I came here solo while visiting NY on a Saturday around 10:30am. The place is so cute & I sat at the bar. The inside is small but perfect for smaller groups, a date or solo. I had the lychee lemonade & the Mexican chorizo scramble. Everything was so good! I would definitely come back! The food took a little while to come out & it was fairly empty but not a big deal personally. Also, loved being able to support a black woman owned restaurant!

My girls and I sat at the bar and enjoyed an amazing brunch! This place was a plus because we were able to support a black owned business! All of the staff were absolutely amazing and friendly! The bartender, let's just say the bomb!!! Everything we ordered came hott and fresh and to make it all great, the music was jamming!!!!

Very small! We only came here because Clinton Street had a two hour wait. 😣 I would never come here again. The food was not my cup of tea. The photos online don’t match the food they serve. They also only had one server/bartender and he wasn’t able to be attentive because it was only him there. I honestly feel like the only reason they get business is because Clinton Street Bakery is close by and when people are starving they venture out to other places. You may love it but I definitely was disappointed.

I came here yesterday, and was so glad that I did. The food was delicious, and the staff was very kind and attentive. I’m glad I came by myself though because the restaurant itself is very narrow and small. I ordered a cocktail, deviled eggs, candied bacon, and French toast. After tax and tip, my bill was $70. Overall, I would return again for another solo outing or a date.

Definitely a go!!! Went to this little gem Sat 19th, after the Tompkins Park Dog Parade. I love when solo diners are met with a smile. Got a seat at a table inside right away and man is it a cute restaurant: bright and cheery, lots of funk playing, an extensive eclectic menu: I honestly want to try everything, and it's reasonably priced! I got two gin drinks, the Las Flores which packed a punch and the Fizzy Rose (pictured in the champs flute) - sweet but not strong. I ordered the Korean short ribs of beef and grits which was really interesting in a good way. All the flavors came together for me, the lime aoili, the pickled sweet onions, the tender beef, grits were mmmmm!!! I didn't want this dish to end. After I finished, I popped my head in the kitchen to thank the chef who was working alone with passion, cooking their heart out for you. So cool!!! Will return asap.

Cutely designed cozy & small space. Unfortunately, they were out of the burger and that’s really what I wanted so I just got some deviled eggs and an espresso martini. I would definitely skip the deviled eggs they weren’t memorable. Nonetheless the great espresso martini and friendly server/bartender made the experience nice ! (To the owner please find a more constructive way to reply to reviews. You come off as argumentative and it’s gross. I found a few egg shells in my deviled eggs so if I tell people to skip them that’s how I feel! ) -1 star for your poor response.

Planned our stop here for pride weekend for brunch and greatly enjoyed the Asian inspired cuisine pig and butter has to offer, with a pleasant bartender at the front who welcomed us with a smile and the amazing mimosa ($5-7 for those don’t sleep) she made sure we were taken care of and atmosphere was nice and cute, would definitely go back as they offered quite an interesting menu, DJ was in house for the day and playing great house music !! Come try and you will not regret it!!

This place isn’t anything special. The short rib and grits was okay there were too many sauces on the dish and the grits to meat ratio could have been better. I had way more meat than grits. The mimosa tasted like apple juice and orange juice mixed together. I didn’t like it much. The service was okay. The place was small and busy which I understand but more effort could have been put in. I had dirty silverware and didn’t even get a chance to mention it to the server.

Had a great time here yesterday! My sis and I went for brunch. The vibe was a relaxed cool vibe, very chill staff. Luca was our server, and gave great recommendations. Jazz was our bartender and DID NOT skimp on the pour of our cocktails. The Jerk chicken burger was by far the best of what we ordered, but The Commander was a close second. I will definitely return!

