Since 1996, this downtown counter‑service stalwart has served New York–style slices, pastas, and hearty parms. Beloved by office regulars and theatergoers, it’s a casual, family‑run stop that keeps Fort Worth’s quick Italian tradition alive.

The chicken Alfredo was good and creamy. My kids had the cheese pizza and it was cheesy. The slices are big and worth the price. The service was great they were super attentive and friendly. It’s a nice spot was quiet and clean. There is plenty of seating.

Google
This is the best vegetarian pizza I’ve ever had. The service is incredible, very hospitable! The people and music make this a hidden gem in downtown. Highly recommend! 🤩

Google
Every time I come to Fort Worth I make sure I spot here! Great food. Always the same guys working and treat you like family.

Google
The lobster ravioli felt a bit salty. But it was a good Italian food-experience. One has to walk to the cooking counter to order the food and pay (with the tip) and wait till the food is ready. The prices in the Google maps menu is outdated as of May 2025.

Google
I ordered the marinara spaghettini and garlic bread with cheese. We also shared cheesecake and Italian cream cake for dessert. Quick service. Good food. Good experience. It was a bit confusing what we were supposed to do when we walked in the door. Good experience.

Google
The staff was very friendly! Also, very patient to answer all of our many questions about their menu since it was our first time there. They suggested the Chicken Tortellini, and it was delicious! 😋 Very generous bread portions, too. We will definitely go back.

Google
Brought my mom here to grab a pizza and catch up. She's so glad we came because she really loved the pizza and so did I! Everyone was very nice and service was pretty quick. Their sauce is top-notch and their ingredients were really fresh. Highly-recommended if you're looking for a slice downtown.

Google
I went there this afternoon and got the chicken parmesan with sausage on the side. I gotta say: I love it! My girl got the chicken Alfredo, and she said it was delicious. One of my go-to places. The service and employees were magnificent.

Yelp
Probably the best chicken Alfredo I've ever had. It also came with complimentary garlic bread! I met the owner but didn't catch his name. He was so friendly and I made sure to compliment his cooking. I sat at the window and enjoyed my meal while I watched people walking by. I highly recommend if you're in the mood for good Italian food. The next time I'm in Fort Worth I will definitely be back!

Yelp
The owner and investors need to make a trip to NYC and learn how to make PIE. The crust is 2 thick and tasteless as are all the other toppings you can get. It has no flavor and reminds me of the wed pizza days in school as a kid. The ingredients are quite suspect and overall putting the godfather himself on the wall is a shame for you dont have to be from the east coast or chicago to know this is messed up pizza.

Yelp
Popped in here with coworkers while on a trip. We ordered a 20 inch pepperoni to share and it was exactly what a NY slice should be - hot, fresh, and delicious! The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quick bite!

Yelp
The chicken Alfredo , amazing . So the noodles were nice and long and the grilled chicken was tender and juicy it was the best chicken Alfredo I have had in Texas. also the People working there are nice and friendly

Yelp
I would not recommend this place. We were driving around looking for a place that was family-friendly and came across this. The ambiance is family-friendly but the quality of the food does not meet expectations. Not worth the price we paid ($4.75 a slice)

Yelp
I'm so hooked on this lasagna. I've had other places and the flavor just wasn't it or they didn't use enough meat. But I'm warning you! It's DEEEEELICIOUS. The service is fast and good. It's a nice spot downtown you can even sit, eat and watch cars pass by or go around the corner to the nice shady park

Yelp
This was such a cool place near downtown Fort Worth. There is a decent amount of street parking and it is free if you get there after 6. When we walked in, we were greeted immediately. The staff was super friendly and answered all our questions about the menu. There were 4 people people in our party and we all wanted something a little different. We got sausage and meatballs, chicken fettuccine, a side salad, and a large pizza, to note Large is the smallest pizza they offer. My kid loved the pasta, and my family really liked their food as well. I got the veggie side of the pizza, and it tasted so authentic. The crust was awesome, not too thick and perfectly cooked, and the toppings were so fresh. We also ended up getting desserts, and they were just as tasty. We saw lots of people get to go orders and large parties. I would definitely go back again to try more of their entrees or share a pizza with friends and family.

