Wow what a great venue for events of all sizes. The view, the atmosphere, the staff are all of the hook amazing here.

This is the spot first there is a lot to do here. The gym has a lot of equipment, rock climbing and even a boxing ring. After your work out you can grab yourself a freshly made smoothie. The gym is quite expensive but you can get a day for 62$ per person. The pier has other attractions such as a bowling alley and more if you explore you can have a lot of fun here with the family.

I truly can't say enough good things about Pier Sixty. I have attended hundreds of events at hundreds of venues, but to be honest I never thought that a New York City destination would be at the top of my list for professionalism, communication, views, and downright Southern hospitality! This venue hosted a very special event - the CB Speakeasy honoring the founder of Les Dames d'Escoffier. A tough crowd for sure, full of the best of the best of culinary experts from across the world. It is hard to put into words how special, and well though out every minute of the event was. The food and drink never stopped coming, and every sip or bite was perfection. The team was one of the best I have experienced - they will be my top pick whenever any of my clients want to do something special in NYC. Thank you for an experience that I will never forget.

Hands down best venue I’ve worked at all event season across the country! The staff was beyond kind, attentive and very sweet and accommodating to me and our guests food allergies and kosher needs! Looking forward to future events at this venue!

Beautiful view over the river outside , but a few ♿ issues. The restrooms upstairs have no ADA stall (staff confirmed this). Also, much of the inside has carpet that makes pushing a manual chair difficult.

The absolute WORST wedding I've ever been too and I'm in my 40's. The food was atrocious! Yes, the wedding I went to was a vegan/pescatarian focused wedding but there was absolutely ZERO flavor on everything. Even the pasta at cocktail hour tasted like cardboard. This place is so outdated, the carpet is ugly and the patch work on the ceiling is questionable and an eyesore! The only decorations they had were candles on the metal window sills, the view wasn't even worth the $120k price. If you go out to Long Island there are plenty Lessing's places with much more beautiful views and one thousand times better food. Even the waiters serving us were in agreement with how horrible the food is there.

We hosted our org's 55th Year Gala at Current and it was an overall amazing experience. The event team was responsive and supportive throughout our planning stages and on their A game, especially day of our event. Helpful staff, flexible with our needed adjustments and amazing food and drinks! Special shout out to Olivia, Sherri, Hugo and Brian (there are more, just forgetting some names!) You are all amazing!

This is a gorgeous event space right next to Chelsea Piers overlooking the Hudson River - beautiful view of Jersey and the fancy yachts and speedboats going by! It's really modern with clean lines and beautiful lighting. The terrace area has floor to ceiling collapsing glass doors which open up for an amazing indoor / outdoor event space but could be pulled shut during the colder months without compromising the view. Attended a Black Tie awards night here and it was beautifully executed from the Red Carpet at the entrance to the circulated hors d'oeuvres, the beautifully decorated tables and the dinner service with multiple servers attending to each table.

Provides a platform for anti-LGBT rhetoric. And the food isn't good enough to justify that they're hosting an event that has been protested online by close to 15000 people. Terrible management! Do not recommend

This is my second time coming here as a guest for an evening event, and I enjoyed myself on both occasions. The Lighthouse is a spacious (10,000 sq. ft.) waterfront venue and has the most amazing views. Many braved the cold for a quick photo op outside posing with the NYC waterfront as their background. I chose to stay inside where it was warm; yet I could still enjoy the view from the glass encased terrace. The food was delicious as they offered a variety of hors d'oeuvres and main courses, desserts, and the wait staff were so on their game. Before you could even say "Could you please..", the empty glass or finished plate was already being removed from the table. There was enough room for a stage for the live band as well as a nicely sized dance floor. The acoustics made the music sound that much better. Multiple food tables were spread out throughout the venue, as well as a few rented photo booths. If you want to make a great impression on your guests, choose The Lighthouse for your wedding, company holiday party, or any other major event. You won't be disappointed.

My sister just got married here last Friday evening. The weather was perfection! This made the views spectacular!!! We saw the sunset, the evening views were breathtakingly clear and they could NOT have been better. The layout, service and food during the 1.5 cocktail hour was absolutely superb!!! The food!!! O M G can I say absolutely delicious and plentiful???!! The service staff was everywhere aNd very helpful! The decor was stunning. I cannot say anything enough about the service, the staff, the attention months prior To the date and just all encounters with this venue were perfect!!! Highly recommend!!!!