Came here for a lovely 2 year anniversary brunch. Staff were fairly welcoming and kind. I ordered the chicken and waffles. Safe to say it was the worst food item that has ever entered my mouth. The waffles are atrocious and soggy and are a terrible take on waffles. The chicken was a bright orange color that I didn't mind, but then tasted like cubes of rubber. I was also upset because I thought the chicken would complement the citrusy taste of the waffle but it didn't. The chicken and waffles from this place will historically go down as one of the worst things served on a plate to a human. We also ordered the bacon and it wasn't bad, but it cost $10 for 3 small pieces of bacon. The best I can say is at least the presentation was nice, but don't fall for it. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I was walking by Pig & Butter one Sunday morning and decided to drop in for a quick solo brunch. The place is very tiny! I was able to snag a seat at the window counter since it was just me. I had the Truffle Honey Butter pancakes and an orange juice. The pancakes were an interesting combination of savory and sweet - due to the honey truffle combo. Service was a little slow and inattentive, but they were busy and packed on a Sunday morning. I am not sure if I would go back because the meal was average and nothing really stood out to me. But definitely worth a try if you are in the neighborhood!

Looking for a last minute brunch spot in the city and bumped in to Pig and Butter. The menu looked amazing and checked every box on my list of "must haves". When I arrived I was surprised to see how tiny the restaurant was. There are a few tables in the back and a bar that can sit 7/8 people. If you wanted to have a large get together here, it may be tough to do. That being said, for the space they do have, they make it work. For my first drink I ordered the Fizzy Rose. It was a delicious cocktail of lychee and cherry juice with gin. It was yummy; my friend ordered a beer ( i forgot the name) but liked it so much that he ordered 4 more through the duration of our hang. For the meals I ordered the Korean short rib and grits. It was good, the sauce that it came with (mole & chipotle mayo). My friend ordered the Hylton burger and he that it was amazing. I was disappointed at the size of my plate. It wasnt enough to feel full and for the price I would except it to be more. The service was great and the bartender was so attentive. I enjoyed going there and would go back for a drink and a snack.

Our party came for and early brunch on Saturday. We decided on this place because of the interesting menu, but sadly we were overall disappointed. The place is pretty small so we opted to sit at the bar instead of waiting for a table. We put in our orders and it took like 30 minutes to get our food. Our food was also not hot, like it was sitting before it got brought out. Overall our party agreed the food was sub-par. Pancakes were flat and chewy, the chicken was dry, french toast was average, fries were oily and soggy. The drinks were pretty good though. I think, if you want to try this place, skip brunch and go for dinner. The service was fine and the facilities were clean but we probably choose a different brunch place.

What a great all day brunch restaurant! I ordered the chicken and waffles and they were the best I have had in a long time - the chicken was perfectly seasoned with a bit of spiciness but without being overpowering. The waffle was delicious - citrus infused with a hint of maple syrup. My fiancé ordered the Jamaican jerk chicken sandwich with shoestring fries and said it was cooked to perfection. The servers were attentive and there were lots of interesting cocktails to choose from. Can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu!

Stopped by for a brunch on a Sunday! Cute but tiny little hole in the wall. They have an unlimited drink brunch option for 75min. Nomz: Had the fried chicken and waffles and a side of bacon. The chicken was a filet covered in a red color with a semi crunchy consistency, not your usual fried chicken with skin (unless that was the skin?? Not really sure what was going on). The chicken was juicy. Waffle was not bad but not going to live in my mind rent free. FYI, the bacon was candied (sweet), the menu didn't specify. Drinks: Had the fresh orange juice, wasn't bad. Service: Our waiter was super kind, did seem like he had a lot going on - it's a really small team for the restaurant. Ambiance: It's tiny with some art up, no frills. Small kitchen in the entrance, with seating at the bar, some seats are too close to the door. Outdoor seating as well. And about 5 tables of 2 in the back. Nope or Dope: Nope, I just don't see myself going back after this meal. The place was a bit too tiny for my liking and just took a bit longer than expected because of the small kitchen.

One of the few spots that didn't have a crazy wait for Saturday brunch. Fine place if you're hungry but not something I'd go out of my way for. Poor Layout: It's a tight space. The kitchen is open and in the front of the house. If you're sitting at the bar, you can see everything being made. The waffle machine was spilling over. There's only one person firing all dishes in a narrow space and I was immediately distracted by all of this which doesn't create a very inviting or pleasant atmosphere. Food: I got a waffle with bacon, banana, pbj & maple syrup. The waffle was flat, not fluffy. For the price, it was underwhelming. I liked the vietnamese coffee (would recommend if you're a fan of condensed milk). Service: Servers were very kind and gave us a coffee on the house when they forgot one of our drinks. Food was made quickly and served hot.

