This diner doesn't look much of anything from the outside. They have a very minimum amount of signage on the outside. and if you didn't know it was a restaurant, you might not realize what they are until you walk in.
Inside is not too big, they have a big counter at the entrance, with baked goods on and around the counter. We were greeted with a smile and were told to take a seat at one of their open table. Most of the customers were elderly people, local, which I always take it as good, reasonably priced food.
The most interesting feature of this place was the ceiling. They had this deep blue round ceiling structure with small flags from all over the world. I don't know where the idea of this design came from, but making it very international feel to it, even though their menu is not that international.
We got Belgian waffle with banana and walnuts, and French toast with bacon. They were ok, nothing special. The server was attentive and nice, so that part was a plus. It is always good to find a good diner, and even though this place did not become our favorite list. But it was still a good, comforting food and service.
