With Red Hot Chili Peppers and Van Halen blaring from the speakers and a semi truck with flames on the cab, this huge, 185-seat Downtown pizza joint has a party vibe. On the menu, which at 12-plus pages reads like a book, you’ll find more than 65 pizzas in every style imaginable to satisfy even the pickiest pizza lover: Neapolitan, Roman, New York, Detroit, grandma, and gluten-free, to name just a few choices.
