I came where no a Sunday afternoon with a party of 3. Two of us arrived a bit late but the restaurant was I very accommodating and friendly— it helped that our reservations were early enough that the restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived. The bad This place was COLD. It’s 47 degrees outside and feels about 57 inside. While the atrium area in the rear is certainly aesthetically pleasing, functionally it made our entire party uncomfortable for the film duration of our meal.

Super cute, we got there before it got packed. Lively place with cute decor! Drinks were delicious, I had the mulled wine.

This was the absolute best place to book a birthday party private event! We worked with Matthew and he was super communicative and made the process simple to book the space. The entire staff were friendly and accommodating during our event too. We booked the atrium room which was well-designed, spacious, and sunny... not to mention one of the only nice event spaces in Manhattan with a reasonable minimum spend. I was tempted to gatekeep this but the experience was too great to not give the Pineapple Club team a rave review!

Nice place to spend time with friends. The ambience was warm and the decorations are lovely. Came here with a large group, and the servers were very catering to us. Interior decoration were so cute, and it was very spacious inside. Drinks were pretty decent and fairly priced. The I’ll Never Lychee Go was a delicious cocktail. For food we got the Pork Bao Buns and they are a bit expensive but tasted well for a drinks place. Overall a good place for a relaxed vibe out.

Please note: I did not have the food, but I did have a soda with the gals! The locale is convenient and the service was top notch!

The atmosphere and vibe is great. There are tables for large parties, the restaurant is sectioned off and doesn’t feel like one big room, more like 4 rooms. The service is good and the people are nice. The drinks are strong and delicious. The food on the other hand has seen better days. The menu is very limited and I expect the main entrees to be better. The starters are small portion, the guac is very small size. The chicken tenders is like frozen tenders. The Thai fried rice is decent, a bit salty. Most of us ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it was a let down. The bread was like school buns, they should have used brioche, the chicken was small but the sauce was good. The burger was apparently better than the chicken sandwich. Very pricey place for food and drinks especially when the food is not that great. But the vibe is good and you can reserve for big groups.

This is one of my favorite cocktails bar in NYC. I tried: - The frozen pina colada cocktail ($15) - The bears beets battlestar galactica cocktail ($17) The pina colada was my favorite because it was sweet, well-made, and medium strength. The bears beets battlestar galactica was surprisingly good for a beets-based drink. The bar has two floors with plenty of space and seating. They have a flora-adorned downstairs which I've been to before, but it was closed this time. Their cocktails are inventive and delicious, well-crafted. The service is pleasant and attentive. Upstairs was less unique-looking and louder

Consistently good tiki bar that is bigger than you think with good food 1. Reservations recommended, especially if you have a larger party 2. Good happy hour 3. Consistent and strong cocktails 4. I honestly don't know why this place is so popular. The food I had was No Bueno aka No Good. I should have known better than to order the Chicken and Waffle from here but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. What I got was a basic low effort thrown together dish. Personally, I think the chicken may have been some frozen Chicken bites ( no bone) that they warmed up and put beside the waffles to make my dish. I could have completely made this dish for myself at home. I should note, they were generous with the blueberries on the waffles. I also ordered a NA drink, the Ginger Lime Spritz which I did enjoy. Nowadays restaurants basically charge the same for NA drinks as alcoholic beverages which I think is annoying. But I did appreciate that they were able to split up the bill for each of us in the party no problem. Some establishments can make the bill splitting such a hassle. Finally, although the venue was cute and they had an area in the back with a glass ceiling that allowed the light in like if we were in greenhouse, I did not like the stains left on the seats. It was not a good look and think it's time for new upholstery.

Really friendly staff and fun brunch vibes! My friend and I came here on a rainy Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too crowded. This place is cutely decorated and is definitely more of a get drunk at kind of place. We shared the XL mimosa which came in a really fun huge flamingo and is made with pineapple juice but was not strong at all. I ordered the pineapple Express with subbed out potatos instead of salad for no extra charge. It was good but not amazing but the potatoes seemed to be a decent crisp! I asked for my eggs over medium but they were definitely a little more cooked than that. My friends got the banana bread French toast and the pork belly hash. My friend really enjoyed the poached egg on the pork belly hash but we both agreed that both our meals needed way more seasoning. Overall a fun place I'd come back to for the vibe with decent enough food.

