Best pizza I had on the cape. Read the bad reviews, they even admit the pizza is excellent. A trendy and hip pizza place for adults to escape to. After being on the cape for a month, you get tired of the same old fare and food. This place was more cutting edge and would not be somewhere to take your kids to. Sure getting take out is fine. This is Neapolitan style pizza, very doughy and a little bit of a burnt crust. Some people aren't fans of this style, but it is certainly my favorite. We asked them which pizza we should get and at their suggestion they made us a half quattro formagio and half Calabria pizza. We also had their Mediterranean salad. All were very good and had amazing quality ingredients. It was also fun to watch them make the pizza right there in front of you. This is good for a small group or a date. Something fun new and hip to enjoy. Certainly the beet place we had pizza on the cape. Bottom line go if you are into Neapolitan style pizza and a trendy atmosphere.

We went out on a weekday. The place looks great, but the pizza is just ok for our preference. It was very thin and you are better off folding it because it lacks substance to hold it. The flavors were a little bland, too. I would not recommend if food is the main thing you are looking for. Great spot for socializing and a drink.

Too much salt! The food is off the charts in sodium. If they could get that under control this would be a great place. Music at a good level, great decor and friendly staff. If the pizza and salad would have half the salt it would still be delicious. Is the chef a smoker? Do they not know how salty this is?

The pizza bar was so cool you can watch them make your pizza! There was art over almost all the walls. The staff was nice and the bathroom was clean and fancy. The margarita pizza was amazing best pizza I’ve had.

1st time trying this new spot. Nice thin crust pizza and very clean nice atmosphere. it was extremely warm though with the coffee roaster and pizza oven. Smells wonderful when you walk in. We also had garlic pepper chicken wings that were cooked beautifully but had an extreme about of salt on them. We brushed it off and it helped some.

Excellent across the board. Food is delicious and they seem to use only the best ingredients. The wood fired oven makes the most delicious and authentic Neopolitan pizza - we think the best on Cape Cod. (Sorry Barbone, but yours was undercooked the last time we dined.) Don’t miss the chicken wings, which are possibly the best I have ever had. Everything else we tried was delicious as well - lasagna, salads, etc.

Trendy, cutting-edge, and cool! We split a delicious octopus salad followed by two thin crust pizzas—a Bianca (white) and a Calabria (meat). Tiramisu and espresso for dessert. On the edge of the Hyannis airfield in a warehouse space decorated with graffiti-style art, don’t miss this chic restaurant!

Happy to finally get a chance to try Pizza Lab, we arrived later than we had hoped because of heavy traffic resulting in a five hour and 30 minute drive. Taking a few minutes to check in to our hotel we went straight to the restaurant at 8:45 with time to spare considering the recent email I had received and their website details, both of which indicated a 10 PM closing time. Policy indicated no reservations for parties under 6. We are two. On arriving we chose a seat and were directed to what the very pleasant waitress indicated was a better option. As we were looking at the menu another waitress came over to inform us that the kitchen would close at 9. Surprised by this I said but your email and website say 10. She replied, pointing to the door,, "We changed our hours - it's on the door." We quickly ordered - my husband requesting a meatball pizza. He was told they couldn't make a meatball pizza because meatballs are on the menu as a separate item! A bit confused he chose the Calabria (prosciutto, sausage, and bacon among other toppings) and I chose the Amalfi (pistachio stracciatella and crispy prosciutto). Both were delicious though not crispy as many reviewers report and a bit salty (also as previously reviewed). Also to note, we were told the bar would also close at 9. Advice would be to call ahead to see what closing time they wrote on the door and you can enjoy an interesting take on pizza from a French restaurant.

Have driven by this restaurant 100 times and last night we had the chance to try it. I must say it was amazing. This little eatery has such an amazing vibe. You don't even know you're on Cape Cod. We had the meatball appetizer, and the eggplant lasagna they're both amazing. We tried three different pizzas. Each one was better than the next. Oh by the way, we tried some of their signature cocktails that were outstanding will definitely be going back. Just be aware. It's a very small space and seating is very limited only a couple tables, and the majority of the seating is at the bar or around the area where they make the pizza. But overall five stars thumbs up service was great and food was better.

