You can really tell the kitchen puts passion into every plate. The flavors were unique yet comforting—definitely not your average tavern! What truly stood out was the personal touch from Jillian, the manager. She stopped by our table to check in, asked how everything was, and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. That kind of leadership really shines through in the atmosphere and service here. If you’re looking for a spot with amazing food, exceptional service, and a team that clearly loves what they do—Pineapple Ink Tavern is it. Can’t wait to come back!

I spent $80 on food here yesterday, Saturday 8/9. We were highly disappointed with the quality when we got home. The rice was overcooked and clumped together; it looked like mashed potatoes. The meat I received was old and had a strange smell. My husband's medium-well NY strip steak was burnt outside and rare inside. The food was so bad that we couldn't eat it and had to throw it away, wasting $80. We then had to buy other food. I won't be returning and won't recommend this place. I'm angry that they serve such low-quality food to pay and customers without looking at what they are giving us. they would not serve themselves or their families/friends this crap! Everything was so edible that smell of burnt food was overwhelming.

Here’s an honest review, with negatives at the bottom because the best parts of this place HEAVILY outweigh the few negative. I grew up with a lot of Cuban and Mexican food, and I had missed it a LOT since we moved to Augusta a decade ago. I can happily say this place is the closest I’ve had to home since I was a child. The service was fantastic, the brussel sprouts are amazing and will definitely be ordered next time. I got the ropa vieja and with it, came so much nostalgia and flavor and it was so so good. My spouse got the weekly special (fried red snapper) and she loved her meal as well. The only downsides: The empanadas were a little dry, the crema they come with was good but was very plain. The seating is uncomfortable IF you wear shorts/short skirt. This place was also very affordable for being one of Augusta’s more “trending” places.

After another few minutes past, I decided to move to the bar, where I hoped the service would be more attentive. I ordered a drink, an appetizer, and an entrée. When I finished my meal, I asked for a to-go box, finished my drink, and requested the check. While waiting, I noticed something at the bottom of my glass: a dead fly. I discreetly told the bartender, who informed the manager. The manager came over and coldly stated that it would take "3-5 business days" for a refund to hit my card. Naturally, I assumed she meant the entire bill. Instead, she clarified that only the drink would be refunded. No apology, no concern for my experience, no accountability. They simply voided the first bill and re-charged me minus the drink. I have eaten here many times in the past and even recommended this place to friends and family. After its temporary closure, I was excited to return--but I wish they had stayed closed. The quality of food, service, and management has completely fallen off. I will absolutely not be returning, and I made sure to leave my to-go box sitting right on the bar. This was beyond disappointing, and I want nothing to do with this restaurant moving forward.

A vibrant tropical flavorful restaurant. We arrived around 5, and I was delightfully surprised. The skirt steak and was rich, smoky, and savory. The beans and rice were well seasoned. The Duck fat fries were crispy. Don't let me forget the creamy plantains. We will definitely return next time I return to downtown Augusta.

Went with a party of 4 on a Sunday. Didn't realize it would be the brunch menu instead of the regular menu, but we pivoted and it was great. Despite a little wait (we walked down to a book shop and were texted when our table was ready), the service was great once we got started. The poutine appetizer was a fantastic way to start, especially if you're hungry. Our drinks, including a mimosa flight, were excellent with a nice balance of alcohol to mixer. My wife enjoyed her eggs benedict and I thought the chicken and waffles were very good. I'm confused by the reviews about poor service because we went when it was packed and got great service. Some people just think they're the main character and are upset when the service staff don't set up camp at their table 24/7. My wife and I are looking forward to going back to try the dinner menu.

The experience was delightful. The cozy ambiance created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu featured a variety of dishes, my choice (Shrimp and Grits) and my friend’s choice (Chicken and Waffles) were bursting with flavor. The staff were friendly, providing excellent service that added to the overall positive dining experience. I highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone seeking a charming and delicious meal.