Went for drinks & a quick bite on a Saturday night and was able to make a reservation a few hours before. Totally worth hitting up -- the chicken bites & Burrata were solid snacks and my friends liked their drinks a lot. The best part was our kind waiter who went out of his way to help us celebrate my birthday with a candle alongside a shot & some ice cream. We sat downstairs which was quiet and decorated very nicely.

Pineapple Club is a charming and intimate restaurant bar in the East Village. Their menu focuses on New American cuisine (with regional and international influences) and fruity cocktails. Judging by the name, I thought it was going to be a Caribbean vibe... but it's not lol- just a heads up! We popped in spontaneously on a Thursday evening. Since the weather was horrible and rainy, it wasn't busy and we were seated immediately. The interior is upscale, trendy, and spacious so it's a good spot for large groups, night outs, and dates. It's like a lounge atmosphere that caters more towards a younger crowd. We tried their menu for NYC Restaurant Week. It's a 3 course dinner (starter, entree, and dessert) for $45 per person (doesn't include taxes and gratuity). Our orders: *Striped Bass Ceviche- This was the star dish of the meal! It included passion fruit, jalapeño, red onion, and cucumber with yellow corn tortilla chips. It hit a ton of flavor palates- sour, citrusy, savory, spicy, sweet. *Plaintains and Guacamole- Now this was FRESH guac and you could tell right away. *PC Burger with side of french fries- This burger was more filling than I expected... I was STUFFED. It comes with 2 x 4 oz. patties, American cheese, pickles, and secret sauce on a potato roll. Beef patties were juicy and cooked just how I like it (medium). The fries were super crispy... yum. *Kiwi and Coconut Sorbet Sundae- Smooth, refreshing, and tarty! There were fresh pieces of coconut and kiwi pulp. *Key Lime Pie- This was actually more of a tart or a mini pie because of how small it was. But it tasted exactly like how it's supposed to be. I wish I could say good things about our drinks, but they were on the weaker side. We got a lychee martini ($17) and a pineapple old fashioned ($19). They tasted more like a fruit juice. They definitely needed more liquor. Service was excellent! They took care of us and were very attentive with refilling our waters, clearing dishes, and making sure we were enjoying ourselves. Overall, this was a good find for restaurant week! However, I don't think I'd come back. I wasn't impressed with their drinks. The rest of their menu is mainly small bites and sandwiches at hefty prices. They only have 2 entree options, so it's very limited. And it's NYC, so of course everything is inflated. Just not sure the portions and quality are worth the value... $25+ for a sandwich?! I'm happy I tried, though!

Food: 3.5/5 | Service: 3.5/5 | Experience: 4/5 This place is more definitely more accommodating towards large groups and / or just for drinks. It was quite dim inside but colorful. We ordered off of the restaurant week menu: chilled melon soup, plantain chips and guac, PC burger, poke bowl, key lime pie, and a kiwi and coconut sorbet. The soup was simply ok; it was a bit salty, very watermelon-y, and less refreshing than expected. The chips and guac were pretty good; there was a generous amount of guac, which paired well with the thin chips. The PC burger was a typical double cheeseburger and cooked well. The fries that came with it were fresh and hot. The poke bowl was not it; it was an odd combo of fruit, tuna, rice, and plantain chips, which are all good on its own, but did not meld in the bowl. The pie was very sweet, so we did not finish it. The sorbet had very strong flavors of kiwi and coconut, which did pair well together but if had individually, the coconut was a bit overwhelming for me. Overall, the food was merely ok for me. Drinks were also pricey for amount. Restaurant week menus are meant to be a good deal, but I did not think so and looking at the regular menu, the rest of the food did look pricey as well.

I enjoyed my meal here, but the setup of this place is quite confusing and cramped. My group of six ended up at a table which was half chairs and half couch. Those of us on the couch were sitting straight and uncomfortably for our whole meal, unsure of what to do with the pillows that were too big for the seats and too large to put behind our backs. It's clear that Pineapple Club specializes in drinks. The bowls we got were similar in taste to Chipotle, and the salad was well mixed but really minimal in terms of ingredients. The drinks were cute, albeit pricey. I'd probably only come back to do drinks with friends.

