Montreal's Best Restaurants for Gluten-Free Eaters - Eater Montreal

"No. 900’s wood-fired Neapolitan pies have been a hit since the original Outremont location opened in 2015 — and every single one of the now-numerous locations offers a gluten-free, rice flour base. Pies (and bottles of imported wine) are currently available for delivery and takeout at all of its many Montreal-area locations." - Holly Tousignant, Tim Forster, Kaitlyn McInnis

The service is impeccable! The servers did a great job at make you feel welcomed. It’s definitely a pleasant experience to eat pizza outside when it’s sunny and warm. The only imperfection is that the bottom of the pizza crust is a little burnt. The restaurant offers vegetarian friendly and lactose-free options

I’m giving this place 5/5 stars for food… But the service was 0/5. We waited about 50-55 minutes for our simple Order of two pizzas. What’s worst is that people who sat down way later then us got their order way before us. After politely asking our server when our food is going to be ready, he started apologizing giving us excuses and mentioned we would get some “amuse bouche” for free to compensate for our wait. Well- he never gave us this. My husband even asked after it and he didn’t really seem to care and left and never brought it to us. When we got our pizzas we were very annoyed but we have to say they were very very delicious! The dough is perfect and the flavors are wonderful. We’ve been to Italy/ Naples many times and this does come close. I recommend the pizza. But not the service. So. If you have an hour to wait for the food it’s well worth it.

Bad experience dining at this restaurant. We were seated in a bad spot and we asked to change table, but it was refused even though there was a lot of empty tables. We were told that the other tables were reserved for the clients who had a reservation (We did not). The manager who dealt with us was arrogant and clearly did not care about pleasing us. Our Pizzas were barely lukewarm, but we did not complain given the attitude we were getting. Not going back there.

Doordash still idiotically sends orders to this restaurant location beware! And then you only find out an hour after they send it that it’s cancelled.

We were seated and waited quite a while just to get water—no one brought us menus. Looking around, it became obvious: only one server was managing nearly half the patio, and several tables were waiting without service. After 20 minutes, we had to go find our waitress ourselves. We let her know we were regulars and didn’t need menus, and we placed our order right away—waiting any longer, especially with a young child, simply wasn’t an option. Then… nothing. Over an hour passed—1 hour and 15 minutes—for pizza. No one checked in, no one communicated delays, and staff avoided eye contact. It wasn’t until we finally flagged someone down to ask how much longer that we received an apology—but no explanation, no gesture, not even a simple acknowledgment of the wait until that moment. It was clear what was going on: only two servers for the entire patio, one hostess not helping with service, and a nonstop stream of Uber and takeout orders being prioritized over diners on-site. This was a serious failure in management judgment. They should have paused delivery orders or reduced patio capacity. Some guests actually left without even receiving water. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location.

Amazing spot, i really appreciated the fact that you can customize your pizza. Ingredient are super fresh. Quite a small place tho make sure to call if you are planning to be more than 3 peoples.

Really beautiful patio, AWESOME prices and superb pizza. I had the Margarita pizza and it was a good size and exceptional flavour. One bathroom shared with the theatre so can be a long wait. Would recommend and will go again!

I placed an order through Uber Eats for a gluten-free pizza. To my incredible shock there were two pieces of glass that I chewed on. Not only is this incredibly dangerous and careless, but it is absolutely unacceptable. Needless to say, I will never dine at this establishment again.
