So much to do everything under One roof: food, shopping, and the best dances. Always clean and where the community comes together.

Good indoor flea market type place. They have so much to offer. The food court has a huge variety of restaurants to choose from and the day we came to Pica Pica they were playing Lotaria in the food court and the vendors were giving prizes to the winners. Lunch was great served hot and specially prepared. The shop owners look out for each other and are very friendly and informative. We had a great day at Pica Pica

Google
Pandemic wrecked havoc on this place indeed. Vibrant atmosphere isn't there yet. It is very centrally located in Southside San Antonio. Good place to shop if you're into mercado kind of places. I went there twice and both times maybe 1/3 of the shops were there. I didn't really buy anything. Friday farmer's market is just two stands selling some veggies and fruits and there are couple more tents for promotion. There is a trampoline park next door.

This was the first time I had been to this place, and I found it to be very enjoyable. They had live entertainment, and it was great to see the people enjoying themselves.

Yelp
This is a collection of different vendors selling a variety of things. There was candy, crafts, CBD, toys, clothes, snacks, food.... Whatever you want they have! You want to dance away the time? There's a dance floor and a live band! The band was super loud (uncomfortably so when shopping) and I think you can probably get a contact high at the CBD shop. Otherwise, it was a good time!

Yelp
Like this place but your vehicles get broken into so buyer beware! We parked in highly visible spot at noon and still got broken into.

Yelp
I'm neither from the south side nor Mexicano... so maybe this place is normal. But to me PicaPica is an EXPERIENCE, one that we drag all of our out of town friends to and this all love it. The shops, the music, the culture... I love it. There is all sorts of weird and wild shops to explore and things to find... all at relatively decent prices. I love the fact that when we walk in there on weekends and hear the bands playing and see the people dancing. Watching all the antics while munching on ices or street corn. It's something I recommend to anyone who comes through SA. Puro divertido!

Yelp
My sister and I visited on a weekday and it was pretty empty. I enjoyed the shops that were open. I will revisit on a weekend.

Yelp
This place has always been badass! Before the Rona it was a pretty cool spot to spend a few hours and shop for chit. During the Rona, well...fuc you Fauci! And now that the Rona is a thing of the past it came back with a vengeance like when you use bleach to kill mold. Come check this place out. I'm sure you'll be amazed and walk out with a few jales!

Yelp
It's not a flea market everything is new its more like a shopping center with several departments which they all mostly sell the same stuff

Yelp
There are but three simple, inevitable truths if you live in San Antonio long enough: You will love your Spurs!, You will eat a combo from Taco Cabana and you will at one point frequent a flea market! Yes, I know you say you never do the latter and only buy from the Shops at La Cantera. But por favor! You know that 15 dollar chest was transformed into a fancy armoire, somehow with some good cleaning. We are all guilty of it at some point. Whether you frequent Bussey's, Mission Open Air or Trader Village Flea markets we are all drawn to them at some point in our lives. And then there is the new open Pica Pica Plaza in the Southside. Well, what is there to say about this space. It's indoors, which right about now as we approach the Dog Days of Summer will be greatly appreciated. There is sufficient free parking space, unlike the other fore mentioned that charges you some sort of fee. The building itself is pretty cool, pretty colorful. It has a Meso~America vibe to it, something you would see in a Laredo Marketplace(Soriano's) or even Guatemala. Inside it's fresh, clean and quite spacious. There are rows and row of vendors. On one end you will see a place that sells stuff for quinceaneras and then right next to it is a spot that sells hip~hop ala Tupac wares. In between rows you will see a little spot that sells coffee and a few spaces later one that pawns suits that Los Tigres Del Norte would certainly approve of. There are stones with healing powers. You can take Glamor Shots of special occasions. There is a cute little food court that sells burritos and I believe ceviche! So why just three stars? Well... I like my flea markets to have music blaring! A flea market should be alive and vibrant. There is music but it is very faint. It should have a sense of urgency to it. It's really the only place besides music venues where a decent sense of loudness is excusable and necessary. When I eat a taco I like them filled to the brim. Similarly when I frequent a space, especially flea markets, I like all spaces filled. Here there is alot of space not being utilized. It doesn't make sense since there is alot of great area and I feel this could make this spot more welcoming. My biggest concern is in the diversity of items being sold here. After walking from vendor to vendor you notice a similarity with things in each row. It feels very specialized or niche like it's geared towards a specific buyer. Unlike Bussey's where you will find Stephen King's books, Eishenhauer a glass from the Flying Saucer and Mission Open Air where you will find treats for your pets. I would have liked to seen more variation in the stuff being sold. I live for that experience, the quirkiness and randomness of it all. I'm not telling you to skip this space! Maybe your experience will be different than mine. If you are in the market for long-tipped cowboy boots like in 3Ball MTY's video, "Intentalo" this is your spot. If your looking for cooler things to enhance your loft as in an aquarium, well this might not be for you.