Went with a party of 9 people for my birthday The interior is super cute and the presentation of the food was pretty. - Avocado Tempura ($18): Interesting concept, the avocado was very ripe and i liked the crispy and soft parts to this! (4/5) - Dozen Oysters ($36): $3 an oyster is pricey and the oysters weren't that spectacular. Some were pretty small as well (2/5) - Chicken & Waffles ($26): They gave 4/5 small pieces of chicken with a waffle that looked like it was premade (like eggo waffles). The blueberry jam was yummy tho (3/5) - Pork Belly Hash ($22): The egg was runny and pork belly were tasty. But the dish itself was lacking in flavor (3/5) - Yuzu Fried Chicken ($23): Out of the 3 dishes, this felt like the most worth. The sandwich was juicy and had a kick of spiciness to it. Definitely filling since I didn't finish my meal. The fries were yummy too (4/5) :: Overall, the food is pricey for how much food they offered. Also, I felt like the service was very slow and I noticed there was like only one person working all the tables. We sat down around 1:15 PM and somehow ended up leaving close to 4 PM because we were waiting for the food, then the cake, then the check. It also might have been that they had an automatic 20% gratuity on large parties for us to have super slow service. There was also a $3/person cake fee for cutting the cake. I don't know if I would be coming back again for brunch but the vibes of the place is pretty!

Good: happy hour drink and food nothing bad abt it. We came for happy hour at the bar, where they have $10 Dirty Martinis and Daiquiris--both strong and decent. I also ordered a burger and fries from the happy hour menu. Unfortunately, I was so hungry that I finished the burger before snapping a picture, but it was incredibly juicy and flavorful. We sat at the bar with friendly, charming bartenders. I didn't get around to exploring the rest of the bar or restaurant inside.

Loved the unique and funky interior. It's very spacious and has a lot of seating. The only con was that the food wasn't worth the price. But I definitely enjoyed the drink options. It's the first place where I actually enjoyed all the drinks we ordered. It's a great place to grab a drink and catch up with friends.

A little late to review but I came here during the Christmas/new year week mainly to try their holiday drinks. Beautifully adorned with pineapples, this place features a vibrant decor that radiates a cheerful and lively ambiance. Notably, we ordered the holly jolly highball, pumpkin spice, and nog your socks off. My drink was the holly jolly highball that came in a cute, little Christmas ornament. The drink was a fun, instagrammable pouring experience and it tasted delicious as the wine paired very well with the pomegranate juice. The pumpkin pie tasted exactly like pumpkin spice and it was deliciously sweet. Nog your socks off was also coconut, creamy sweet. These drinks did not have a strong alcohol taste and tasted very good. We also ordered some other small appetizers to pair with our drinks like the mushroom spring roll, coconut shrimp, and the chips and guac. Defs recommend the chips and guac if you need to snack on something while drinking. Although the coconut shrimp and spring roll (not a fan of the herbal dipping sauce) was good, I'm not so sure I would get these starters again because of its price vs quantity. Highly recommend to come here for drinks only and for its fun atmosphere!

The place was jam packed for Halloween festivities, but I couldn't see the appeal. The food menu was very limited. They had a potential Halloween/fall sounding drinks list, but don't come here for any foods. The waiter was very attentive for our huge party. The drinks tasted strong, but wasn't actually strong. My I'll Never Lychee Go ($15) had a cute name, with a pretty good lychee flavor, although the prominent alcohol is fighting for attention. There's apparently citrus in this, but I didn't taste any. I had to fill my stomach, so I reluctantly ordered a Fried Chicken Sandwich ($21). I don't know what "Secret Sauce" in their burger is, but let me tell you it is SWEET! It felt so odd, and the breaded chicken breast texture felt so lackluster. Their PC Burger ($21) is a way safer choice. Their fries were fine. This $$$ place is accurately labeled: an overpriced bar. The area in the back was cute for the fancy vibes, with the open window roofing, but I wouldn't come again.

