Nathan was amazing! He was so patient and helpful with the lady ahead of me! He was just as attentive to me when I reached the counter. He has a great work ethic and makes sure you receive great service and great pizza! The pizza was very good and fresh! I highly recommend ordering from this location!!

The buffet is awesome.. great selection from pizza , pasta, pizza rolls, cheese bread and desserts. This buffet is very clean. Our waiter Brooke was amazing to offer refills and help us with anything we needed

The manager on duty was awesome!!! He was working with a limited staff but you would never know it. Our pizza and bacon cheddar breadsticks were delicious and hot. ! I definitely recommend this location!!!!

I've been coming to this Pizza Hut for a long time, and occasionally there have been snafus over the years, but under their current management, they have gone above and beyond to make sure my orders are great, and have outdone themselves. Thank you for your customer service.

Dude with long hair was very rude didnt seem to want to do his job sat and watched while a frantic worker was trying to box orders and make wings. Almost got up and started to help the poor girl. This guy always seems to be an issue when I come in not very nice and stand offish

Ordered through doordash and was giving me conflicting addresses so I called just to confirm or deny if my order was sent there or not. Whoever answered the phone must've been having a bad day cause he came in straight with attitude about having to contact doordash to change anything. I didn't ask to change anything on the order or address and again just asked if my order was at that location but again told me very rudely that he cannot do anything and to contact doordash. I ended up calling the other address that was popping up and they were able to tell me if my order was there or not, no problem. This location is right by my work but I won't be going to it due to the rude service I was given. I'll happily drive out of my way to a different one.

I have to say hands down this is one of the best Pizza Huts I visited since they closed down the best Pizza Hut ever the one in Saginaw. Amber does an amazing job at getting her pizzas out in a timely fashion. Not only do the pizzas look great but they taste even better.

Order pizza at 6:12. Promised 6:40 it’s now 7:15. Can’t reach the store just keep getting text saying another 5 min now I should expect my pizza at 7:25. I will never order from this location again 😡 I hot it’s not cold whenever I do get it

The customer service was awesome, no complaints there, but the quality was sub par. Holy moly. The presentation was good but You need to sauce your pizza more. They were really dry. Flavor is good but it was so dry we were all coughing and trying not to choke.

Super disappointed in the quality. The breadsticks were rock hard so you couldn't even bite into them. The pizza was more crust that anything else. So we paid for breadsticks we couldn't eat (literally had to throw them away) and basically plain pizza crust.

I will NEVER order from this pizza hut again service was horrible!!! Please consider the type of people you hire!! The website/App is a waste cant put in special instructions I couldnt use my points and to top all that off i ordered a hand tossed pizza and It looked like a mf thin crust! I spent $42 on 2 large pizzas and 16 piece boneless wings ... Dominoes would NEVER!!!

Food took an hour past ready time. Paid for three ranches and only received one. Receipts all over the floor and employees looked very unprofessional.

They don't use gloves at this location. I saw the cashier go from sitting down in the front to straight putting someone's pizzas in a box without gloves on. He didn't wash his hands either. Before he touch my pizzas I asked the manager if they wear gloves at this location and he said they are suppose to wear gloves he told the young man twice to put in his gloves, yet he still went to try to touch my pizzas. I had to tell him again and so did the manager. Then the manager told him to wash his hands n to put on gloves, for me that just means he doesn't have a habit of using gloves at all.

I order a shit ton of pizza from this place. These guys, given the number of orders they accept daily, have never done me wrong. I can remember only two times they forgot to bring a soda or something. They always come back with it. Besides, I don't need that shit anyways. Plus, they got heavy metal guitar players delivering their stuff! What's not to love about that!!??

This place is useless and a total waste. Have a gift card for $25 but the website won't work and accept it for some reason. I call the store and they offer no help or solutions. They won't accept the gift card over the phone, they have no deals like online. Its amazing that these places stay in business when they have no sense of customer service. I won't be ordering from Pizza Hut any longer if they can't even bother to take care of their customers.

