What started as a food truck is now a north‑side favorite for bold Latin and Caribbean flavors—Cubanos, tacos, and plantain‑happy sides. Spotlighted by Springs Magazine and local press, it’s lively and lunch‑perfect.

I was curious and hesitant but once I took a leap of faith I was extremely happy I did. I felt welcomed and the atmosphere was very chill and relaxing. Great music and lastly, delicious food. I started out lite because again, I was hesitant and I didn't go with wrong with it. I ordered a Cuban sandwich and man was it scrumptious!

We had a great experience here. Our waiter was very attentive and the service was extremely fast. This was on the much better side of Hispanic food in Colorado. The Hispanic food scene is not the best from what we’ve had/seen here so this was a great find. Hidden away in a strip mall, you’d never know it was here. The only thing I didn’t like was the spicy margarita. It was straight alcohol, no spice, and it definitely needed some sweetness. I would suggest muddling the peppers in the shaker and maybe adding some simple syrup. The tres leches was good, a little hard on the cake but the frosting was good and unique. The chicharrones were nice and crispy with a sauce on the side, and the tostones were DELICIOUS. Really glad we came here on our last day in CO!

Hole in the wall place tucked away in a strip mall. The outdoor seating area is really cool with lots of street style artwork. Food was absolutely spectacular! Our server was also top-notch! We went for lunch, but I bet the nighttime atmosphere is just as awesome.

Good food and good margs! Small inside and small patio but we were able to seat a group of 10!

I will admit, it seems that our experience last night was not typical. When we arrived, the gentleman working the bar was the only person making drinks, taking orders, serving and cleaning. He was doing a great job until a few more groups of customers came in. Thankfully, we are very understanding customers when we see someone doing their absolute best but...I will give an honest review. - I ordered a mango margarita, since it was "happy hour" and was served a "spicy" margarita. Not a huge deal as it was still delicious and STRONG but, it was incorrect. - We ordered an empanada and were presented with the smallest, undercooked little ball of dough with some ground beef inside. It was really dissapointing. Sent it back and traded for another taco. The gentleman working was very apologetic and understanding. - I ordered Caribbean Nachos, which are always amazing, but mine came out with maybe 5 plantain chips around the bowl and then within minutes I saw the customer next to me be served the same nachos with twice the amount of plantain chips around his bowl. - we enjoyed churros at the end of our meal but they, too, were undercooked and soggy. We were presented with two normal looking churros and then a big pile of stacked, soggy dough on the plate. I wish I would have gotten a photo but, even as a mess on the plate our children grabbed them and ate them. Overall, this place seemed to be struggling last night. The restaurant was busy but food was NOT on point. It also seemed that the two guys cooking/preparing the food in the kitchen did a lot of standing around while your front of the house guy was running around like crazy. Id say this place needs better organization and more workers. Also, get your fryer under control. Or better training for your cooks.

The food was SO good I forgot to take pics!! Always great food - you can't go wrong with any of the tacos or empanadas! The music is not kid friendly inside, but there's two kid swings on the patio that are cool.

I came with a group last night. I remember when pig Latin cochina had been really hyped up a couple years ago, so I was excited to try the restaurant. Our experience last night was underwhelming. Blaring music that you cannot escape, dirty patio, limited seating that was all high bench, food sizes that were minuscule, drinks that weren't stirred, appetizer that could not be chewed or eaten. Very long waits, broken heaters on the patio. Ran out of food on some key items, how do you run out of the pork when that's what's featured primarily as your main protein? I came here to post my two photos, this is what an $11 is---two tacos. Absolutely minuscule. This is not a kicking kimchi, this is not a spicy chicken this is really just sad. They're not even 3 in and three bites each.

Google
Freeeaking great food. Not trying to sound all that, but I've eaten all over USA and internationally, and unfortunately food in Colorado Springs, not so good. But this place is LEGIT. Very good food. And good drinks. Music is loud, but depending on what you like, that can be fun.