Yelp
My daughter and I enjoy Pica Pica Plaza. We are especially grateful for their Halloween event where vendors don't run out of candy and there is a stage with entertainment and costume contest. Plus, it's indoors. Other days we will stop by to stroll the vendors and just spend time together. It doesn't take more than an hour to go through the whole place. I would like to see more variety among the vendors but I'm glad it's not a flea market selling used products. I'm especially interested in their boot vendors. I will go back when I'm ready and get me a blinged up pair. I wish they had more and better food options. Some booths are closed even on the weekends so I'm not sure what is going on there. Either vacancies or limited hours. The coffee spot is pretty good. The raspas were a miss for us. They were out of all kinds of flavors and charged extra for extra flavors. I also had my daughter's 8th birthday in the kiddy park. There are rides and private party rooms as well as an area for the piñata. I wasn't crazy about the food options. I went with pizza and their lemonade. I brought my own cake. The kids got wrist bands for all the rides. The concession stand guy was greedy with the paper plates however, and told me that parents don't get to eat. Who has a party where the adults don't eat? I told him he was crazy and got my plates and cups for everyone, thankyou! I was also able to purchase the piñata that morning from one of the vendors along with the candy. It was unfortunate, however, that the piñata was completely stuffed and had NO room for the candy except for the head (it was a monster high doll). We poked the body, the legs, arms, back, No Go! We wound up having the kids go three rounds of whacks and finally just tossed candy from the bag on the ground and let the kids have at it. The kids had a great time and that's all that matters. The party rooms are bright and everything is clean and neat which makes a big difference. I'm glad this place is here but I hope it gets better with more variety of vendors and better food options.

Yelp
Some good ole Mexican fun. This Pulga is clean friendly and fun. The food is great . It's a small food court but perfect. Amigas cafe is delicious. Amigas Cafe, yum this is the mini Mexican sampler and perfect for sharing 2 asada mini tacos, 2 mini flautas, 2 mini puffy tacos one chicken one beef, one bean and cheese chalupa, and a small bowl of beans. Not pictured here, but the carne guisada taco was like eating grandmita's home cooking

Yelp
I only go to Metamorphosis and love the shoes/clothes for me and love the beard soaps, balms, etc for my husband. The owners are super friendly and if they say they are going to order you something, they will! You will get a call, a text and an instagram message. This place is pretty rad.

Yelp
I love a good bargain, and the PicaPica Plaza is a great place to browse and find some great items. It's an indoor market with lots of vendors, with various products ranging from beauty supplies, to eyebrow threading, to a skate shop, religious stores, and jewelry. It's a great market, and the best things are that it's indoors and it's open during the week! until 7:00 PM, with plenty of parking. It also seems to be pretty kid friendly, as there is a trampoline park where your kids can burn off some energy, and lots of snack vendors too. I picked up a beautiful leather bag, some jewelry and a couple of home decor items at a great price. I will definitely be taking out of town visitors here to browse next time, since most markets are only open on the weekends.

Yelp
A nice indoor flea market with something for everyone. Religious shops, quinciañera dresses, live entertainment and games. A great way to beat the heat or stay in from the cold. Also very clean.

Yelp
Would give a Oooooooooooo bought airpods pro stop charging a week later and because the case had scratches they refused to fix

Yelp
Pica Pica Plaza is a HUGE, wonderful, indoor-style flea market with 2 food courts, an events center, games and a play section for the kiddos, TV lounge, clean restrooms, and of course a plethora of specialty retail shops and beauty salons. Pica Pica is open 7 days a week for your shopping convenience. I love the fact that local "mom and pop" merchants are being given this amazing opportunity to showcase and sell their products and services. For those who can't make a week-to-week commitment to an outdoor flea market, or for those who can't quite afford to rent a space in a mall/shopping center, this is a great way to try your hand in operating a small business, and see how well you do! Perhaps the only piece of constructive criticism that I have (mostly for the tenants of Pica Pica) is to ensure your marketing materials/signage are all typed out and printed, as opposed to hand-written. This doesn't make a huge, huge difference, but it does help to keep the facility aesthetically-pleasing, not to mention it helps to make the businesses look more professional. Go out to Pica Pica one of these weekends, and be sure to take the whole family! There's sure to be something fun for everyone.

Yelp
Just like an indoor flea market, but with booths that are more crafty than anything else. Great food selection and lots of indoor play areas for kids if you're looking for something to do on a rainy or hot weekend. It's a nice place to get indoors. We've also hung out in the back eating area to watch games I the weekend, which is nice. They have high chairs for my little one and great big, clean family restrooms for the kiddos. My rating system: 5*= Driving across town just for this! 4*= I would recommend visiting. 3*= Average, acceptable, positive. 2*= You might be able to drag me in. 1*= I will definitely not be returning.

Yelp
I haven't really walked around this place so I can't say much about the shopping. However, I will tell you they have the best eyebrow threading on the southside!! I go to the same place and lady, she's the best and price is cheap considering she does a really good job.

Jamie C.