Recently ordered delivery, which came 45 minutes late and was missing an item. Worst yet, the driver demanded I provide my drivers license number on the back of the receipt. I called the store to verify and they said they didn't know about it. The driver was trying to scam me! Food is gross, delivery is late and the drivers are sketchy. Look to Uber Eats, Door Dash, etc. for one of MANY alternatives.

Damn I shoulda read the reviews what a useless place dirty didn't even put enough cheese on the pizza to call it a pizza don't waste your time or money

I literally live less than 3 blocks away, but my pizza arrived cold. Asked for garlic crust and didn't receive it. The regular pizza was so thin and didn't look appetizing at all. I wish I could upload the pictures. It was ridiculous. Will never order from them again.

THEY DON'T USED GLOVES! We order a deep dishes beef and veg pizza and they got it wrong 3 times!!!!!! You have 1 job and can't even do it right! They kept giving us cheese???!!!!!!! We have to show them the receipt before getting it right. Please train your staff. You need basic sense to make pizza. It's not about being genius. Never again at this location.

Pizza was like cardboard! Never had pizza this bad EVER! Will never order again. If I could give a negative star I wound gave.

When I was a kid, in the 1970's, growing up in Wharton, TX, we didn't go out to eat much. Pizza hut was one of the few options we had for "dine in" eating, long before the days of delivery. I miss those days of being able to go in and experience a pizza parlor. I remember putting coins in the juke box and making sure a trip to the restroom happened at least once to catch up on the latest jokes scribbled on the walls, back when wall scribbles were clean content for the most part. **sigh** Ok, trip down memory lane is over. Tonight, in the year 2015... We ordered two pizza's, medium size, placed an online order. We built our own for $6.99 each. Pizza #1: light marinara, pepperoni, bacon, spinach, mushrooms, and tomatoes with cheddar crust with a honey sriracha sauce. Hand tossed crust Pizza #2: hand tossed with white sauce, pepperoni, extra pepperoni, buffalo swirl, and cheddar crust. We picked up the pizza. Busy place. Seemed like any other pizza hut. These tiny cramped counter only long thin shops are such a far cry from what we used to experience. the #2 pizza with extra pepperoni seemed to not have that many pepperoni to be honest. Not a bad amount, but if we had ordered a normal amount, it would have been a bit scarce maybe? Or perhaps they didn't put extra? The #1 pizza was delicious, through and through. My daughter didn't care for the hint of sweetness the honey sriracha sauce created, but I loved it. I thought this pizza was simply delicious. Not sure the cheddar on the crust made any difference though. The #2 pizza had white sauce, something I'm not the biggest fan of. My daughter loves white sauce and tends to shy away from tomato based sauces. She thought it was really good, but also wasn't sure the cheddar on the crust made any difference. Together we enjoyed the pizzas. We are regulars with Pizza Hut because their pizza is anywhere from normal to rather delicious. Nothing that will command attention, but never bad. You can't beat the price, being able to load up multiple ingredients on a medium for $6.99. I think the only extra cost is if you ask for extra cheese. Recommended if you want hot fresh normal to good pizza.

So we have avoided this Pizza Hut for years! Years! Because every time we ordered from here, the pizza was terrible! I didn't understand this since it's a chain! But food would arrive cold, not well made, and sometimes raw! It was awful! But we gave them another chance recently, and am I glad we did!! They have stepped up their game! We have ordered four times now over a few months (just making sure it wasn't some fluke), and every time our orders have been great! The pizza gets here in a timely manner! The pizza looks appetizing when it arrives! And most important of all, the pizza tastes great!! This is what you would expect from Pizza Hut! Well done to whomever is doing the hiring for this location! And thanks for the (now) consistently great pizza!!

So I get online to order and the pages says no deliveries today. So I call and ask and get put on hold. After 15 mins on hold I drive to the store and now it's been 18 mins as I live close and ask them why I am still on hold! Manage picks up phone and says sorry they are closed and can't take any orders because they are too busy!!!! WTH? I asked him don't you think you could have picked up the damn phone and told me that? This is the second time we've ordered online recently. Ordered both pizzas to be extra crispy each time. They've arrived almost raw and doughy. Pizzas were horrible. Just very minimal toppings EXCEPT the jalapeños. Pizzas totally covered in them. They only get the second star because they were delivered on time/early and the delivery drivers were nice and friendly. We will have to find pizza delivery somewhere else.