I went here for GEMS Annual Gala. The space is lovely. The bathroom has about 10 stalls which is a big deal to me because no one enjoys waiting on a line when they need to go. The bathroom is not fancy it's very basic so one should keep that in mind if they want a fancy powder room. The food during the passed appetizer hour was good. It was a bit overkill with the avocado toast, but I enjoyed it. The drinks were really good and not watered down! The sit down dinner was very pretty and delicious. The dessert was very rich and delicious. The bar staff was really nice I tipped all of them. I would definitely look forward to coming back here for an event. It's a bit of a hike from the subway. If you catch the M14 you're left not too far of a walk from the location.

I attend a business conference at the Current which is a beautiful 6,000 square feet waterfront venue overlooking the Hudson River and Chelsea Piers marina, A very clean modern venue space with amazing views. Valet parking is available along with full service kitchen catering staff. The food was amazing and the staff is very professional. I highly recommend evaluating this venue for any special occasion.

I came here for a work event and I was not disappointed. I never knew that behind the massive Chelsea Piers front building, there are many lovely secrets in the back. Easy signs pointed you to the back where Pier Sixty is located. There is also bike parking in the back. I did not get a chance to see the room that has gorgeous views of the Hudson River, but I am sure it is magnificent. This place is a good venue for all your special meetings and occasions. I'll keep this place in mind if ever I need to find a place to have a party or meeting.

This review is for Pier Sixty. I came here for an event called The Feast put on by the CHC (Center for Hearing and Communication). It's an incredible charity gala that supports an important cause and a great organization that works hard to make a difference. The Feast has 3 parts - a silent auction, a live auction, and a veritable menagerie of some of the best food and wine in NYC. There are options from virtually every single cuisine and corner of the world. Chefs from top restaurants highlight their best dishes at an all-you-can-eat gastronomical bonanza. The space is enormous. There must've been 30+ restaurants with stations and another 10+ wineries. The ballroom where the live auction was held probably fit 200 people (I'm not good at judging these things; it might've been 450, it might've been 7. okay, not 7). With views of the water, this is an awesome place to celebrate any occasion or host any sort of event. I know this review is for Pier Sixty, but if you want to support a great cause, eat some awesome food, and drink some phenomenal wine, check out this annual event every Fall.

Our company always goes all out for the holiday party. Since we were robbed of ours in 2009, and were celebrating our 30th year in the business, they really splurged on this one. We walked into the smaller appetizer/bar area and were immediately greeted by men in suits holding platters of signature cocktails, wine, and champagne. Off of that room was another space that had floor to ceiling windows which overlooked the river and city! This space has the most beautiful views from almost every room. Women passed hors d'oeuvres of lobster empanadas, shrimp sauteed in lemon butter, spicy tuna rolls, kobe sliders, fig and cheese bites, and gourmet mac and cheese bites with chicken on top. The appetizers were actually better than the dinner. We were escorted into the main hall for dinner and to listen to the president of the company give one of his famous speeches. The room was beautiful, and decorated tastefully. They had 2-3 djs set up, and a state of the art sound system and lighting booth. We had invited 800 people to the event, and I would say we had a turn out of about 500. There were plenty of food stations set up, so people weren't waiting in line forever. We had prime rib, and salmon (which was dry). The broccoli rabe and asparagus with hollandaise drizzle were amongst my favorites of the night. All in all, it was an amazing night. You can't go wrong with unlimited top shelf liquor, gourmet food, a stunning view, great music and a dance floor.

Came here for a holiday party and had an awesome time. The views are great and the venue itself was gorgeous. My sister was looking at this venue for her wedding, but it is extremely pricey. It was huge for 250 people, but it was still a good time. The food was decent, nothing really to rave about. The waterfront view is what really makes this place.

Came for a wedding here and it would receive 5 stars except that it is a little difficult to get here from Manhattan. Stage 6 is set up beautifully for weddings and we had looked at doing our wedding here as well before we decided to have it in Manhattan. The food was what you expected of Abigail Kirsch - fresh and tasty. The service was great and the open bar kept everyone happy. The bride was beautiful and the groom was handsome and the whole affair was lovely. I would recommend Abigail Kirsch highly as a wedding caterer as I have now been to 3 weddings done by them (one was mine) and have enjoyed all 3 immensely.

