P.J. Whelihan's Pub + Restaurant - Haddon Township

I loved the decorations and atmosphere. Good music and it was at the perfect volume. My complaint is the price of food. It was 12.99 for these tiny little cheese steak egg rolls. Then the majority of appetizers "starters" were the same price if not more expensive than the main entrees.

PJ Whelihan’s in Haddonfield has great food. I always get the hot and honey buffalo salad. The food is consistent and yummy. The have half price wing night every Tuesday. Definitely a nice place to bring your family for bar food or go out for drinks and food with friends.

This place has really good food, and for those not in the mood for typical bar fare, the salads have always been delicious. I would love to see more wine options, as I find them a bit lacking, but there are plenty of hard liquor choices for any kind of mixed drink you could want. Overall, it’s a great spot to enjoy a meal and catching the game!

This is by far the most amazing experience at PJ. Our server is so kind and sincere. The atmosphere here is beautiful. There are outdoor seating and what I love most is the scenery of historic Haddon Twp/Haddonfield area. Crab cake is very delicious. I prefer them fried then broil. The wings here are jumbo wings. Unfortunately they don’t have any dry rub but it’s still good. I wife and O also order some margaritas and its mix well. One of the drinks is made wrong and our server brought out the correct one. Overall I recommend this spot for PJ wings experience.

Natalya was an attentive server , who recommended a few items that was spot on. She made sure we were fully accommodated, along with our order being up to our liking. She was pretty much awesome. She’d be a reason I /we would come back to that location.

Varied menu and decent vibes with tons of sports on TV. The food however was average at best, with my wings being rubbery and unappetizing (the other flavors my friends got seemed better though.) Wouldn't come back unless specifically asked by my friends.

This was my first time visiting and wanted to give it a try as it’s part of same restaurant group of Treno Pizza and The Pour House. Service was excellent, the bartenders were very friendly and attentive. Also this place has a ton of big screen TVs so def a great place to watch your favorite sports game. Regarding the food - Ordered the backyard smash burger and it was ok. Maybe it was an off night in the kitchen. The burger comes with chips and decided to upgrade to their “famous fries” (crinkle cut with old bay seasoning and American cheese sauce) I’ll give them another shot and try something different on the menu next time.

Wings were very good, very meaty and good sauce. Cobb salad was delicious, salads are always good. Nashville Chicken sandwich was NOT good, drowning in sauce that tasted very odd...my husband hated. We sat at the bar and received excellent service. We love the seasonal specials, Keto fajita bowl is good. I wish they would bring back the cheesesteak keto bowl that was over spaghetti squash. I try to make at home it was that good.

Huge restaurant with a long bar and two rooms. Easy parking with a few HC spots. Walls of TVs. House beer was inexpensive and good. I thought my bacon cheeseburger was ok, but small and my wife was okay with her classic cheeseburger, although she asked for cheddar instead of the suggested cheese. Service was fine. Servicer was attentive. It's upscale, but I thought the prices were fine.

Pjs is a great spot to watch Philly sports or to grab drinks with friends. They offer a great alcohol and food menu that gives you plenty of options to choose from. Pjs offers a lot of different options for seating as well as an outside patio. The one thing that I love about pjs is they offer so many gluten free options. They have their own gluten sensitive menu. One of my favorite things to order is their chicken bacon ranch sandwich. The chicken is grilled nicely and ranch aioli is the perfect pairing. The best part is they have a gluten free roll for all their sandwiches and burgers. You can also eat their wings either naked, hot and honey, or garlic parm. I love their hot and honey wings. It's the perfect paring: sweet and spicy. If you looking for a place to catch a Philly sport game or just to grab good food/good drinks, then this is the place for you!

Great place for watching the games as they have numerous TVs. Huge bar and then another one in the back room. Varied menu with anything you could want. Amy bartends on Sunday and she's fantastic as she always recognizes you and takes great care of you. Drink specials during the games keep the prices reasonable. This and their sister restaurant, the Pour House, are two of our favorite spots. You won't regret a visit!