I had a wonderful time at this place when I went for Mother's Day with my children. The music was great, and the service was amazing. The food had some unique flavors. I enjoyed my son's mitch Burger, but he was hesitant because the chicken was orange, which puzzled him. Similarly, my daughter didn't enjoy her chicken and waffles because of the same reason. I ordered the Chorizo Burger, which had a lot going on, but I preferred the Mitch Burger. Our server was incredibly sweet and kind. Just a heads up, the restaurant is very small, with only three tables and a bar where you can watch the cooking. Outdoor dining is also available.

I can tell this small business is trying to make it work but still needs a little work. While customer service was welcoming and warm Pig & Butter needs to work on the food. They have this open kitchen concept with not much happening and seems a little unnecessary. What did I get... -The jerk burger was seasoned nicely and had a little kick. Solid burger but I really loved the fries. -the conductor which is a crispy chicken between two pieces of "cornbread", candied bacon, eggs and cheese. This sando had too much going on and the biggest let down was the chicken not being crispy. Overall a solid but not a necessary spot to visit while being in LES.

I had The Conductor (sans the candied bacon) for lunch, which was very tasty and just the right amount. The staff member running things was exceptionally nice and accommodating. He even brought my pup a bowl of water. I'm looking forward to a return visit to check out some of their other delicious looking offerings.

Yes Yes and Yes!!!!! The chicken and waffles... no syrup needed! The pig & butter bacon egg a d cheese on a brioche it what dreams are made of! The truffle fries... nuff said! Now, on to the drinks. I absolutely recommend the lychee mimosa if you're a fan of a sweeter mimosa. If you're more tarty at the brunch party, pear mimosa did not miss! The granny apple chamomile bellini was an amazingly delayed flavor train. 10/10 would love to hold as a dirty secret but still absolutely recommend. Delightfully Delicious

Pigs & Butter is nestled into a cute little corner in the lower east side. It has a really cozy feel to it......... an open kitchen, where you can watch the chef, cook your food if you choose to sit at the bar. There is outside seating, which is perfect for the warmer seasons, and the customer service was amazing. The food is a modern take on southern food, which was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

I wanted to love this place so badly, but unfortunately it fell short for me. They do have one of the best bottomless brunch prices in NYC which is definitely a plus, but I just wasn't super impressed. I came here with a group of 3 on a Saturday afternoon and was surprised at how little seating there was. It was a very hot day so we wanted to eat inside and there were maybe only about 4 tables. We got lucky that there wasn't a wait, but the seating is definitely very cramped and hot. 2 of us got the bottomless mimosas ($22) but I just opted for a peach cocktail instead. We also got the conductor ($15) and the jamaican jerk chicken burger ($15). The conductor was pretty good. It tastes like all your classic breakfast items in one bite so it's a good option if you like that. The burger was just alright. I love spice, but I felt like the spice overpowered the sandwich too much to the point where it's all I tasted. The chicken burger was also pretty dry as well. In terms of the bottomless, I felt like I was always reaching the bottom and waiting to get a refill. You're only given 75 mins so it felt like the time in between was purposeful even if it probably wasn't. Overall, I think the bottomless brunch is a pretty good deal and worth a try if you're looking for a place with a friend. However, it's not a great establishment for groups so that's something to keep in mind.

