Brewing incubator featuring beers made by local brewers, served inside industrial digs.
"There are plenty of reasons to love Pilot Project in Logan Square. Their space has plenty of tables and comfy couches where you can get "work" done with a beer, and they have a massive outdoor patio for hanging out after getting “work” done. The short food menu is full of tasty dishes like tandoori naan with garlic dip or a sandwich with beer-braised chuck roast and caramelized onions. But the coolest thing about Pilot Project is that it’s actually an incubator for up-and-coming breweries. This means you can get a basmati rice lager from Azadi Brewing and a Spanish sangria tea IPA from Brewer’s Kitchen all on the same flight." - josh barnett, adrian kane, john ringor
"Pilot Project is a newish concept in Logan Square, one that serves as a business incubator for several breweries, allowing them to serve their beer as they hammer out production concerns and figure if they want their own locations. The space is beautiful and airy, though it tends to get jammed on weekends. There’s also a patio space next door. For folks who don’t want booze, there’s also a full espresso bar. There are currently six breweries on tap, including Indian-influenced Azadi and Brewer’s Kitchen which takes a culinary approach to beer making." - Ashok Selvam
"Watch the big game on the biggest screen at Logan Square brewery Pilot Project. The Super Bowl will be shown on a 165-inch projector screen in a heated tent and the kitchen is preparing bites like chili ($7), loaded nachos ($15), and Bavarian salted pretzel with beer cheese ($11.50)." - Jeffy Mai
"This event is in person at Pilot Project in Logan Square where attendees can sample beers from Half Acre Beer Co., Hopewell Brewing, and others." - Naomi Waxman
"Fortune has a piece on Logan Square’s Pilot Project Brewing, part of its series on startup companies." - Ashok Selvam