Came here for 4th of July dinner. Food and service was great. It was packed but the wait time was not long at all. Our server was great. We ordered nachos, shrimp tacos for myself, husband got Asian chicken salad, and my daughter got chicken tenders and fries. Everything was delicious. My husband said that his salad was good but lack of dressing. Will definitely come back.

Solid sports bar with a great menu and list of beers. I live less than a mile away and have been here countless times over the years. Always a great experience between the food and service, so points for consistency. The bartender Rose is a rockstar. This place can get super loud and crowded; it's hard to find a parking space and/or a table but once you're seated service is always quick and friendly. Two separate bars, one in front and one in the back. It's an awesome place to watch a game, especially if a Philly team is playing, doubly so if it's a playoff game. I've never seen such massive tv's or so many of them packed into a space at any other sports bar I've ever been to. Though if you have ADHD or suffer from seizures maybe think twice about coming here. Can't speak for the whole menu but their wings and sandwiches are always perfect.

So a few months back, they made some changes, some good some bad. One change though, really... changes my thoughts of the place. I've watched a million sporting events at PJs. Well not a million but a bunch. I went to watch a Phillies playoff game and the volume was DEAFENING. Comically so. Like loud enough that I couldn't hear my wife talking to me from the other side of the table (so it wasn't without its benefits), loud enough that the server had to take our order a few times to make sure she heard us right, it was very loud. Really hurt the atmosphere to be honest. The server kind of laughed when we asked about it, she said multiple people have complained but it is a new company policy and not even the manager can change it. Same with the temperature apparently (which was fine). She also said they took away the employee discount for food, which seems petty. So I would not consider coming here for a game.

of all the days, they don't have sour mix on cinco de mayo. OF ALL THE DAYS. bar tenders are great but the drink selection is a disaster

Since ownership changed hands a few months ago this place continues to slide into an cravasse of mediocrity. Service is terrible. Food is terrible and over priced. Draft beer list is just ok

I've heard a lot about PJ's since being in the South Jersey area. I happen to be a major food enthusiast, so I decided to give them a try when I saw they had pumpkin spice wings as their flavor of the month. I came in on a Tuesday evening. The restaurant had a decent amount of guests, but I wouldn't call it super busy. Our waitress greeted us in a somewhat rushed manner and quickly took our orders for drinks. She left us for a "few minutes" to look at the menu and decide on entrees. Almost 15 minutes later, she still hadn't come back to our table. I had to wave down another server to bring her to us. After quite a long time, she showed up and took our orders. I had ordered a 10-piece Classic Wings, half with Pumpkin Spice flavor of the month, half with PJ's signature Hot n' Honey flavor. I also ordered a side of PJ's Famous Fries. Our food came out in a decent amount of time. Everything was just OK. The Pumpkin Spice wings were a bit odd, but that was expected. My fries were WAY too salty, and the Hot n' Honey wings were mediocre even compared to other restaurant chains. My friend had ordered a burger that he also thought was mediocre. Overall, I'm glad a gave PJ's a try, but I definitely wouldn't come back again. Service was beyond subpar, and there's nothing special about the food. The South Jersey area has plenty of better options to try. I'd even prefer Buffalo Wild Wings on their half-off Tuesday. It was a nice amount of food for a hungry girl, but PJ's isn't worth it if you find yourself in the area.

This is a decent local pub. The place has a ton of seating, both indoor and outdoor. Outside they have picnic tables with umbrellas as well as TVs to watch a game. As for the menu, lots of options to choose from. They have something for everyone. I really love their salad selection, very large portions. For an appetizer, you can't go wrong with the nachos. Decent list of draft beers as well. The cream sickle margarita is delicious! I would recommend.

Been to various PJ locations over the past few years and always enjoyed despite the basic menu. This location was awful. Unseasoned food and poor service. What happened?