I selected this restaurant with intention because a well regarded friend suggested I do so. I still hold my friend in high esteem although he recently confessed he does not go to Manhattan. Fortunately we have a resilient friendship and I trust he did not try to hurt me. I'm hopeful there was an aberration -- and see some familiar patterns in other reviews. I'll start with the positive. This restaurant has a lot of great potential due to its central location in the heart of LES. The area has a very high level of foot traffic, proximity to several nearby businesses, and accessibility to numerous train lines. It is also a very intimate setting with an opportunity to provide excellent customer service. This opportunity was squandered. Upon entry, I was ignored for several minutes and then initially denied access to the restroom. I was told by a staff member that they were reserved for customers. Eventually the waiter agrees it is possible I could be a customer and had permission to use the restroom. From here, we are guided to QR codes, and receive no explanation of the menu. Discordant would be an understatement but I remained steeped in hope. After that it goes from mid to bizarre. The food itself simply was not restaurant quality. I understand they are running a business and not a charity. However $20, $25 meals come with a level of expectation that goes far beyond long John silvers or dethawed waffles. I could not recall a similar meal in a licensed kitchen. These never existed in the era of civil rights and cable and pandemic relief should not be sold for profit -- ever. The poultry pieces used were not appropriate outside of an inexpensive fast food sandwich. Initially I suspected this dish might be strawberry crepes - in reality it was chicken and waffles. While conducting service, multiple mimosa flutes were broken and we were covered with broken glass. Initially the waiter continued to chit chat with other guests despite the safety risk. They were focused on identifying famous actors and baddies from Instagram and TikTok. There are only four adjacent tables in this place --- so there wasn't an issue of awareness. Eventually the glass was removed from our feet and shoes. There was some enjoyable music to offset the drunken cacophony of childish diners. In particular, good selections were made from the Notorious BIG "Ready to Die" album. We requested to discontinue the service, pay our bill and escape the premises. Finally we received some compassion for what was an apparent and acknowledged complete failure at the stables. I provided some respectful feedback and was met with a level of contrition and decency at the end. My hope is that this place puts a focus on serving the customer and shifts out of the adversarial model. The food also must be improved - a waffle iron is needed. Whole chicken parts are a must. We are praying for you - inshallah!

Super unassuming and small, but so so tasty. The restaurant was out of a lot of things we wanted to try, but the staff was great about providing recommendations otherwise. The chicken burger was insanely juicy and covered in the perfect amount of toppings without being overwhelming or soggy. Maybe the best chicken burger I've ever had?

Decided to eat at Pig & Butter.for Breakfast/Brunch because it was on the same block of the hotel that we were staying at and it's black owned. It's a very tiny restaurant with a hand full of seating inside along with some bar seating when you first walk in. It happened to be a nice day so we sat outside. The service was not the greatest for it to be such a small establishment. Our waitress made a comment that I was ready to get up and find somewhere else to eat, until she realized what she was saying and said forget it because she knew she was in the wrong as others were seated the same way that we were. I had a peach Bellini because they ran out of the pear Bellini. The food was good but did take a long time to come out. We also had to wait awhile for the check as well.

Lovely little spot with inventive menu, friendly staff and fair prices. Fries are perfect, burger excellent and they do wicked chicken

Had brunch here today and will not ever be back! We had the chicken and waffles, turkey sausage sandwich, truffle fries and the pancakes. The waiter took forever to take our order, and then we waited about 40 minutes to get our food. The fries were good but everything else was mediocre. The waffles and pancakes (they should be called flat cakes) were not good. How could you mess up pancakes and waffles. Warning! if you order the chicken and waffles you get a breaded chicken breast cut in half. My poor husband was still hungry and didn't even eat the flat waffle. I didn't get a picture of the flat pancakes, and fries since they came out later and we were hungry, and I forgot. They are better places to get your money's worth and also feel like you had a delicious meal for the prices at this place. Go somewhere else.

Super cute place to get brunch !! They offer a boozy brunch all day everyday not just weekends which is a huge perk! The food is definitely delicious and savory. They make a meannnnnnn Bloody Mary that is a meal itself my absolute favorite!! It's a counter place so food comes out quick and the owner is nice