Yelp
We have been meaning to visit Pig Latin Cocina for some time. After a day of hiking we happened to be driving past and the car was pulled into the lot without a second's hesitation. The interior is a funky splash of painted walls that somehow succeeds in evoking some of the great hole-in-the-wall Latin American eateries we have enjoyed over the years. We started with margs - they have some interesting concoctions that soar above the standard Mexican restaurant overly sweet recipes that would make Don Pedro Sánchez de Tagle weep with sorrow. We tried the Spicy Marg which was just that - enough heat to tantalize the taste buds without overwhelming the flavor. We also had the Smokey Marg which had a subtle hickory taste that added depth and complexity to the beverage. We really cannot overstate just how superlative were these drinks. We ordered the salsa sampler as a starter which featured three interesting house made salsas and the signature red tortilla chips. The salsas were fresh, bright, and differentiated. It was hard to say which was best as they were all outstanding. The star here is the Platos. We had the Pig Latin Plate which features their mojo pork and the Ropa Vieja which has braised Cuban beef. The portions were generous and the meats were finely crafted and rich in flavor. In addition to the black beans and rice, both had fried maduros that were a superb complement to the savory meats. The service was fine and we felt this experience merited a five star review. We strongly recommend Pig Latin Cocina.

Yelp
Met some friends here for dinner. It was still happy hour, so they ordered margaritas. They're half price for happy hour so win-but that's only good if they charge you appropriately. My friends said after that she realized that the tab for her wasn't correct after she paid and we left and she was charged full price for her drinks. Our waitress was nice but it was definitely over the top. Don't get me wrong, I will take that over rude but her service wasn't great-it was just an over the top demeanor when at the table. She walked by multiple times when we had empty plates or needed water and didn't even glimpse to see if that was the case. I had the piglatin plate and it was pretty good. The pork was fairly greasy. The portion was decent. Most of my friends had tacos and they are very small. I'd say the average adult would need at least 3, maybe 4. I'm in no rush to go back but it was okay. There are some food trucks with better tacos in the area IMO.

Yelp
We stopped in on TNT evening. Island Tacos and Tecate are $3 each! We tried the Smokey margarita, Mango Margarita, Veggie Bowl, Island Tacos, and Tecate. All of it was very good and the drinks were STRONG. The veggie bowl was fantastic! I'm not usually one to rant and rave about something but, I would immediately order this again. My only regret is that I did not get the margarita flight ($25 for 4) instead of 2 for $10 in relatively the same size glass - I wish our server would've advertised that a little more. Overall, great experience! Use the in-kind app for cash back!

Yelp
It's eclectic. Maybe a little crazy but it's Colorado. The food was good. We didn't stray far from the main menu. It's worth a stop but read the menu first. The plantains were interesting. The pink sauce was really good.

Yelp
One of the unexpected bonuses of this place? They were bumping some Ja Rule on a Tuesday, holla holla! I was in the area and remembering seeing Piglatin on Triple D when they were a food truck. I'm pro pig and was excited to see they had a $15 off $45 offer on the InKind app and was hungry so oink oink! I ordered a couple tacos and plantains to eat there then a pork platter and cuban sandwich to go. The purple taco was pretty but didn't notice a lot of flavor with the tortilla but boy did they pack it full of pork and it was tender, moist and flavorful. The kimchi taco could have been better, the kimchi and juice from it made the tortilla very moist and fell apart shortly after. Again, lots of pork. They do not skimp on that so appreciated! Special shoutout to the plantains.....I grew up in South Florida and extremely picky about plantains but these had a nice sprinkle of salt on them which elevated them completely! Portions are huge here and I ate well for a few days afterwards! I don't know if I would make a special trip here specifically but a solid option the in the Springs. Happy oinking!

Yelp
I love this place! Not somewhere you bring your grandma... unless she likes explicit music, graffiti, and yummy margs!

Yelp
Stopped by here with some friends. They have an indoor and outdoor seating area and there are warming lamps which is perfect for colder days. We were able to sit down and able to put in our order pretty quickly. Got an island margarita, chips with mild and hot salsa and island taco. Though the food and drinks were reasonably priced. Love the music here and it's perfect place to meet up with some friends.