Great food! Real grown-up drinks & cocktails! Chill vibe! And ABOVE all, STELLAR customer service. The manager Ms. Hope is a charming sweetheart. Our waitress Kayla was so patient, kind, and friendly, and the bartender Ryan........well.......he's just cool like that. His craftsmanship behind the bar is unmatched!!!! Trust us! Recently moved to the area and stopped in for brunch with family based on the great reviews. We were the first customers through the door, but the experience left us disappointed. The hostess seemed unsure of what to do when we arrived but eventually seated us and brought silverware. Our waitress was friendly and got us water promptly. We asked for paper menus instead of using the QR code and were given one. Despite being the first table, we waited 30 minutes for our food. The first plate came out with another that wasn't even for our table, and we had to wait a bit longer for the rest. I had the special--stuffed French toast--which came out cold. My husband had a burger and fries and said they were just okay. On a positive note, the decor was nice and unique, and we appreciated that they offer a military discount. Service was decent and the food had potential, but based on this visit and my family's separate experience (which is in another review), we're unsure if we'll be back.

Tried out this location after seeing great reviews online. We went in expectation of trying out their brunch menu and arrived right as the business opened. We were the first customers to be seated and still waited 30 minutes for our meals. The ambience and the customer service here is great. The seating is comfortable and the decor is colorful + inviting. I ordered the Eggs Benedict, which is one of my favorite breakfast meals. Let's start with the positive- the home fries slap! They are seasoned perfectly and are tender. The Eggs Benedict portion of my meal needed some assistance. The eggs were over ham and a biscuit. Both items were good. I cut into my first egg yolk and it did not run at all. Plus, there seemed to be a film around the egg yolk (see pics). Not how you want to experience the egg in this meal. The hollandaise sauce was running and had the color and consistency of chicken broth (see pics). Also, not how you want to experience a good Eggs Benedict. I did share my displeasure with my meal with my waitress. She was accommodating in removing the plate from my table. She came back to share that the manager said that my meal will be comp'd. It would've been nice to have actually spoken with the manager. This place has great potential. It may just have been a bad day. I am not sure if I'll go back to try it again. Just being honest.

We came in on a Friday night with about an hour wait till we could get a table so we sat at the bar while we waited. The staff was busy but made time to provide helpful recommendations on drinks and food, we ended up snacking on the brussel sprouts which were phenomenal.i think over the course of the evening we tried most of their signature drinks and I couldn't say one bad thing about them. The inside is nicely decorated nicely and the space is large enough for various group sizes but intimate enough to have a date night without it being loud like a lot of restaurants. The food was fantastic and full of flavor, there were so many options so we will have to come back to try more!

I had high hopes based on the reviews. First off our waitress was friendly and accommodating, for the issues we faced. The ambiance was ok. However the food was not it. I had the chicken biscuit with hash browns. The chicken was reheated from the day before. The breading was soggy and fell right off when taking a bite. Very disappointing to say the least. On a good note. The hash browns were outstanding. Hopefully they make the needed corrections and live up to their great reviews. We arrived when they first opened. So maybe they were not fully prepared for service. I will say if you enjoy hash browns. Give them a try.

Service was terrible, first we sat at the bar for drinks. The bartender had a bad attitude (and in his defense no help) I never saw a bar back or anyone else on a holiday that's dumb. The ambiance was ok but I would say it's not private. You are in close quarters with everyone in the restaurant and bar. The only positive I can give them is the bathrooms were nice and clean. However, once they sat us at the table, no one came for over 30 min. I could understand if they were busy or if the place was big but that was not the case at 9 pm. We found out after waiting that they were not serving their menu. They had a special limited menu and it had no Cuban food on it. That's the reason we went there so we left. Maybe the food would be good but we never had a chance to try it.