I had high hopes, but unfortunately, I wasn't impressed. Upon entering, it didn't feel friendly, and when asking for a table I was met with a facial expression that should have had me turn around, but I came from afar, so I decided to stay. I sat myself in their super tiny seating area, which was cramped and uncomfortable. Luckily, i was the only customer there. The French Toast was good, but nothing spectacular, and the chicken & waffles weren't great. The chicken was breaded and coated with a red sauce that was tasteless and underwhelming. It was also too much syrup on the waffle. I would have liked to have been able to pour my own syrup instead of it being served with it already on. The blood Mary was the highlight of the meal. It was made with sake, so it wasn't strong at all. I barely had a buzz, but it was tasty, and the bacon and deviled egg garnish was a nice touch. I give it a 3 out of 10 experience... Note: this is NOT a place for groups. Now that that's out the way, this is a cute cozy spot to grab breakfast/brunch/lunch. The delicious aroma welcomes you before you even step through the door. There's enough seating in the back for about 8 people and about 6 in the front. Treat this like a cozy cafe, and your expectations will not only be met but exceeded. They have a bottomless option for mimosas and sangrias. If that's not your jam, you can order another cocktail a la carte or spike your coffee or lemonade. They have a rotating selection of lemonade flavors. Highly suggest trying it -- pretty sure it's spiked with Soju. It tasted divine. The people who work here are sweet and the playlist is great without being too loud so you can actually have a conversation without raising your voice. Highly recommend.

This is an unassuming breakfast haven, where the aroma of fresh brioche bread and perfectly crisped bacon beckons. The menu, though deceptively simple, boasts a complexity of flavors executed with finesse. Each bite of the brioche, with its golden crust yielding to a pillowy interior, is a revelation. And paired with bottomless mimosas, this spot transcends mere breakfast it's an experience of unabashed indulgence.

Nice outdoor seating. Food was pretty good, but there are nearby places I prefer. My friend was not super impressed by her open faced omelette, but mine was good.

We went for brunch around 10ish on Sunday morning. We sat outside at a covered table in the street. The inside didn't have too too much space to sit, but also it's NY... the outside tables and chairs were not the most comfortable, more like a cheap patio set. They offer bottomless mimosas & sangria and our server Alejandra made sure we never found the bottom! The mimosas were nice and strong too! For brunch I got the garlic, mushroom, and goat cheese omelette. My friend had the conductor sandwich - fried chicken on cornbread. My other friend got the Mexican chorizo scramble. All the dishes were good. I think the favorite I tasted was the conductor. The sweet cornbread with the friend chicken really hit well. The omelette was fine, nothing super special about it. The scramble was quite spicy but the pineapple salsa was nice! This was a good little find on our NY trip.

haven't seen micheladas much in east village so when i saw they are offered here and at happy hour i had to give it a try. i must say, it's the right blend of savory and sweet. a fruited sour was used to make the flavors really pop. bartender / host mike was so warm and amicable. great vibe and good energy. korean fries however, missed the mark for us. it was a little too on the nose for three quintessential drunk food. fries were much too skinny and thin, the sauce was swallowing everything on the plate. just did not do what fries are usually supposed to do. would come back for drinks, would go somewhere else for food.

Very tiny all day brunch spot on the lower east side. It has three tables in the back, extremely close together, and a few bar stools right inside the door. They also have an outdoor table. It's not the most comfortable place I've ever been, but the staff has the most heart I've ever seen! I had the Mexican chorizo scramble, which was chorizo, an unconventional savory, crispy cornbread, chipotle crema, pickled red onions, negro mole, charred pineapple salsa, and fried egg. Creative, tasty dish, though maybe the meat was a little dry. I also had their smoky Mary, made with sake, tomatillo, deviled egg, capers, candied bacon, and more. This restaurant also has a selection of French toast, fried chicken and waffles, omelets, and burgers. As I mentioned, the staff has heart. It was just one server doing everything and one cook. Everything was wonderful, but please be understanding of staffing and space. If you can't be, skip this one.

Randomly came across this black owned business for brunch and it didn't disappoint. Our waiter was so friendly and the food was great with choices you can only get there. They also had a couple options for bottomless drinks.

It's a tiny place with some counter seating and three tiny tables at the back. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Service was excellent. Unfortunately, my dining companion and I both ordered chicken and waffles. The waffle was good with just the right ratio of butter and syrup. But the chicken was not. It's not the usual deep fried chicken I expected. Instead it's a skinless, boneless filet of dubious quality that's been "fried" with a dubious sauce. We both tried to eat the chicken, which was at least, not dry. We both gave up halfway through. One of us (me) was an out-of-towner, the other a resident for decades--even a stint in the lower east side. Both of us found the chicken strange. Orange juice was excellent.

