"When frozen yogurt purveyors Pinkberry opened in 2012, right on the Strip in front of the then-Mandarin Oriental, plans called for six locations across the city. That never happened. One location opened at Boca Park, another went to the Tropicana, and a third was planned for Henderson. Now all are gone. On the Strip, the shop sat next to Bobby’s Burger Palace from chef Bobby Flay and featured a mural display, along with 30-plus toppings. Since opening, Mandarin Oriental converted into Waldorf Astoria, although the shop was technically part of the Shops at Crystals next door. This location stayed open until 1 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. Pinkberry serves a tart frozen yogurt. The company started in 2005 in Los Angeles, rolling out frozen yogurt to 21 countries over the next 10 years." - Susan Stapleton

It was my first time here. When I first walked in, place looked nice and clean. Ordered my yogurt and sat down to enjoy it! I loved looking at their decorations on the window. It is nice to sit outdoors as well but when I went, it was a bit too cold. Kid working was nice and friendly. I enjoyed my time as well as I did my yogurt! There wasn’t many people there, which made it nice and enjoyable, easy to have a conversation. This is not a typical serve it yourself… and I have gone to many different yogurt places but by far the taste of this yogurt has been my favorite! Can’t wait to go again!!

Google
Smooth, chilled, and tasty. You really can't screw up frozen yogurt unless the ingredients suck hence the five stars. The yogurt alone is good enough to enjoy by itself. I added blueberries and coconut and that's a wrap. Quick service and ample seating (when i went). Just buying some time before I go enjoy shaken cocktails at Hula Hula room across the street😎 Gonna be a hot Summer... CHILL OUT 🍹

Google
The worst frozen yogurt place I’ve ever been. Terrible customer service. Just two little speechless boys. The yogurt tasted expired and the toppings were sub par. At least they didn’t charge that much for that nonsense

Google
I got pomegranate froyo. My only complaint is the cheesecake bites and kiwi tasted a little less fresh. And the bathroom wasn’t clean (it wasn’t busy so there was no reason for the bathroom to not be clean) Other than that, the service was good and the froyo was good.

Haven't been to Pinkberry in ages, and it was great to have it again! Didn't see my old fav green tea flavor, but I tried a yummy pomegranate and chocolate hazelnut in a small cup. The pomegranate was tart and tangy with the right amount of sweetness, and the chocolate hazelnut was rich and creamy. Mochi topping was a little bit hard and not so fresh, but it was still okay. Blueberry and strawberry toppings were sweet and good. Small size hit the spot for me, but you can get medium or large if you want more froyo and toppings. :)

Google
Outstanding service ay this place. The team makes you feel welcomed and offers to guide you with the options that are available. They got very busy when we were here but the lady and gentleman moved very swiftly and took care of the long line. Strongly recommend this location!

Google
A cute store with good froyo! They have a number of flavors but the strawberry shortcake with yogurt chips was my favorite.

Google
Refreshing touch ice cream, a wide variety of toppings, not heavy but satisfied. Mochi topping is my favorite!

Yelp
There arent that many more Pink Berry's left in Orange County, so whenever I'm in the Torrance area, I try to stop by this location. Its a small location in a parking lot Panda next door and some other restaurants. There isnt much seating inside, but the also have a few outdoor tables. Its always crowded whenever I come, so one time I even had to eat in my car. You order at the counter and they let you sample some of their flavors. I usually know what I like, but if they have special flavors, Ill give them a try. This time around I went with the original (tart), pomegranate, and mango. The tart is my favorite, but I was really feeling the pomegranate since it wasnt overly sweet, still slightly tart, and the fruit flavor still came through. You can also get fruit or any other toppings on top. Its not like Yogurtland where you pay per ounce and instead its all one price. I usually also like to get cookie dough too which tastes slightly less fake than Yogurtland. Overall, its always a nice treat eating here.

Yelp
quiet shop, i thought it was closed since the lights were dimmed and the shop was seemingly empty. upon going in, there were two male workers who so obviously looked like they didn't want to work. one of the guys asked me what i wanted and when i told him i needed some time, he proceeded to sigh as he waited. the yogurt was yummy but the cost was pricey and the portion was pretty small. i would have left a higher review but the workers seemed like they really didn't enjoy their job, making the experience rather unpleasant.

