Pink's Pizza

Pink’s did not disappoint! This was my first time trying their pizza outside of IAH airport and I didn’t know what to expect. Our pizza came with chicken, bacon, onions, jalapeños, and BBQ sauce. I added some oregano and garlic powder to really take it to the next level. The pie was great quality, not overly cheesy, and I enjoyed the crust - could’ve used a lil garlic butter, but that’s just my personal preference. I ordered via DoorDash so I can’t comment on their service or ambiance of the store of Shepherd Dr. Overall 8/10. I would order again for sure.

Everytime I enter this Pizza Parlor it smells amazing!!! Came by today 03/27/2025 to pick up my order and I must say first of all that the service is always great here. Everytime I come Im greeted the employees are always kind and helpful and most of all they always have such great attitudes. Tonight, Ricky was very kind had an amazing attitude and was just smiling away providing great service. My pizzas tonight were made perfectly and I enjoyed every slice. My pizza had just the right amount of sauce the right amount of toppings and was baked to perfection. I feel that where there are good vibes there's delicious food and this is the place to deliver not only great pizza but amazing service. I highly recommend this location and I can't wait to place my next order.

I was excited to try this place after hearing such good things for years. We finally decided to give them a try with some family who was visiting from out of town. While we received great service and wait time wasn’t terrible, we were disappointed in the end when we returned home with our 3 pizzas. Our drive home was only about 10 minutes, despite this, the bottom of the pizza boxes were SOAKED. It wasn’t grease, just condensation from the pizza. So of course the crust was soggy on all 3 of our pizzas. The flavors were decent but I couldn’t get past the soggy-ness. We quietly ate our pizzas anyway. Unfortunately, I don’t think i’ll return.

First time visiting this restaurant. I ordered a large 16-inch pepperoni pizza to go, $17. Pizza was good but it's not the best I ever had. The service was good and the restaurant was clean. I would eat again but try a different pizza.

This is no easy job. I have the pleasure of having to wait for my order and watch Mr. Ricky orchestrate a symphony. This is no easy job. Did I mention that already? Phones, walk in’s, drivers, employees. He makes it look easy. Thank you. Mr Ricky. You have have the skills that can’t be taught. Thank you for making my day better. I Did Some TikTok Research Before Giving Them A Try. About 75% Of Reviews Were Good So I Decided To See If It Was Worth The Hype. I Did A Pepperoni And Bacon Pizza. While In The Picture It Looks Very Good , It Was Flavorless. I’m Very Disappointed With The Lack Of Flavor. I Ate One Slice Out Of A Whole Box Of Pizza And The Most Flavor I Got Was From The Crust. I Won’t Be Eating From Here Again.

Love the pizza. I order from Uber Eats. I just wish they would place a tamper proof sticker on their pizza boxes so that I don't have to worry about my food being tampered with, like Pepperoni's Pizza.

Pizza by the slice options are superb. Pizza is good and cooked in a timely manner! Staff members appear to be doing a great job. Do NOT order chicken wings from Pinks! $8 per order for the SMALLEST anorexic wings that you’ll ever receive. If it were $5/order?..maybe. But save your money and get another pizza.

Baked up to a delicious crisp. Really easy to customize your order and quick service. Cheese and pepper at the ready if needed. I checked this place out on a Wednesday afternoon over the summer. They had a very laid back atmosphere. Will add them to my recommendations list. Officially part of my good pizza places in Houston baseline.

Ambiance: Cute & classic pizza place from the exterior, the neon lighting outside is fun and welcoming. A few high top tables inside, although the space is small. Ideal location for ordering a pizza to go or quickly eating inside. I enjoyed the 12 inch supreme pizza with my husband. Fresh flavor and ingredients. Pizza was made on the spot. Pricing seemed average, however $3 for a small bottle of Dr Pepper felt a bit pricey. Parking onsite. If in the area, I would go back. Decent pizza for a late night snack or lunch on the run. Not a place I would plan for a sit down lunch/dinner, however.

I ordered a pizza for scheduled delivery. It was delivered on time, literally ice cold. The cheese had the congealed look and feel of having sat for a LONG time. I called the restaurant and they said it had been made early and sat under the warmers for an extended period. They did offer to send me a new one, which was nice, but I declined. Hopefully, this is not their norm.

