We booked lunch at Plano on a Saturday in July. I had expected to be seated outside, but that was my mistake for not checking properly. That said, we were in for a surprise — we had the entire restaurant to ourselves. It felt truly special, like a private dining experience with the full team and kitchen just for the two of us.
The food was incredible. I honestly don’t have enough words to describe the amount of thought, work, and emotion that went into each dish. It’s one of the rare times in my life I truly felt the storytelling of a chef through food. You could sense the heart and soul behind every flavor, every technique, every choice of ingredient. Even the plates weren’t just plates — they were handmade ceramics shaped like the mountains of the chef’s region. I’ve never seen anything like that.
The service was, of course, perfect. Attentive, warm, and discreet. And while value is personal, in my opinion, what you get here is far beyond what you pay. It’s not just a meal, it’s an experience.
We’ll definitely be back — next time in the garden, for dinner. If you want to sit outside, make sure to book for the evening
