Yelp
This is a pre-covid 19 review that reflects my feelings based on experience. I was kinda inebriated which typically writes off any credibility I might have. But I really didn't like the way the bartender treated me, so this review will be based off of how the staff treats patrons who drink (which is basically everyone who comes in).
So first off, this place is poppin, loud music, lots of groups crowded up, games everywhere, and plenty of booze. I didn't order any food but they have food.
I was flying solo the night I went here and was really just trying to drink. I pretty much drank only beer because they were out of wild turkey.
I hung out at the bar, maybe conversed with a few of the fellow patrons, and essentially just kept to myself. I remained in my seat throughout the night, was not boisterous or obnoxious, yet somehow the bartender decided to cut me off.
Granted, I was probably legally drunk, but we were in a bar and my money was green, and I was not being sloppy or offensive. So I I felt bullied (maybe not the best word but I was defenseless and someone else was stopping me from doing how I wanted) since I really couldn't argue with him being as lit as I was. The bartender straight up told me didn't want to serve me anymore. Based on my bill, I think my drink count was at 3 or 4. Not outrageous number of drinks at all, right?
Yet he somehow decided to take a stand against me and tell me Iv had enough. I was not driving, was not sick (if either of these things was the case then I would have stopped already) so I feel him serving me in this manner was inappropriate. He took advantage of me, was not doing anybody a favor (except maybe my liver but that's my business not his) and left a very unappealing lasting impression of the bar.
