"Pain D’Avignon Pizza Lab opened in Spring 2024, next door to the famed Pain D’Avignon bakery in Hyannis. The Pizza Lab offers Neapolitan wood-fired pizza in addition to a small menu of Italian dishes. Father-and-son chefs Stefano and Tomaso Bobbio churn out scrumptious, thin-crust pizza such as the Calabria with spicy salami, prosciutto, and onion, the Bianca with bufala ricotta, black truffle oil, and arugula, and classics like eggplant parmesan, caprese, and meatballs made with wagyu beef and veal. The space is cozy, warm, and features an antique bar imported from Italy and seating around the pizza oven.