I have been visiting the Pineapple Club for the past 2 yrs and it's always been a place I know I can go for good service, food, and drinks. When it came to picking a place for my bridal shower I knew we needed to reach out. From the very beginning we were put in contact with Matt. He did a fantastic job helping my sister plan a beautiful shower. He was very responsive, professional, and able to accommodate all of our requests. Our server Diana was also incredible. She was able to handle a party of 35 people with ease and I never had an empty glass. Also special thanks to server Isaiah (who we met the last time we visited) for checking in on us. All of our guest raved about the food and no one left hungry. (Wish I had more food photos but we were too busy eating!) The pricing was extremely reasonable and we had so many options to choose from. I would definitely pick the pineapple club for any future private event.

Came here for a pre dinner drink! Ordered the pina colada was the right balance of pineapple and coconut! The drink was a little icy for a drink of this size

Visited the Pineapple Club on a whim for Sunday brunch! I snagged a same day reservation on OpenTable. They have an option to add a bottomless rosé or frosé option for $35 per person at the time of this post! We were greeted and seated immediately! It's very cute inside yet intimate! Great for a 6-7 group setting. We sat in the booth. Isaiah was our primary server and he was great! We all opted for the bottomless rosé and it was delicious--honestly perfect because rosé is so hit or miss for me! I ordered avocado toast and a side of sausage. If you eat meat, specifically beef, ORDER THE SAUSAGE! They make their sausage in house and it is amazing! My avocado toast was good. My friend ordered the sweet potato hash and loved it. My other friend did the loco moco (?) but the gravy fell flat for her. All in all, enjoyed the experience and the service was great!

I came here for a "timeleft" dinner where they organize random dinners of strangers throughout the city at a restaurant that they select. The same night that I was here, there was also trivia. The fact that Pineapple Club seems to need so many gimmicks to get people in the door says something. Everything about it was okay, nothing special but fine. I had the salmon which was not memorable, but fine. The others that I ate with said the same about their meals. I'm not really a fan of sweet cocktails so none of their specialty drinks appealed to me, but if you love pineapple/sweet drinks, this could be a good spot to grab a drink.

Pineapple Club had long been on my list before I visited for the first time. We were looking for a place with good vibes, ideally a fun bar with a full dinner menu, and this spot fit the bill. Pineapple Club is in a real epicenter for bars so it could easily be passed over for something else, but it's a destination in its own right. The drinks are solid (albeit pretty light on the booze, as other reviewers have mentioned) and the food menu is great for both the average diner and for somebody with food restrictions. We came here at around 8pm on a Saturday night. We made a reservation for 5 for dinner and were seated downstairs. We got a cute little booth with a couch which was a perfect configuration, though it was excessively loud at times which made conversations a little challenging. It's a little compact down there so the acoustics probably aren't great. A minor complaint though, we still had a good time. For drinks, Pineapple Club, as its name suggests, as a tropically-inspired menu. That said, it's not a tiki bar, which was encouraging to me as someone who does not enjoy tiki drinks. Lots of bright and fruity flavor profiles here. Not so many stirred/spirit-forward drinks. To start, I got Pineapple Club's take on the lychee martini, the I'll Never Lychee Go (vodka, rose, lychee, citrus). Like another reviewer said it was definitely light on the alcohol but honestly I don't like vodka anyway so maybe it was better that I couldn't taste it. Still delicious. I then got the Bears, Beets, Battlestar Galactica (gin, beets, lambrusco, citrus), mainly for the name but I also happen to love gin and beets together. I'm not usually into drinks topped with sparkling wine or some other kind of effervescence but this one was still solid. The gin is infused with beets which, if there was more of it in the drink, would have been the star. Food-wise, Pineapple Club has a full dinner menu with lots of options for folks with dietary restrictions like me. Plenty of items with a GF or GF optional label. We started with chips and guac and were gifted the Crispy Salmon Sushi w/ spicy mayo and crispy rice because apparently another table didn't want one that had already been made. Super yummy, that combo of ingredients is hard to mess up. For my entree I got the Raw Baby Kale Salad w/ parmesan, lemon, and grilled chicken, basically their interpretation of a kale Caesar. It's usually served with croutons but I skipped those because of the gluten. It enjoyed it a lot, pretty impressive for a place I wrote off as just another East Village cocktail bar.