Food was yummy, i got a buffalo chicken wrap with hony bbq sauce. The place was pretty packed and they let us pick our seats when we asked. Service was a little slow, we were there long, but it was good anyway!

This is not my usual PJs location I go to but it was the closest location to where I was and my daughter wanted wings. This location is pretty cool. When you walk in , it has an old school pub feel. The hostesses were very nice and accommodating to our request for a booth. We ordered a nice variety of food. I have to say PJs kids menu is very reasonable. Entree, drink and ice cream...$6.99. My only complaints were the wings and my tacos needed more sauce. All and all I would definitely come back to this location if in thxe area.

Not all P J whelihan's are the same. First time at the haddon ave location and despite having a friendly, efficient server the food is not as good as Cherry Hill location. Ordered the Buffalo chicken salad which is my go to meal. The chicken wasn't as crispy or the hot sauce at flavorful.

I used to come here on Tuesday's for wing night in high school. 15 years later I'm back enjoying it for the Phillies World Series run. Food was delicious. All of their appetizers are worth the try!! Really. Wings are always my go to but the crab fries just like Chickie & Pete's made the night. Great location PJs!

Absolutely amazing food. Full disclosure, I've only had their takeout, but I've had it two times and each time it has been absolutely fantastic. Two amazing dishes were the California Crunch Salad and the Loaded TaterTots. Unreal. Flavorful, filling, and the salad in particular was so fresh and and crisp. Other than that they have some really great looking comfort food, burgers, desserts and overall a lot of variety. I look forward to actually visiting PJs in person. It's a little pricey, but in this humble Yelpers opinion, well worth it.

Fun space for groups in a bar environment. They have rotating wing special flavor of the month, making the wing experience new each time you come. Average bar prices, maybe a little on the higher side but the food and service the night I went was consistent and good. A little slower on busier nights. Also they don't have wing night anymore since the pandemic

I don't often go to bars or eat bar food, but when I do, it's here. The quality of both the food and the service is exemplary, the staff is friendly, and the entire restaurant functions like a well-oiled machine. We've tried just about everything on the menu by now and it's all great. Nachos, wings, boneless wings, salads--you name it--is served promptly and arrives at your table like it was just prepared literally seconds ago. The burgers here are up with the best I've ever had, due to the exceedingly high quality of the meat and temperature of the grill. Highly recommended. They now have an expanded outdoor dining setup with plenty of distancing.

This got to be the best PJs I ever been to the customer service was A1 it was great the food was hot and fresh my waitress was very nice greeted us with a smile and very attentive to our needs the environment is cool kind of like a cheers environment when everybody can get together have a few drinks and have some nice wings I will definitely be coming here again the manager came up and also asked how was everything I loved the customer service and The food.

Was very excited to come back here after ten years. My experience at the bar was horrible all thanks to a unnecessarily rude bartender named Brittanie. If someone like her was able to make it behind the bar, I really don't want to find out how the rest of the staff behaves.

It is what it is bar food, the people are nice and the atmosphere is bright and fun. If you are interested in chips, wings or fries with a drink and a beer go for it. If you want dinner go somewhere else, the Ruben we had was good, the wagyu beef sandwich, if it is wagyu , is probably the left over cuts but was decent. But I would suggest you order a cheese steak, as I'm sure it's the same meat but a couple bucks cheaper. The fish and chips which was my mistake is frozen batter around an unknown element. I have had better fish sandwiches from McDonald's, and I hate McDonald's. I give them a three to be kind, but it will be the last time I eat here. It would have been better going to the 7 Eleven across the street for a sandwich, then coming back for a

I am between two and three stars not because it was bad or anything, but because it's just your average sports bar. We had potstickers for an app, and we enjoyed! My husband had wings and he ate them all... so must've been good! I had a turkey club, and it would have to be a miracle to mess that up. It was a cheap and quick meal... aka it got the job done! But it's nothing out of this world compared to some other restaurants in the area.

