clean. I always recommend this spot to anyone looking for some delicious food!

Real friendly people and amazing food. I was greeted by a friendly young man as soon as I came in, he made sure all of my items were there for me and also made sure I didn't need anything else before leaving. Great atmosphere and clean. Very flavorful!

It had been years since my first visit and decided to give them a second try. Heard they changed owners so was hoping for a better experience. What a mistake, while the seating area looks clean and inviting who knows what the kitchen is all about....I don't even want to know. Ordered the orange chicken for my kids and found a couple tiny bugs and a long metal shaving! Luckily no one cut their mouths....but really how does this even happen?!!

My first time ordering from Pho VN. I ordered the seafood pho, steak and meatball pho, and chicken chow mein. I thought the food was very good, but the prices on the Yelp menu and extremely inaccurate. The pho's were advertised on Yelp as $7.50-$8.50, but were $14 and $15 when picked up. Hopefully, the prices on Yelp are updated soon so others aren't surprised like I was.

place was clean, nice and friendly people. food was amazing. I loved how sweet the owners are and so soft spoken it was a great place to sit and enjoy a meal with husband.

I have ordered food here many times and I have always loved it until today. I ordered take out and when I finally get back to work to open my food there is a CRICKET in the sweet and sour sauce. I tried calling to get a refund (I cannot leave now that I am at work) and they haven't answered the phone. I am sad because I have always loved the food here but am also disgusted with the fact that they have bugs and didn't even check the food before giving it to a customer.

Hair was in our food in our first bowl asked nicely for it to be remade and then there was another hair in our bowl, they started accusing us it was our hair still paid for the bowl we never ate.

DELICIOUS!!!!!! Today I ordered the vegetable pho & my son got an order of egg rolls. Oh my GOSH. It's AMAZING!!!! Clean restaurant & fast service :-) love love love this food!!

We love Pho VN! We are pretty hooked on the chicken Pho, and have been here several times for it. This is definitely one of our go to spots. We have also enjoyed some of the appetizers (fresh rolls, and egg rolls) in the past as well. This is one of those consistent family run businesses that we appreciate, and try to frequent. The service is nice and prompt. There is plenty of seating for it being a smaller place. If you like pho, and are in the area, this place is worth trying! (Also, I apologize, but since we always know what we are getting, we are usually so excited for the food that no pictures ever get taken!)

Everything I have ordered here has been delicious. My son introduced me to this restaurant and cuisine and it's become a favorite. Good service with friendly people.

The best pho I ever ate!!! I love the chicken pho but trust me, the best one is the spicy Vietnamese Pho. Very clean, very nice people good location. New favorite place in town for pho!!

I recommend this restaurant for its pho and spring rolls. I just had a delicious dinner here last night, and I'm glad I discovered this place. Customer service was excellent, too.

It was a cold, rainy day...so that means PHO! I ordered a large rare steak pho to go. The large bowl is $9.50 (standard price). The cashier was very kind and apologized and said it normally takes 5 minutes, but they're busy, so it's going to take 10 minutes...Um, that's okay!! An apologetic 10 minute wait is perfectly fine! :) But, it still ends up coming out in 5! The fixings come on the side, there is a large amount of meat and noodles, but the BROTH is what really makes this pho delicious. It is clear and tasty!

Wow! What a wonderful surprise! I was skeptical- and slightly scared- of how watered down pho in Fresno would be, but Pho VN is pretty darn alright! Some of the freshest, springiest spring rolls I've had at any Vietnamese restaurant. Great texture and just really fresh. I had the Bun Bo Hue, and they pack it with plenty of beef and such. It is a little less zesty of a broth than you'd get in a Vietnamese community in the US, but it absolutely hit the spa. The pho was great as well, too. Only thing I probably wouldn't get again is the Thai tea. It was a little on the chalky side for me and just tasted a little artificial. Maybe it's just me though. Plenty of parking out front in a shopping center, and friendly service to boot.

I got the chicken skewers and they were very flavorful and came out pipping hot so make sure you don't burn your mouth. There were five full skewers which was too much for me so thankfully I had someone with who finished it for me. He always gets pho but with no green stuff because the onion and cilantro is diced which makes it hard to pick out. This is a whole in the wall place but is very good.

The food and service here are very good. The owners are friendly, quiet, polite people. We had the spring rolls, orange chicken and Pho vn special. We will definitely return here!

I like their Pho , the broth tastes rich in flavors and the beef is nice and tender. A young lady who workS here is polite and friendly. I've tried their rice dish with grilled pork and that was really good too. My boyfriend liked their sizzling shrimp plate, he really liked the sauce. They get mixtures of customers , young ,old , asians , non-asians. Always easy parking.

The food is amazing haven't had anything that I don't like on the menu. I go there at least 5 times a month. The owners are so nice.

This is a very clean pho restaurant. The host greeted us from all the way in the back of the restaurant. I ordered the shrimp chow mein and young coconut juice. The shrimp chow mein was good but the shrimp had a funky/spoiled flavor. I ate another one to just make sure I didn't just eat a bad piece of shrimp. The shrimp just tasted bad to me. The thing that did save my experience was the coconut juice. I love how you're drinking it straight from the coconut. It also comes with a spoon so you can scoop out the coconut meat. If there ever is a next time for me, I'll just try the pho.

I love this place. Me and my boyfriend come here to get the pho and egg rolls. They never miss with that at all. They're nice people and quick with making the food. Fast service and friendly people. I feel like everyone should give this place a try. I just come here for the beef pho and egg rolls.

Great pho place! The broth has a lot of flavor and their meat is always tender and good. Portion sizes are nice, my boyfriend and I (almost) always order the number 9 along with a spring roll or egg roll appetizer. The service is great from the owners, so welcoming and on top of it if you need a water refill or even something small like extra limes! The restaurant is well kept and super clean. Food comes out fast as well. I've tried other menu items like their vermicelli noodles and it was so good! It was my boyfriend's first time trying that style and he loved it. Overall, nothing bad to say about this place. It's super close to where and I live and one of the best pho spots in Clovis. This place won't disappoint!

GROSS!!! Got take out for my wife because she wasn't feeling good. She found a nice fat hair in her pho. Made her vomit. Have some kitchen hygiene.

Ordered the pork wonton egg noodle soup and it's not what it used to be. Requested the wonton be crispy like I always used to get but it wasn't crispy at all. They gave a lot less crispy pork bits on top as well which is one of the best parts. There were barely any. Boyfriend ordered a large seafood pho and barely got any seafood. It was mostly just noodle. It was really sad. The broth was mediocre. It tasted like anise mostly. For a large, they literally just gave him a block of noodle that was so big, he couldn't separate it with his chopsticks. We left without even finishing our food. That's never happened at a pho restaurant. My boyfriend's bowl was still full of noodles because the seafood to noodle was so off. I don't think we will ever return because there a a lot better pho places like Nho's and if the one thing they had that others don't (pork wonton soup) isn't even good anymore, it's not worth it. The waiter was okay. It is the only pho place that I know up on this side of town which probably why it's in business.

Was recently here. I still have the same opinion on the pho. I actually dined in today. Unfortunately, this gave me more reasons to just order as take out. Spring rolls came when I was half way done with my food. The sauce was unacceptably plain...see pic. Also, though the normal register guy is very very nice, you just can't sag your pants to the point your whole underwear shows. There were kids in there and regardless it is unprofessional. I know its a mom and pop place but that attire is unacceptable.