Yelp
Not sure what's happened here over the years but I think my last visit will unfortunately be my last. Not for one particular thing that went wrong but in general my last several visit have been on the verge of not wanting to come back. What use to be a nice little spot to vibe with yummy food at decent prices is now an empty vibe with overpriced food and food quality significantly decreased. One order or chicharron consists of about 6 nickel size bites for $8, one taco $5.50 no sides included. If you order tacos and want sauce it's extra, basically if your coming for a light lunch 2 tacos one side and a soda your well over $20. The last tacos I ordered were dripping in greasy to the point by the time I got to the third and last one it was soggy and sitting in a pool of liquid.

Yelp
Delicious! This place is so unsuspecting in the plaza parking lot but inside there was art on the walls, loud rap music, and super tasty food with several vegetarian options! All the guys working were super friendly and we enjoyed great service. I tried the mushroom empanada to start and the veggie bowl. We ended up getting a side of yucca fries too. Will be back!

Yelp
This place is fabulous and fun! I can't believe I waited too long to eat here. The food was masterfully flavored and generous. Man, that pork was perfect. We did enjoy quite a few drinks which were so very good. The service was great but not speedy quick.
google avatar

Bailey L.

Yelp
Drinks and food were good but this was the second time in the last two times we have been here that they didn't have something we wanted. No cubano. Strange that they are out of items consistently. Last time they were out of chicharron. My favorite is the kimchi tacos but mine had way too much sauce/grease. The flavor is delicious. My husband got a shrimp taco and was disappointed with only 3 shrimp, their prices are hefty for the amount they give you in our opinion. But the flavor is what keeps bringing us back.
google avatar

Yelp
Tried the veggie bowl at Pig Latin. So good! Big enough for 2 meals! Rice, black beans, arugula, tostones, plaintain, yucca fry, mushrooms, and I added some hot sauce. The question is Island taco or veggie bowl next time? The Cuban is one of my husband's favorites and it was as good as ever. Service was good for a busy day. Outside under the roof so lovely!
google avatar

Crystal B.

Yelp
I got the piglatin plate, and my husband got three tacos. The portions were a generous size. The pork could have been a little more moist. The maduros were five stars. Service was okay - our server was training someone, so a little grace can be given on that. There was indoor and outdoor seating to choose from. The inside was pretty limited for seating. I love the graffiti style art. It was colorful and nicely done. The music was loud which I knew from other reviews, and I have dined in at the place next door. I specifically visited on a day I could handle the volume (I get overwhelmed by loud sounds). I definitely did appreciate the vibe. This place is def worth checking out if you appreciate a restaurant/lounge vibe.

Yelp
Went in to make a Togo order and they had a what looked like 12 year old at the front counter. When I asked about to-go she said "what's the name". I said no I need to make a to-go and then said "I'll be right with you". When I asked for a menu, she said "I will be right with you again". There is one person sitting at the bar and nobody else inside the restaurant. When I was ready to order, she looked at me, looked at her cook and said can you watch the floor, I have to go to the bathroom while she was bouncing up and down as if she was going to pee her pants and just left me standing there. Super unfortunate because this restaurant could be way better than it is but every time I go there, I get rotten service. I'm done giving my money to places that could give or take business. If the owner is wondering why his sales are low it's probably because the lack of care that is employees have.