As the song lyric goes; "the more things change, the more they stay the same." This rings true at Pineapple Ink Tavern (PIT). They have made a switch in theme (not so much decor as menu-food and drinks). The owner decided to focus on dishes from his Cuban childhood. He states, "Family, friends, and community are important in Cuban traditions..." You feel this sense of family upon walking in. The team here has always been warm and welcoming, and knowledgeable of the menu (especially important when it comes to for dessert!). I have been seated both inside and out and though both are comfortable, I would recommend deciding what kind of mood you are in when choosing. Outside is a high traffic section of Broad Street (both vehicles and pedistrians). People will be walking by all the time. There are days I want that "city feel" and embrace it. But this last time it was a Wednesday evening and I was trying to unwind. I wanted ambiance, calm, and some AC. Thus inside was a great fit. Now let's talk about this food. I don't normally mention seasonal/speciality items, as they may be off the menu by the time you read this, but this one is worth mentioning. The Cuban Ramen bowl. It is just want it sounds like; a Cuban sandwich transformed into a bowl of Ramen. And oh it was delicious. The textures and flavors made every bite a sensation. But let me back up, the presentation is a work of art. I couldn't take it in fast enough. And I will say it is very filling, but for me there's always room for dessert. I went with the gava basque cheesecake because...is that even a question? I will be back specifically for that! Creamy, but not too thick. Sweet, but not syrupy like Southern sweet tea. And again, beautiful presentation. I do not visit here enough. Also, though I have yet to visit I am planning to return on a Sunday and try their brunch specials which includes a French toast of week (past flavors; Tiramisu, cookies and cream, peaches and cream, snickerdoodle).

Unwelcoming. Walked in with the wife at 8:59 an hour before close. The vibe from everyone was we don't want you here. We sat down and then left.

I'll preface this review with the caveat that I'm Cuban so my standards are probably unrealistically high for the CSRA. That said, I've tried this place three times now after it was rebranded to a "Cuban-inspired" restaurant. I had high hopes. They were all dashed. I've had: Garlic shrimp entree--overcooked served with unseasoned rice Lechon asado--lacked garlic/citrus/mojo and tasted like it went in an oven unseasoned Maduros--solid, I'd be real worried if these were messed up since they're probably bought frozen Empanadas-Picadillo is legit good and I don't understand why it isn't on the menu Tostones--not cooked enough Southern Gentleman--a $32 steak dish for breakfast that was unseasoned and overdone Spanish French toast-inedible mushy bread described as being topped with a "variety of fruit" and in reality served burned with maple syrup and nothing else Breakfast hash bowl with poavhed eggs--the eggs came out hard boiled so we ate this without eggs because our food had already taken more than 45 minutes when there were only two tables seated in the whole place I've tried to order Cuban coffee twice but the espresso maker has been broken and they've brought me Cafe Bustelo made like regular drip coffee. ‍ Cocktails are usually OK even if they managed to spell Abuela wrong on the menu.

The ambiance of Pineapple Ink Tavern was super cute! I had mixed feelings about what the menu was going to entail as a Cuban inspired menu. However because we came on the weekend, we got the brunch menu instead. I ordered the BELT (bacon egg lettuce tomato) sandwich which came with a fried green tomato and avocado on the sandwich. The overall sandwich was huge. A lot of egg, the fried green tomato was fried fresh. It was piping hot. The bacon was delicious. I'm a sucker for avocado so this was a win. It was accompanied with some homestyle potatoes. Literally this could have been shared. My wife had the hot honey chicken biscuit with the homestyle potatoes. She said it has a nice spice to it. My mother in law joined us and had the chicken and waffles. She said it was good, chicken was seasoned. I'd like to try it one more time when the other menu is available. Also the waitress was non existent. We started with Jenise and she was amazing. Then we got Carmen, who we saw to order, and then to leave. In between time she was no where to be found.

We must have gone on an off night. Service was terrible, my mojito was meh... food not bad but nothing to brag about. The table behind us left since the service was so bad. Probably the right choice.

I had the chicken and waffles. It was chicken and WAFFLE. Singular. It comes with six breaded wings and a waffle. A tiny waffle. Which is fine bc I usually waste two large waffles but man this one was tiny. It was missing something. I'm not sure what. I will revisit. And I'm not sure why it had powdered sugar. The wings were kinda tiny too. They were just warm when they came out. I wish they would have been piping. But I enjoyed them. They had good flavor. And were not soggy despite being laid on top of the waffle that had honey butter spread on it. Could have maybe used a little seasoning. But again. I enjoyed them. 5.5 for bacon ala carte is crazyyyyy. But it was super good. Applewood. Whoever was cooking knows what they were doing. It was perfect. Not too limp. Not too crispy. Perfectly balanced. I wanted eggs a la carte. But I had to pass for $5. Overall. I enjoyed it. But for $18 for six tiny wings and a tiny waffle. Add the $5.5 for three strips of bacon. It's not a lot of value here. And my drink was $16 and was essentially an old-fashioned. This is not Atlanta. Also. The place wasn't empty but it was definitely seats available. I made the decision to come at 12:45p Saturday and was able to make a reservation and get seating by 1. All that to say, why wasn't my food piping? It came out fairly quick. But was just warm. The star of the show though. The service. Man my server was amazing. Karmen. Top notch. Definitely a pro. Not too overbearing. But attentive. Very. Never felt like she was rushing me. And the woman at the bar. Superb. I had to use the restroom. But wanted to look at the taps. She asked me questions about what types of beer I liked and offered samples. I love them (the staff). I'll be back.