First of all - the crust was super thin like matzo , which would be ok if the toppings were plentiful (they weren't). The pepperoni pizza had perhaps 8 total and the sauce and cheese were minimal. I ordered the Greek Salad sans onions - came with onions and was super soggy. Won't be back

I love pinks pizza so much! It is a bit pricey for pizza but when I take a bite out of that steamy cheesey pizza it makes me forget about that price.

They have some interesting toppings, which is a good thing. You can't go wrong with your basic cheese pizza and those guys didn't. Loved how the pizza was cheesy, which gave me ample cheese pulls. Douce Pizza- it was descent. I wouldn't get it again but would try another kind of pizza. The place was clean, and I loved how the staff was talking and laughing out loud.

After a few too many mimosas and bellinis in the morning, my friends and I decided we should door-dash a pizza from Pink's. We all ordered for ourselves, except my one friend and I decided to split a 16" pizza. We did a Half and Half Pizza (16'') with the first half being a Big Boss Pizza (16'') and the second half being the Supremo Pizza (16''). I would describe the Big Boss as a meat lovers and the Supremo as a supreme (no surprise there). The pizza is closer to a thin crust than your regular pizza and overall tasted good (both types). It wasn't their fault (I don't think) but the order did take forever to get to us and the pizza wasn't super hot upon delivery. I did think Pinks was more expensive than they should be. I would eat this pizza again if it's what a friend wanted but otherwise, I would likely try another place first!

This wasn't our first choice but I'm glad for the chance that we ended up here. The staff were very welcoming, patient and friendly. We got two pizzas and ate there which we enjoyed even with the high tables and chairs. I did make a quick stop next door for a brew to go with my pizza. But the cherry on top is the sweet treat we got for free just as a nice gesture. Would go back!

This is my favorite spot for take out pizza. Nothing too fancy but always made just right. Best classic pizza in Houston.

Decently good pizza but overpriced. Bada bing (12" $18.99)- proscuitto, bacon, pepperoni, mozzarella, roma tomato, spinach & mushroom - recommended to my bf. It was good, but not worth the price. Meat was tasty, and there was a decent amount of toppings. The crust was particularly good, however. Fluffy and soft yet crispy on the outside. The crust was not oily, but the pizza itself was very oily. Good for a one-time try, but there are other places I'd rather return to (e.g., Crust Pizza $11 for 10"), Sixty Vines ($14-20), or even MOD Pizza ($10).

Cardboard box pizza. Short younger guy that took my order was not friendly or inviting. Secondly he didn't even offer today's lunch special. Not cool. Won't be coming back .

Had lunch at pinks pizza for the first time and they didn't disappoint. Pizza was delicious and hot and the staff was very friendly. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Great place for some delicious pizza . Definitely going again to try other pizzas.

Pretty good! The Teausday free pizza deal is stellar! It's not the best in the world... but it's better than ALL the national chains in town.

The pizza takes a while to come out, but it's so good! The takeout boxes are interesting, lol. This is one of my favorite places to get pizza, especially because they have rosemary chicken as a topping! The crust isn't super thick. I love how thin it is and it's all loaded with toppings!

It's alright pizza. Better than any fast food pizza but not competitive with fat boys or brothers. Good crust.

Changing to 1star no because they changed my veggie superemo to pepperoni. I am changing because when I called I was placed on hold after clerk tried to blame Uber eat driver and I am looking at receipt . Put me on hold for 14 minutes before disconnecting. When I called back the call was disconnected. I called again out going message referred to Heights location. I called there their manager helped resolve.take the advice call a competent location this isn't it

Tried this for a workplace lunch. Food was fresh and included everything we needed. Nice crispy thin crust pizza perfect amount of sauce and toppings. Will go back again.

Stingy with toppings. At $2.70 per topping Pinks should be embarrassed how few toppings they put on. Barely enough cheese to cover the whole pie. The pizza is bad because of things they can control. That's the most frustrating part. I'm done with Pinks. It's just not good for so many reasons.

Second time around, deserves a 5 stars review if they have me returning back wanting for more. They're quick and efficient with the wait time. Friendly staff and not to mention 10% off when you check in. The pizza is delicious! Can't go wrong with any of their topping choices.

This is a $15 pizza at best. I would rather go get Marcos for eight dollars then pay $23 for six slices of sun mediocre pizza. Or pay the same amount at Luna for an exponentially better pie.

The pizza here is beyond delicious, being a pizza lover I would place this as one of my top places just wished there was one closer to me. So cheesy, full of flavor and just right!