Yelp
Came here to celebrate Cinco de Mayo, and we had the absolute best night here! We left feeling euphoric, the food and drinks were beyond amazing, and the service was top-notch! We first ordered the margarita flight, and it was so fun trying four different flavors, we both had one favorite. The spicy and island were our least favorite, the island tasted like black licorice to us, and the spicy left your throat feeling itchy, but they were still packed with flavor and strong. The smoky was his favorite, tasted mostly of a normal margarita. The mountain was my favorite, it was very sweet. They do not skimp on alcohol here, they were all very strong. We then ordered another drink, I chose the mojito. This is by far the best mojito I have had in this town! It was the perfect mixture of rum and lime, sweet and strong! We both ordered the island taco and chimi shrimp taco. We both thought the shrimp was best, but we are suckers for a good shrimp taco! The sauce was unique and let the taste of the shrimp shine. The island taco we thought the pork was a little dry, but we added lime juice, and it helped. The cabbage had a nice taste to it and made it very pleasing. We shared the salchipapas because we're curious about based on the description. It exceeded our expectations! The fry sauce was so packed with flavor and paired well witht he cheese. The pieces of cooked hot dog were surprisingly tasty, and I liked it with the fry sauce. Lastly, we ordered the churros mainly because they have a T shirt on their wall they are selling with a funny 1 star review that said the churros were good, so we had to try them! They are obviously homemade, and so are the dipping sauces. We devoured that whole plate so quickly, leaving nothing but sugar crumbs. They were soft, yet crunchy and so sweet. The guava sauce was surprisingly so good and was my favorite dipping sauce. They even took the churros off our tab, which surprised us and was so sweet telling us happy Cinco de Mayo and thank you for celebrating with them! I highly recommend this place! It's such a cool hole in the wall! The vibe was amazing. Everyone was just enjoying the good food and drinks. They have plenty of seating outdoor and indoor. And the staff are quick to greet you and get your food out! We had the best night here and can't wait to come back!
google avatar

Melanie S.

Yelp
The different tacos were all delicious, but I think the island taco was the best, with the kimchi taco a strong second. The ambiance was fun and lively, but both times I went in and ate inside I had some drunk woman (different ones) come over to me and try to have a conversation. (Very drunk, like could barely stand on their own.) The bartenders were great and made good drinks also. It's just too bad people can't wait til they go home to get sloppy drunk.

Jeannette O.

Yelp
Been coming here for years and I have been hearing that this place was going downhill...didn't want to believe it...but it's true! Don't order Island Nachos which used to be my favorite...just terrible slop! So sad since this was one of my favorite places

Yelp
This place is really small and we went in the heat of winter, but would definitely prefer to return when it is warmer and we could sit outside. Yum! For drinks we had the spicy boi and a spicy margarita and both agreed the margarita was better, but they are definitely spicy! We started with the Serrano and tequila glazed pork wings which were delicious (and definitely a bit spicy!), and then we got an island taco, a chimi shrimp, a kimchi taco, and a guava lava taco. The island taco and chimi shrimp were my favorite. The guava lava was a bit dry and not something I would order again. My fiancé had the kimchi taco and said it is quite literally the best taco he has ever eaten! * The music is definitely R-rated and not child appropriate. They do have signs indicating this, and it was quite a vibe, but we were certainly surprised at some of the music being played *

Yelp
Okay such a cute place for tacos and margaritas with friends. It is a small establishment but they are cranking out some tasty Latin/Korean fusion style food. The staff is always friendly and playing the best jams of the early 2000s from every genre. I highly suggest getting the margarita flight but be careful because that spicy margarita packs a spicy punch. Beware! However the passion fruit is my favorite. Go there with the girlies or even a fun guy night. Again the establishment is not big. So you may have to wait depending on the hours. Go check this place out loves.

Yelp
I'm bummed to write this because I've previously had a good experience here. We ordered for lunch- our order included 2 tacos and an empanada as well as some other items. The receipt said the order would be ready at 2:16. I got a text at 2:02 that the food was already done. My husband rushed to pick it up (we only live 7 minutes away) and by the time he got it home it was completely cold. The tortillas were disintegrated from sitting. I bit into the empanada and got a big bite of raw dough. We called and they offered to remake the food. My husband went back and they began preparing it when he arrived. When he was given the food, he was told that if the GM had been there that they wouldn't have remade the order (even though we had raw food given to us.) My husband brought the food back home and it looked better. The empanada was cooked. I was about halfway through eating it and noticed a hair sticking out. I am not usually a fussy diner. I understand the service industry can be tough and I have respect for those who work in it. I do not, however, think that it's too much to ask to get food that is cooked and doesn't have hair in it. Major disappointment and I sadly will not be going back.