Went here for the 100th Anniversary Dinner for Vatra, an Albanian American Organization out of Boston, MA. The venue is on the piers at Chelsea Piers. Beautiful views, nicely and simply done setting. Would recommend for my next function of 800 plus people I will throw ;)

My wife and I recently got married at The Lighthouse on 9/7/19 and had the most amazing experience from start to finish. We were first introduced to Greg who was our sales contact and did the initial site visit. Not only was he very friendly but he was very knowledgeable about the venue as well as extremely responsive throughout the whole process of planning. Our event manager was Marlon and he was equally as amazing, responsive and had an excellent personality. The day of the wedding he did everything to ensure that everything ran seamlessly and was so attentive to both of us the entire day. Same with the rehearsal day. His experience definitely shined through. The venue was absolutely stunning. We had a day wedding which made the place light up so beautifully and the way the sun reflected off the water made it NOT look like the actual color of the Hudson River ;). I hope to throw our 10 year anniversary party here.

Beautiful venue and amazing views. The catering staff here are top notch and the chefs who help create your menu for your event are amazing. What ou get and taste at the tasting is what you actually get the day of your event. I say this becuase most places do a FANTASTIC job during the tasting and whenit event day, the food falls short somehow. I've held charity events here for close to 900 for a seated dinner and cocktail reception with a dance floor and stage to boot and it worked perfectly.

I went here for a DESI/INDIAN wedding & reception... this review is of the venue, bar and service only as they had outside catering and the food SUCKED!!! DONKEY BALLZZZ!! Anyways parking was pleasant, valet was very nice, host on the entrance was very sweet and complimenting every guest. As we entered , we met our friend whose brother's wedding it was. Then I headed straight for the open bar....yes I am punjabi and we drink anytime of the day, so what if I am drinking JW Black at 11 AM.... Dude we were so late that we made it on time for the reception... oh well the drinks were good... shit they were so good.. that I don't remember a damn thing after a little bit.. my wife said that the service was excellent and the venue was very spacious and breathtaking.... but the drinks were awesome... man did that bartender make it just right... sorry guys I can't remember much.. much of the input I got was from the wife... all I remember was the bar and the drinks were so gooood.....

After coming here a few more times, I've decided to update my review. It is a beautiful venue, no doubt about that. And it is huge. There were definitely a few thousand people in there. Let's talk about my favorite topic, the toilets. There are quite a lot of cubicles in the women's room and they do a good job of keeping it clean. There are also seats outside the toilet so you can wait for your friend outside. It is far to get to... but you can take the E train to get there.

I went to a wedding here in October 2006 and must say this was probably one of my least favorite spaces of all the Manhattan weddings I've been to. However, it gets 4 stars because even a not-so-great Manhattan venue is still pretty darn good. The wedding was on a Saturday night and it was dark out by the time we arrived so we didn't get to see the great views the other reviewer was referring to...perhaps then it would have impressed me more. The space is stark and lofty, which I usually like, but something about the windows kind of reminded me of garage doors. But maybe some people think that's cool, all a matter of taste I guess. In addition, it was a cold and windy night, and the windows were drafty so we were all freezing. You could also hear the wind howling through the windows all throughout the ceremony. I wasn't too keen on the sunken dance floor which split the guest tables in half. It made it feel less intimate. Food was good, but from what I understand, this place is quite expensive, so I would have expected slightly better. I don't want to sound like I'm putting this place down too much...it still is a very lovely and elegant space. Hopefully one day I'll be invited to another event here for a chance at checking out the views.

My husband and I had our black tie wedding at Pier 60 at Chelsea Piers. The venue itself is beautiful and is along the Hudson river with stunning views both inside and on the outdoor terrace. Greg was our events coordinator and was easy and helpful to work with. We also had our day of event coordinator, Paul, who was assigned about five weeks out and was there with us on the day of our event, which is a major perk when you are not using a dedicated wedding planner. We used outside catering due to dietary restrictions so cannot comment on the food but are aware that Abigail Kirsch has a great reputation. The day of our event was set up very well and all went as planned. We were very involved up until the big day but felt in good hands and let the events team work their magic. Pier 60 provides a welcome folder of suggested vendors which comes very handy. The one thing you should know is that they require you to choose one of their eight suggested florists, which worked out well as we were very pleased with our choice of Atlas Floral Decorators. They also have onsite parking for guests which is a nice option for those driving to the event. Parking has a fee but you can also help offset the price for your guests if you chose to. Overall, Pier 60 is a gorgeous event space with wonderful service. I would highly recommend it to those looking to have a modern Manhattan wedding.