Loved this chicken & biscuit, the gravy was on the sweeter side but it really paired well with the biscuit & chives. Drinks here are so great. We all ravedddd about the la la land cocktail & the espresso martini. Inside was so beautiful and service was great!

My friends and I came here spontaneously after seeing they had some reservation times available online. We booked and walked over, but still had to wait for about 15-30 minutes for a table. There was a bar to hang out around and order drinks while we waited. After being seated, I ordered an espresso martini. It is advertised as being the best in the city, and although it was good I'm not sure that I would say that it was the best I've had here. Our server also left us alone for the most part and was at times hard to flag down. The space is really fun and intimate though so I would be open to trying it again. It is loud and crowded at night so I would recommend coming here with friends or a long term partner instead of a first date.

My pineapple old fashioned was not good. Watery, too sweet without discernable pineapple character, and with anonymous whisky notes. We came as a big late-night group. Fun decor, but with the vibe that they were trying hard to be chic.

I had my birthday brunch here. It was AMAZING. To start, the food was great. The family style option was perfect and everyone loved the food. 10/10 recommend the avocado toast and the French toast. Also, the service was great. The food was brought fast and they were so friendly. When planning the event, I worked with Matthew. He was great. So easy to work with and helpful. I strongly recommend having an event here. Lastly, the ambiance was great. There was such a fun vibe and the place is decorated so cute inside!

Five stars based on ambiance and service. Food is more like four stars. The drinks are probably also four stars. Fun, tropical vibe, but I have had better. I had the New York strip, served with Togarashi potatoes (though I couldn't taste any spice). The flavors of the steak were good and the nori butter really added complexity. The outside was well charred. But I ordered medium and the steak was on the doorstep of well done. So it really affected how I felt about the meal. I also ordered the BBQ season fries. The fries are great--hot and crisp and thick. But I would order them plain next time. There was just too much seasoning for me. The servers were attentive and laid back and super welcoming. Not a single complaint about them. Again, the drinks--many pineapple or fruit based--were pretty good, but I've had better. They have oysters, burgers, tacos, a fried chicken sandwich, and more. All with some type of twist. I would definitely try this place again.

Pineapple Club is a lot of fun - the decor is whimsical, the space is super-interesting- take time to walk around so you know where you'd like to sit. There's the cosy and atmospheric bar/dining area upstairs but also seating in a basement that is basically an atrium. Cocktails are fun too and the food is fine.

Yesterday was my third time at Pineapple Club and I've never had a bad drink here. My friend and I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and were seated right away at a high top table across from the bar. We didn't realize we would have a server, so we just went up to order our drinks from the bartender. We both got Espresso Martinis ($16 each), and I highly recommend you do the same. These are the best Espresso Martinis in the city, in my opinion - creamy but not too creamy, strong, and well balanced. Everyone I bring here absolutely loves them! The ambiance was relaxed but I've also seen this place get extremely crowded at night, even though there are two floors of seating. The decor is tropical and fun, with cool wallpaper and modern furniture. Will return!

This review is based only on the drinks and vibes. Didn't get a chance to feast on their food, so will need to come back here for bites. We walked in midday and got seated instantly. Everywhere from the drinks to staff wearing pineapple shirts, the establishment plays right into the theme of its moniker. I got the Pineapple Old-fashioned and it delivered on the pineapple taste. If you're an old-fashioned enthusiast, this is a fun incarnation on the classic cocktail but if you're a purist, you might get disappointed because you don't get the whiskey taste or an impression of the bitters. The space inside is huge and all around swanky yet casual enough to be comfortable. Sometimes bars can play music so loud that you can't have a conversation with anyone, but over here, the volume was just right. They also had some chill jams. Great place to have a drink. I'll come back.

Super cute trendy restaurant. Space has skylights so it's nice to sit and chill. I wasn't too hungry so I ordered the small plate of fried rice which was tasty. There's a fried egg on top that's breaded so it was a little confusing but the egg was good as well. Def a vibe in this restaurant. I'll be back for drinks and nightlife for sure. Service was good as well.

