Pink Salt became one of my favorite places! You can't miss their ceviche as well as pisco sour. Terrace on sunny day is just gorgeous.. If you are not sure yet, go there during happy hour first - they have a great deal 😁

Great flavor of Peruvian food. Mixed elements of Italian. The ceviche is legit. Peruvian beers and IPAs are a bonus. It's great date place that things can hardly go wrong. A bit on the pricier side.

Went for Seattle Restaurant Week!! Basically we tried everything off the SRW menu besides the Lomo Saltado but I think we should instead of Tallarines with Peruvian Pesto just cause it was a bit salty but overall it was worth it! Oh I also enjoyed the mocktail style of Pisco Sour with a cute Alpaca on it! Would like to be back to try the Ceviche next time!

The beef is very good, but seafood is so so!! The price is overpriced for the level of seafood. The flan dessert is below average. The texture is very loose for a flan.

We were there for their Valentine’s Day 3-course prix fixe menu (85 pax). The dishes were great, we ordered the ceviche, tiradito maracuya, lamb shank, cod stew, passion fruit mousse and a couple of cocktails. We also appreciate the color palette and the interior decor of the restaurant. Our two main complaints are time and disparity with the menu. While we were the only table during lunch, it took a long time for service, and the waitress was hard to locate at times. And while the food was good both in quality and quantity, our tiradito maracuya came out with the rockfish rather than yellowfin — and the initial explanation from kitchen was that the menu had it wrong, before offering to remake with the tuna. Both tasted great, but this episode meant we were less confident about the remaining dishes. It’s also a little weird to talk about the bathroom, but it was a tad underwhelming for the positioning of the restaurant. Our experience was of course limited to lunch, so for all we know this place is hopping for dinner and service can be impeccable — ymmv!

I recommend both the lomo saltado (saucy beef steak with fries on the side, basically) and arroz con pollo (rice with veggies and a house sauce with chicken on the side) were great, tasty and fresh. Service staff has always been attentive and nice. Music selection is also nice, a variety of popular latinamerican and carribbean tunes.