Yelp
The crew decided to go here for dinner after the CrossFit games since they were staying at a hotel nearby. The staff was very nice and helpful with making decisions. We got a slice of cheese pizza, cheesy garlic bread and fried ravioli- the pizza wasn't good, it tasted very stale (I'm sure it was because from the looks of it, it may have been made several hours before), the garlic bread was okay, and the ravioli was pretty good.

LaNell R.

Yelp
Food is excellent if you love authentic NY/Italian cuisine. Calzone's were on point with the right cheeses, pizza was excellent with great marinara sauce. Prices are great especially for Downtown Fort Worth.

Yelp
We came here for dinner just before an event at Bass Hall. I'll make this short but sweet. The inside is very nice and the staff extremely friendly. The pizza was not impressive. I was hoping for more scratch ingredients. My slices were heated up and the toppings tasted canned. Basically, mall pizza slices. The same was true of the chicken fettuccine. Now my wife's calzone was made fresh and she loved it. Not bad for the price but I wouldn't make a special trip here for the pizza.

Yelp
I just returned to Fort Worth for work after living here 6 years ago. This is seriously my favorite slice in the world, a slice you can eat for lunch many times a week. It's as good as I remembered and Al and Saul are still behind the counter. The house tomato basil dressing is also fantastic, I dip my crust in it. Best lunch in Fort Worth, easy.
google avatar

Yelp
Lunch event with new hire at office. Lunch special- Spinach Ravioli, house salad, roll, tea. Most of the people in the group ate pizza. The flavor of the Ravioli was very nice.
google avatar

Yelp
Best pizza in town. Love the atmosphere. Plus they have an excellent selection of pizza and food. Salads are also very good. I recommend stopping by and getting a slice. By the bus line to kill some time and get a snack or meal.

Yelp
Ordered 2 slices of supreme pizza and the spaghetti with meatballs! I was surprised to see the place empty on a Friday night, because the food is delicious! The spaghetti and meatballs were absolutely amazing! The place itself is cute and the staff were fantastic!

Diana M.

Yelp
Bad customer service first time there . So disappointing big buy there was so rude never again. No one has time to joke around I got a job to go & he was being rude .
google avatar

Kyrsten S.

Yelp
The food was good, I got a salad but the house dressing was delicious. My coworkers got the pizza which they all said the cheese pepperoni and 3 meat were very good and filling. The slices were big New York style slices too. The place was crowded but lots of seating and the line moves swiftly.

Kelly S.

Yelp
Good location close to the convention center. It was great to be able to walk somewhere to grab a quick slice and but have to wait for sit down service. Pizza was good.

Jenny L.

Yelp
Warm friendly greeting & personalization of dishes by request was welcomed. Great flavor & portions.

Yelp
I love the staff here. They are very quick with service. The pizza slices were actually delicious! These were New York Style which I haven't tried in a long time. I know it may not be close to the real thing but definitely not bad.
google avatar

Alexia W.

Yelp
The food is very affordable and huge portions. Came with a group of friends after the anime convention

Yelp
Excellent Pizza and better Gyros! It is my favorite pizza in all of Fort Worth! If you haven't tried Picchi Pacchi you are missing a hidden gem!

Dick L.

Yelp
Great food and great service. Don't miss the stuffed pizza it is to die for. Love this place.

Yelp
Outstanding food and great staff. If I lived local I would be back at least once a week. Will be back during my next trip to Ft Worth.

