Stepping into Pink Mamma in Paris, I found the overall ambiance to be "all right." The restaurant has a definite hipster-style vibe, and while the rooftop terrace is a truly beautiful and noteworthy feature, the rest of the establishment felt a bit "mid-tier."
A word of caution for those booking in advance: we had booked with the impression we would be dining on the iconic rooftop, as seen in many photos, but were instead seated on one of the other three floors. It appears that getting a spot on the rooftop terrace is not guaranteed, which was a significant disappointment.
The staff, however, were a positive point—they were consistently nice and polite throughout our visit.
The food was, once again, a bit of a mixed bag. The pizza was definitely the highlight of the meal; I'd give it a solid 8/10. It was well-prepared and flavorful. Unfortunately, the truffle pasta was less impressive, coming in at a 6/10. It didn't quite live up to the expectations.
A significant issue was the cleanliness. As you can see from the photos, the glasses and cutlery provided were noticeably used and dirty, as was the table itself. This really detracted from the dining experience.
Considering the total cost of €60 for two meals, a bread, a water, and a glass of wine, the prices felt high for the quality and cleanliness we encountered. You really go in expecting more, and unfortunately, Pink Mamma fell short of those expectations on several fronts.