Does not live up to the hype. It's fine but very pricey for the quality you're getting. The decor is really cute but that's about it. Every time I go it's so loud. Like the type where you give up trying to talk because it's nauseating. The servers are not the best either, soooo slow.

This spot opened recently and seems to have great reviews so I was excited to give it a try. I was on my way to a luau with my girlfriend, so we came dressed in Hawaiian shirts. Thankfully it was raining so our outfits were tempered somewhat. But coming to this place dressed in Hawaiian gear felt a little over the top, like going to the polo bar dressed as a jockey, La Esquina dressed in a sombrero or Raines Law Room dressed as a prostitute. To start we had the tuna tar tar and the avocado fries. The avocado fries (basically 4 chunks of fried avocado) were my favorite. I thought the tuna tar tar was good but could have skewed more towards tuna and away from avocado. For my entre I had the chicken sandwich, which could be great with a bit more flavor. I feel like the way it's prepared, if it were a hot chicken sandwich it would be amazing. I was hoping the burger would have pineapple on it (this place is called the PINEAPPLE club), but it didn't so I got the chicken sandwich. The service was great, so much so that I felt like I kept saying embarrassing stuff right as he walked up. I had the ginger margarita which I thought was pretty good, I also had the espresso martini which is phenomenal.

A 2020 COVID open and it shows. I've finally gotten to this place. It's a hassle to walk in because I think they mostly do reservations and their clientele really screams ~*bridge and tunnel instagram my 25th birthdaayyyy bachelorette frat young finance gradddd*~ I can't fault them entirely, they back area is beautiful. Very California 1960s hotel bar inspired. Full with this gorgeous garden area. But the drinks, multiple swings a a miss. Let me be upfront. I love a gorgeous bar. I am an aesthetics whore, but at the end of the day - I'm here for good drinks. Especially if you're charging me 16 dollars for glorified fruit juice. If you only care about a pretty place, and have no interest in quality cocktails - don't read on. Alright, for those of us left, let's get down to the nitty gritty. 1. Service is lacking. Lackadaisical hostess that almost seems confused when people enter. 2. Bartenders that help their friends before they help you. Again, this I wouldn't mind if you gave me a "hey one minute" or even acknowledged my existence. We all wanna hang out with our homies. But damn don't just gaze right through me. 3. Overpriced drinks. 4. Average if not poor drinks. Lets talk drinks, I too suspect many of these are batch made Pretty obvious since they are not juicing beets in front of you for each Bear, Beets, Battlestar Galactica. (Gin/Beets/Lime Juice/Lambrusco) Someone thought that was cute. It's not. It's a glorified cold press beet juice with the bartender whispering gin into the glass and someone shouting "LAMBRUSCO" from their outside Covid Cabana. Waste of time. The rest of the menu is also foolish, Fight Milk (Dark Rum/Cruzan/Pineapple/Lime Juice/Campari) Sad Boy Tears (Vodka, Aloe, Blue Curacao, Coconut, Citrus) - Kind of like someone's sick in a coconut. It feels like they spent so much time naming these cocktails and then threw darts on the board for what would be in them. The only drink I did enjoy was the Espresso Martini. But I've got comments on that too. When we entered, the bartender eventually greeted us and then placed the happy hour menu in front of us. Their happy hour deal is basically, beer/wine and this espresso martini for 12 bucks. Well, we order it. And it's fine already. Basically if you don't use coffee syrup. It's not going to be the worst thing in the world. But as we are drinking, we realise he gave us these happy hour menus after happy hour and have been bamboozled into ordering these drinks lmao. I mean I guess bruv -- go off. Back to the batch cocktails though. I don't have an inherent problem with them. Especially if it's a small bar and a large space, like Pineapple Club. My problem is the price point for BATCH cocktails. Also, if you're gonna give me something premade, and shake it up pretending it's fresh. At least make sure it's cold lmao. You're not even hiding it. If you absolutely must come here. Get here when the first open, they have a one hour happy hour. You will also avoid some of the woo woo B/T crowd and maybe be able to have an actual conversation. This is one of those places that doesn't care about quality because their decor and space is bringing in the money. Why bother with good service when you'll always have a set of fresh faces. I ask, why can't it be both? I will try this again, because I only think it's fair. Maybe the tables have better service -- I doubt it.

