new authentic Italian gem in Great Kills, and it honestly felt like the return of something Staten Island forgot it needed. This isn’t just another “American Italian” restaurant — it’s a real deal Italian place and Italian family from Italy that came recently few years back, bringing back the real Italian culture that Staten Island lost way long ago. I’ve been to Italy and they’re bringing all the culture back here.
From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with genuine Italian hospitality — the kind you don’t come across anymore. It’s a family-run spot with heart, history, and pride behind everything they do, and you can feel it in the atmosphere.
The food? Exceptional. Every bite was straight quality and unmistakably fresh — no shortcuts, no gimmicks — just honest, delicious Italian cooking the way it’s meant to be. The ingredients speak for themselves, and so does the craftsmanship in every plate that hits the table.
This is exactly what the community needs right now: a place that reminds us what true Italian dining is about — warmth, tradition, and quality.
Highly recommend this spot for anyone who appreciates real food, real people, and a restaurant with a story worth supporting. A must-visit that I know will become a staple in Great Kills.
