The place is clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to enjoy your meal. Food came out warm and had nice flavor that matched the price. The staff made sure we had everything we needed. It’s the kind of spot you’d return to when you want something easy and satisfying.

One of the most delicious boxed salads I’ve ever had! Picked it up as lunch during a Freedom Boat Club outing. If you need food for your Freedom Boat Club Streeterville trip, I highly recommend ordering salads from Pinstripes! Absolutely so fresh and busting with flavor. I truly enjoyed it! Love the weekend brunch but those bulbs are not keeping the food warm at all. I was first in line and everything was ice cold. May I suggest mini burners since you guys put the food in what seems to be ceramic dishes or offer the microwave.

To begin everyone loved their dinner. 3 of us (10 people) ordered a dish that was to have chicken, shrimp, and sausage. It was excellent and we didn't realize it had no sausage. I mentioned that to the waitress who intern told the manager. He apologized and explained the new chef made a mistake and so he provided us with desert. Oh may God, it was amazing. The picture tells the story. Wow! Best job of a negative turned into a positive

Pinstripes in Chicago is the perfect mix of upscale and fun. The food is surprisingly great, the service is friendly, and the vibe is lively without being overwhelming. Whether you’re bowling, dining, or just hanging out, it’s a great spot for a date night or group outing. Definitely worth a visit!

Visited on New Years Day 2024 and it was quieter than what I assume is normal. But that suited us! We bowled for an hour, and enjoyed the drink service as we bowled (can also order food as you bowl). Booked online very easily, then when we got there easy check-in, easy to obtain bowling shoes and then setting up the game. We then enjoyed dinner after the bowling. Quiet atmosphere but great food (might be because it was New Year’s Day) It was great to have family fun and then dinner in the same location. A great evening of fun!

Amazing breakfast buffet! Try the maple-glazed Brussels sprouts, crispy bacon, custom omelets, pizza, or whatever you can imagine. Top it off with the fresh strawberries dipped in the chocolate fountain, a fresh, custom waffle prepared just for you, topped with berries and cream. David, the chef, was most helpful with my food allergy questions. We navigated the menu and I left totally stuffed and content with the many options. There's an option for bottomless mimosas, but I chose a single glass. The music was great, the ambiance was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The servers were welcoming, attentive, and made sure our plates were cleared after each round. Be sure to take pictures with the beautiful murals outside. We WILL be back. Maybe next time for bocce or bowling.

Did some bowling here. A very upscale bowling alley w gorgeous venue. Its on the water. Leather couches for seating by the bowling area. Great wine and beer selection. Bit on pricey side but very cool experience. All the balls are one size fits all per weight. One complaint is the one alley we had continuously acted up ( we were a party of 8 and had two lanes). They “tried” to fix it but it was a constant issue. One team got at least another half of game in because of it. They never offered any compensation or such for it. Would have been nice to at least get a free drink at minimum. I would bowl here again if in the area.

Came in with my friends for dinner and sat at the bar. There weren't a lot of people in the place so we figured service would be standard but it wasn't. We were greeted by the bartender/server and were asked about our drink orders. Got those pretty quickly and then we placed our food orders. While ordering the server seemed bothered by us being there and finished taking the order and left. Food came out at a decent time but then we were sitting with no silverware for at least 5 minutes after trying to wave down other servers in the bar area who were talking and what seemed like deliberately ignoring us. I finally got up and walked over to a server and asked for silverware which then our server finally acknowledged my friends and brought some over. The food was standard and mine came out lukewarm but still tasted good. After we finished eating we sat there for about another without receiving the final bill for a while so we could leave while watching multiple members of the staff were cleaning up because they were about to close but still weren't acknowledging us My friend recommended this place so I'm wondering if maybe they are busier the service is better but as my first impression, it wasn't great and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone anytime soon.