Have only gone to this Pizza Hut twice because it's near my job, first time no problems but today they gave us a raw cookie. Called to let them know and they could careless. Check your food before eating it from this location they don't seem to care if it's cooked or not.

They seriously didn't take my online order because they wanted to close early and they close at 12 and canceled my order at 11:30....seriously annoying af. Lazy ass people.

This was my second time ordering at this store. First order was perfect. However this time the cheese wasn't melted in the middle of the pizza. They also forgot to put the seasoning on the crust and they were out of parmesan :(

This place is garbage. Pizza was missing one topping I paid for there was little to no cheese on it. I waited one hour for the pizza. My kids eat pizza every Friday. This was my second Time at this location. We will not return.

Part of my order was wrong and the pan pizza was so undercooked, the crust still had the look and texture of a white, stretchy, ball of pizza dough.

Worst Pizza Hut ever! I've now been burned twice by this location. Which really sucks because it is just a couple miles from my house. Today I ordered a pizza and wings at 5:23 PM online I got an email confirmation saying that my order would be delivered at 6:30 Pm. At 7 PM I called and after 10 minutes trying to call and get someone to pick up the phone someone finally answered and said that they were really busy and low on drivers and that my pizza was the very next one to go out. I got off the phone a little irritated but I figured that I would have my pizza within the next 30 minutes. By 8 o'clock I still had no pizza. I then started calling again and when I finally got through the woman told me that they had given my order to someone else and they were remaking it. I then told her that I would just come pick it up instead I arrived at Pizza Hut at 8:27 pm.. when I got there I looked around the kitchen there was pans on the ground people stepping over them about's five or six pizzas just sitting out in the open air getting cold and only three workers. When I got to the counter the lady confirmed my order and then went to look for it she came back to tell me they could not find it even though she could remember just making the pizza. The wings were not cooked yet they had not even been in the fryer still frozen they actually forgot about the wings all together. Finally after standing there for another five minutes the woman came back to me and gave me two pizzas that were somewhat close to the original pizza I ordered and told me I could have the extra one for free. When I asked her about the wings she looked confused and had totally forgot about them. I told her to forget about the wings I will just take the pizzas. I told the workers that were there that night that I understood that they were busy and understaffed clearly but they need to communicate with their customers better it is ridiculous to treat your customers like that and this is the second time that this has happened. Pizza Hut has lost my business forever over this I am not mad at the staff working that day but I am mad at the owner or the manager that it's probably under pays his employees and also cuts payroll on a Sunday evening when the NFL season has just started. Staff Pay your employees right and keep more customers happy. It's really simple.

I only gave a 1 because 0 wasn't an option. I love Pizza Hut and tonight my husband accidentally chose carryout instead of delivery. After realizing the mistake I called to ask for a credit to be used in store on another date. Manager responded "and why"? "We didn't make the mistake when you ordered"? I asked for a regional manager or owner name and was told the info was illegal to give out. I again questioned the manager and was hung up on. I called back and a coworker put me on hold for 10 minutes and then was disconnected (or hung up on again). I was already on my way by this point. Walked in (while taking video) asked for manager (Mike Harvey) who took another 3-5 minutes to help me and then was told he could do a refund, but not over the phone, yet you didn't tell me that until I was standing at your counter asking why you hung up on me and then put me on hold and hung up again. Manager, Mike Harvey has the worst customer service skills. You DO NOT hang up on a customer and then put them on hold another 10 minutes. Mike Harvey does not have the ability to run a store, much less help customers who make mistakes. Sadly, I can't post the video here or I would! By the way Mike,your store owner information is public knowledge on TAD and I will be sharing my video with them.

Pizza guy was super nice and dressed like the Joker. 10/10 would order again. Pizza was hot and so were the wings.

