The 10 Best Restaurants In Gatwick Airport

"Perfect for: people in need of a dough ball-sponsored nap Outside of inspecting the ‘you save £3’ labels in duty-free like Martin Lewis on tour, one of the greatest, simple pleasures to be had at Gatwick is PizzaExpress’ breakfast dough balls. It’s a rip-and-dip carbohydrate novelty act as you spread jam on the chain’s quintessential sidekick, before having a little banquette seating snooze. The breakfast menu (the only PizzaExpress one in the UK) mostly results in sad, hardened eggs on pizza, so stick to breaded simplicity. Service tends to be more relaxed (read: slower), making it more suited to quiet airport down-time, but one to avoid if running for a gate regularly features in your nightmares." - heidi lauth beasley, rianne shlebak, sinead cranna, jake missing, daisy meager

Terrible experience, the restaurant was about 30% capacity but they didn’t let me sit around the chargers, where they also have the 2 person tables. This is my disgusting chicken wings, I got it after 3 minutes from ordering. The sauce on it was completely raw, wings not even crispy, the wings felt raw and had a decent purple color around the bones, sent it back but it was not taken off from my bill. For 9 Pounds… disgusting, I can have this from the fridge at Tesco. At the other end My Guinness was perfectly poured and served, but they right, why would you eat at Pizza Express when they have perfect Guinness???

Delicious breakfast at Pizza Express! The food was absolutely perfect — fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. Service was very good; we were served by Ana Ingat, who was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was okay, a bit quieter than expected, but still enjoyable. Overall, it was a great start to the day!

Had a lovely experience at Pizza Express in Gatwick! I was served by Ana, who was super friendly and made me feel really welcome. I tried the Royal Egg and had an Americano on the side – both were absolutely delicious. Perfect spot for a tasty break before a flight. Thanks, Ana, for the great service!

Believe or not some of the best pizza that we had while in London. The Kids meal is a great deal that includes an appetizer, small entrée and a dessert. All fresh and good service.

What a bad experience No sharp knife to cut the pizza, even tho we asks for the waiters they just said “if everyone cuts the pizza with soft knife you can as well” Also the pasta was bad

Why isn't it more advertised they do breakfasts? Absolutely fab, I had the full works and the wife and the full veggie option, both were lovely. Would definitely recommend, nice and quiet too compared to the other restaurants which was a bonus for us. Time ate 6.30am. About 5 other groups of diners

I was diligently served by Reece and enjoyed my classic American pizza. Prompt service. Catered to everything I needed. Great recommendation of the Espresso Martini. Very satisfied customer