The service here is 10/10 and it's such a fun vibe. The food is really good. I would def suggest the chicken to start and the burrito is really good for your main. The drinks are great, and it's a good vibe.

Ooops I did it again.... Met up with high school friends last time and got completely plastered. This time I told myself I'd handle myself in a more classier manner, but that so did to happen. Heard great things about this place and told the ladies to meet me here. As soon as I sat down, Alex welcomed me thinking my name was Alex too. We had to clarify that it was Alice and Alex was my brother. I told Alex to make me a drink that will transport me out of the dreary New York rain and take me to Punta Cana and that is what he did. Don't think it was on the menu, but it was perfect after he threw in an extra shot of vodka. Then HK, like Hell's Kitchen, gave me pineapple drink since it is the Pineapple Club! By the time I was done with all these drinks and more, I have been a nuisance to the bartenders (sorry and thank you), made new mates from across the pond, and did who knows what on social media. You know you had a good night when you are waking up in the morning doing damage control. Oh well, no one is perfect, especially when liquid audacity is involved. The drinks are strong on demand, the people are so nice, the vibe is great, and the people that come here to eat or drink are great! I would so go there again even though it is quite a hike especially when it is raining! I didn't get a chance to try their food last night so we are most definitely planning on going back!

We stopped by the Pineapple Club for brunch, and the experience was good. The inside of the restaurant is cute with a retro pineapple theme. We had a group of 9 people and we were able to reserve a table for all of us. The service was great for our big group, we got our food quickly and lots of water refills. They didn't have a lot of food options for brunch though. My food was good though the portions were small for the price.

Had brunch with friends - good vibe, playlist, cocktails and food. The lychee martini was good - not too sweet. Not a huge menu but my favs were the chicken and biscuit, the mixed greens (still thinking about the lychees and macadamias with ginger dressing), & the plain fries are a must. Fried perfectly. The banana bread French toast was my least favorite...the outside was too fried and too thick. I like to share savory and sweet but the pineapple hash was sold out. My advice...pass on the banana bread French toast. Wish they had a pancake option.

Drinks review only. I liked this place so much more before 8pm. Pre-8pm at the bar, it's a quiet, cozy, soft-lit space with music at a normal volume that allows you to hear your three companions talk. The bartenders are attentive and available, and you can easily order Fight Milk (smooth and pungent), Pineapple Old Fashioned (smooth and sweet), or Piña Chili Margarita (spicy and zesty) with little issue. Post-8pm, the lights dim, the music amplifies, and the place fills up like a frat party after the pledges put on diapers. While I actually loved my Bears, Beets, Battlestar Galactica (gorgeously red, earthy and beet-y) and didn't mind the Mezcal Ginger Margarita (smoky), I didn't love waiting 10 min to get the same bartender's attention who had previously been so easy to grab. Mind you, there weren't any other customers at the bar--he was just too busy doing shots with guests he knew. I wouldn't have cared, but he had my credit card and I really needed to get home. So yeah. Nabe fave, I know, but not one I'd visit after 8pm. Okay, okay, maybe I'm just too old for this ish.

I randomly selected this restaurant from Google/ Yelp and was expecting a low key out of the way ambiance. But I was wrong (in a good way)! It's actually a super popular spot with tons of Gen Z. Music also got progressively louder later into the evening so keep that in mind. Interior was cute and kitschy with the right amount of pineapple motifs. Food was delicious - recommend the shrimp and avocado fries as well as the jerk chicken. Service was impeccable! Our server was welcoming and friendly and very responsive to our menu questions.

Had been hearing a lot about this place and finally got the chance to check it out. I'm so glad I did! The drinks selection is lovely and delicious. We had the Lychee martini, Lala Land, Espresso Martini, and. All were wonderful and I still want to explore the rest of the cocktail menu. For our meal we had the Hanger Steak and Swordfish Al Pastor Tacos with a side of Bok Choy. The steak was amazing, and I'd absolutely recommend getting it. The garlic butter on top was incredible and the meat was wonderfully cooked. The tacos were amazing as well. The bok choy was cooked in a delicious sauce and was a great side. The atmosphere is unique and incredibly enjoyable, definitely fit for a younger crowd. I loved the music selection, and while a bit loud, I'd still recommend it for anyone wanting a good spot for a date night (though maybe not the first). Our waiter was wonderful and helpful in choosing what we wanted to eat, as we were still trying to decide between a couple of dishes. The recommendations were great! I can't wait to return and introduce others to this delicious place.