Chicago: I don't understand what's happened to this place. I understand the Restaurant manager Zander's last day is Sun. Aug 10th. I have done large parties here and always had great service in Chicago. I even booked a party for my in-laws 90th birthday in Cleveland with 55 people and it went off without a hitch and we go to the Cleveland location once a year when visiting. August 8 Friday at 4pm we arrived with reservations and a part of 12 for a friends birthday. The birthday gal and friend traveled in from Arizona and I recommended this Restauraunt. Worst service - no silverware - no napkins - no serving utensils for the various heavy appetizers - and no one came around to check on us, we had to keep getting up to ask for service. After an hour of this poor service, I personally went to find the manager (I later found out he was the Assistant Manager). I was told his name was Jessie and when I must have mispronounced his name he snapped back at me correcting his name. I said ' look, we have had the worst service and we've been here over an hour. Can we get silverware, napkins, serving utensils? This "asst manager' walked over with 10 napkins in 2-stacks and placed them on the corner of the table for us to pass around. No silverware. No serving spoons. By this time we had all used our hands to serve ourselves from the serving bowls. As we were leaving, I approached the assistant manager (Jessie? Jess-who?....not clear) and I had had it. I wanted to address that the service situation never got better and I addressed him again as "Jessie"...and he said "my name is not Jessie!" I said, what is your name...he would not answer. My husband was shocked as well. My hubby said, 'what's with that guy". Instead "Jess?" , he asked us to leave his restaurant. Never, in my 30 years in Chicago have I met such an arogant, non-manager --- who cared more about his name being pronounced right than taking care of a couple of simple requests. We won't be recommending this place. On a Friday night from 4- to 6:30 pm when we left it was pretty empty. I now understand why.

We came here for a late lunch and booked a private two-lane bowling space for 10 people -- perfect setup for our group with plenty of room and a relaxed vibe. The bowling was so much fun, with smooth lanes, great music, and just the right mix of casual and competitive. We ordered four pizzas to share, and they were all crispy, hot, and really tasty -- exactly what you want while hanging out. Also grabbed Pepsi and iced tea for everyone, which kept things simple and refreshing. Service was friendly and efficient, and the whole experience felt easy and well-organized. Definitely a great spot for a group outing, especially if you want to combine good food with something fun to do.

BLUF: fun place to go with a group, good food I went with a large group on a Friday evening. Had a lot of fun bowling and sharing some laughs while we had appetizers and food. The food was actually much better than you would expect from a place like that. I had calamari which was very well done, not rubbery at all and well seasoned.Wings with sweet glaze were delicous. The flatbread pizzas are very tasty and filling. If you like cocktails, get the old fashioned!

After a long day of exploring Chicago, we were hungry when we arrived at Pinstripes. The people at the reception stand were very friendly and we were seated immediately. We chose to sit on the patio overlooking the river. It was a beautiful view and a nice atmosphere. My wife and I both agree that the food was excellent. I had the fillet trio and each steak was cooked exactly as ordered. Each steak was flavored perfectly. The star, however, was the brussels sprouts. They were delicious! My wife had the Turkey Cobb. It was large, fresh and very tasty. Additionally, we had the pesto and bread as a starter...it was spot on. Soft warm bread and great pesto. The only reason I did not give a five star, is because our waitress was slow as homemade molasses. We would go extremely long periods of time without seeing her. For instance, it took approximately 20 minutes to get our ice cream. I believe this was an issue with our waitress and not the restaurant as a whole because I did not notice other tables waiting for their waitstaff. My recommendation is to check it out. Prices are fair, atmosphere is good and the food was great.

I have heard of Pinstripes but haven't had a chance to visit until we had our workplace holiday party here. I was skeptical but honestly, because of Pinstripes, this may have been the best work party I've been to. I didn't see a lot of the place because I didn't visit the bar upstairs, and we were downstairs for our meeting-party. The meeting room is quite large and accommodated our group of 50 or so people easily. The food was really good too; we had some chicken, Mac and cheese, ribs, and more. The sliders weren't my favorite because they were really pink inside, so I skipped that. The other stuff I had was quite delicious. But the best part was the games. I mean I'm a board game enthusiast but have never played bocce and now I am wondering why not. It was so much fun. I mean I'm ready to buy a lawn set, or join a bocce league or whatever. The rules are simple but it's fun. They also have a really gorgeous patio area that another group was apparently going to be using, and that space is along the riverfront. I would be super glad if we came back to Pinstripes, to the extent that I'm going to make sure our VP knows how much we enjoyed it. There's no dedicated parking so you'll need to take a taxi or find a spot in a nearby lot. Spothero was great for that, since my spot was cheaper than the validated parking that Pinstripes offers.

Was here with a large party for work and had a pretty good time bowling. The bowling area was fairly clean and spacious for our large party. There were spacious windows throughout so you could get a nice view of some of the downtown. When you rent the shoes, they ask you to spray the shoes down yourself and leave it out. Here's to hoping that people adhere to that rule. I sprayed my shoes down and let them rest before wearing just in case. But no one seemed to monitor this issue. The venue itself has a modern vibe to it, but when it came to our meal, that's where I didn't have a great time. Our food order took quite a while and the portions of food were not consistent throughout our group. A lot of folks ordered a lunch deal with salad and flatbread and they received quite a lot of food while others received smaller portions with less toppings. I ordered a "famous prime rib sandwich" with fries and was definitely still hungry at the end. It was a pretty disappointing portion for the price. I would definitely come back to try bocce or bowl here again along with trying their cocktails. I'd be wary of relying on choosing to eat here aside from light appetizers.

