Piccadilly

I've only been here once with my grandfather. I really enjoyed the wide selection of southern cooking. I ended up getting chicken strips with a few sides everything tasted great waitresses or extremely nice definitely recommend here if you're in the area and looking for lunch.

One of my favorite cafeteria style restaurants. The food is consistently good and they always have a wide range of food to choose from. The food was super fresh today and the line servers were especially friendly. The restaurant was clean and quiet, which was much appreciated. A great overall value.

Food was good but a bit overpriced I mean $11.00+ for a fried chicken dinner because they advertised it at $6.99 but charged me $7.99 plus $2.35 for a drink. I thought drinks were part of the meal. I respect the hustle but thats a gimmick or scam. For only one plate of food and I got the cheapest meal they had, thank god I didn't get the steak or grilled fish for $14.00 a plate..it's not buffet, smh Plus the servers and cashier had attitudes like I was not wanted in the establishment. Humble yourselves I could have went to many other places but I chose this place. Next time maybe not👎.

First time I went to the place the food was horrible and everything I got had no taste whatsoever. I went two more times since then a few months later and most of the food actually tastes so much better. They have definitely improved over the last few months

This is my first time coming to this location....this place all together is mom's favorite place to eat. First off the food had no taste but I made do by using the condiments that were available. However, as I'm finishing up my food. I looked over at the front line where the cooks fix your plate and saw the first lady eat out the pan after she refilled the food. Then I see the second chick eat out the pan that had food still in it then she has the nerve to scratch her head with gloves on but during all this neither one of the women changed gloves. I called the manager over and told him what I saw. He asked what did I want him to do! 😐😏👺😈....he did what he should have by giving me my money Back! #stayawayfrompiccadillyhowellmillrdatlantageorgia

I never actually got to come in to the restaurant. My boyfriend called to if it was a buffet or..? What is it exactly? We called the young woman answered the phone she clearly had an attitude. She answered his question and then he proceeded to ask what the prices were because we couldn't quite find them on the restaurant and she said," uhm sir I'm busy I don't have time to answer that, plus that's too much to answer and I have other things to do you'll have to come in." The customer service is questionable. Next time please hire people who care about your establishment because I was really excited to try this place but If the employees are going to be rude I'll go elsewhere.

Tried calling at 11am to order yeast rolls, no one answered. I called at 12:30, no one answered. I called at 1:30, no one answered. I called at 2, no one answered. I called back at 4:30, I got an answer and was told I should have placed an order a long time ago. I was ordering 4 to 5 dozen...i guess some businesses don't want money.

Ordered Piccadilly from uber eats two pieces of chicken and two sides and a diet coke. When the food arrived the plate only had one piece of chicken and instead of a diet coke they gave me sprite. So I called Piccadilly and asked for the manger and told her what happened she was very rude and told me that the person who fixed my order said she put two pieces of chicken she dont know what happened from the time it left the store and delivered to me and the sprite was a mistake. So im stuck at work already spent my lunch money with the wrong order that possibly was tampered with so the manger say.