Yelp
Service was great! Music was a little loud when we first got there but either we got use to it or they turned it down. The plantains that came in the bowl were amazing! I could have made a meal of that by itself! Food was good and the drinks were good as well.

Yelp
Second review (Usual plate picture) Pig Latin plate with chicharrón instead of the pulled pork was my go to. I guess frequent customers are no longer important. Wish you all nothing but the best but trying to charge me $11 plus the Pig Latin plate is disrespectful and wrong to a frequent customer. For you not to do it because you believe chicharrón is more expensive than marinated pulled pork is shameful. Just leaves me disappointed with the Chef in this location.

Yelp
Food and drinks are always fantastic here. The quesadilla with the spicy mayo hit the spot. Our server was super fun.

Taylor S.

Yelp
Not often, if ever, do I take time out of my day to write a review for a place (especially if my experience was negative). But, after dropping in for a late lunch today, I feel something needs to be said. Unfortunately, I will most likely not return as a customer here, but I hope this post may positively change the experience for others. I've come here a few times over the last two years and generally my experience has been okay. However, today was my first time coming during the day and it was blatantly apparent how dirty the restaurant was. Honestly, I was shocked and a little disgusted. We chose to sit outside because historically the music inside is so loud, you can't hold a conversation, let alone hear yourself think. We waited for awhile before we received service, which is no big deal, we were not in a rush; but it gave me time to notice the entire patio smelt like straight sewage and that the legs of our table were being balanced by dirty napkins. When I went to their restroom to wash my hands, I was even more shocked. There was urine and toilet paper all over the floor, what looked like rusty water coming out of the back of the toilet and the sink was filthy. By the time we got our food, I was ready to leave. Again, I've come here several times and historically the tacos are phenomenal. So despite feeling a little grossed out from the mess, I was willing to stay for the food. And man did it disappoint me. I ordered the same two tacos I always get (The kimchi and the island taco) and some elote. The corn was cold and missing the seasoning that typically comes on it. My island taco was almost entirely just oil, but not horrible enough that I couldn't finish it. But to my disappointment, the kimchi taco was just outright gross. It barely held together because it was drenched in oil and the kimchi somehow tasted rotten, like it had expired. I am a really big fan of kimchi so I fully understand that it's fermented and, when stored properly, will last a surprisingly long time. So the fact that it tasted like it had spoiled, was extremely disconcerting. We paid out and when we reached the car my sister shared that her taco had also been dripping with oil and was making her stomach turn. We both felt that the quality of this place has gone way down and that it was so dirty we feel uncomfortable eating here ever again. I will say that the service was friendly and kind and has always been when we come in. BUT, something needs to change. It is so dirty that this does not feel like a safe place to eat.

Yelp
Finally after years of driving by I stop for lunch. Everything was great. My new favorite eatery.

Yelp
This is my new favorite restaurant in Colorado Springs! I was craving tacos & this place got good reviews. The space has an arcade feel to it. Loud music, mostly rap, but I'm not mad at it. It was packed but we got seated right away. Our waiter let us know margs were $6 all day so we got some. These were really good margaritas! We ordered the nachos that had tostones, chimi-shrimp taco, pork kimchi taco, & yucca fries. Everything was really good! Can't wait to go back!
google avatar

Isabella L.

Yelp
The food was so amazing!!! Service was also good :) definitely will be coming back! So happy to find a yummy taco spot

Kayleigh A.

Yelp
Some of the best kimchi tacos I have ever had! Small menu, but it's really good. I wish they had more non alcoholic drink choices as well, but it is practically a bar with the best tacos, so I can't complain.
google avatar

Stephanie A.

Yelp
I loved the food! The service was great too. The only complaint I have is the music was super loud. Who doesn't love to jam but uh I still wanna have a conversation at dinner.
google avatar

Rachel H.