Service was great, our server was on point. Our drinks were good as well,hats off to the bartender. Everything here was completely different from the last time my wife and I ate here. It was a completely new menu. Kinda put off Cuban vibes for sure. We were looking forward to having the cheese curds we had in the past with the killer dipping sauce that came with them. However those are no longer on the menu. We did have for starters the Brussels, the seasons and toppings were great, but because they only cut them in half's instead of fourths they were a little uncooked and took longer to chew. We also had the Croquettas those reminded me of my Puertorican culture. They were very delicious when cooked right. I say that because my first order had 3 burnt and over cooked ones hidden under the perfectly cook ones. However my server had the kitchen get me out a perfectly presentable new full order. Their Coquito was ok, that's only said because I have a family recipe that I make every year. I'm part of one of those Puertorican family's that think everything we make is better lol. I can't remember the names of the entrees we had but I should add the flavors were amazing and food was cooked with passion.

Unusual experience. I normally leave my phone in the car when dining out. I just think it's a courtesy to others. This restaurant offers no printed menu and requires you to read it online. When I explained that I had no phone, the response was in essence, "Too bad" I couldn't believe it. We quietly but quickly left.

I was excited to try Pineapple Ink Tavern after their recent renovation and revamping of the menu. However, upon seeing the menu online, I felt kinda... underwhelmed? I tried to push past it though and went with my friends to try it out. I ordered the Cuban Coffee and the Doblé Doblé with a side of fries. Cuban Coffee was basically an espresso shot. I don't really know what's Cuban about it? It was strong and robust, and it didn't come with milk, just turbinado sugar packets. It was alright, but I don't think it's worth the price. The doblé doblé was essentially a burger with chorizo mixed into the beef patty. I liked the flavor of the chorizo, it really shines through because the burger was simple and didn't have a lot of condiments on it. The little potato sticks on top was a nice touch as well. But overall, it just seemed like a regular burger other than what I said about the chorizo flavor. It wasn't life-changing. Fries were not very noteworthy. Overall, the experience was okay. I wasn't blown away by the food, but I wasn't particularly impressed either. I strongly prefer the pre-renovation menu, but since it got phased out, I don't really see it coming back in the future. And I guess that means I don't see me coming back in the future, either.

We came during brunch and were seated quickly. Service was very slow and we didn't order anything except appetizers because our server kept disappearing. The hot honey wings and fried green tomatoes were very good despite the slow service. We ordered Pit's 75 and they didn't taste that great and were pricey considering the tiny glass they're served in. I requested to switch my drink to a pineapple mimosa instead which was delicious but again very slow to make it to the table. I had to ask another person about my drink and she brought it after I waited 10 minutes. It's a cute restaurant with great music but poor service. I understand the dinner menu is the true star of this place and I may give it another shot in the near future.

The host and bartenders were very friendly. I got the Tart-Tini, which smelled so good as she making it..it also tasted good...side note: would be good with a graham cracker crust lol. Will definitely come again the next time I'm in town to try the food.

I was not a big fan of PIT before this new takeover but I'm a huge fan now. The drinks are phenomenal and the food follows suit. We usually sit at the bar and the bartenders are always friendly. They seem to really enjoy their job.