Current saved our wedding! Our original venue was shutdown 2 weeks before the big day, so we had very limited time to find a new venue, coordinate with all our vendors, and relocate all our guests. Our event manager, Paul, jumped in from day one and took over all the logistics and planning for us making the whole process pretty painless all considering. He was a true God-send. Not only did he help pull the day together, he made it something special for us again. The space itself is amazing (modern and clean), with a great waterfront view and perfect acoustics for a band. Our guests raved about the food, especially the triangle sorbet dessert at the end of the night. We couldn't have picked a better venue and exceedingly accommodating team to rescue us in dire circumstances, and deliver above and beyond our expectations.

BEAUTIFUL VENUE. I visited this venue for a charity event/auction for my office. The venue was incredible with the most amazing views. Definitely pricey though. It must have eaten up a lot of the profits from the charity auction event. But I am glad I had an opportunity to enjoy it.

Upfront I will state that I am biased towards this place. Why? Because it was the site of the best party of my life: my wedding. My wife and I got married there recently and it literally went off without a hitch. For 200 people, the space was ideal. Nighttime lighting was gorgeous with all the candles and flowers. Staff was attentive. (Julie and Paul of particular note!). Bars were well serviced. And the food was outstanding!! As the night wound down, the traffic coordinator made sure that people could get taxis and car service which could otherwise be tricky since you're in the middle of the Hudson River. It wasn't necessarily cheap to have our wedding there but we felt the bang for your buck went much further than most every other option we explored. We loved everything about it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Do not think twice about having a wedding here. Jeff and the entire staff were amazing from start to finish and we got tons of compliments on how nice everything was. The service was flawless, the food was really good, the room and the view were beautiful, and we truly appreciated all the extra special little touches they did for us throughout the day. This place made our wedding day perfectly beautiful and special. It was exactly what we wanted.

STUNNING RIVER VIEWS!!! Have attended weddings, fundraisers, and events at Pier60 - never a disappointment. Where to start?!?! From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with friendly staff directing you with drinks at the helm. Abigail Kirsch knows her stuff! The food is so fresh, so inventive, and so delicious! I'm envious of anyone having an event there... it's just perfect.

Event: graduation ball for approximately 500 Pros: -Absolutely huge -Spectacular views -Wonderful food, particularly the dessert samplers -Easily accessible, with parking -Good sized dance floor -Added touches: photo booth, several bars, DJ Cons: -Perhaps too large if you are not able to fill it-- difficult to find people in other 'sections' -Fairly rude bar staff (but they were working for no tips at a graduation event) Sum: absolutely spectacular for you and your six million friends

Fancy space for fancy events. Great view of the Hudson River. Place is clean including the bathrooms and organized. Service is attentive as the staff remove your glasses and plates promptly. Came here for a Benefits party and the place was done up nicely. During cocktail hour, the sushi/ sashimi was delicious, better than the other cooked foods. Then we went to the tables and it's all about the dessert. Chocolate, candy and other sweet creations was beautifully adorned on the tables. The only con about this place - they have turned up the A/C too much that I was shivering even with my wrap around me. Opted for the valet parking as finding parking around Chelsea Piers is difficult.

This venue is amazeballs. I came here for a charity event and it was a really lovely evening. The view of the Hudson is incredible, staff are especially nice and the food was pretty damn amazing. You usually can't say that about banquet hall/catered cuisine but the steak they had was on point. Overall a gorgeous venue to make you feel really fancy pants.

It was a very nice venue. The AALDEF annual Gala was held here and it was a fantastic place. This isn't the easiest area to get to if your taking the subway since the closest subway station is still a few avenues away, however, if your going by taxi, they can drive into the pier and drop you off almost at the front door. Upon arriving, there was the red carpet, door man, the works... very nice. The coat-line was quite long so I opted to hang on to my coat and stuff. Great idea to have a few servers with pre-made drinks waiting at the entrance of the cocktail/appetizer section. There were not nearly enough servers with appetizers going around, and the few servers I did see were more interested in trying to navigate from one destination to the next, to the point where I was unable to catch any of them to try out an app. The banquet room was very large, spacious, and offered a view of the water because the walls were mostly glass (not drafty because there was a small hallway where people can get drinks separating the wall of glass on the outside and the second wall of glass surrounding the dining room). The food was good (shrimp appetizer used 3 very large pieces of shrimp), my steak was cooked a perfect medium rare, and the asparagus and mashed potatoes were good. I didn't stay for dessert, as the speeches were starting to get very long (they opened w/ a very very funny intro and speaker). Lastly, the restrooms were decent. The stalls were not anything special (same kind of plastic that you'd find at one of the newer airports) and it didn't have seat covers or the automatic flush feature. However, it was clean, and the sinks were nicely spaced out w/ good quality soap. My FAV was that the paper towels for your hands had the Abigail Kirsch logo on it, and were of a VERY good quality fiber.

