Baristas are clueless. Food is meh. Service is awful.
TLDR: ordered a mocha, was served a latte, baristas admitted their mistake, yet refused to replace my drink
I asked for a mocha and the wifi password, barista told me she doesn't know the password. The barista then had to ask another worker how to operate the machine and proceeded to serve me something which tasted like a basic latte, not like a mocha. I went back up to the counter and asked if they're sure they remembered to include cocoa. The barista who made my coffee said she only used coffee, but a different barista said that normally they're supposed to use a pre-mixed mocha powder?? In any case, they were surprised at my question and it became clear that none of the baristas were aware that a mocha contains chocolate.
I then asked if I could replace my beverage for something else, since this isn't what I wanted and I had only taken 2 or 3 sips. At this point they are looking at me like I'm some sort of alien for knowing that mocha contains chocolate, and they said there's nothing they could do. I then asked if they can at least remake it using the mocha powder instead of just coffee and milk, to which again, they responded by saying it's against policy to offer replacements or refunds.
I'm not the kind to look down on someone who is new at the job and still learning the ropes, but at least be willing to make amends, especially if you have admitted to making a mistake.