This is by far the worst experience of outing for pizza I've experienced. First of all the price of the pizza we paid for is equivalent of the size of a small. We paid 19.00 dollars for the size of an extra small. I literally took 1 bite from 1 slice of pizza.lf a customer ask for condiments don't have an attitude. This place missed it by 2 football fields and an extra point. Will ever return to this establishment ( NO & NO×2). Bad custom service will run you straight outta business. To whom who owns this establishment, please find someone who loves people. Some of us are cash strap and want to go home and enjoy a new meal. I will return to this place ever again in life.

Dude, pinks pizza is soooo friggin solid! A top favorite of mines!! I love the bada bing pizza! It has prosciutto & pepperoni, tomato, and mushroom. When you see it, you might mistake it for a margarita pizza! Sometimes I like to add garlic for extra uhmphhhhh! Btw the chili is pretty good in spice, so sprinkle a little, then dump for max heat! My second fav is pepperoni & jalepeno!

First time coming here and it won't be the last! Service was great, staff was friendly and knowledgeable of their menu. Walked in and placed my order to go and it took about 10 mins till it was ready. I couldn't make up my mind so I went half Hawaiian 5-0 and half lazy lasagna. Both were amazing. The Hawaiian 5-0 had a very generous amount of pineapple which I loved. The lazy Lasagna had a great taste with the ricotta cheese. As I'm writing this review I'm craving another pizza from here lol.

Decent football pizza. The big boss specialty pie is the best ive had from here. Certainly better than the national brands but also quite a bit more expensive as to be expected.

In town for the week, we ordered Pink's Pizza was very , very good and this is coming from a New Yorker. Lol My only issue was that they charged over $1.50 for cheese and barely put any on the side salad.

Very unprofessional! Disregarded the fact that I had called in an order and when I arrived didn't even bother to try to retake my order an entire lack of care and motivation to do the basic function of the job. The guy asked me what number I called and it was the one for this location then just says he didn't have it in the system. He didn't even try lol literally I laugh only of how low of an effort he took. I simply said ok so don't worry about it... and walked out. I'll take my 40 dollars elsewhere! Luna pizzería has great service and great pizza! Highly disappointed not in the fact that my order was never taken over the phone or that I drove to pick it up although huge disappointment for lack of care presented by the cashier! Just do your JOB!!!

Running 30+ minutes behind on pickup timing versus estimate. Good, but expensive pizza, however they need to improve timing estimates and processes.

Our favorite go-to pizza ppace hands down. Our pizzas are always super delicious and delivery is prompt. We are big fans of the badabing and big boss pizzas!

I mean, pinks is a place that never misses. There is a bit of a wait time, as there should be for truly exceptional pizza. But simply call on your order, set a quick timer, and be sure to call ahead to make sure your order is ready. I find that they give a longer cool time than is needed to set expectations. I'll keep coming back.

I had been craving pizza for months and finally caved. My husband and I demolished the entire supreme pizza in twenty minutes and had no regrets. Best pizza in the heights period.

There isn't much to add to my five star rating. I love this chain. They aren't as fast as the UH location but the pizza is still fantastic. The staff is friendly and the drinks a good. Grab a pie and be happy.

The pizza tastes pretty good, but they're kind of stingy with the toppings. One slice of cheese pizza is $3.50. Each topping is an additional $.50. I had pepperoni and Italian sausage but I barely got some meat on the slice (just look at my picture). Delicious pizza, but I just don't think it's worth the price. Maybe if I were to get one of their premium pizzas on the menu, I could justify it. Maybe. But otherwise, meh. If you want to sit down and have some pizza, this could be a good place due to the nice decor. But if you just want a quick slice or two, I'd recommend to drive a little bit further North on Shepherd and go to Brother's instead.

First let me say the lady ordering was so polite, friendly and fast. I ordered two slices which had wayyyyyy too much cheese on it. Like the cheese slice then the pepperoni and bacon then more cheese to make it look fresh. It's a slice, i know it's old lol just throw the stuff on top. I believe if I ordered a whole fresh pie, it would be good. My boyfriend loved his slice and doesn't like cheese. I just can't win

I just flat out accept Pink's very good pizza as the My go to when I want to taste pizza I really want to enjoy!!! I also like their large pizza menu!!! I bet you will find the pizza that you will fall in love with Pink's pizza!!!