Yelp
Me wanted ube but flavor wasn't coming out so me get yuzu meringue and flavor was nasty so sour so it was t good experience

Yelp
Been going to this location for the past 10 years. Today there was a buy one get one promotion. However, the cashier said they are upgrading the system and the buy 1 get 1 will not be accepted if we sign up for the new account. I couldn't log in because of their system but after we paid, my wife was able to get a new account and had a buy 1 get 1 qr code. The tall caucasian guy cashier looked frustrated and tired probably since they have been busy with this promotion. But damn smile and be considerate. We felt like he just wanted us to be out of there In a hurry. Probably not going to be back in this location. Bad attitude

Yelp
Quick service, polite and friendly staff. Yogurt that's not too sweet with a hint of tart. Great for those hot days. AC is excellent, actually really cold (bring a jacket). New green apple is just as good as the pomegranate. Get it side by side and adjust levels to the flavor you like more. Else, try the original and pomegranate. Easy parking and it is next door to Panda Express, so stop by after a meal to enjoy dessert.

Yelp
The good: I tried a small spiced cider frozen yogurt and chocolate hazelnut. The latter is a favorite of mine that I've tried at their other locations but the cider is a new seasonal flavor. The crunchy chocolate balls in chocolate paste is my favorite topping of theirs. This is my favorite chain of froyo because I think the quality of their froyo is superior. It tends to be less watery and more creamy. The flavors taste and look less artificial. They had fun Halloween decorations inside when I came today. There's a water fountain outside with a rim that you can sit on to enjoy your ice cream. There's plenty of parking. The bad: I wanted the suggested apple pie topper for the cider froyo but they ran out. Unlike other froyo spots, you're limited to 4 toppings for the additional price of $1. My husband doesn't like how this place doesn't allow you to self serve with the yogurt and toppings but I personally don't mind that. They accidentally put the order of the person after us in with our order. The interior was a little bit worn down in some areas. I wish they had a pumpkin related fall flavor as well. The interesting: The interior is similar to all of their other locations with the moody lighting, pebble floors and modern interior.

Yelp
Pinkberry serves my all time favorite cold dessert. I always get the side by side original and pomegranate frozen yogurt. I love the chocolaty balls and pomegranate concentrate on the Pom side. Some times I get mochi or the bubble tea fruit balls(not sure I'm calling them the right thing, but they are delicious). Pink Berry has an array of topping choices. It's fun and some times difficult to make up your mind. They usually have 5 to 6 choices of yogurt flavors and you are allowed to taste the flavors while trying to figure out what you like. There's always a new flavor added for some special holiday or a new season. They also have a dairy free choice of yogurt, so there is something for everyone. Oh and I almost forgot they also have shakes or smoothies. I can't remember because I don't get them, but my son loves them. The service varies. It really depends on the server on whether or not they are going to be happy to serve you. For the most part the servers have been really nice. There are a few that are nicer than others, and that's any where you go. Usually the store front is clean. Some times there may be a dirty table if somebody left recently, but the restaurant and bathroom is clean and inviting. You may also ask for a bag of ice if you have a long commute to your next place before you get to dig into your yogurt. Over all I truly love this frozen yogurt place and you definitely have to try the original flavor first if it's your first time!!

Kayla K.

Yelp
5 star service 5 star Pinkberry and just all around amazing!!! I live far away and still make it a point to go to this location because their toppings are always fresh and clean and the customer service is always helpful and just what I expect from a Pinkberry! I would recommend this location for Your Pinkberry wants as well as the one in El Segundo and Beverly Hills! The franchise owner definitely has his stores pristine!!

Deb H.

Yelp
I'm glad there are still a few Pinkberrys remaining. This is a great location with plenty of easy free parking. They have all the main and seasonal flavors and toppings. My favorite is the original and pomegranate swirl with mango and raspberry toppings.

Nuna I.

Yelp
Very rushed from beginning to end, about 45 min to closing. I explained it was my first time, no acknowledgment, they were already dumping the Ube out the machine which I highly desired and said it was in available, every single time was asking " anything else " right after I selected a topping.... Filled my bowl to the top , no space for all desired topping , so I got a separate container to add toppings only which was the price close enough to an original yogurt bowel, clearly customer experience is lacking. Going somewhere else for next craving

Connie M.

Yelp
By far, my favorite location. Sebastian always makes an effort to get to know customers and makes you feel welcomed. Highly recommend the pomegranate flavor. There are tables inside and outside to enjoy your frozen yogurt or shake.

Lauren T.