Yelp
The patio has heat lamps! Intimate setting with hip hop at the perfect level- loud enough to drown out some noise, quite enough to actually have a conversation. The drink... flavorful, creamy and a heavy pour! Now the pig... juicy, tender and flavored. The plantains are cooked perfectly. Happy hr from 3-6. It's all good here!
google avatar

Crissy L.

Yelp
Food and drinks are great and have been that way since the food truck days. I really really really wish the music was louder. Not only do I want to yell for the person next to me to hear me, it would be better if the thoughts in my brain had to yell for me to hear them as well. +1 staff are slow and vape behind the bar.
google avatar

Alli H.

Yelp
The food is pretty yummy and different. Service is good. It is super loud in there though and they don't have booster seats for kids. Definitely more of a takeout place if you have kids! But super good!
google avatar

Sam P.

Yelp
Let me tell YALL, Best tacos I've ever had. Like this is the type of place I do not mind paying 3-4 bucks a taco because they were that GOOD. We tipped the cook even. The nachos were amazing and should be the standard for nachos, every nacho had loads of meat that was so savory. I rather have meat than just a lot of chips and I'm a gringa so spicy hurts me but I did not care because that's HOW GOOD the food was. If your a boomer Karan you'll prob complain about the music but my wife and I were doing a throw back music party because half the songs were 2010 hip hop / rap which was very fun and nostalgic. This place is THE HIGHEST BAR for bars and food.

Yelp
Food: 5/5 Ambience: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Drinks: 5/5 Ummmm why has it taken me so long to check out this place?!?! I've spoken to several people who recommended PigLatin for great drinks and food and, for whatever reason, I just never made it over there. Well, that ended last night. I had family visiting from out of town and decided that we'd come here for dinner and drinks. With happy hour being from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m., I figured we could catch the tail end of it if we got there at 5 and then enjoy dinner after. It was a bit smaller than I expected with tables and bar seating for about 40 people inside and another 30 outside. The outside seats had heaters which made them a lovely option during the cooler months We were taken care of by Ryan who went above and beyond to ensure our entire party of 5 was happy. He even accommodated a request to sit elsewhere bc my mom couldn't manage on the bar stools and got us seated at a table with chairs. The "happy hour" only applies to the house margarita, which I was a bit disappointed by but got over very quickly when I tried the house margaritas and LOVED them (I think I had 3). I ordered the yuca fries and chicharron for the table and LISTEN when I tell you the family unit just couldn't stop eating either. We ended up ordering two more rounds of these tasty sides and I vowed to myself that I'd be back to enjoy these more frequently (starting next week!). The family ordered an assortment of food and all enjoyed their meals from the empanadas to the pork chops and the chimi shrimp tacos. The portions were large enough that they were all filled and we were able to bring home some leftovers. The fact that my CARIBBEAN family loved the culinary experience is a testament to how well seasoned the food was. The only critique was that the empanadas were too salty. I think I'm going to become a regular at this spot because I think I've found my new foodie home. See ya in a few days PigLatin!

Yelp
Tasty food and nice service. The inside seems a bit tight but they have a nice sized patio

Yelp
We stopped here for lunch, based on the good reviews. We were very disappointed in both the food and the drinks. The tacos were very spicy, which is fine if that's what you want, but the menu didn't make that clear. The Mule didn't taste like a mule at all. The Island Margarita didn't taste like mango, since once again, it was heavily over-spiced. A mediocre to bad experience overall.

Yelp
This restaurant looks humble in appearance, but boy were we glad we chose this quirky restaurant. The service was friendly and we never felt rushed. The drinks from the bar master were excellent. The food, all fresh ingredients, plentiful in portions. We would go again but we're traveling from PA. A definite plus for Colorado Springs.

Yelp
Guava Lava chicken was amazing. Service here is always on point, and I love the fact that it's not just another Mexican restaurant. And what a cool vibe.