Yelp
Picchi Pacchi, Was very much pulled into the place you wanted me to be, Pisa Pl, Italy the music helps! Will definitely be coming back no complaints other than having more enthusiastic employees. The food was a excellent 5/5, the red tomato sauce tasted fresh, just wished for more of a basil fragrance and taste to really capture the moment. happy days all:)

Yelp
Went in the evening. Great service, very friendly. I had the lobster ravioli. It was excellent! Place was clean and had a great atmosphere. Everyone in our group enjoyed their food very much.

Yelp
Oh how I want to like this place and my coworkers are gonna hate this review, but I have to be honest. The pizza was good, thin New York style pizza that they have to reheat because it's sitting out. We came for lunch and got it Togo, bad idea. Pizza was obviously cold when I got back and then I look in the bag to see it was literally a paper plate with another paper plate stuck in a bag. They her containers so I dont understand this. I ordered a Caesar salad. It was covered in dressing, I didn't ask for dressing on the side because I assumed they knew togo means dressing on the side. It was wilted and nasty when I got to my office, not to mention some of the lettuce had brown spots on it. I have decided to once again take out gluten from my diet so I wont be able to try them again. Service was great, well the guy at the beginning of the counter was funny. Cashier lady was nice as well. Owner Mary contacted me only to say they were trying someone new and their greens are always fresh then she sent a second message staying something totally different. So for the pure lack of professionalism I dropped it to one star... Also worth mentioning they had fake reviews from employees as well as made negative reviews for their competition. Tacky! I will never return!!

Yelp
Great pizza. So so delivery options. I've had mixed results when I've ordered pizza from this place. Because they outsource their delivery. But the pizza itself is great if you're very careful to make sure you meet the delivery person so they don't just cancel your delivery

Paul D.

Yelp
Have worked downtown for a year and half and stumbled on the place during my daily walk. I ordered two slices of veggie pizza to go. Seven people in line but they were fast and have a system getting the food in and out of the ovens to people. I noticed the cooking area and pans were super clean and shiny. They had a New York personality but the staff was friendly and said hi to people in line, calling them by name. I guess they get a lot of regulars. I'll definitely be back

Dallas L.

Yelp
So I saw the reviews and I was like ehhhh but genuinely best Italian food I have had in the city
google avatar

Ricardo R.

Yelp
If you're strolling through Downtown Fort Worth and you WANT not NEED a quick bite, then try 'em out. Also, if you don't like the crust too crispy, just let the Pizza man know. Big NYC style slices and the prices are prices.
google avatar

Yelp
What an amazing surprise this place was! Walked in on a Saturday night and was met by Goni and Saul and both were extremely great! A mix of outstanding customer service, humor, and friendly. Food was super tasteful and delicious. 10/10 Would recommend!
google avatar

Yelp
Pizza by the slice ore whole pies. The veggie slice was lacking but the meat lovers was awesome. I don't normally review after one visit but I'll be back , so there it is
google avatar

Lise B.

Yelp
Good size portions and the delivery option was fantastic. Had the pasta primavera and spaghetti mushroom. Both were well seasoned and a good amount of veggies.

H S.

Yelp
This is the best pizza in Fort Worth. You can't get great NY style in Texas often but this is a winner every single time. For the people complaining about paper plates or whatever get a life, it's pizza, and it's incredible on a paper plate or a napkin. I'd give this place 100 stars if I could! Thank you guys!!

Yelp
Oh..... happy day!!! I found some real deal NY style pizza to put in my belly. Then they went and had some lip smackingly (I know that's not a real word) Lobster Ravioli. So to start off if you drive too fast you'll pass this spot in the car. But if you're walking the smell will lead you to the right place. I walked in a clean restaurant and was immediately greeted by the man at the pizza station. He was friendly and told me to take my time. They do have lunch specials but I spotted the Lobster Ravioli and nothing else mattered, but I did have to feed my hubby so I got him a pepperoni slice and meat lovers slice. Not a long wait and the pizza comes out. Delicious crust with a little crunch to it but also the right amount of chew. The sauce was delicious and had the perfect ratio. (I don't like over sauced pizza) then here comes my freshly prepared Lobster Ravioli. Ravioli STUFFED and they don't skimp on the lobster. But the sauce, wowzers!! Garlic, creamy, tomato, flavor heaven... it was so good my husband made sure to get every drop after I was dine by dipping his pizza crust in it. I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Seems pricey but it's worth EVERY PENNY! Perfect New York style pizza! Alfredo pizza is second to none. Delivery was timely and courteous. Picchi Pacchi Pizzeria will probably be the reason we venture back to Ft Worth.