Bottom line up front: good pizza, terrible service, smallish place Made a reservation, which is typically easy. Pizza Lab uses some Google assistant deal so we kept having to check in to see if the reservation was confirmed. Caused us to be 10-min late as it was never clear that the system worked. Parking is very limited and competes with their parent restaurant next door. Inside is interesting, filled with murals and bar style seating around food prep areas. Very few actual tables. Very crammed and tough to walk around. On the loud side too. Sat right away, wasn't terribly busy at 630 on a Saturday, but was probably 80% capacity when we left. Tough seating. We had 3 small tables for a party of seven. Was plenty of room, but no one could navigate the tables. The servers seem to always be in each other's way or some other guest crossing paths. Rough layout Drinks took 25-minutes. Two were not good, intended to be the same, but tasted nothing like the other, third drink was not enjoyed, last was a beer that the server spilled on the table... and then proceeded to try and top off. Have never been in so we had a lot of questions. We led with hard ones like what type of olive was on a salad. Waiter said he didn't know but maybe Italians ones Asked how big the pizza was and told 12" and they serve one. Asked how the wings were and which the waiter recommended, and he replied is was just up to us to what we liked. We were very pressed to order one pizza each, which was rather annoying. We ended up getting four for seven people and took 3/4 of one home. Menu is somewhat limited, which I take no exception to. I strongly believe restaurants should do fewer things and do them well. The menu was uninteresting to us. None of the salads were particularly inventive or sounded like they had high quality ingredients. Apps were linked to a few things like wings and meatballs. And there were a few non-pizza entrees. Pizzas came out quick. Tried cheese, pepperoni and a meaty one. All very good. We all really enjoyed the dough too. Had better luck getter water in the desert. And served in tiny glasses to boot. After asking several times, including if they could just leave a pitcher with us, we were told there were only two pitchers for water in the whole restaurant and that the waiter "will be more present". He wasn't. There was a plate of pizza toppings on the table with cheese, hot pepper, oil and seasoning. We asked for more than the tiny ramekin of cheese, and the waiter seemed to believe that one tablespoon of cheese should satisfy the table of seven. Waiter forgot to charge for a drink, and after presenting the check he took it back and corrected it. Kinda odd. Few desserts sounded good, but we were pretty annoyed with the service, and no manager ever presented, so we left to have dessert elsewhere. Pizza cost average $~22 so is on the expensive side, but they were good. Too expensive for take out and there are plenty of much better established places for a complete meal. Service was abysmal. It would be hard to want to go back. Three stars is a rounding error on the high side.

Pizza was excellent. However- Told order would take 20 minutes over the phone. Showed up at 15 minutes. A family was ahead of me obviously wanting a table. Took over 5 minutes for a server to come talk to them. Another 3-5 minutes later I was attended to. Whilst I'm holding my credit card prominently in effort to signal the staff I'm here for take out. Couple more minutes and my pizza was found under 3 other to go pizzas. It tasted great but had obviously been sitting for at least 10 minutes before I got there. I will go back, but I will order to go there and wait to see my pizza come out the oven. Food was good but don't tell me it will be ready in 20 minutes when it is actually ready in 5 and sits on the counter for 15 more.

Fun vibe and ambiance with decor, bar seating and open cooking area. Delicious pizza, salad, cocktails, mocktails and tiramisu dessert!

Please, use less salt! I love the ambiance, the service, and the menu. I love the staff and the view of the pizza makers at work. What I don't love is how totally SALTY the pizza is. The toppings are already salty: cheese, meats etc. But your sauce is salty and even the crust has more salt than most breads. When I taste such dishes in a restaurant, my first question is, "Is the chef a smoker?" Because those who smoke often don't accurately taste their food. Even the salad we ordered was too salty. This is NOT good for your customers' health.

High quality interesting flavors. This is the best pizza I've had on the Cape. They haven't been open long but are already attracting a following and well justified. Great food and lovely ambiance. Can't speak to service as I mostly get take away.

Food was great! Drinks were great! The restaurant was FREEZING! Will wait for the spring to go back!!

Best pizza on Cape Cod!! Nothing else is even close. Great crust and toppings! We get pizza there about twice a week.
