"No. 900’s wood-fired Neapolitan pies have been a hit since the original Outremont location opened in 2015 — and every single one of the now-numerous locations offers a gluten-free, rice flour base. Pies (and bottles of imported wine) are currently available for delivery and takeout at all of its many Montreal-area locations." - Holly Tousignant, Tim Forster, Kaitlyn McInnis

I placed an order through Uber Eats for a gluten-free pizza. To my incredible shock there were two pieces of glass that I chewed on. Not only is this incredibly dangerous and careless, but it is absolutely unacceptable. Needless to say, I will never dine at this establishment again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I find it suspicious that there are people who aren’t reviewing the service. We came in at 4pm on a Monday and it wasn’t that busy. The bus girl came to our table, served us cups without acknowledging us at all. We said hello TO her and ask if we could order drinks. She said she’ll get a waiter which we understood. It took 20 minutes. 20 minutes for the waiter to come and he asked us if we’ve been served. He then gave us a menu. We left because we knew it was going to take another hour for us to just give our order. The service here is absolutely appalling. Because I live in the neighbourhood it’s convenient for me to go here but after this third terrible experience I vow NEVER to come back. You can keep your attitude and your mid pizza. Bernard street deserves so much better. I highly recommend you go elsewhere this place will ruin your vibe and your day.

Great place to have a good quality pizza! Certainly compared to other pizza place I would highly recommend going there!

The pizzas are good, but expect 45-60 minutes for 2 pizzas, dining in or taking out. Service is really problematic. Waiters are running around but nothing is getting out. Every table is asking when their order would be ready and they always say 10-15 min, but 3-4 times, if they know at all.

I’m giving this place 5/5 stars for food… But the service was 0/5. We waited about 50-55 minutes for our simple Order of two pizzas. What’s worst is that people who sat down way later then us got their order way before us. After politely asking our server when our food is going to be ready, he started apologizing giving us excuses and mentioned we would get some “amuse bouche” for free to compensate for our wait. Well- he never gave us this. My husband even asked after it and he didn’t really seem to care and left and never brought it to us. When we got our pizzas we were very annoyed but we have to say they were very very delicious! The dough is perfect and the flavors are wonderful. We’ve been to Italy/ Naples many times and this does come close. I recommend the pizza. But not the service. So. If you have an hour to wait for the food it’s well worth it.

Wow, what a terrible experience and for mid-pizza. Firstly, the server failed to inform us of the many dishes they couldn’t serve until after we had spent time making our order - they were out of buffala mozzarella, ham, mushrooms, and artichoke. To his credit, the server tried to make recommendations for other options, but he should have told us from the very beginning all that would be unavailable. Then, the food took an hour to come out - the restaurant was not full, and these pizzas take about 1 minute to bake. The pizzas themselves were OK - not terrible but certainly not the greatest pizza ever. Finally, when it came time to pay the bill, the server randomly divided our bill into 4 and when we asked for a single bill this was too difficult. All in all, I would not recommend you go.

Although the pizzas we got ranged from decent to good, they were not worth the wait (50 minutes). When I commented on that fact to the person "in charge" that night, he then added insult to injury by saying he had "investigated with his staff" and claimed they were only 5 minutes off schedule (whereas they had announced 30 minutes). Basically calling me a liar when I told him for how long we had really been there, I offered my timestamped ticket as a proof, to which he actually said "yes I would like to check"! (The ticket officially confirmed that we had been there for close to an hour, waiting outside for our pizzas to go, but he did not offer any other form of apology...) Oh and I forgot to mention that during the wait, after initial complaints about the delay, he graciously offered to make up for it with a glass... of water (no joke)! It's a shame, we used to love to come here because the street, which is pedestrian during the summer, has a nice vibe to it. Fortunately, across the street are a slew of other restaurants that I would recommend instead.

Good day , I went to the restaurant yesterday in late afternoon. The service was long , the waiter came after 30 min the restaurant was not busy. When I order my food , because it was only 2 appetizers he looked at me like only that ?!? I was on a rush to take a quick bite and leave, I had a meeting. When the food arrive again long time I said can I pay now , again took time to pay . Also why your staff clothes are dirty ?? Very disappointed because I use to like pizza 900 but not this place on Bernard.