Yelp
Pinkberry's original tart is delicious. Their flavors definitely beat Yogurtland's. However, only con is that sometimes the amount of yogurt is inconsistent. There have been a couple times that our yogurt has had a huge hole in the middle of it. I'd recommend ordering ahead if you're in a rush, as lines can be pretty long on even weeknights.

Darlene D.

Yelp
I used to looooove Pinkberry! I'm not sure what happened?! This last time I went the yogurt wasn't the best. It didn't taste as fresh as it used to. My go-to yogurt is the chocolate hazelnut. My toppings are pretty basic, I add granola and Nutella. The granola tasted a bit stale as well. Luckily, I only got a small, so not a whole lot of money was wasted. But it was just very disappointing because I was craving it and it didn't satisfy me at all. The staff was nice and the inside seemed to look ok. If they can just keep up with the freshness of products, everything will be all good.

Kelli H.

Yelp
This was the first time I've been to Pinkberry in many years. Came here this past Saturday around 4pm, and was a little taken back by the unprofessional service. One of the young female employees was dressed in a midriff top with an apathetic attitude to match. Unenthused and seemed like she could care less. However, her co-worker was very friendly and helpful. I could see one of the toppings was low, and he refilled while adding the new topping to my froyo. Got the small original tart which was good! The mochi topping tasted less chewy. Buuut he did a nice job of not skimping on the toppings. It's a small space, but can be re-vamped with better all around, consistent friendly customer service (along with a professional attitude and clothes not exposing your belly), and ensuring all the toppings are fresh.

Yelp
The staff at this store are adjusting the credit card tips you select. I know for a fact that I selected an even $2 tip amount. However, the staff made the tip higher than I elected. While the amount stolen is small, 71 cents- enough not to be noticed by most customers- with enough customers being overcharged, this is significant and calls for jail time. Corporate headquarters office, please take notice and take action as it is a significant internal control to have staff have the capability to adjust the amount customers selected for a tip.

Maria R.

Yelp
The yogurt itself is good but the customer service needs some polishing. The two employees were hurrying us up and were the only ones in there. While choosing, I noticed they had ants in their fruity pebbles toppings, when I mentioned it to them they just smashed it in front of me and didn't bother to clean it or wipe them off or change out the toppings!!! Weird, won't go back to this place.

Lalo S.

Yelp
The two guys at this location are very rude they definitely hate their jobs other than that I love The place!

Stacey B.

Yelp
This place, which is supposed to be consistent with all the other pink fairies right because it's a it's a chain. I have spent over $1000 in this place in the past year now every time I go in there and I ask for a specific item, their cheesecake bites. They don't have them, so I kindly asked the people, when are you going to get them? I was promised that they would be there on Monday Monday and there was no cheesecake bites this happened over 13 times to me. There's never a manager on staff. They never have any answers for me. They just give me kind of a grin and say that they don't have them. I'm beyond frustrated with this place. Do not go here go to Yogurtland do not go to Pinkberry, their service is awful and they never ever have what they say that they're going to have. I wouldn't spend my money here again for any reason.

Brian H.

Yelp
Pinkberry in Torrance is still a rip off and I've included a photo to show how they cheat customers.. After giving this place a break for a year, we went back to Pinkberry in Torrance at 8:15pm Friday night and was waited on by a girl who looked like she hated her job. Her attitude was just as bad but we placed our order for 2 medium cups of mango and peach swirl with toppings. But when we got home to eat them, we quickly found out that we bought 2 cups of air! Does Pinkberry train its employees to be rude while making a yogurt cup with a big pocket of air hidden inside??? Since we're not paying by weight, I'd say we got cheated. Again!!!

Ethan C.

Yelp
Really enjoyed the hospitality from the wonderful workers. Francesco was a big help my first time here!

Tammy V.

Yelp
This place is super good like their yogurt and toppings are a lot better and healthier than yogurt land!!! The service here is pretty decent. They do flavor rotations so it's like super cool to try new flavors. Currently the white peach just came out and it's a personal favorite like I really hope they keep it because I brought some friends here and they all love it and would come back. The place is pretty clean and cozy. Good hangout spot :)

Michael I.

Yelp
There was a worker at Pinkberry, he was so nice and helpful. I was having a bad day, and he brightened it instantly with a nice smile on his face. Thank you, Joel!

Taylor U.