Food was very good, I came here for brunch. Service was friendly as well, which is not common in NY anymore due to shortages. The menu itself was not big enough, I definitely struggled on what to order. They said they did not have decaf coffee or tea, which is really weird not to offer those things for brunch. Otherwise was pretty good.

My boyfriend and I have come here before for drinks and wanted to try their brunch menu as well. We got the tuna tartare to start (good portion) and then he got the PC burger and I got the French toast. The French toast was great, different than other restaurants. His burger initially came out almost raw but then they brought him a new one that was fixed as well as complimentary shots to apologize. Definitely worth trying once although their drinks are better than the food!

Great food (albeit small potions tbh), fantastic trench vibes, spacious area with plenty of seating, and great service. I came to this place with a reservation on a Saturday at noon. Our group of eight were seated at a table on the lower floor. I ordered the following: 1) tuna tartare 2) burrata Both were very very delicious. Tuna Tartare came with chips and was flavored well. The burrata came with four slices of toasted bread and had delicious cheese and pineapple purée. Dining on the lowest level, you get a rare dining experience in NYC where there is lots of vertical space. There was an overhanging glass ceiling with plenty of sunshine going through. Plants like monsteras line the rim and decor in bright colors everywhere... this dining ambience gave a chic, Spring feel. Of course this vibe seems to be different based on where your table ends up being. The table in another section on the lowest floor closest to the bar had dim lighting and more of a speakeasy type of vibe. Service was great. My only complaint is that it's def small portions for the price you pay. Overall great place with chic trendy vibes!

I made a reservation for my brunch a month in advance and they were so accommodating with the 12 people reservation and gave us a cute private area in the lighted area. It felt like an LA restaurant and the server was amazing. He brought us new drinks because we didn't like one of them which was more than he needed to do. The espresso martini and clarified pumpkin pie drinks were SO SO good. The brunch items were also good, nothing really stood out too much but were very fresh and yummy. I got the Benedict and love spinach so it was perfect for me. For the avocado fries I was expecting actual fries but they were basically fried tempura like pieces of avocado. Definitely will come back again for happy hour or dinner!

Cool neighborhood bar, restaurant. Pleasant staff that does a good job with an eclectic section of cocktails. I haven't had the food but the couple of times I came in for cocktails they were spot on with passion fruit and pineapple flavors in various iterations, good selections of IPAs and lagers too. The vibe is cool, friendly faces that equally like to chill and enjoy the night away.

My friends and I came here for Brunch on a Saturday and were not too impressed. Our party of 10 shared the XXXL Pina Mimosa, which was not worth $200 as it only had 3 champagne bottles mixed in. We had asked for a nice presentation instead of the normal dispenser, which they delivered in 3 separate rose gold pineapples. Our party ordered a variety of dishes and overall did not enjoy the food, especially the loco Moco steak. The ambiance was great but I don't think I will be returning.

Love this place. The seating in the back is very cute. All the food was very good and the service wasreally impressive. My server was very attentive. I originally got the mezcal ginger margarita, but it felt like more if a nighttime drink and I was in the mood for something lighter and fruitier. Noticed I wasn't feeling the drink and switched it out for me! The strawberry feels was perfect for brunch. Very refreshing. I also really loved the sauce that came with the yucca fritters.

Overall rating: 4.8 One statement only: top 3 espresso martinis in NYC. So good. Only reason, we're not at a 5 is because this is the only thing I ordered. It would be a disservice to recommend the food since I haven't had any. That said, order the drink & you'll be happy.

Wow, what a beautiful restaurant and amazing service. We were sat promptly for our reservations and greeted by a wonderful server, Judah. Judah was very friendly and was very genuine when asking if we have been there before and how did we hear about the place. Very easy to talk to and very quick and efficient taking care of all his guests. The food was also amazing. Highly recommend the chicken sandwich! We will definitely come back next time we are in the city.