I've been here a few times and really enjoy their spin on food. They have an interesting culinary personality and I really appreciate their cuisine in this neighborhood. The two dishes I seem to go back to are: - The conductor - Mexican chorizo scramble Both packed with flavor and texture. They have a fun menu and I definitely want to try some more menu items. I really wanted to enjoy this but, it didn't live up to the hype for me. I got there early, so I was able to walk in. Cuz they only have 10 seats in the back, approximately 6-8 at the front corner, or else you're outside. Service was quick. It's very intimate, so be prepared to be friendly with your neighbor. The food was just okay... the chicken was over cooked and I didn't care for the breading. The waffle had good flavor. In the background is R&B from 70's playing. It was okay.

My roommate and I came here for lunch today since it's a short walk away from our apartment, I was optimistic about this place, but unfortunately I don't think I'll be coming back. Pig & Butter is small and cozy, but overall clean. In regards to the service, I was pretty disappointed - our waiter was pretty dismissive and short with us. I ordered the turkey burger; instead of a typical bun they use cornbread which I thought was a fun idea, but in this case poorly executed. The cornbread was dry and crumbly, it was hard to eat without it falling apart. And the fries were oily to the point they were soggy.

Great tidy brunch spot tucked away in the LES, came for a quick brunch and was seated at the food bar. You can see all the food being cooked in front of you. The waffles and bacon were sweet and full of flavor. Will be back if ever hungry and find myself in the area!

My Yelp friends did not let me down.... Searching for the best brunch in NYC and this came highly recommended. Please remember is super small but we went at the perfect time sat right in the back and immediately welcomed in. What really got us excited is they do French press coffee so we knew we had arrived at the right place lol. The waitress recommended some of the most popular things on the Menu and of course we had to share a fully waffle! I landed on the chicken sandwich and my friend went with a sandwich as well. You really can't go wrong.

A small brunch restaurant located on the Lower East Side. I'm sorry, but I wanted to like this restaurant, but it wasn't for me. When I walked into the restaurant with my friend, we were guided to the table in the back corner. There was very little space to sit, we had to move the table a little to fit in. The waitress came quickly and asked what we would like to drink. We said tap water, but our tap water never came. When it was time to order, my friend and I ordered the conductor. The conductor consists of fried chicken on cornbread, bacon, egg, and maple syrup. You can add cheese for 1$. The cornbread was very dried and it looked like a pancake. The fried chicken wasn't really fried. The batter flavor was good, but it didn't stick to the chicken. The second you try to cut the chicken up, the fried batter just slipped right off. The bacon was good. I wish that they would not help us pour maple syrup. I like pouring the syrup myself because I'm not quite of a sweet tooth person. I prefer my food with a little less syrup. I also ordered a coffee and my friend ordered a lychee lemonade. There are no non-dairy milk substitutes in this restaurant. My coffee came quickly, however, my friend's lychee lemonade did not come until she finished her food.

I have gone here twice already and the showstopper break away star of mine is the sweet Delores. Im not sure how long they have been around but i remember in my hey day the spot they occupy was a former hamburger spot that also made amazing food. So far I have tried: 1. Sweet Delores 2. salmon omlette entree 3. The conductor What i liked abt the dishes was that they were not heavy. I hate the feeling of going out satisfying my appetite but then food left over. Not here; each bite is meant to last and is honestly just the right amount of food. Now the sweet delores is top for me because it does a good job at merging savory with sweet. The flavors are just right and the whole item reminds you of a well executed mcgriiddle. I want to see this item prepared the same way the chef makes it here at brunches in nyc! The other two items were good and the conductor could use some tweaks with the breading on the chicken either being lighter or letting it go. The first group of ppl i went with would return back to Pig & Butter. However on my most recent visit, the group was like nah its not worth it. My personal nod: if you want breakfast, this place has a menu that reminiscing of a high end diner. The menu just doesn't have breakfast items as you can order burgers. Also both times the sweet delores was a hit!