We often frequent the Northbrook location but when downtown with friends we naturally have to visit the city location. When you walk in you get greeted on the upper level and there is gaming on two different floors. We were seated by the windows as a group and our waiter came by and took our order. We had a couple of different flatbreads to share and a few appetizers and they all came out quickly and delicious. My favorite flatbread is the chicken avocado club. You also can't go wrong with their tenderloin sliders with the caramelized onions. All in all we had a great experience, parking isn't the most ideal but there are a few garages/lots nearby within walking distance, but certainly not as easy as it is in the burbs.

Whenever I am by the Navy Pier I come to this location. The service is always good and the food selection is always great. The Prime rib dip was very tasty. The parmesan bread with sauce was a great starter they brought to the table. The lemon sorbet was tart, but the Italian cherries balanced it out beautifully. I don't remember the name of the drink I had but it had a tajin rim that was good. Being able to play bocce ball was super fun and I had no idea how fun it could be until I tried it. The bocce and bowling decor adds to the ambiance. Great place for brunch, lunch or dinner!

The only reason I don't rate this less than 3 stars is because of the food. I guess our first mistake was making the reservation here knowing our previous experience was just meh. We only come here about once a year when we do an annual trip downtown. It's right by where we stay and convenient when you have little kids that would have a hard time walking any further. Any ways.... We arrived early and were promptly seated because the place was empty. Had to ask twice for a booster seat. Had to ask for crayons for the kids menu. Once we got to our table we waited about 8 minutes until we were acknowledged by a waitress who was so quiet it was difficult to hear her. We ordered drinks (waters for kids, 9oz pour of Pinot Grigio for me and a beer for my husband) and asked for plastic cups for our kids because she began pouring water into their glass cups for them. She came back 10 minutes later to get our orders but we still didn't even have our drinks. She took our orders and about 5 minutes later came out with our drinks. My 9 oz pour looked like a 6 oz pour so I asked her if it was a 9 oz because it looked like 6 oz and she said yes, that's a 9 oz pour and I didn't want to argue with her. My wine was not cold, probably because it had been sitting for 15 min. As we were sitting waiting for food I see her bringing other tables 9 oz pours. How could she not realize that I in fact did not get a 9 oz pour? Food came out and it was good. I ordered the bbq chicken pizza, husband had the lobster flatbread (it was a little oily). After a while other servers began coming to our table. We ordered the kids their dessert from another server. After about 8 minutes our waitress came back and asked if we had gotten our check already. We told her no, we were waiting on the dessert. Then she disappeared again for a long time. Kids dessert came out, they ate it. We waited a long time for our check. When it was brought to us I pointed out the wine again not being a 9 oz pour and this time she said "oh, I know. I realized it after. It's my second day." I get that it's her second day...but if you realized it after, come acknowledge that and let us know you adjusted it on the bill. We waited a long time with antsy kids for the check to be picked up and the. For our card to be returned to us. So like I said, food is good but the service is just awful.

I highly recommend Pinstripes of Streeterville! Everything on their menu is made with fresh top notch ingredients and delicious!! I brought my parents here on Sunday afternoon during brunch. We weren't that hungry, so we requested to order off the regular menu, which we later regretted the food was absolutely amazing!! My dad ordered a bistro burger, medium with fries& my mom ordered a grilled chicken_bacon sandwich with fries, and I ordered the chicken Parmesan with fettuccine, cream sauce and marinara sauce. My goodness was every single dish we had on the tables, so great! Next time we're gonna do their brunch buffet. The Food is soooooo good omg!!. Everything is fresh and made and house to order. I highly recommend for American and Italian cuisine!!