Pizza was ok, EXTREMELY overpriced. Usually I don't care to pay extra, but I expect to be given a decent amount of food. Ordered 2 pepperoni slices for $9 and some change. When I opened the box I saw 0 pepperoni. I went back inside to ask why, the lady said there is 5 pieces of pepperoni under the cheese. First time I've been to a pizzeria that gives barely any pepperoni and paying a premium price. I was in the cold cut business for 10 plus years, at most they are paying 4.99 a lb, I'm guessing closer to 3.49/lb, and with there tiny pepperoni pieces they are probably getting 200 (low estimate) pieces per lb. Absolute joke. Will never be back. Premium prices, I expect to have that pizza COVERED in pepperoni.

I see a lot of complaints about the service here but it just looks like stop and go kind of place to me. Can't really expect high quality service at a counter service pizza shop. Could he be a bit more friendly? I'd say yes but it doesn't bother me much. We were told 10-15min It probably too 20-25min Ordered 2 slices of pizza (added sausage & jalapeños) and some wings. Slices had a good amount of cheese on the and was slightly crispy. Mmmm so good! When I first open the box of wings I was concerned because I didn't see any sauce in it. Thought maybe they forgot. But I was pleasantly surprised when I took a bite out of it. I guess maybe it's marinated or there's a dry rub? Idk but it was so good! I would come definitely be back to get my fix.

The pizza itself is fine, but my order was wrong multiple times to the point where I just gave up on getting it corrected. Extensive wait + the staff member had a major attitude.

I ordered a big slice of the classic pizza last night. The pizza was delicious, but I noticed one of the women working behind the counter was on her phone at one point and then proceeded to prep food without washing her hands or putting on gloves. Kinda gross.

Ordered delivery thorough uber eats which came fairly fast. The pizza however left a lot to be desired. I ordered a large pepperoni. The cheese and sauce were good but the pepperoni didn't seem to make it into the pizza. 15 total pepperonis for a large pizza? There are too many other great options in town for less money. Used to enjoy pinks but this is unacceptable for a $20 pizza.

So, the 16" looks more like a 12"....... I paid to add mozzarella and instead mozz was the only cheese on the pizza so the rest of the toppings just slid off. The fresh basil I added was also minimal. Good pizza but not sure it is worth the money

I ordered online from here last Sunday. My pizza never showed up and it was over 2 hours. I tried calling the store and there was no answer so I found and email online and tried that. Well, this location had lost their power from the storm that blew through. The lady who answered online apologized and said the manager would call me when the power got back on. Here's why this place rocks. 1. The manager immediately called me (as promised). 2. Even though his day was probably terrible, he was incredibly professional and polite. 3. He took care of me for my trouble (even though it was out of his control). 4. The pizza got delivered 20 mins later. 5. The driver was incredibly kind and polite. He also was having an awful day because he works off tips and lost several hours of his day. Just wanted to say thank you. The pizza is awesome, but that service was perfect.

Bunch of idiots! I placed an order at 7:30 PM. Called at 9 PM to see where my order was ---it was running about 30 minutes late. They inform me that my order is still there. I explained that it was a delivery order -I even paid the delivery fee and the tip. They then proceeded to tell me they made a mistake and delivered a GrubHub delivery and kept mine for pick up. They further went on to explain that the person who had the exact same order for pick up was complaining that they forgot a fork with her salad that they delivered? Then they offered to have me wait another 45 min to an hour because no more deliveries would be made until that time ??!!! Seriously .. they "offered" to deliver a salad and pizza that has already been sitting out since 8:30pm at to be delivered at 9:45 .... which was ordered at 7:30pm????? None of which made sense ... this was the 3rd try I've given this place and they always make mistakes and don't really care. Good pizza .. a bit overpriced ... but have not been dependable since they opened. The owner needs to work on hiring better people with service skills.

The pizza is definitely more than decent but it doesn't wow me. It is filling but a little pricey for what they are delivering. Place is clean and they have great customer service!

Order person couldn't answer most of my questions without going to the 'back' for guidance. Ordering a slice and wings is hard when they don't know smallest amount or if you can mix the two flavors? Also had to ask to get my bottled Pepsi and was lucky I got all three items finally. Overall don't believe the hype atypical pizza joint and no surprises... just because your in Houston presS doesn't necessarily make you cool and your food offerings a 'must have/try' Center court is still the best pizza/wings I have found!

This place is literally awesome!!! The pizza is delicious and the staff is so funny and charismatic ! 10/10 will be back