Yelp
So they where rude to my sister and said no dogs allowed because she had her service dog (in a stroller) with her and then this lady comes in with no leash on her dog and they don't tell her anything

Yelp
Pica Pica Plaza is up there with Trader's Village when it comes to cleanliness. Booths were organized, the food courts appeared clean and the kiddie rides were new. However, Pica Pica is a ghost town. Maybe 30% of their booths are being occupied and they are all the same thing: hoochie clothes, quincenera supplies and salons/barbershops. I was in and out in 30 minutes. It's a shame because this could be a great addition to the southside but right now, it's plain ol' boring.

Yaquelin V.

Yelp
Horrible service. The crew just screams at the kids they can't do anything at all! My daughter was jumping around and one of the guys said that she couldn't run around! It's $11 for an hour which is not bad but they are very rude! I wouldn't recommend this place at all !

Yelp
On September 20, 2015 I had 2 friends on Facebook that had shirts made from Takedown 210 at the Pica Pica Plaza, so I went and placed an order. Saturday September 26, 2015 I received a phone call from the saleswomen Crystal that the shirt I originally placed the order with was not available in my size but the decals was ready and if I wanted to come into the store and try on another style shirt, so I did. When I got to the store the wait time was not too bad since they pressed the shirt in the store. Once the shirt was ready, my daughter noticed that the flute was placed on the shirt upside down. I informed Crystal the flute concerns and if they can redo the shirt or give me back a refund back on my debit card. She told me that the shirt may leave a residue stain but she will see what they can do. She goes to the back and closes the curtains and a gentleman comes with the shirt and ask me what is the problem. After I told him he tells me that he has done several shirts and no one has ever complained about the flute image was wrong. He said he will remove and re-do but hopes that it won't stain. He goes to the back and I stay in the store and wait, the owner Mrs. Irene Flores told me that they will call me once the shirt is ready. After about 30 minutes I went back and it did have the stain but she advise me for me to take the shirt and wash it and if it does not come off she will make me another shirt and just to return the shirt. Today, September 27, 2015 I called 210-995-1696 and a man answers the phone. I ask him if I could speak with Irene Flores and he said that she was not available, I told him who I was and he said, "Oh" and informed him what Mrs. Flores told me about getting a new shirt made and he said,"OK" I continue to inform him that I would email her and tell her some other issues that I had with the shirt. I emailed and sent a text to both phone numbers on the business card and shortly after I send the text, I get a text message back and states, "Bring the shirt back. We will refund you" and the second text message from them was, "Bring your receipt." and the last text message from the phone number 210-995-1696. I go to the store and the saleswomen Crystal sees me from the opening of the curtain where she was working in the back. She did not acknowledge me nor tell me anything. The gentleman came up to the register and I gave him the bag and told him, "Here is the shirt." He opened the bag and pulled the shirt out and said, "The shirts wet?!?!" I did not respond to it and waited for him to refund my money. He opened the register and informed me that he needed to call his wife since he did not have enough cash to refund me the $54.13. He called his wife and told me that she is at Wal-Mart and that she will be within 15 minutes if I wanted to walk around the plaza. After less then 15 minutes I got a text asking me to come back to the store. When I got in the store he had a screen up and ask me for the last 4 digits of my card and the time I purchased the shirt. So he refunded my card and ask if I wanted him to text me the receipt; I ask him to email it and I typed in my email address. I thought that was going to be the end of that. Little to my surprise, after I left the store at 1:42 Pm, I get a text from phone number 210-531-6862 saying that it was not appreciated that I brought back the shirt wet. Grant it; I did not dry the shit since I did not think they would try to re-sale it but discard the shirt and I did not want to waste time and energy to dry the shirt. The owner Irene Flores was willing to work with me since the shirt was not to my satisfaction but when I spoke with the co-owner Ray Flores about the situation, his attitude and customer service were very negative to me.

Yelp
The event center is very beautiful well taking care of. The event coordinator on the other hand is very rude. No customer service skills what so ever. She refused to give us a Saturday date for a family reunion because she can make more $$$ doing a wedding or a quince. Very poor manners. She was always taking a personal phone call during our appointment with her. I'm sorry but I think a new, well mannered, respectful coordinator is needed.

Yelp
SHAN ELECTRONICS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!!!!!!! WE BOUGHT A SPEAKER SYSTEM FOR $450 thats alot of money for something when one thing after another keeps breaking. The lights were falling out every time the bass was to high the fog machine worked one time and then just yesterday it started going in and out. We have a bar and when there's no music we loose business so we decided to go back to the place since we have been calling him for a couple months now and he ignores all our calls. Then he tells us our warranty is up its 6 days past the 90 days and there nothing he can do. If he was a good business person he would have tried to work with us but instead he started a conversation with another customer and just ignored us like we were done talking. There stuff is cheap and it's pointless to buy it. It's going to break in a couple months so dont bother buying it. He is a very rude man and it seems he dosnt like woman has no respect for them. I had to put a star to post this other wise I would have put no star.