Yelp
Been coming here more lately. Frozen yogurt quality is good. With inflation, price is fair. Portion size is bad in my opinion. I got Medium size cup and it was like half filled (See photo). I feel like I can get the same amount of frozen yogurt if I order small size. I don't know if it's shrinkflation or the employee just didn't give me enough.

Eduardo Y.

Yelp
Read update below: First bad experience after many years from being a customer. The frozen yogurt was melted and liquid. We'd like to have it changed. Update: Javier the owner immediately responded to our incident to offer an apology and to gift us a pinkberry which we just picked up. Outstanding customer service!

Ricky F.

Yelp
Went in for my first time & got a small plain tart yogurt with Oreos, fruity pebbles, cookie dough, & brownies. I am allergic to peanuts & Nowhere did it specify that any of the toppings I chose contained peanuts. I had an allergic reaction on the way home as my throat was closing up & ended up regurgitating everything once I arrived. The toppings should be handled & labeled better because somebody else could be deathly allergic & could end up worse. Safe to say this ruined yogurt for me.

Angie R.

Yelp
The dude and I came to Pinkberry on 10/03/20 as I HAD to stop here as Pinkberry introduced me to a whole new dessert experience as as finding a new love for frozen treats even more! I believe Pinkberry made Frozen yogurt my favorite treat ever on this earth. So any time I'm in SOCAL I have to get Pinkberry as they don't have one in The Central Valley at all which always saddens my heart! Anywho, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I already knew what I wanted which was the original tart with almonds and strawberries and I got pineapple. A few years ago you were able to get unlimited toppings on any size so I'm not sure when they changed their policy. But three toppings is still a lot! So I'm not complaining at all! The dude ended up getting the Cookie Butter. He enjoyed his creation very much and it was alright. Nothing has the Original Tart which is bomb dot come!!! It's not too sweet but it has a nice compliment of tart to it which makes it addicting! Overall if you haven't tried Pinkberry you need to as it puts Yogurtland to shame! Way better however Menchies is right behind Pinkberry so try it out! You won't be disappointed at all!

Kristie N.

Yelp
Pinkberry never disappoints. A lot of the locations are always hit and miss with the pomegranate so I was ecstatic that this location had it on deck. Customer service was A1.

Nico G.

Yelp
Can't go wrong with original. Claudia was great with taking our order. Thank you! Can't go wrong with original. Claudia was great with taking our order. Thank you!

Kelly T.

Yelp
The service here is TERRIBLE. The young people look like they don't want to be there. They look irritated, attitude is OFF THE CHARTS. If you don't wanna serve yogurt, then work somewhere else. Don't blame or give the customers attitude. Customer service is very important when walking into ANY store, customers want to feel welcomed. At this location, the workers and service is TERRIBLE. Lazy, irritated, workers with a NASTY attitude. Go to a different location, if possible.

Randa H.

Yelp
My Husband and I came 20 minutes before closing on a Hot day! I'm sure today was an extremely busy day here, how these two Beautiful young ladies still have smiles on their faces made me put a smile on mine!! Nyla and Reese made my day with there Amazing Customer service! Our Strawberry Banana and Mango Smoothies were both very good! We'll definitely be back soon!! Thanks again Ladies!!

Lynda E.

Yelp
Thank you to the wonderful staff! Took our 92 yo grandmother here for a treat to help cool off from the hot Summer day. The young girl who helped us was so cheerful, patient and helpful! And the yogurt was yummy!

Raquel S.

Yelp
Pinkberry is my favorite place for frozen yogurt! This location was one of the dirtiest locations I've been too. The bathroom was gross. The toilets and the sink were filthy! The yogurt tasted a little diluted! The customer service was great, staff was friendly and helpful

Debbie L.

Yelp
We were on our way to the Del Amo Mall, coming from the SGV. We saw the Pinkberry hidden in the parking lot on the Westside of Hawthorne. OMG, they're still around!? We made a couple of U-turns and were so excited, hoping they had their seasonal grapefruit. I've been dreaming of that for a decade now! Instead they had white peach!! I guess I'll be dreaming about that one until the next time I make it out to South Bay. I added fresh kiwi, strawberries and blueberries. No disappointments here. Plus it was a hot day. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant surprise find! The place was very clean. Servers were quick and did not skimp on yogurt or toppings. A medium and a small came out to less than $15. The small looked too small, so I got the medium, which I could barely finish. Aww, forgot to take a picture. Sorry

Nicholas H.