Yelp
07/03/25 at approximately 9:30: Where should I even begin? It is frustrating that management employs individuals who fail to add value to the establishment. To start, our server (a girl with short black hair:idk the name since that wasn't mentioned) appeared displeased to seat us outside, despite the outdoor area being open for seating. When we inquired about turning off the fan, she refused, stating that the fan was part of the brand (what does that even mean?). Consequently, we relocated to a spot where the fan was not directly blowing on us, but she seemed unhappy with that choice. Additionally, they were out of most items we requested from the menu. When we asked for an explanation, she mentioned that the General Manager was incompetent. After placing our order, we were informed that they were out of plantains, which were supposed to accompany our dish. We also requested some pepper, only to be told they did not have any. This situation made me feel quite sorry for her; she is there to represent a brand, yet instead of fulfilling her responsibilities, she chose to behave in a certain manner. I am uncertain which restaurant operates without pepper and salt. We used to enjoy visiting this place, but I would prefer to spend my money elsewhere, at an establishment that treats its guests with respect. Nevertheless, we made the most of the situation and managed to enjoy our time.

Yelp
I love the tacos here. Such a great flavor. We always get fries and they are really good too. Service is good. My only complaint is that the inside seating area is tiny. There is some seating out front but depending on the weather it might not be ideal. The tiny seating area inside keeps us from being regular customers. I do highly recommend this place. It is good. I'm just weird about the confined eating space.

Yelp
This is my favorite taco place in the Springs. The service is good and the food is excellent. Their plantains are to die for, and their drinks are delicious. It does get pretty noisy in there at night from people chatting and the music. So if noise is not your thing, I'd suggest ordering to go. I have ordered to go several times and it still tastes amazing when I open it up at home. It's even good as leftovers. The Island Nachos, Island tacos, and platanos Maduros are a few of my favs. This place is worth checking out, so I hope more people do.

Yelp
PC, when it first opened, was the place to go for a great selection of well crafted tacos unlike anywhere else in the Springs. However, after a few years, along with a few visits later, many of the Springs taco shops have caught up and ultimately surpassed the offerings at PC. Still a fun vibe, but not at the top of my list when looking for tacos.

Yelp
On my visit to Colorado Springs, this was a must visit location. The food choices were true to Latin flavor. We arrived at busy rush time for dinner but were immediately seated in an outside area (our request). The server was quickly at our tables side to take drink orders. The food came shortly after the 1st round of beverages. The presentation was simply beautiful. The serving was quite large, and I did take half home for next day dinner. (Full dinner as well-bonus!!!) The overall feel of the place is homey and comfortable. Relaxing and unhurried meal. The outdoor area was busy and full and 1 server for entire space. He was on top of everything and made lots but not overbearing or intrusive. I would recommend this place for a nice meal

Yelp
I've been here a few times already and it does not disappoint! I really enjoy the quesadilla and the blue taco. It's busy every time I go but it's because this place is so good. The servers are great each time, very polite. The outside seating is nice too since it has the heaters above the tables! They do a decent job at keeping you warm! I will be back here!

Not sure why the restaurant is rated so high for reviews. Again, just not my type of food. Limited seating, no booths. Music is also a little too loud.

Yelp
A must try if you're in Colorado Springs! Modern funky atmosphere with great food. We tried the Ropa Vieja and a number of the creative tacos. All wonderful. The Ropa Vieja was a large portion of very tender meat served with nice beans and rice. Island taco and kimchi tacos were great, really all the tacos were. Will definitely go back next time in the Springs!

Yelp
A great place for food, happy hour, and time with friends. I saw it on the food network and had to check it out myself! Now I can see why it's so highly recommended. The atmosphere is chill and I love the patio during summer. It has cool swings and makes for a fun time. Graffiti everywhere including the bathroom so it's totally social media post worthy! Food is delicious and has a fusion of flavors. From the tacos to the arepas everything is cooked superbly . They have a good happy hour special especially on Thursday it's $3 tacos and Tecalas. Everything you order will be packed with flavors. Warning a little too many flavors so expect some heartburn if you are not used to spice in your life! I recommend trying all the tacos and sides! Go with a multiple friends so you can have a smorgasbord and try everything. Everything will have you curling your toes and tastebuds!