Ordered wings and 2 large pizza's. 3170818195059001184316887 pizza arrived and was room temperature. No mark on the box it payed on. It was like it had been sitting out for a few hours. The wings were very much over done. Buffalo Blazing Hot to me would be a wing with some bite. These wings are the kiddie pool. They almost tasted sweet. The Tabasco sauce in my fridge was way more spicy that the kid wings. We gave you a shot, will be ordering from Dominos next time.

I ordered Pizza Hut today. The store is really busy and seems short staffed but they are friendly and helpful and always give your their specials of the day. Great pizza and good deals! Yum!

While delivery times are exceptionally good. The quality and most importantly the consistency of ordering from this store is well below par. I have had multiple incorrect orders delivered, undercooked orders, and most recently uncut pizzas delivered. Sadly I would say 75% of the time one of these issues applies to my order. If you want a fast order you can get it here but don't expect it to be good or correct.

I called the direct line to this store, and a Pizza Hut answering service answered instead. I was placing my order with a foreigner who could barely speak English. Just placing my order was frustrating because I couldn't understand him. When he asked me my zip code, I gave it to him. He told me that it was on N. Beach, near Kroger, and I told him that was wrong. I waanted the store at the Albertson's parking lot, same zip code. We went over this for a few minutes until he finally said that he had it at the correct store. When I went to the Pizza Hut which is within walking distance to my home, I found out that the pizza was ordered at the other store. Yes, it was only 3 miles down the road, but I didn't drive to get it, and the other store wouldn't deliver it. Therefore, Papa Murphy's got my business. My husband has to wait a little longer for me to cook my pizza, but that's ok. I'm done with Pizza Hut. Vickie

We ordered bone out wings and out of 16 only 6 were actually wings and the others were just pieces. I contacted the store and Jacob provided excellent customer service. He replaced the wings and had them delivered!

Honestly, I joined Yelped just now to write a review about this location. I am never the one to spend time writing a review but this location is absolutely awful. Pizza Hut is a chain that you would assume you can rely on when moving to a new location. I understand every location is different, but I have never been so disappointed. I ordered a pizza, wings and cheese bread sticks at 6 pm. The estimated delivery was 30 minutes so when it was around 45 minutes later, I didn't think it was a huge deal... Things happen. Well after over an hour I started to call their location just to ask the status of the order. No one ever answered. Calling over and over and not one single person answered the phone... Not once. This was very upsetting to me cos I had no clue what was going on and my credit card was already charged... After two and a half hours, my doorbell finally rang. It was an extremely cold pepperoni pizza ( no, not even luke warm, COLD) and boneless wings that were just sitting (not coated)in a thick garlic Parmesan sauce that was very obviously just sitting out all day. Oh, and no cheese breadsticks. I understand things happen but this experience was just completely unacceptable. Needless to say, due to such an awful experience, I will never order from Pizza Hut again. So, if you want Pizza Hut, please, save yourself and don't order from this location. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I hardly ever write reviews, but I had to let everyone know how HORRIBLE this place is! I've ordered from them a few times because I like the pan pizza, but will never again do so. We live in a new neighborhood, so they had trouble finding out address. Understandable. But every time after that I called, the associate's would tell me they couldn't deliver to our address because they can't find it. It always has to be overridden by a manager. The last time we ordered from them the dough was raw. When we called to let them know, the answer was "we've been having issues with that the last few days". We ended up just getting our money back. Tonight I ordered at 5:51, and they were able to find the address (yay!). My total was 19.61. However, the guy told me my card didn't go through for the whole amount (which it did) and then said that the $19.61 went through, but I still owed $7. After taking a while, and needing the manager, he finally made it work and told me it would be at my house by 6:32. Well, 7:10 comes around and I call the store to check the status. The associate says no order for my number comes up. Transfers me to the manager. The manager says the last time I placed an order was in April. I go to my bank account to confirm the order went through. It did... And then they reversed it. The manager said that "we've been having issues with that". I was so furious, I just said to forget about the order. Had I not called to check on the pizza, we would've just been sitting around forever waiting. I will NEVER order from this place again. Save yourself the time and order from Dominos.