P.J.'s has the best wing deal on Tuesdays. After 3pm on Tuesdays their wing platters are 1/2 off. My girlfriend and I recently dined in around 11:30pm and we were ready to eat! Unfortunately, we were told the kitchen was closing soon and the restaurant was as well in about an hour. The service was friendly and our food came out quick. We just wished the restaurant hours would be accurately displayed online, 2am is the supposed time. The famous fries were seasoned well and the cheese sauce was perfect. I had the hot & honey and sweet chili wings while my girlfriend had chipotle bbq. All 3 flavors were tasty, and the wings were big and crispy. Would definitely go back, but at an earlier time so we don't have to rush.

I've been on a hunt for amazing buffalo chicken dip and today 9/29/20 I've finally found the spot. This was my first time visiting PJ Whelihan's so therefore this was my first time visiting this locAtion. the hostess was nice but I didn't particularly like that she didn't offer me to sit outside/patio/bar/inside she just assumed I wanted to sit inside. I redirected her that I wanted to sit at the bar and I was able to do so with all the social distancing I must say that this establishment does a great job at keeping the distance for customers both inside and outside. My bartender was Amy she made a tasty regular flAvored margarita for me, so tasty I had to order another :) I ordered buffalo chicken dip that was portioned appropriately with all Ingredients and the perfect temperature for both dip and the pita bread...sheesh even the carrots and celery were fresh and tasty. The bathrooms were clean, the restaurant was a good temperature inside and outside of the establishment was neat and organized. I had an amazing visit. Thank you.

We came for a happy hour but were a little disappointed in the overall experience, I must admit. We started with mozzarella sticks - they were about $4 or $5 and we got a total of 5 on the plate as a happy hour option. We then ordered the regular "loaded" nachos with the chili on the side. I wish I had taken a picture of it. Let's use the word SKIMPY instead of loaded. Description of the menu item: "Crisp tortilla chips loaded with PJ's five-alarm chili, american cheese sauce, cheddar jack cheese, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, sour cream drizzle and creamy guacamole." Barely any cheese, much less tomatoes, jalapenos, or guacamole. I'd guess about 65% of the chips didn't have ANYTHING on them at all. And sour cream drizzle? That was about the only accurate adjective used. The beef chili was actually really tasty and hit the spot - I'd order it again. Although this location is literally only steps away from home, I doubt this will be come a regular spot, unfortunately. Servers were nice enough.

Stopped in today for lunch. Service was good, food came out quickly and I made it back to work on time which is alway important when you get an hour for lunch! I got one of my favorites-buffalo chicken salad. Hot wing sauce all the way!

I love my PJ's! I'm used to going to the one in Blue Bell and it's always so PACKED on Wing Night but it was pretty spacious last night which is great, no wait. I got my wings pretty fast and they were oh so good! The one downside to this place is the parking and the fries. Parking is pretty small so we had to park on the main street and the fries could definitely have been hotter, they tasted pretty lukewarm and definitely would have been crispier if they were hotter. But all in all, I'll definitely be back!

Ordered a the buffalo nuggets, BBQ burger and a "1lb basket of fries". Ordered through a 3rd party delivery service but when I got my food I was flabbergasted that my 1 lb of fries was only a few ounces in the container. This was supposed to be to share so sadly I didn't even get many fries, I received more fries in my box with the nuggets! The nuggets and wings etc are always good here but that's about it. The burger was basted in BBQ sauce yet was dry af. Sadly I don't think I'll be ordering again unless it's just wings.