Matthew A.

Yelp
Good pizza, nice atmosphere , amazing service , will be back again to try other things on the menu.

Yelp
Wow I'm from Chicago and it's hard to impress me when it comes to Texas pizza. This pizzas was excellent ,excellent crust sauce all around probably one of the best pizzas I've had in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Yelp
Delicious food, good service, and great atmosphere--couldn't ask for more in a restaurant! Pepperoni calzone was exquisite

Yelp
My son had stopped in a few times and he recommended that I try out Picchi Pacchi. We stopped in while we were on a hundred hour wait list for a table at The Cheesecake Factory. I was concerned that I might starve to death and there was plenty of available seating upstairs and downstairs at the pizza joint. I liked the food and service. Their staff was pretty laid back and friendly. We took our order upstairs and it was like having a private dining room. We had the whole place up there to ourselves. I will definitely be back.
google avatar

Nancy L.

Yelp
Great food and amazing service. Really enjoyed the ambiance and attention to individual orders. Ordered various pizzas, lasagna, lobster ravioli & Greek salad. All quite delicious and generous portions. Big plus: Family friendly, dined with friends and children (large group) we definitely recommend. Chocolate cake and cannolis didn't last long either. We'll definitely be back!

Yelp
I love a good New York style pizza. This was exactly what I was looking for. It hit the right spot
google avatar

Yelp
Super friendly staff, fresh salads and delicious pizzas. The tiramisu has the perfect texture and flavors. The pizza crust has a nice chew, which you want! They also have a nice lunch special.
google avatar

Yelp
Picked a large pizza to-go. We brought it over to Burnett Park for a perfect COVID safe dinner. The pizza is prepared right in front of you; Took about 10-15 minutes total. Pizza was delicious. We will definitely be going back!!

Natalie H.

Yelp
I am from NY and had a hard time finding pizza that I enjoyed in Fort Worth. I could eat at picchi pacchi all the time. The pizza is amazing and reminds me of home. Would recommend to everyone. Pleasant experience within the restaurant and everyone was friendly.
google avatar

Cynthia W.

Yelp
The delivery was really fast. My large Supreme pizza was fantastic. The sauce has a nice spice to it, crust was crisp but chewy, the veggies were super fresh and plentiful. The Canadian bacon has a very nice smoke flavor. All of this combined created a fantastic Pizza. I also ordered mozzarella sticks. They were so so. Kind of your run-of-the-mill frozen guys, The marinara that they were served with it was really good. Overall I am super pleased. I'm new to the area, finding a place this good on my first attempt is stellar.
google avatar

Paul N.

Yelp
With the constant long lines and hype, you would think this place has some pretty special slices of pizza. Well, you would be wrong. To put it simply, it's overpriced and underwhelming. The pizza is actually slightly below average, indistinguishable from your every day food court pizza at the mall. I tried 3 slices, which cost me $20. The meat lover double crust looked good but the sauce was akin to the processed/packaged sauce pouch you would find inside the pizza lunchable. It was tart and tasted straight out of a can. I had to scrape off the sauce to finish it. The vegetable one had some good spinach but the sliced tomatoes were just raw and tasted out of place. The pepperoni and jalapeño was lacking in heat. I wouldn't follow the crowd on this one. Nothing special here, folks.