Walked in on a Thursday evening. Asked the Host if there was a place we can eat and watch the Bears game at the same time. He tells us about the bar area with open seating and a little after we started walking over there, he goes over to apologize that the Bears game is on Prime so they wouldn't be able to show it. Therefore, we asked to be seated at their regular dining area. Sat in a comfortable U shaped booth. Our server was nice and attentive. We ordered everything at once: two cocktails (which were half off that evening), and our dinners: Super Salad for hubby, Margherita Flat Bread for me, and the $11 kids meal that came with bread & marinara sauce for starter, cheeseburger sliders with fries for main, & chocolate chip cookies for my son. My son's lemonade and whole meal (minus the cookies) came out first. That's usual because the restaurant wants to feed the kid first before they get cranky. Then, our meals came out next. No cocktails....which was odd. I think our waitress felt my concern that a few bites in, she came with our drinks saying "sorry it took longer than usual!" They looked nice but didn't taste very good. Maybe that's why they were half off. Lol. We did not order anymore after those. According to my husband, his Super Salad was just OK. I tried a bite and didn't love it. My flatbread was also just ok. I wish I just had the pizza. My son didn't like his burger. He said it tasted weird. I had a bite and told him, "maybe because it's burnt." Since it's a slider, being overcooked did not help. He only ate the one slider but at least finished his fries! The only great part of the meal were the cookies. They came out warm & since my kid hates melted chocolate, mommy got to eat them both. Haha. Great decor and nice staff. I wish I was more impressed with the food. And as we were walking out we see the Bears game playing on the TV. I guess it wasn't on Prime. Ha!

Pleasantly surprised! You would never expect this restaurant to have an amazing patio with water views. Beautiful patio overlooking a canal. Stopped in for happy hour. It is my first time visiting Chicago and I loved the small bites. We tried the filet sliders and the calabrian chicken wings. Both were fabulous! Prepared beautifully and seasoned perfectly. The happy hour craft cocktails were great too! The Margarita Italiano was delicious and so refreshing. Our server, Ariana was amazing too! Super friendly and gave us tourists plenty of recommendations for nightlife in the area. Give Pinstripe a try. It is a hidden gem and I'm happy I stumbled upon it.

Food was pretty good, Ordered the lobster pizza and wings. The lobster flatbread was tasty but a bit salty, and wish it was more buttery on the lobster meat but overall still worked. Wings were fair not the world's best as advertised but not too bad.

An oldie, but goodie. I found this place like 2 years ago and it hasn't disappointed me yet. I've been to brunch, lunch, and dinner; and the food satisfies me every time. It's in a great location downtown, it's not a super busy area but parking is sometimes tricky. We usually use the garage across the street. I love the interior, it could be a nice check up lunch or a date night dinner place. As many times as I've been, I never bowled so I have to go back soon.

I really like this place. Great espresso martini and always so friendly. Also, recently tried the pesto bread app and it pairs perfectly. I feel very comfortable there and end up going at least one every couple months. Also tried the bocce and it's a nice way to spend the afternoon. Highly recommend this for ambiance and fun!

First time here , 4 of us for dinner and drinks. Seated quickly, not a busy night. But there was a large party. Very clean, great atmosphere. Good menu with great options full bar and lots of fun special drinks, beautiful view of the water, bowling and bocce available also. Little pricey but large portions and tons of flavor, really good food. Highly recommend and would return only bad not was how slow the service was. Nice server but not very attentive extremely slow even with just our drinks we got up to find him for the bill.

This is a review of Pinstripes' brunch buffet. I loved it! Brunch buffet might be my favorite thing of all time and they did not disappoint. They had lunch items like pizza and pasta as well. Everything was tasty and i enjoyed my time. The servers come around less often, but that's not a big deal since it's a buffet where you serve yourself. It was quite busy on a random Saturday morning, but they constantly change and refill the buffet, which is great. They even have chocolate fountain, which was fun.

Stopped in here for dinner before seeing a movie nearby and I'm so glad we did. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food considering it is a "games bar". We sat in the bar area so can't speak on any of the gaming experiences. It was our waitress' first day and you could definitely tell she seemed extremely nervous.

I was invited to Sunday brunch with a friend. It pays to make a reservation which we did, with an hour of bowling after. I recommend this vs bowling while eating as I had seen some do. There were plenty of food choices. Breakfast, lunch and kids choices from chicken fingers to salads to carved meats. Omelette and waffle stations made in front of you. Unlimited mimosas for 2 hours and selection of teas and juices. My only issue was the layout. The tables and the moving buffet line were tight to get through from one station to another. The bowling portion was nice. It was in a separate area. Can accommodate up to 10 people I think. There is a server who comes there as well. They provide shoes and balls if you do not bring your own.

I have been here a multitude of times both to bowl and to eat. The food is good. The atmosphere is good. The bowling is good.