Food was outstanding I got eggs benefit (no English muffin)and my husband got the shrimp and grits. He said best S&G he ever ate, better than Charleston! service was prompt and attentive Two things prevented a 5 star rating-- venue is crowded (bumped chairs with people behind us) and so noisy conversation was hard. second, they brought my avocado so late I was 3/4 done eating--though it was delicious and perfectly ripe. would definitely eat here again . Brunch Meal was excellent and reasonably priced.

Came here after the reopening to try the new menu with several of my Augusta local friends. There isn't a lot of seating, so there is usually quite a wait, but we were able to get a table reasonably quickly due to one of our friends going early. Both me and my boyfriend got the lechón, which I did enjoy! He felt that the plantains that came with it were a little too sweet, and I thought the beans were a bit flavorless (and had a slightly bitter aftertaste), but the main meat was excellent. I will say that come served with a wedge of lime, but if you put the lime on it, The lime will be the predominant flavor of the dish, so don't use the lime unless you really like that flavor. My boyfriend also got the electric drink, which he really enjoyed. The rest of our party had a great time, and did also enjoy their food. All in all I do think this is a place to try once if you if you have not been!

After reading the Augusta Chronicle headline that downtown Augusta was getting a new Cuban restaurant, DH and I made it the date night location for first Friday. As South Florida natives, we are both well versed in Cuban cooking and looked forward to 'home cooking' with flavors from home. We arrived 'early' to a packed restaurant at 5:20 pm (I always take that as a good omen). We had starters: ham croquettes for DH and empanadas de picadillo for me. Fresh out of the fryer, these were initially too hot to handle. The flavors were a little different from what we were accustomed to as Native Miamians, but hunger is a sauce that makes anything taste better. We had a 15-20 minute wait on entrees. Our server, Annie explained that the kitchen was "backed up". DH's Cuban Sandwich looked the part, but the flavors were more southern than Caribbean. It was disconcerting to taste country ham instead of sweet ham, pulled pork substituted for slices of garlicky roast pork and my husband is STILL murmuring about the wrong bread. My Medianoche sliders had the same switcheroo, but the Hawaiian bread was not an egregious substitute for the Cuban sweet bread. About the only dish to taste as expected we're the tostones. Annie explained that although the owner was Cuban, the chef/cook was not (which explained a lot). While our expectations were dashed, to be fair, the food was good and the restaurant was well appointed. The crowd was a testament to the restaurant's popularity, so perhaps next visit we'll leave our expectations at home.

It was just ok. The ambiance and decor was very nice for a downtown spot. I've been here before under the old ownership now with it being rebranded as Cuban cuisine thought I'd try again. My food was bland and drinks were ehh. Our waitress was friendly and checked to make sure my friend and I were good. Not sure if I'd go back but it's in a great location with outside seating. If you're looking for something different probably give it a try

Service was slow, but mixed drink was delicious. Salad and sandwich was not what we expected ( too heavy dressing). Overall atmosphere and decor were great and exceeded our expectations.

The food was delicious! Only the shredded pork empanadas were super dry-- wouldn't recommend those. They had some problems at their bar (didn't have Tito's, didn't have the IPA on their menu), but the bartender was super nice and accommodating. One of us ordered an "extra dirty martini" but got a lemon twist. When I told the waitress it was supposed to be a dirty martini, she looked at me like I was inconveniencing her and said they don't have olives in the restaurant... which is fine, I would just tell the customers up front next time so they can order something they'll like!

Had the Pan Con Bistec for dinner with a rye old fashioned called The Soto- Smoked. Delicious pairing! Cost was very reasonable for a spot like this and highly recommend any solo diners or small groups to this Cuban Themed spot. Service was very responsive as I sat at the bar.

The food was so amazing! We'll have to come back to try more of the menu! Don't skip the yucca fries, they're delicious!

Upon walking in I was very impressed with the overall vibe! They bring a carafe of water to your table which is nice. We got the Bruselas (brussel sprouts) to share, my partner ordered El Cubano and I ordered the Double Double. I'm not a huge fan of tajin but still really enjoyed the brussel sprouts. The burger was tasty and fresh and the caramelized onions really made it. My partner said the Cuban was amazing. I ordered a coffee afterwards and loved the flavor -- they offer brown sugar to go in it which really is a game changer. The service was honestly lacking a bit -- I asked for more water but never got it, but I definitely will be back.