Yelp
This pinkberry in Torrance has been here for ages and I love it. I've been coming to this location since I was a preschooler with my mom. The view/ambiance from the fountain as well as the GameStop and goated Panda Express right next to it is beyond exquisite. I have always loved the service here, but it wasn't until I met Reese and Danielle where I wanted to write a review. These two kind workers continue to serve my yogurt with such grace and ease. They put the perfect amount of toppings and I gladly tip them because they are so nice! If you're looking for a great froyo spot, this is it! Next level experience for sure!

Viri G.

Yelp
They don't have as many options anymore possibly due to covid and you can't choose how much you want since someone is serving for you so it was a bit much for the kids but always delicious

Max S.

Yelp
I always enjoy visiting this location because there is plenty of seating inside and out on the patio, and the staff are always friendly. Unfortunately, there is not much scenery to view, aside from the parking lot. I always get a heaping cup full of sweet tasting treat. They are never stingy.

Stevo O.

Yelp
As Pinkberry stores go, this is average in appearance, with no toys or bangles hanging or mounted on the wall. The quality of the yogurt is the same as others, and the selection of toppings quite impressing. My closest Pinkberry had closed, so I found myself driving about 30 miles to this Pinkberry, with coupon in hand and completing my other Southbay stops prior to store opening at 11:00 AM. The counter person was nice and pleasant, and ready for my order of a couple of quarts of original and mango Pinkberry frozen yogurt. I like mine plain, but the next time, I'm going for all the toppings!

Karen S.

Yelp
I will always love the taste of this yogurt, but will not be going back to the Torrance shop on Hawthorn Blvd again. It is so disgustingly filthy that it felt unhealthy eating there. I brought a friend there because she had never been there, and I was so embarrassed. The floor was dirty, the walls were dirty, the glass in front of the yogurt was dirty, the counter was dirty, the tables were dirty. It was literally disgusting. Unless somebody cleans this place up, and keeps it clean, I will never be stepping foot in there again. The employees also do not act like they like their job. Nobody smiles, nobody greets you. They just stand there and look at you with a solemn face. It was a very unhappy experience. Customer service has gone out the window and so has cleaning.

Liz S.

Yelp
Only fair to update this review. Management took the time to contact me, and the servings have been generous and fair.

Yanett W.

Yelp
Terrible experience. Customer service is the worse. I went around 9:00pm on 07/23/22 My yogurt was watering and I wanted to refund it, they had a such actitud and completely ignored me. Finally they said " we don't know how to do a refund " IF YOU WANT COME BACK TOMORROW WHEN THE MANAGER IS HERE." They don't deserve any star. Hope the corporation can read this and select better employees.

I-Lin L.

Yelp

Yelp
I have been coming here regularly for 5 years. Frozen Yogurt is my fixation, would be five stars but the service is concerning. Its a hit or miss depending on the day as I NEVER see the same employees, which is a major red flag. Hire older folks who respect staying within the company, or maybe management needs to check to see if they are the issue by not providing stable hours to those who are wanting a specific hours for valid reasons, or maybe its management not wanting to follow California legalities that come with owning a shop? Anything is a possibility with the turn over rate for this location. Ive been coming here way to often to not once seen or met the owner or manager, or even know an employees name.

Elisa R.

Yelp
We are loyal costumers at this location. It was just a shame to get treated poorly by their employee, Thelma. She was rude and disrespectful. I will reconsider going to another location next time.

Faisal R.

Yelp
Letty is the best frozen yogurt barista and Pinkberry is so good on a hot day. Thanks!

Mrs. S. C.

Yelp
Came by after having surgery. I hadn't had it in a while. It did not disappoint. I loved that the toppings were the same plus more. Service was ok.

Mylee T.

Yelp
Like the flavors and toppings. Great employees that work there each time I go! Appreciate their considerate demeanor.

Noah J.

Yelp
Great service tonight from two young ladies. They let me in right before closing & were very patient with me while I was ordering. My daughter was happy , I'm happy.

Ele G.

Yelp
If I could give negative stars I would!! The workers here are so rude and don't even clean the restroom?!?! There was feces and piss all over the seat!! I asked them how the mango smoothie was and they just laughed at me. I'm blind and can't see the menu and they made fun of me. I also heard them give very bad attitude towards other customers. How disgusting! Do better

Jane G.

Yelp
Service here is terrible. The two workers are rude as hell. They didn't know the menu at all. Both of them were not helpful at all and laughed at my friend who was ordering. I hope someone teaches them to be better workers.