Came here after an event at the AMC and sat at the bar where we were able to enjoy some delicious food. It was around almost 9 o'clock when we got there, and so the bar was rather quiet, which I enjoyed. The lobster flatbread was delicious. My friends also enjoyed their food as well. One of my friends got a burger as well as the other got the chicken avocado flatbread. I must say pinstripes has some of the best truffle fries in Chicago. My self personally I am obsessed with truffle fries and what I love about their truffle fries that they are actually cooked in truffle oil. You can actually taste the aroma of truffle.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst restaurant/venue experience I've ever had. Booked a party for my husband's birthday. The tables weren't even set up when we arrived and we had to help the staff with that. They showed 4 of our guests to the wrong section of the restaurant and had them sit by themselves for 20 minutes. The waitress didn't take our drink order for 30 minutes. I had to chase her down to take our food order. We didn't eat for over an hour. Then the manager, in front of my guests, told me that the Sunday special pricing no longer applies as of 2 weeks ago even though I confirmed that it did when I made the reservation as well as the day of the party. Then I had to chase the waitress down to clear the table for dessert. The party was a disaster. No wonder Pinstripes has filed for bankruptcy.

We decided to catch some Happy Hour deals at Pinstripes as we walked around the city, The rooftop patio was perfect for this occasion. There was no wait/reservation needed on the Thursday afternoon. If you are able to, I would recommend checking out their patio! Especially on nice summer days! Service was mediocre. We weren't greeted and the host was not even at the host stand! We had to find someone to seat us. The food was good! We enjoyed both appetizers very much!

Fantastic place for a corporate party or event! We had so much fun and had the best service on the River Level! The food buffet was excellent; much better than normal buffet food. This was such an elevated "bowling" experience in a beautiful setting. The bowling alleys were super fun and added a nice element too for a fun corporate event; something for everyone. There is also bocce, but we didn't play that! I love this spot! Such a good place!

Who knew you'd get the best espresso martini in the city is at Pinstripes?! Eric puts passion in making this drink and it shows! Fresh espresso and not too sweet. I'd come back solely for this martini.

I ordered the Pintastic breakfast. Ultimately, I have no complaints everything was hot & great. I loved the sweet glaze that's drizzled on the potatoes. The mimosas were excellent! Pinstripes was a beautiful way to start off a Saturday morning. Their outdoor patio is spacious with a beautiful view of the water. While there was a little confusion on who specifically was our waiter, the team did a good job overall to assist and take care of us. Try pinstripes!

In town for a conference and the team decided to come here for Bocce. We had a great time! The food is pretty tasty, I had the salmon and a mock-tail which was super refreshing. And my desert was so good! Loved the brown and gelato. The Bocce game was fun once we got the hang of it. The waiter was very attentive and took care of our large group but we had a problem with our bill. First they said they would split our tables and did not. The front desk lady that was helping us left for the day while we were trying to figure out our bill. The manager had us wait to speak to him while he continued to train a person. He came over after we were loud and said was he the manger. This is an awesome place to hangout but today the service was not great once we had an issue with our bill. The manager did rectify the situation after he started helping us.

Made a reservation for the Sunday buffet brunch. Service: Started out poorly. We were seated right away upon arrival but we sat at our table for 5 minutes, before deciding to just go to the buffet and ordering drinks when we got back. Upon returning to the table we had to let the hostess know we still were not greeted. We asked 3 staff members if they were our wait staff and no one knew who that person was. Finally we were greeted by the right person who turned out to be attentive and had a good personality. Food: There was a nice variety of food. There was everything from an omelette station with a good array of ingredients, crispy waffles with strawberry or blueberry toppings and homemade whip cream. Firewood pizza, fries and chicken tenders, prime rib, and shrimp cocktail, along with the breakfast basics like scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. The food was seasoned well and fresh. The prime rib was a bit salty but tolerable. Ambiance: Modern although the bathrooms are in a dark basement down a long hallway. There is a good vibe throughout with a large bar in the middle and comfortable booths and table seating.

You pay per minute, not per game. If you're on your last frame and you run out of time, it ends. heir food is a bad fusion of pub food and classy. Kind of bland. Shoes are ratty and worn. The lane foors are cheap vinal and not wood which causes the surface to be not level. Not an issue with the location, just the company in general. Expensive for what you get.

Didn't have the best time at Pinstripes. We had reserved a space for bowling for 6, of which 4 of us were bowling. They gave us 'half' an alley, that had seating for only 2 people. So we just stood anywhere randomly while waiting for our turn. Then they brought another group of people to bowl in the alley adjoined to ours, even though there were more than 3 empty lanes elsewhere. It was a bit annoying. And imo: overpriced. $25pp for one hour (which they started at the gate, not even when you actually start bowling) Truffle fries were decent. The prosciutto arugula pizza was meh. Didn't enjoy that much. The servers were nice, however, overall a bad experience.

