I would rate this a 2.5, but the food was genuinely good and the venue undeniably gorgeous, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired even before we had arrived. When I called ahead to ask about the dress code for teens, the receptionist was unnecessarily rude and condescending. She actually scoffed at the question like it was beneath her. Her tone and attitude made it clear she was trying to project exclusivity, but it was just pretentious and off-putting. We only kept the booking because we had a cousin visiting from abroad. At the restaurant, there was a strong push to get us out quickly - likely due to the LO age and the club element. Food and drink came out fast (not a bad thing), but plates were cleared immediately, leaving no time to relax or enjoy the atmosphere. Then, without any warning, the staff jumped onto the tables dancing and shouting - it was confusing, but it did add a touch of fun. What wasn’t fun was the surprise 'entertainment' charge added to our bill with no explanation until we questioned it. Given that we were being rushed out due to the age restriction, it's unacceptable to be charged for something we weren't told about, didn't ask for, and couldn't even stay to watch. Pirana wants to position itself as a high-end, exclusive spot, but the snobbish attitude, rushed service, and unexpected charges make it feel more like a performance than a premium experience. It's not a place we'd hurry back to, plenty other great venues offer excellent food and atmosphere without the pretentiousness.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely incredible place! The atmosphere at Pirana is amazing – the music makes it impossible to stay seated. The food is delicious, the energy is amazing, the dancing, the staff – everything is top-notch. Definitely one of the best spots in London. Highly recommend, and I’ll for sure be coming back again and again!

What an incredible night at Pirana London! This place is next-level — the Japanese food is absolutely top-tier, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. Every dish we tried was spot on. But it’s not just about the food — the vibes here are unreal. Think Dubai-style energy: live DJs spinning cool beats all night, waiters dancing on tables, and an atmosphere that feels more like a high-end party than a regular dinner out. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking for something fun, unique, and unforgettable. The service was fantastic too — super friendly staff who really know how to get the crowd going. It’s clear they love what they do, and it shows. We had an absolute blast and will 100% be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and an even better time. 🎉🍣🎶

My experience at this restaurant was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the entrance demonstrated outstanding hospitality. The hostesses were highly professional, courteous, and maintained a warm, welcoming demeanor throughout. Every team member I encountered was attentive and respectful. The food was exquisite, and the music enhanced the overall ambiance in a delightful way. This was my first visit, and I can confidently say it will not be my last. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a refined and pleasant dining experience

Probably the best restaurant I’ve been to! Food is unreal, came fast, also gave free starters - the entertainment was insane & it felt like a party/club, view inside is gorgeous! Would 1000% come again I had such a good time, it is a little pricey but given the area & quality it is worth it! I never usually go back to restaurants but this topped it & will come again

I went here for my bday with friends, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were super friendly, and by that I mean all the staff, which is impressive for a Mayfair restaurant 😂 Every food item we got was delicious and of high quality. But the party starts after 10pm and we didn’t know that so we made the booking earlier and missed out on the party, so I would day dont go here before 9pm if ur going for the vibes. Overall it was a great experience and I enjoyed my time! I would suggest don’t get the broccoli as the side as they were undercooked and we also didn’t like the crab salad, but the Sushi and the steak were so nice