Really thought I would like this place more than I did! Came here for a Saturday breakfast with a friend and we were able to get seated outside right away (there are only about 3 outdoor tables though so I think we got lucky!). Pig & Butter is really tiny and the inside is mostly just the kitchen. I ordered an iced coffee (just okay, they bring you milk and sugar in a little paper bag), and my friend and I both ordered the Garlic, Mushroom, and Goat Cheese Omelette. The omelette was tasty but TINY! I actually had to go somewhere else after breakfast because it didn't fill me up at all. However, some of the other breakfast items looked heartier. The service was friendly and fast, but I just wasn't in love with this spot. Tip: Make sure you check in for $3 off your brunch! Really nice touch.

Came here for brunch on a Saturday with my boyfriend and we ordered the Mexican Chorizo Burger and Mexican Chorizo Scramble. Both dishes were delicious and the flavoring was just so good. We sat at the front at the high tops and it was cool being able to watch them as they make our food. While the flavoring of the dishes were really good, the portion size was quite small. My boyfriend and I felt like we were still a bit hungry in comparison to our other brunches where we would order one dish per person and be full afterwards.

Food was awful here. The only good thing we had today was the drink. On top of that the wait time was ridiculous. Don't plan to come here again 0/10 if I could. But the staff was pleasant.

What a unique take on chicken and waffles ! The chicken is boneless breasts and tasted like a Chinese sweet sauce (I think orange chicken). The waffle was one of those old fashioned American ones that are flatter and more crispy which works better for chicken and waffles I think. Real maple syrup and buttery ! I also had the jalapeño lemonade, get it. You'll love it if you like sweet and spicy. Yum ! Service was really nice. I sat outside and they had Motown music playing, how cool !

Service was ok. Ambiance, meh. Food was no Bueno. It was very disappointing and sloppy. I was physically ill after.

Tiny spot, Amazing food, great vibes. She got the Elvis special (pbj waffle with banana and bacon) and I got the chorizo hash. Would recommend both, easily.

Great chicken a waffles, good coffee worth the wait. The ladies are nice and accommodating. They have limited space, so make a reservation if you don't like to wait. I sat at the bar;?and watch how they cook everything, yummy

The Bloody Mary is fantastic! Deviled egg and bacon on top? Sign me up. Great place to pregame before you're haircut at Fox and Jane across the street.

I'm unsure about this place. It's very small and cute, but the portions are very small for the price you pay. The photos don't really give it justice when It comes to how little food you get for $20. A group of friends and I waited an hour for a table which was fine considering we had a party of about 6 people, and it's a smaller space. We were very excited to try this place for the first time! We went at 1:00pm and I was told I couldn't get the bottomless sangria like other members of my party because they didn't have enough. I settled for mimosas which was fine, but I had to fan down the server to get a refill and only had 3 drinks in total( not really bottomless in my opinion). Not really fair to put a time limit on bottomless if our glasses wouldn't be refilled in a timely fashion. Our server was great, and very polite nonetheless and we ordered our food. The portions are SMALL. It is not enough to fill you up. The chicken had a sweet glaze on it that I didn't care for. The waffle was VERY sweet, and it was topped with powdered sugar and syrup. So if you aren't a fan of really sweet things I suggest trying something else, but it wasn't horrible. The rest of the party enjoyed their food but also complained about portion size. As we're wrapping up our meal we felt rushed out of the establishment because another customer asked to be moved. ( I assume because the tables were close) which also left a bad taste in my mouth. We won't be back personally. I don't think they're equipped to handle parties of more than 3-4. It's rude to basically kick us out when we collectively spent about $400, waited an hour, and it was our first time eating there. ‍

Not a fan! I wanted to be but every place can't be great right?! Arrived on a Saturday around 3pm NO waiting time! But we had to sit at the bar, apparently the empty tables were for people who had reservations only. Didn't matter because I was starving. Okay this place is tiny. The bar is literally at the door when you walk in - about 6 close seats. We placed our order almost immediately and the food came out rather quickly. Sitting at the bar, you can see the food being made which I thought was cool. I got chicken & waffles - did not like it. The waffles were too soft for me, not soggy but soft. I like my waffles to have a little bite, the chicken was okay (thighs only). My guy had The Mitch sandwich, he liked the fries best. I'm glad I didn't add $17 for bottomless mimosas, it's not worth it. Maybe stop here for a snack? I'm not sure. I didn't enjoy my food much and I was still hungry when I left. Amazing staff tho!