Food was great and the lanes were new and clean! Half off cocktails on a Thursday evening was nice, and the beer list was pretty solid! The lobster pizza was the highlight or the night, think lobster roll on a pizza, very buttery and plenty of salt. I would go back for that pizza, overall we enjoyed our visit!

Pinstripes is ALWAYS a good time. They have really good food (especially their brunch buffet on Sundays 10AM - 3PM), clean bowling lanes, and really kind and attentive servers. I've been to the Chicago location twice now (435 E Illinois Street) and the suburban location a handful of times for bachelorette parties, baby showers, and other big celebrations. Pinstripes is fantastic for groups, which is more rare in downtown, and their food is always above expectations! I can here with a party of 4 on a Saturday (and I made reservations about a week ahead). There is valet parking available nearby (not under pinstripes) but when I drove to this location, I was easily able to find a spot using Spothero in a nearby lot and walked over in 5 minutes. Their reservation system made it very easy to book brunch for 4 people followed by a bowling lane reservation, and we booked a lane for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I think the option option was 2 hours and 30 minutes. For brunch, we ordered a bottle of champagne and an extra glass of orange juice (our mimosa 'hack') if most folks are okay with 1-2 glasses versus paying for bottomless mimosas per person. I had the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich, my partner had the Burger (all sandwiches come with fries). My friends shared an American Scramble and a Roasted Turkey Cobb. We noticed that they have tons of outdoor seating right along the river with heat lamps. For folks who prefer dining al fresco, there are options for you too! Their community/function rooms are in the lower level and included a separate bar. I could imagine how fun it would be to host a special event here, with private bocce lanes and a great river view. When we were bowling, we had a BLAST. We were guided to a more private lane towards the back, and each double lane had 3 couches at least. It was relaxed and comfortable, and the screens were all touch-screen and updated. You could other drinks from your screen and it was full service. We keep coming back to Pinstripes because they have great food, they are spacious and clean, and we can come here with a big or small group and they will accommodate all sizes. Make a reservation especially if you're planning to go bowling or play bocce. And another plug for their SUNDAY BRUNCH BUFFET. It's only $35/person for the food - and you'll have all the prime rib, flat bread pizzas, and breakfast stations that your heart desires. This location is a little paradise retreat from the busy-ness of the city, while located in the heart of Streeterville with river-side views. We will keep coming back because it's always a good time.

This was one of the places we dined at during our staycation at The Sable Hotel. Since was down the street from the hotel and they had bottomless mimosas, this was a option for Sunday brunch, my favorite meal. Pinstripes has two different brunches: Saturday is a la carte menu and Sunday is a buffet brunch. If you want a lot of variety in one meal, the Sunday brunch is your option. Both days serve bottomless mimosas. The food is your standard buffet fare, but it is done well. I would say Pinstripes has the best omelette station I have seen at most places that have a brunch buffet. Boasting six burners, the cook manning the station is capable of making six omelettes at a time, so there is not a long wait to get one. Choice of fillings include Mozzarella and Sharp Cheddar cheese, Fresh Spinach, Mushrooms, Diced Tomatoes, Scallions, Roasted Red Peppers & Bacon. There was no ham, think that is something they should consider as an option. The other options are very good. I love the mini waffles station. On the day we were there, there was the typical Nutella & Banana and Strawberries & Whipped Cream, but my favorite was the Blueberry & Lemon Ricotta ones. The other options for dinning Biscuits & Gravy, Scrambled Eggs, Breakfast Potatoes, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Breakfast Sausage Links, Smoked Salmon, Salads, Prime Rib, Cheese Ravioli with Marinara, Brussels Sprouts, Assorted Flatbreads and a variety of fruits and desserts In addition to all of this food, you can get bottomless mimosas. At $24 a person, you typically get a choice of a juice and bubbles in a carafe. But I am happy to say that I was able to get my juices on the side so I could control the amount added to my bubbles. I love mimosas, especially bottomless ones, but I can't do a lot of the juices due to the acid, so it is nice to be able to mix them to my liking to not upset my stomach. This is definitely an option for groups if you want folks to eat well and not spend a lot of crazy money considering this is a downtown dining establishment. The service is amazing; our servers were attentive and funny. Considering this is a serve yourself deal, the severs are all over you, clearing your table and bringing extra carafes of bubbles. All in all, we had a great time, with lots of eats, drinks and conversation.