I have been to many galas here and have never had any issues despite one time hot tea accidentally getting spilled on me by a waitress. This past week I was wearing a tuxedo and wanted to keep somethings off my person to have less annoying wardrobe bulges and left my house keys and AirPods in a closed jacket pocket and turned into coat check. While checking my coat in the uber home, thank God whoever went into my jacket and took my AirPods decided to leave me my house keys. I showed up to the event at 7:40p my AirPods were pinged to Hoboken at 9:03p. I left the event around 11p. I guess I never stood a chance. It's probably my 4th to 5th time here so was very unfortunate but would recommend not leaving valuable items in your jacket no matter what level of trust gets built up over time. 3 stars since its not the venues total fault and I really enjoy the space but hire better folks. This soils the whole reputation for me.

I went here for the Manhattan Amateur Classic 20013 NQE ballroom competition. The venue was amazing: great view awesome backgrounds for photos friendly staff very good food for the catering I am giving it 4 stars because it's not really close to any transportation and because the ballroom was cold. Not sure if this was the venue's fault really or the event organizers but there were people wearing their winter coats inside because of the temperature.

This place was everything you think it would be. The appetizers were delicious. The ambience was delightful, the view is breathtaking, the steak I ordered was cooked to perfection. This place did not disappoint.

After seeing an article about our venue potentially closing (which it has now), we had to scramble a month before our wedding to find an alternative venue which was definitely not an easy task in NYC. Looking back at it all now, it was DEFINITELY a blessing in disguise because we came across Pier Sixty which was hands down the most perfect venue for our fairy tale wedding. I honestly didn't even consider Pier Sixty 14 months or so out before our wedding date, knowing it was completely out of our budget. In a desperate attempt to contact over 50 venues last minute, stumbling across Pier Sixty was just meant to be. It was oddly available all day on our wedding weekend and could accommodate our wedding party size. They were willing to work with our strained budget (due to the old venue) and with all our vendors already booked for the day. Jayme and Richard were absolutely wonderful and extremely professional to work with. They totally exceeded our expectations and really turned an extremely stressful month into the most magical day I could've imagined. All of our guests raved about the food, especially the cocktail hour. Although they don't offer tastings as their catering is done by Abigail Kirsch, they were true to their word and the food was excellent! Service was top notch and the venue was absolutely gorgeous. Thank you for giving us our fairy tale wedding!!

This is a gorgeous space overlooking the Hudson river, with a large conference center designed to accommodate presentations to a good sized crowd. They have an adjacent area where they set up bars and food service stations, all of which back right up to the river. The space boasts phenomenal westward views through huge floor to ceiling glass windows, and you can watch the sunset with your colleagues. It's a great place to grease people up for money, haha.

What a beautiful venue! Was here for an event (sponsored by a bank despite the melting markets) last week and enjoyed all aspects. The high ceilings, large windows, provided a beautiful view of the Hudson river (and of course Jersey). It was a pretty large space for the crowd... could've fit so many more quite comfortably. Great spot for a corporate event or a wedding.

The valet was terrible they took forever to get the car. They didn't say that you needed to pay at the valet stand instead of at the exit so I was overcharged due to their neglect. It was a terrible experience neither Marco that worked at the stand nor his manager Andrew where of any help and provided terrible customer service you should never park here or go to events here.

Went there for a conference reception. 1000+ people. Food was pretty good. And selection was great. Location was quite easy to find, but need to walk through some dark garage-looking before entering the entrance. The venue is decent and the interior looks like a 3+ star hotel. The one thing I found revolting was about how their security staff treated us towards the end -- when they tried to ask us to leave the premise as the reception ends, one women asked "are you a VIP", while another guy asked "do you speak English". Both are unnecessarily rude, especially since we are already walking to leave. In fact, even that lady found the guy too offensive and asked him to stop. What a terrible way to end an otherwise good night of reception!! Please better train your staff.

Wow - what a fabulous space for a conference. Brightly lit, can accommodate 500+ people - with main conference rooms, smaller conference rooms for breakout sessions, and a room with a breathtaking water view for dinner and networking receptions. The staff are terrific, the space is clean and brightly lit. The decor and structure of the venue is professional and also fancy.

