Get those Thanksgiving preorders while they’re hot, for pumpkin made from fresh and flavorful kuri and kabocha squashes; apple-cranberry topped with streusel; and an intoxicating mix of pecans, walnuts, bourbon, and dark chocolate. Pie Society now turns out cookies and 250-300 pies, to be picked up in San Francisco or the East Bay. Follow @piesocietysf for updates." - Sophie Friedman