Really enjoyed on 12/29 visit here. Was recommended by a family member. My son and I were staying nearby and decided to do some bowling. It was surprisingly not crowded, likely due to the holidays being near the end. We had an entire lane/section to ourselves without a wait. Service was great. We split a fries and a couple of drinks while we bowled. My son bowled better than me. A good upscale bowling experience in the city. Oh, and they have lots of bocce ball too, but I can't comment on that since we didn't do it. But LOTS of lanes for it.

Pinstripes has been a convenient place for us for several years. We eat here occasionally and do takeout often. We used to do happy hour when it was convenient for us, and we've tried the Sunday brunch a few times. We've never done bocce, but we've bowled several times. It's a decent place. Food: The food can be a bit hit or miss. Also it's maddening when we've found something we like and then it gets removed from the menu. Recommended: *Tenderloin (beef) sliders: tasty *Ribeye steak: flavorful and a filling meal *Chicken and goat cheese pasta: very cheesy and heavy but addicting *Prosciutto fig flatbread: good combo and better as a pizza *Pasta Bolognese: a bit spicy, but tasty *Margarita pizza (and a side of pesto sauce for dipping the crust); though this pizza is more commonly burned on the bottom than others *Brussels sprouts: sweet and spicy *chocolate chip cookies: soft and delicious *Happy Hour: great value *Sunday brunch: decent value and quality. We haven't done this since before the pandemic, but I recall the chocolate fountain is always fun Menu items we miss: *Italian beef pizza (spicy giardiniera is so perfect) *Chicken Prosciutto entree *Sausage and peppers pizza *Pepperoni pizza for kids Not recommended: -French dip (Cupitol nearby had a French dip, it was infinitely better) -Salmon (significantly better at Carson's nearby; they should take this off of the menu. I threw mine out.) -Ribs (way better at Carson's nearby) Bowling: lane floors are unevenly glazed; once our machine went down when it was busy and we had to wait a full hour for someone to work on the problem. It was late so we didn't have time to play after that. Disappointing. Service is always mediocre. Busy or not, servers can be difficult to find. Every single time. Ambiance: nice and inviting; good vibe. During the summer, the patio outside is a nice place to have lunch. Oh! I almost forgot to mention that they don't wash the plates they use in the patio area. Staff wipes them with a wipe instead of taking them to the kitchen to wash. We brought this to the attention of a manager, and the manager assured us that the wipes kill germs but are safe to use with food. Really? Wow! No thanks! I prefer our plates to be washed before we eat off of them. Little kids don't need chemicals on their food. No one does. Overall worth checking out, but now you know.

What a great place to sit, relax and enjoy a meal. The service was great and the atmosphere was warm and cozy.

Nice vibes for playing bocce or go bowling. The food is next tier for a bowling spot! Great specials for unlimited bowling/bocce in the summer. Brunch is amazing, worth going just to eat.

MY GOODNESS THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING! First off, thanks to Anna Marie for the excellent and bubbly service. It was our first full day visiting Chicago, and she & her coworkers delivered the most pleasant brunch experience we've had on the entire trip. For the bottomless mimosas, you get 1 flavor at a time in a pitcher. I had the cranberry & ended up demolishing the entire thing by myself because it was so good. The lobster bruschetta was LOADED with lobster meat and it definitely delivered the most bang-for-the-buck. The chicken & waffles were also delicious, and Anna Marie recommended each bite to have a little bit of everything & dipped into the spicy honey syrup. AND THE SCRAMBLED EGGS! They were loaded with so much butter and cream that it was soooo good. Definitely didn't taste healthy for my arteries at all, but it was definitely healthy for the soul. This place is a must-visit in Chicago. Bonus points for being close to everything touristy.

After being disappointed with mixed up reservations at the Walnut Room - Macys, we decided to try the Santa Brunch at Pinstripes. What a great choice! Walking in Santa was right in front to greet our group of 10! The kids were so excited. The food was fabulous! EVERY SINGLE THING I ate was delicious! We loved the omelette station, waffle station and carving stations! I love salads and I was not disappointed. The salads were so crispy and fresh. I must say the ceasar salad dressing was just the best i've ever had, I meant to ask about it! Besides all of the wonder breakfast foods, the lunch was just as amazing. The icing on the cake was the chocolate fountain. My son and his little friends were so amazed and really enjoyed trying different things dipped in chocolate. We will definitely add this to our rotation for holidays.

