Pipoca Vegan

Fantastic menu; great range of options inviting you to enjoy overeating or comeback. I’ve decided to make another trip to Brixton specifically to explore and experience their menu. The prices, quality and speed of service were all We had delicious buckwheat crepes or caramel; mine was of simple chocolate and coconut ice cream. It was light, fluffy and a good balance of filling to crepe. I would definitely recommend and have again; even making the effort to come here even after lunching/brunching elsewhere. Charming cafe vibe with knowledgeable and agreeable staff. We loved the decor to finding it cheerful and vibrant yet earthy. Well stocked health and bulk-supply shop attached; very well stocked. What a blessing for locals. There is also a section for local artists and crafters to sell there beloved products. I left with a naughty chocolate bar; which is definitely better that a very naughty croissant. Only a few stocks on the bus (it’s in 5 routes so buses are frequent) from Brixton rail or tide.

What a superb find! 100% vegan crepeire with a wonderful variety of savoury and sweet options as well as Brazilian bowls and sandwiches. They also have a small breakfast menu. The Gonzola Crepe (vegan cheese, sundried tomato, walnuts, spinach and carmalised onions) was delicious as was the flavoursome Moqueca Bowl. The restaurant has a lovely, calm atmosphere and staff is efficient and friendly. The zero waste grocery store attached is also worth a look.

Everything was perfect. To me anyway, I love guiltlessly delicious, quirky, sustainable, creatively scavenged. This shop is "wholesome" embodied in a vegan crêperie cafe. They've got everything - both in terms of food, and actually nutritious (crepes, sandwiches, pasta, health bowls, salads - come get your omega 3 / B12) as well as art, and the decor is 110% upcycled and lovely rustic. Just some nice sensitive humans running a nice sensitive shop. Door might scrape a bit loudly opening and shutting and the 90s feel-good pop might be a bit loud, but I almost can't notice after how exciting and lovely the actual ambience and food healthiness, sustainability, creativeness of it all. I love this place, it's amazing!! It's fully vegan, which is definitely the most important thing for me. Besides, the food is absolutely delicious!! The prices are fair, the staff is nice, the owner is kind and she has such a cute little dog!! Everything here is perfect! I would rate it as 6 stars if I could.

A beautifully decorated vegan restaurant. This place is a vibe. They sell the creamiest coffee which is great definitely recommend. There is a small seating area and they also sell organic produce. Organic herbs from spices to nuts and oils they have it all and so well presented. The staff are always super helpful, kind, welcoming and friendly. A lovely relaxed and peaceful place to shop, eat vegan and stop off for food and a refreshment.

This is hands down my favourite local spot! Pipoca is famous for their crepes which are delicious, but I cannot get over how good the focaccia sandwiches are. I tried the vegan breaded chicken and avocado sandwich, which was DIVINE, and my nephew had the vegan mozzarella and pesto which he devoured in 1.5 seconds. Staff is also friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed! Perfect for breakfast or brunch! Highly recommend!

The galettes are incredible! The Jamming one with plantain was especially good but we also loved the Pesto one and the black bean/mushroom/sausage bowl. Great coffee, quick service, and a fun friendly space. Also a nice shop next door with lots of deli goods. The Moon Milk was out of this world!

My boyfriend had wanted to come here for a while so I took him in early December...with disastrous results. We both ended up with quite severe food poisoning (we'd ordered different things with the same result). When I attempted to call so that I could be given some kind of refund (I lost an entire week's worth of wages due to the severity of it so you can imagine how distressed I was), I was screamed at by the owner and hurled verbal abuse. Really would avoid and steer clear of this place...customer service is zero. Only come here if you're prepared to be on the toilet for hours at a time!!

Came in with my wife for breakfast at noon after sleeping in (don't judge me - I'm on holiday!). The place was completely empty. We each ordered the Vegan English Breakfast and it was fantastic! I ordered an almond milk latte and she got a cappuccino with almond milk. They have a wide variety of milk alternatives (oat, almond, coconut, and soy). Service was friendly and efficient. It's the best vegan restaurant I've ever been to in the UK... I just got here last night! ;D

SO happy with the carrot and rice croquettes... total yum! Excellent portion size. Plus the vegan sauces with it are fantastically moreish. I could have licked the pots! I got the Dujhan Galette as my main. The portion size is huge so a great value for the price. I ate about half and had the rest of lunch the next day. I found the galette lacking in flavour compared to the croquettes to be honest, but it is stuffed with veggies I left feeling pleasantly full but not stuffed. I would DEFINITELY return to try other galettes and so many other menu options including smoothies, the sandwiches etc etc. The Brazilian owner is incredibly sweet and I'm so glad I could be served 20 minutes before closing time. Great shop next door too. I stocked up on some goodies like dried mango slices (a weakness of mine), a vanilla and coconut muesli and tinned goods. Incredibly fun decor and pop music playing. Will return, just wish wasn't so far away from Lewisham/Greenwich. Open a branch here please