Very nice atmosphere when you walk in to the place. Our server was new but for her first time on the floor she did great. We did not order apps but we did order drinks while we waited on the entrees. During our visit we were asked at least three times about apps even though we had already ordered our food. I understand the server being new but have some faith that she doing everything right. The drinks that I had were really good. I had the kickin' chicken entree, it was good but lacked a sauce for me. The chicken was kind of dry but the grit fries were on point and also different. Also I did not get much spicy from the dish, very mild. The server checked to make sure that we had everything once the food came out. Overall great experience besides it being hot in the restaurant. When we got there we thought it was just hot because we did just get from walking outside but the longer we stayed the hotter it seemed to get. We asked the server about it and she said that the air was broken. BROKEN in the middle of July is not a good sign for any establishment in the south. I hope that it gets fixed soon.

I was looking for a place to have brunch that has endless mimosas and I'm happy I chose this restaurant. We had already had breakfast downtown, but wanted mimosas on a beautiful Sunday. When we arrived the place was pretty packed inside so we opted to sit outside because all of the tables were empty. As soon as we were seated a waitress came and took our order. We wanted to try every flavor of mimosa. They have orange juice, cranberry juice, and my favorite pineapple juice. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure our glasses stayed full. After sitting for a while just laughing and sipping on mimosas, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. It surpassed my expectations. The biscuit tasted homemade, the egg was cooked to perfection, the bacon was slightly crispy, and once I bit into it, the cheese had a little bit of cheese pull. The definition of food porn! It was magnificent. We had such a great time that me and my friends are going to start going to Pineapple Ink Tavern once a month to try some of the other food and of course to drink mimosas.

Super fun casual date night spot. The restaurant is small, but nicely decorated. We sat at the bar and our bartender was fantastic. One of the best we've ever had. His drink recommendations were spot on! Mojitos are great, and my husband loved the campfire old fashion. The bruselas were delicious, and so were the mojo wings! I wanted something light, but was a bit disappointed in the salad. The avocado wasn't quite ripe, and the dressing wasn't flavorful. My husband loved his el Churasco steak though!

I was excited to visit Pineapple Ink this weekend. We tried the medianoche sliders and a few drinks before heading to a comedy show. The mojo pork in the sliders was extremely juicy! Can't wait to go back and try other menu items.

I was so excited to visit this gem in town that I heard so much about! Unfortunately their duck fat fries came out over fried and super hard, and I asked for a new batch of fries that were less hard. Rare for me to send food back, I never have done it before actually until this time. The second batch came out great and I love the roasted garlic that came with it. I got a drink which was pretty good. Their Mac and cheese was good too but overpriced imo. The sweet potato curry tasted like something I can make at home and also overpriced. The wait for my food was an hour which I think is too long. Tl;dr, get the drinks here!

Absolutely loved the French toast at Pineapple Ink Tavern! The flavors were exceptional. However, the service was a bit slow, which was a downside. Overall, a delightful culinary experience with room for improvement in the service department.

The new Pineapple Ink Tavern's Cuban menu is great for the meat eaters. As a mostly vegetarian, eating Cuban food is tricky. They did have a few things to choose from. We had the crispy Brussels sprouts as an appetizer. They were huge and so good. You need at least three people to finish. I ordered the pimento cheese empanadas and congrí. It was a filling meal, but I think they cook the beans with meat... they were too good to be vegan. They did have some salads on the menu, but they didn't seem too exciting. I'd definitely come back to try a few more cocktails and the empanadas again.

Absolutely the best damn Cuban sandwich I ever had. The sliders with mojo and a croquetta. We tried the empanadas, croquettas, Cubans sandwich, media niche sliders. I'm born and raised in Miami and have NEVER had a beefed sandwich than those sliders. I literally felt like I was back in the Caribbean drinking and eating fresh amazing food. The chefs are amazing, and even let us sneak a taste into the next croquetta special. Okay will need to drive back just for those!!! **also note the waitresses and all of the staff are Amazing friendly out going. The place is a gem.