Nice ambiance outside on the patio. Views overlook the river with boats coming by. There are umbrellaed tables with soft white lights. We did not partake, but there is bowling and bocce ball on-site as well. The bowling is away from the dining area, you will not hear the crashing of pins! Service was very prompt and accommodating. Only issue is they had a limited selection of tap beers (6 on tap, with a flight selection) and two of the taps were empty and not being changed. Food was very tasty we had the signature chop risotto primavera. The risotto had a pistachio pesto that was excellent! Kids meals were $10 and included bread with marinara, an entrée, dessert and beverage, all for $10. Great deal!

Food was okay. Our party was large, many of us ordered the lobster flatbread and super salad. Others had such robust lobster portions while I had specks of lobster on my flatbread. Super disappointing. The super salad was decent. Others enjoyed their meals. It took a long while for the food to come out and our waitress was a bit abrupt and not too attentive. Ambiance is clean and a bit upscale. People are definitely able to have conversation while dining. Their outdoor space looked nice towards the city. Bowling was self serve and in a cozy private space which was nice. Overall, it was a decent time. I'd come back to try their cocktails and bocce.

Beautiful venue and ambiance!! Love the layout and private lanes. Food was good and drinks were delicious and very fairly priced especially with happy hour. 4 stars is to the venue and the host who was very sweet. The customer service by our waitresses was not the best, at first when we were greeted by the 2 ladies - 1 waitress 1 trainee they were very sweet. They informed us we can order at the lane using the monitor display instead of walking up to the bar or restaurant. We pressed for a server to order food and drinks, no response after 10 min we pressed again no response after another 10 min. Mind you- this place was empty we were the only ones bowling and 1 other couple at the bar. We no longer waited and walked to the bar and our waitress looked irritated to see us when we asked for a drink and food. We ordered and she told us we can go back. We did no problem. 10 min later our lane had technical issues and got stuck when clearing out the pins. We called on the monitor for maintenance service check and waited almost 15 min again we were patient... still nothing so we went to the host who moved our lane and accommodated the time we waited. I understand it can be busy but unfortunately during this time it was pretty dead and for that reason, you would of thought service would of been faster. We never got checked on but maybe 2x and that was towards the end-- one of them being when i went to press the button again one of the girls was passing by to grab some cups from the back and saw me press the button. Overall it was a great place but customer service needs work.

Always a vibe and definitely a deal for brunch! Event sales department not the nicest but I guess they get the job done.

Food and service were both delicious and exceptional. I had a wonderful burger. I also thought the mimosas were good. I was there with the large group and they were very attentive to our needs.

We walked here from Navy Pier for dinner on Wednesday, and we were really pleasantly surprised by the pastas here. We ordered a Chicken Italian Dumpling soup, a Chicken and Goat Cheese Pasta, and a Lobster Mac and Cheese. The Chicken Italian Dumpling soup was pretty similar in taste to a regular chicken soup, but it had a few gnocchi dumplings; it was warm and comforting, but otherwise pretty standard. The pastas were delicious. The Lobster Mac and Cheese came with some crispy slices of bread, lobster meat, and shrimp meat, and garnished with scallions. The sauce was creamy, buttery, and smooth; it was very rich, but at the perfect consistency. Overall, a really tasty, decadent Mac and Cheese. The Chicken and Goat Cheese Pasta was very good too. The whole sauce was infused with the taste of rosemary and other herbs, creamy without being overbearing. The little goat cheese bits really complemented the flavor of the sauce nicely. The only drawback was that the sauce and the chicken meat were both extremely salty, which made finishing the portion difficult.

This was our first time at Pinstripes. Although we didn't try any of the activities, we did enjoy the spacious dining accommodations and ambience. I ordered the Famous Prime Rib Dip, my husband ordered the Cowboy Burger, and my son and his husband both had the Classic Caesar Salad with Chicken. I would probably order something different next time.

Bowling, bocce ball, and a beautiful view of the river? Don't mind if I do. I came here with a couple of friends for the happy hour deals. Honestly, we weren't expecting much because we knew about the entertainment and were expecting classic bar food. We were pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious! I got the Brussels sprouts and the prosciutto fig flatbread (both on the happy hour menu) and would recommend you try them both. The Brussels had a little spice to it so be careful. The flatbread had a great mix of salty and sweet with the cheese binding it all together. My friend got the wings (which were huge). Another buddy got the pigs in the blanket and said they were delicious with a good crisp. Needless to say, I would love to come back for happy hour or just a night out with friends!

The price is I meals greens, mac & cheese, and turkey, wings and dressing as a side dressing second catfish was cooked to perfection third meal baked chicken cabbage also picked up a side of string beans very flavorful when you order a side after weighing it it's 4 ounces for seven dollars, which is overpriced
