Horrible experience. Ordered a simple pizza and got the most horrific pizza ever. Like seriously no sauce on that dry pizza ?! They tried to give me a 5 dollar store credit like what no thank you will never come here again

The pizzas quality has really gone downhill. The medium was very thin and small compared to how they use to make them. The ingredients were lacking i hope this was just a fluke.

Way over priced. She charged me 50.oo for a large stuff crust. Absolutely crazy

This pizza hut is the closet to me since the one on Lincoln close down. I had to drive out. Pizza was great and nice staff. Pizza tasted freshly made. Area was not great... people do not know how to drive. Their lot is Only right turns in exit and people weren't following that simple sign. Parking lot was dirty. I wish this restaurant would deliver to North Center area.

I called and asked if I could get an order and the guy on the phone said no right away and then hung up

The worst experience i have ever had. I ordered a pizza from this location. Had to wait 2 hours. Had the manager shout at me over the phone bc her driver could not read house numbers correctly and the proceeded to not deliver my pizza that i paid for. The worst customer service i have ever had to deal with.

i asked if they sold the pickles with the pizza on it and they hung up, after 0.5 seconds of silence, never calling again

Ordered the big dinner box. First off extremely overpriced for a box of dough that’s undercooked and with a raw after taste. The wings had a little drizzle of sauce, the pizza is just dough with sauce and cheese slapped on on top of it, & the breadsticks with cheese weren’t even cut all the way through. SO BAD 👎 & the best part it doesn’t even come with a soda.

Unprofessional. The website set me up for an interview at 9AM. I received two emails confirming the interview. I show up at 8:37 AM. I left at 9:10 Am. There was no one In the shop to conduct interviews! How unprofessional!

The service is absurd. I called the Pizza Hut because I wanted to order online I wanted to get my food online and oh my God this is such BS. The person that answered the call. She said I don't got time for you and then she stated my full name what the heck they don't have that information! Pizza Hut? Please let me know what's going on and I do not approve of my full name getting leaked and I feel really violated and I have no privacy calling Pizza Hut never again am I calling Pizza Hut! I hate this service forever.

Once upon a time, Pizza Hut was an absolute treat. I remember going to the restaurant, walking by the planters with plastic plants, looking into the salad bar and actually being seated by a host in a booth of retro browns and tans with parmesan and red pepper flake shakers already on the table. I'd wave to friends and neighbors as we all smiled at the delight we were about to receive. Sadly, this reality is no more. I guess I got lucky with this location a bunch of times as I have ordered from here occasionally for the past year or so. It usually came quite quickly and the food was well prepared and hot. Past two or three times, now I understand the negative reviews and perhaps my reluctance to post a review previously was because subconsciously I knew it was too good to be true. 90 minutes and a delivery charge for cold pizza? Sorry, nope. Sure, it's just a Pizza Hut and those warm, fond memories are long gone, but I wish they could've still been part of my life. There are other non-Chicago style joints around so I'm going with them from now on.

Do you know is that a specialist Pizza Hut it's different because of the heat so you can find your mom is fat place but for a change company the pizza is edible nothing excited

The pizza was good but they have the friendliest delivery driver! I wish I had gotten his name. He was so sweet and handled everything with care. He is literally the only reason for this review.