So... this was an interesting dining experience. For the locals, it's obviously the place to go. For new people, you feel very much out of place, or at least we did, from first walking in the door. Lol literally from the time we walked in the door. Apparently we went in through the side door, we didn't know (not labeled as such) and waited to be seated....and waited....and waited..... It wasn't like they didn't have waitresses either. One was on her cellphone and the other was getting her flirt on (neither of which I'm against but can you seat people first). One "hangry" fit later we're turning to leave when a waitress came over to seat us. Once (eventually) seated the wings were pretty great and so was the dessert. Pretty decent food, ok prices, but not the best of service. Next time, at least acknowledge the people asking to be sat THEN go back to your phone

Our family and friends joined us outside for dinner and drinks. We had an amazing evening of good food and great service. We all were so impressed with our waitress Maddie. She was wonderful from the moment she introduced herself. She made us feel like we were the only patrons in the restaurant. The food was good as usual but the service was 10 out of 10. Way to go PJ's and a big appreciation to our waitress Maddie for making our night special. You were awesome!!!!

terrible food and service tonight. the manager is rude and unprofessional. This is what I wrote to the restaurant. You should be embarrassed. I came to your restaurant, which I have done for 20 years and literally had the worst restaurant experience in my life. First, your waitress was clueless. My wife order a turkey burger with NO BUN. just a patty. They delivered it with a bun and lettuce, tomato, onion. My wife hates onions. She ordered a side Caesar salad with dressing on the side. Take a guess as to if the dressing was on the side. Nope. I ordered a cheesesteak with a side house salad with dressing on the side and NO onions. Well, I got onions and dressing on the salad. I ordered a cheesesteak, which I love from PJs. It was burnt, cold and had a hard crust on it. In other words it say in the window a while. Your manager (don't know her name, a woman) told me and I quote "I just send the food out, I don't look at it. That is abysmal. She said all cheesesteaks look like that. I'll tell you my family of 5 may never return. Your waitress did not care about us and your manager didn't either. She yelled at me and walked away. Ever since this company was sold the service and food is terrible.

We have watched Whelihans grow from a sleepy little bar that we would go to when we were home from college in the Lehigh Valley into this large regional chain. And it actually has gotten better. More consistent, good prices and decent service. The Copper Lager is a great deal at $4.00! All the time every day. Its a homemade lager from Victory, made just for this restaurant and it is a solid product. Wings are always good. Many choices, many flavors with a monthly rotation. Good Children's menu, good bar scene in some of the locations. Overall this review could be inserted into most PJ locations, this one seemed to be a local hangout. If you need a go to place in a random spot, this is a safe choice. Average meal for 2 adults and 2 small kids with a beer is under $50 - all in.

This PJs has been really off lately and I don't think they can keep using the pandemic as an excuse! Food quality is definitely not what it used to be. Everything seems dirty and rushed & wait staff is not with it. Long time favorite food items keep disappearing from menu. I really hope they get their act together because it used to be a great casual spot to go eat, but about to give up on them:(