We had a job to do here. A client rented 8 of our LED cocktail tables, and 32 bar stools. The staff at the pier was professional, and courteous. Many venues treat third party vendors poorly, but Chelsea Piers (Pier 60) was a pleasant location.

Disappointed. The one aspect I really did enjoy was the view. There were floor to ceiling windows with a beatiful view of the Hudson river and Statue of liberty. I generally do love lofty spaces. On one side of the venue there were numerous privacy screens. Behind these you can see they were prepping for the next wedding. I also wasn't crazy about the drapes used to section of the cocktail and reception areas. The food was excellent, I think the caterer is Abigail Kirsch. I'm not 100% sure.

Of course you have to walk through the belly of the beast to get to it, but such is manhattan access to waterfront. Once you're through to the other side, it is glorious. 500 drunk lawyers to be dancing to a killer 7-piece brass band, getting sloshed over the open bar, and inhaling the array of cheeses/spreads/chocolates/cured meats between gasping for fresh air on the long wrap around deck. being dark, there was little view to be seen across the water as others have observed. An event at this spot is not one to be missed, so long as the volume is high. The space is cavernous and should be filled accordingly.

Had our annual summer BBQ for work here last night and I loved it! The space is really open and airy and the view of the river is awesome! I loved the deck outside too. Great place to have a drink and watch all the boats come and go. All the servers were very friendly and helpful and the food was very yummy too. If I could afford to I would definitely have an event here.

I went here for a wedding, and my friend had everything bundled together, ceremony, reception, banquet. On the website it says it is one of the most most flexible spaces in Manhattan, and after seeing how they moved things around, I think I can believe it! The service was wonderful. The coordinators had everything in check, and everything went smoothly. All the guests knew where to go, because the staff told us when and where to move, yet doing it gracefully, without being too intrusive. An intimate ceremony easily transitioned into a reception to mingle, which seamlessly became a small banquet hall with a dance floor. Valet parking was arranged by the bride and groom, and their service was also quick and good. This is a beautiful place to have a venue if you want to look out onto the Hudson. However, your view is actually of New Jersey, but we can deal with that. I was also told by the groom that the venue was a good price, so that's nice to know as well.

My husband and I got married at The Current in February 2016. We actually booked the venue before it was even built because our event manager, Lauren R., was so amazing and helped us to envision the entire thing! Lauren was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the entire process fun, exciting, and very low stress !! On our wedding day things could not have been more smooth. Bob was our coordinator for the actual day and he made sure that everything flowed perfectly. There was never a moment where we had to worry about a thing- Bob and the staff totally took care of us and our guests. Bob totally tuned into the fun loving party we wanted our wedding to be and made sure that it felt that way. We had the time of our life and danced the night away without a care in the world. The food was amazing and the process of choosing our menu was so much fun! There were so many options we were able to totally customize the most epic cocktail hour and elegant dinner service. Not to mention the service was phenomenal and everything went off without a hitch. HIGHLY recommend !

We brought family here for the holidays and we really like the events here and the views. This is a special place I grew up coming to as a kid and lovge sharing it with others.

The view here on the pier - Fantifico (did I just make that up?). I absolutely loved this spot. I was able to catch a brilliant sunset over the river with the skyline in the backdrop. You could even see some people canoeing by every now and then. The space was large and well kept. Decor wasn't anything amazing but it was standard and got the job done. The staff was great, attentive, professional and friendly. The food was moist where it needed to be moist, crisp when it was suppose to be crisp. Fresh, good and filling. I had a little of everything and had no complaints. Now this is place is a far cry on the west side but the trip was worth it.

my sister had her wedding here yesterday, and it was absolutely lovely. the space is large without being cavernous, and the many windows make for a gorgeous daytime affair, especially on a sunny day like we had. it's right on the water and you can even see the statue of liberty and ellis island in the distance, so the whole scene is a great background for photos. they also provide you with an event coordinator for the last two months before the occasion, and ours -- her name was reese -- was excellent. she was super-organized, professional, and knew exactly what needed to happen, including all of the stuff involved in a jewish wedding (like when she needed to get the kitubah ready, for example.) i would definitely recommend this location if you're looking for something classic and elegant without going over-the-top.

awesome views. amazingly beautiful. went to my company's party here last night, and it was just fanastic. i'm not sure if the caterer and decoration were through pier sixty, but whoever did them did a fantastic job. this was the perfect venue.