I came here with my friends after their renovation and got to try their new menu. I got the wings and the Cubano sandwich. The wings were decent, some were dry, but some were juicy. The Cubano was really good but also felt like it was missing something. Overall, it was a good experience trying out their new menu and if you're looking to try something new, this might be the place to look into!

Yum!!! We did takeout family style (at the beginning of COVID) of the chicken fried steak, rice & cabbage, which came with cornbread. This was ramped up soul food in the best way!!!! And our family of 5 (small children) didn't even finish all of anything- very generous portions for the dinner for 4. The chicken fried steak + gravy was the best I've ever had from a restaurant- perfectly cooked, crunchy crust. The rice was bursting with flavor from the cilantro & pineapple. The cabbage made me wonder why I never make cabbage Since then, we have eaten for dinner several times and have thoroughly enjoyed it all! The poutine fries & garlic fries are soo goooood. If you are a foodie that loves food bursting with flavor, you need to go and try several things! their cocktails are great and their draft craft beer selection is too notch! sometimes there has been hiccups with service but it doesn't stop us from coming back when we have a dinner night out!

This is one of my favorite spots to eat downtown Augusta. Their food is consistently good, the service is good and they have weekly specials if your looking to spice it up and try something different one night. Cute decor, nice and always clean inside. Let's not forget about happy hour, the drinks are delicious. When I can't decide where to go, I just come here; I am never disappointed.

Chose to come here for drinks one evening. Ambiance was good very cute design and environment. Service somewhat lacked. The bartender forgot some things but when I first walked in I got greeted with "do you have a reservation?" Overall good experience just expected a little more

Service was great. Drinks were incredible. I only had the special spicy shrimp ceviche empanada but it was sooooooo so good.

We decided to order takeout since COVID is still going on. The inside looks really pretty! I look forward to being able to actually dine in there. They have some really interesting looking cocktails and menu items. We wanted to try a bunch of different things. We went with the Quacker Jacks (ducks fat caramel popcorn with a prize!), duck fat fried Brussel sprouts, cheese curds, the Steak & Frites and Cowboy Mac & Cheese. We also got the sticky pudding for dessert. My favorites that I would order again were the Quacker Jacks and the Brussel Sprouts. We requested the steak cooked Medium but it was cooked well. Our cowboy mac was also left off of our order and we had to come back. It was good, but I probably wouldn't get it again unless I got the cauliflower version of it. The duck fat fries were delicious. The steak was incredibly tender, even when cooked well. I'd love to try their hot chicken next time and maybe their poutine.

DELICIOUS! The Pargo Pescado had me in a chokehold with the flavors! I could not stop eating it and almost ordered one to go! The mojitos are perfectly flavored! Great ambiance and customer service! This was my first visit for dinner, and I can't wait to try their brunch!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for the evening. The bartender Ryan incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. He guided me through the menu, offering valuable suggestions based on my preferences. His passion for food and commitment to providing a memorable dining experience truly shone through. Brussels sprouts and the flank steak is the way to go!

Before Pineapple Ink changed it was awesome. The service was great, the food was amazing, and the ambiance was perfect. This visit the service by our waitress was horrible. I was wondering if she was in the back texting or something. Gone for 20 min. Had to ask the bar tender for our bill. He was super nice and immediately went and retrieved her. The kicker is the echo sound from the concrete floor and open ceiling. I could hear f@ckity, F@ck, f@ck coming from the end of the bar farthest from me. I'm guessing my 9yo could hear it as well. These were patrons having a good time, but it was early enough for my 9yo to be there with me so 8:30/9 latest. Maybe if they hang some square dampeners from the ceiling or put a rug in the middle of the floor. I dunno. Won't be back anytime soon though.

This restaurant is always working to improve! Currently, I can say the food came out perfectly cooked and was served in a timely manner, and the service was phenomenal. I disliked my choice of draft cider, and was given a sample of another to try; disliking them both, Ryan came to my table to ask me what I liked to drink and what my allergies were, then they crafted me a delicious cocktail. Will go back!!

Fantastic date night. We had the rum butter shrimp and the steak sandwich. The food was delicious and well presented, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Great food and ambiance. The Pineapple Tavern has become one of my favorite spots. Live entertainment tonight( Wednesday). Definitely recommend.