Oh man. Where to even begin. Driving by I decided to pop in and order a pizza. I walk in to find a seemingly excessive amount of employees mulling around without any intent, yet no one takes the time to greet me. Finally I get someone to the counter. They must not get a lot of people walking in an ordering, because a lot of confusion followed. Finally I ordered a large green pepper, mushroom, and olive pizza and wings. In the 30 plus minutes it took to get my order some other man walked in who's order was supposed to be finished 10 minutes ago, he was rudely told it would be 3 more minutes. It was more like 10. I also watched them open the door on their hot holder and investigate its contents, until finally they grabbed my order, which had been in the hot holder for over 10 minutes. I open my pizza to check it, and there aren't any mushrooms. I ask about them and am told that they are out of mushrooms. This is the first I've heard. I ask for a refund for the mushrooms and am offered bread sticks as a replacement. I am met with annoyance when I ask for a refund instead of breadsticks. The woman behind the counter pulls $1.25 from the register to refund me for my $1.35, making me further annoyed. I didn't say anything because I didn't really even care about the refund, I just couldn't believe they tried to pass off an incorrect pizza on purpose. The pizza was pretty lacking on ingredients. The sauce was delicious, however there was barely any. The cheese was not very good, and also pretty scarce. Esthetically the pizza was promising, it was covered in veggies, but the veggies were practically minced and almost untastable. Because it was sitting so long it was not really hot anymore. The wings were fine. Nothing to write home about, but probably better than expected. They were crispy and the mild buffalo sauce had a nice kick to it. They could've been hotter, but same problem with them sitting. Overall, I would skip and head to papa rays down the street. The staff is much nicer, the food comes out faster, and it's about the same price for better quality.

The worst pizza I have ever had, I will never order from pizza hut again after this. I opened the box and the pizza came like this. I haven't seen a cardboard pizza until today. Went straight to the trash, Waste of money. Every one should avoid this place like the plague.

Pizza was fantastic, mini Cinnabon rolls were great too. Delivery was just 20 minutes after I placed my order; very impressed! Very easy to order online, unlike a lot of other places I've ordered from. Price was perfect; $5 for a 1-topping medium pizza and the Cinnabon rolls were $5 for 10. Perfect quick dinner. We will definitely be ordering from there again!

Horrible. I've ordered food from here twice that I'm used to getting in other PHs and I've always had stomach ache.

Pizza was made quickly. Service was good. Only three stars though because there were a few pieces of pizza without cheese on them!! Big bummer

For starters, my driver was a great guy. We ordered a large pizza, came a little cold but no worries, threw that back in the oven and munched on our Apple Pie Bites. These Apple Pie Bites are a little taste of heaven, let me tell you. I've lived a full 23 years and have never tried anything as glorious as these godforsaken Apple Pie Bites. Amazing. Enjoy yourself here at the one and only, PIZZA HUT

If I can give them -5 stars I would. I ordered pizza 90 minutes ago when I called them they said they tried to call me but I never got a phone call and then when I asked her refund they hung up on me. Do not ever order from the store.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced the big guy with the funny looking hair at the front literally told me to get the fuck out of here as I grabbed my order and left. There was about eight people standing in line in a tiny space and the people at the front would walk away to go on their phones while people were literally waiting in line for their orders to be taken. I watched the cook put my pizza into the ready oven and it stood there for a good 10 minutes till the big guy decided to come up to the counter and finally give it to me. The cook had no gloves on He was handling everyone's food with his bare hands. I saw him put his mouth on his hand and proceed to make the food then I also saw him handle garbage with the same bare hands. Disgusting. Everyone needs to be fired ASAP. Trust me they don't wanna be there anyway.

The $5 special is amazing. Bought my entire basketball team pizza and we enjoyed every single slice. This is also great hangover food.

Barely got any sauce on my wings and pizza was cold!! Never again ordering from this place or any pizza huts

So I order from here, and receive my delivery and realize that the wings I ordered were not with my delivery. So I called back and the girl says she can credit my account or do I want to "make the driver come back". Since they messed up my order I am not going to order from them again, and since I couldn't receive the credit on my debit card I would just rather have the wings. So she tells me to hold and she shouting for the driver. "Larry, Larry, she doesn't want the credit she wants you to go back with the wings." You have to go back I'm sorry. Well this wouldn't of happened if you double check the order and my wings were there in the first place. So again I won't order from this place since there are trying to make me feel like I'm the bad person for making the driver come back to bring me what I ordered and paid for. Please make sure you double check the order. It's not that difficult, and avoid the problems in the future.

Ordered delivery from the website. Driver never showed up. I called the store, they said the driver had been here knocking on the door. They were never here. Then when I asked to cancel the order, they hung up on me. No refund on my credit card yet.