We are BIG FANS of PJ's. We typically go to the one near our house in West Chester, which we love. It was my first time coming to this location. I was extremely underwhelmed. First of all, it looks ancient. I was wondering if this was the first location ever built. Ours looks so much newer...and cooler...and more fun. This reminded me more of a Bennigan's than a PJ's. We came for lunch and there was a sign to seat ourselves. I rarely see this sign unless at a diner (which I never dine at) so I found that interesting. We seated ourselves and were greeted right away. Our server was nice enough. She was quiet. She got the job done. There was no silverware, napkins or plates on our table and the person that brought out our appetizers didn't notice so I had to get up and ask the bartender and the server she was talking to as they walked away. I told them I wasn't sure where our sever was just so they didn't think I was chasing them down and asking them for no reason. They were nice about it and brought us some right away. Afterwards, our own server brought us a giant stack of napkins, silverware and wet naps. I was wondering if this was passive aggression or just a coincidence? I noticed their ancient sign out front said they were known for their world famous crab cakes. I didn't even know they had crab cakes let alone the fact that they are famous for them. Not sure if this is specific to this location or what because ours definitely doesn't advertise that. I got what I always get...a buffalo chicken salad with blue cheese instead of ranch. They do their salad in a weird sectioned off way which I never understood. This seemed much less fresh than the salad at our PJ's. The lettuce was limp, the tomatoes were squishy and seemed old, the chicken was mushy instead of crispy. There were no croutons. There was hardly enough lettuce to constitute a salad. They always use a flat plate, too which makes it difficult to mix a salad that isn't mixed to begin with. Things start falling off everywhere. I never understood the concept behind their plating of this salad. Anyway, their fries were good. My brother got Buffalo shrimp and a wicked chicken sandwich which he said was good. My cousin got wings and loaded tater tots. I tried one of his tots and I thought it was mushy and not very good. He didn't finish anything. The bathroom is a single stall which I didn't realize had a lock on the main bathroom door. I figured since there's an actual stall inside it that I was just supposed to use the lock on the stall door (which was broken). So I took my chances that no one would come in since it was pretty dead in the restaurant. Once I was washing my hands I realized there's another lock on the main door. Oops! Outdoor seating is available but you are sitting up against a gate where cars park in the lot. It's nice to be outside but not when people keep smoking, taking phone calls and turning their cars on and off with fumes coming your way. Three appetizers, one soda, an order of fries, one sandwich with onion rings and one salad, $52 without tip. Overall, I was very underwhelmed by this place. It wasn't very busy and we were there from 2pm -5pm. It looks very dated. The food wasn't very good. I know what a PJ's experience can be and this isn't it. I would never return to this location again and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They need a makeover...and fresher ingredients...and to find some cooks that care about the product they are putting out...and managers that care if the cooks care. None of that is going on here.

Updating review (just figured out how to do this) the manager reached out immediate after my review to correct their mistakes and provided a gift card to order again from there and this time was much better great customer service !

Great beer list. Super friendly service. Awesome cheese sauce. Best grilled chicken I've had in awhile. They had a special sando this night, I think called Chicken Caprese. I asked for the ciabatta bread to be on the side and instead of the chips it came with, a side salad with balsamic vinaigrette. Seriously, I cleaned the plate. Every bite was better than the next. Melted mozzarella cheese on top the chicken, basil pepper ailoi, balsamic sauteed onions.. Delicious.

Had a good time visiting this location for the first time. What made the visit extra pleasant was our waitress Ricki. She provided multiple recommendations on Wings, beer , and even a quick opinion on a new haircut. Lol. It's nice when a place has a great staff.

We went on a weekday for lunch to P.J's in Haddonfield (it was not at all crowded) but the food was over fried to a dried out consistently! Apparently no manager overlooking. We will not return!

Always enjoyed PJ's but sometimes their vegetarian options are a little lacking. They've always had a veggie burger, and it's house made and very different. I was super thrilled to see a Beyond Burger on the menu and it did not disappoint. Juicy, smothered in cheddar, and served with grilled onions and garlic aoili it was burger bliss. It is listed as a "Seasonal Limited Time" item at this location, but if anyone at P.J.'s reads these reviews, PLEASE CONSIDER KEEPING IT FULL TIME! Got it with the famous fries (crinkle cut with old bay & cheese sauce) I am drooling as I write this. Your old veggie burger is good too, but this was heavenly. My partner (not a vegetarian) wants to go here all the time and I'm often reluctant, but not anymore!

Love it here! Great bartenders for the most part. Couple are pretty lame. Food is average bar food. Good bang for your buck if your hungry. Wings are always a great choice and Burgers are good. The kitchen has been a little off lately so not sure what's going on with that. Maybe a new cook. A great place to meet friends and hang out. It's our Cheers! I had the French onion burger with chips. The burger itself was very tasty, juicy and well seasoned. It was topped with crispy onion straws, house made onion dip and havarti cheese. I must say I was not a fan of the cheese. I feel like it was too mild with very little flavor and way too much of it. It was falling off the burger. The roll was an onion brioche bun that was really good. I also feel like the onion dip didn't have much flavor at all. The chips were a little stale as well. Even with these few things that were a little off, I would definitely return again as they have quite a nice menu and I'd like to try some other items. All in all I enjoyed my lunch and the atmosphere.

Went here tonight and I'm giving it five stars! The hot wings were delicious. We also got the crab cake sandwiches and they were delicious as well. I totally enjoyed my meal and look forward to coming back again. Our waitress was super nice and service was awesome. We had a twenty five minute wait to get it but with the location and it being Saturday that wasn't bad at all. It was nice and cool out so the wait wasn't a problem. The place was packed but the food came out quick and was perfect. I also got the spiced captain Morgan drink with apple cider. Totally addicting ! We really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to coming back again soon !

I cannot recall the last time visited this particular PJs location, however, I came here to meet some friends for lunch yesterday and ended up walking into a surprise going away party held in my honor. We had a group of about 30 and the everything, including the catering, was setup in the back of the room after you walk through the pub area and through the double doors to the room which borders their patio area. I love PJs and we all had a great time. We had the area for just over three hours and our waitresses were on top of it the entire time.

PJ's has grown into a behemoth franchise, and their best-seller is the wings. You'd be hard-pressed to find a place with better hot wings than here. I also like their salads. In terms of sandwiches and meals, they are pretty average. First, they normally serve with a small bag of chips instead of fries. Second, they are relatively small when you compare to pizza joints or other places. The selection is also limited. This is not necessarily a bad thing since it simplifies your decision. I would like to see a little more quality and attention to the menu items because of this, though.

First time coming to this location in a while came with a group and we all agreed the service was not great. Our server just seemed out of it. My bf ordered a coke, she gave him a water. Ordered 2 of the same apps, it took so long just for them to come out. Then our food finally came out, she came out with 4 of our meals, and we believe she forgot my one friends because it came out late and he noticed something that she didnt ask about but he had on his plate. He had it before. Anyway the wraps were cold & 2 of us got buffalo chicken wraps, with hardly any sauce. They're skimpy with the sauce even on the boneless wing apps! It's not busy so it's no excuse for the service we received. The servers need to stop chatting it up and do their job.

Just what you expect from a fried food sports bar. Nothing fancy, lots of good finger food and burgers. The beer choices are solid and the waitresses and bartenders are all super friendly. I will be back many times.

Yay half price wing night and happy hour beers. Boo bitch waitress and sour guacamole. My family tends to hit up half price wing night every few months. I LOVE the wings there, they are delish. However, it always seems like we get a bitchy waitress. We ordered 60 wings, a gin and tonic, 3 beers, chips and salsa, and a side of guacamole. Everything was fine but the guacamole was sour and a strange soupy texture, so I told her it was bad. She brought over another one and said "this came right out of the walk in so I KNOW it's good." It had the same sour taste and soupy texture, so I told her again. She said "Well maybe you just don't like our guacamole then because I had someone else taste it and they said it was fine..." I feel like it's my own fault for ordering guacamole at a bar but whatever... no need to be such an ass. She also took our order for 30 more wings and left the empty and bone filled wing baskets / beer glasses on the table. Came back to check on us and still didn't take them. I finally asked the server who brought out the new order of wings to take them to which she said "Omg, of course!!" So I guess some of the waitstaff is nice... oh and I got a free Amstel Light glass because I ordered an Amstel Light.

I've always loved pjs. Today I'm so disappointed. I wanted to treat myself and I ordered a 10 piece naked wings with Parmesan garlic sauce on the side. I was early to pick them up so I got them immediately and took them home. They were so soggy even with the sauce on the side. It was almost like eating boiled chicken, ugh. I won't be ordering them again.

I'm a regular at this PJ's but I've never received bad customer service until now. We waited for almost an hr to be accommodated and we had to walk out bc we saw multiple groups being seated before us who came in after us. All was offered during our 1 hr wait was if we wanted to sit in a table for 4, when there were 5 of us. And not only that, i dont think its realistic to not have a table available that could fit all 5 of us within an hr time span. Anna was the hostess and she was not accommodating at all, and my friends and i are all very disappointed in the customer service given to us tonight.
