6 Rhode Island Pizza Spots to Seek Out

"Named for the 00-grade flour traditionally used by Italian pizza makers, Double Zero is a vegan pizza bar inside Plant City, Providence’s vegan food hall and market. The pies here are wood-fired and topped with flavorful ingredients like cashew mozzarella, shiitake bacon, and wild mushrooms. For additional pies sans meat and dairy, seek out the pizza-style focaccia at Peter Carvelli’s vegan Foglia, a rustic Italian restaurant in Bristol, and the Vegan Local Vegetable pie at Newport Vineyards in Middletown." - Adam H. There is no place like Plant City Providence! It's a vegan's dream come true! The food is absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is beautiful whether you choose to sit inside or outside on the patio under the trees and surrounded by flowering plants. The staff are also so kind. I took my omnivore Italian family there for breakfast and they loved it! We ordered almost everything on the breakfast menu and shared. What can I say? YUM!!! Almond cream and chocolate croissants, homemade blueberry pop tarts, strawberry muffins, homemade chocolate donuts, macadamia ricotta toast, and incredible breakfast sandwiches. We also loved the maple cinnamon lattes, mocha lattes, and smoothies. My very favorite was the mushroom sandwich. It was so scrumptious that I kept craving it after I left. We also took home rainbow macarons. I cannot wait to go back!

Plant City is a vegan heaven,Although the restaurant was under renovation when we visited and the menu was limited, everything we tried was amazing. The tacos were absolutely delicious, and the pasta was really good too. The vibe is great, with a stylish ambience and a perfect waterfront location. Parking was a bit tricky, but it’s worth it — you can enjoy a nice walk by the water after your meal. Definitely a must-visit for any vegan food lover.

This is a really cool place to go if you’re in Providence! We ordered the spinach dip, the everything fries, the Cobb salad and the Philly cheese steak. I also ordered their maple cinnamon iced latte which was so delicious. The spinach dip tasted like nothing, it was really disappointing because that was a dish I was really looking forward to. We asked the bus girl to take the dip away because we weren’t going to eat it. The waitress took it off our bill which was very nice of her and we didn’t ask her to do this. It basically tasted like coconut cream with some cooked spinach mixed in. The everything fries were good, the fries were battered to perfection with lots of different creamy sauces - including mustard which my husband said was weird and it ruined it - so if you don’t like mustard do not order this. The Cobb salad was delicious with a very tasty salad dressing. The Philly cheese steak was not great - the meat they used was basically inedible because it was so hard, I could barely cut the sandwich in half because the meat was so tough. The cheese sauce on it was good though! Then we went inside and checked out the market and it was really cool! It had lots of prepared ready to eat dishes from sushi to parfaits. They had a little bakery section, not much was left at 7:30pm at night, which was very understandable, but I tried the chocolate pop tart. It was also, unfortunately, not great. It was very hard and the icing and the base kept crumbling apart. It had a good flavor though! All in all this place has a lot of potential and I hope the next time I come back they’ll be better.

I’ve always loved Plant City, but their new restaurant upstairs- SĒZN (pronounced “season”), is OUT OF THIS WORLD. The aesthetic vibes, the incredible hospitality, and the FOOD is INCREDIBLE!!! I cannot recommend coming here enough. I love their concept of switching up their menu every season too. Keeps things fun!

Wow! I live in CA so have been to many vegan restaurants, and Plant City still seriously impressed me! The food is top-notch—fresh, super tasty, and beautifully presented. The great menu has something for everyone, comfort food, very healthy, or more upscale dishes. I ended up going twice in the same weekend. The vibe is awesome. There’s a casual area downstairs, a more elevated space upstairs that feels perfect for a date night, plus a chill coffee bar and nice outdoor seating. It’s kind of like a bunch of cool places in one, which makes it easy to come back and try something new. Service was great both times. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome right away. Easily one of the best vegan spots I’ve been to, East Coast or West. Please support them and go!

This was my second time having plant city and I’m so glad I sat outside to feel the true atmosphere! I tried the Mac n cheese and it was perfect it wasn’t too thick and the texture was rich. I also had the cauliflower wings and let me tell you the crunch was phenomenal. The service was great and our server answered all questions and gave us recommendations. She recommended us the antidote drink since it was popular yesterday. I’ll be back for sure. It’s also wheelchair friendly which means you can stride thru with your stroller too!!

We had a great time checking out the new additional to Plant City- SEZN. Upon arrival, the ambiance gets an A+ it has perfect dim lighting with a golden gold and a stylish, elevated atmosphere. We ordered the ceviche and tapioca pearls- they actually go great together! The ceviche was fresh and bright. The tapioca pearl was a huge art piece of an app with a fun, crispy pop and 2 flavorful, creamy dipping sauces to boot. For our entrees, we chose the Kimchi Rice and Eggplant. The Kimchi Rice was delicious with a dance of Asian inspired flavors and a satisfying crunch. The Eggplant, on the other hand, while beautifully presented, was bland and a bit of a dud. We finished off the night with the Nojitio dessert- a coconut meringue base with fresh pineapple and pineapple sorbet. It was a sweet and refreshing note to end off a delightful vegan meal.

My family and I went here for the first time a couple of days ago, and we loved it. We are not vegan or vegetarian, but we are pursuing a healthier lifestyle and decided to give this place a try. Inside, the restaurant/ market is beautiful! You have the option to dine at the restaurant itself or head on over to the cafe area and order takeout where there is still seating available. They have a nice little market to do a little grocery shopping for plant based items, which we took advantage of. My husband, my 4 year old, and I ordered their fettuccine Alfredo, which was AMAZING! The portion size is great for one person, and it tastes really good. My 14 year old ordered their nachos, which he LOVED. I would definitely choose this place again for dinner! It was really that good! I wasn't really fond of their bakery selection. I grabbed a few things from them like their peach cobbler and some sort of raspberry cake slice, and I just wasn't a fan. My 14 year old enjoyed their peach cobbler, however, so it may have just been me! Either way, if you're looking for a great place to have dinner and a healthy one at that, I truly recommend dining here! We didn't stay because we have a newborn, but whether you're staying or ordering takeout, this is the perfect place to grab a healthy meal or two! 😊

Yelp
I went to SEZN last night with several friends. We were excited to try it, having loved Double Zero. We had 3 cocktails and 6 dishes, totaling $177 before tip. We had ceviche, chicharron, black rice, roasted cauliflower, pizza, and sunchokes. We chose these because they were gluten free or had a gf option. The food was fun and tasty, especially the ceviche and cauliflower, but most of it was drowning in oil. Too bad because the oil masked most of the flavor in the food leaving it all tasting the same: fried (and not very fresh). The portions were also fairly small - the four of us were still quite hungry after sharing 4 dishes, so we ordered two more - and still had plenty of room for dessert. (Which we did not order at SEZN) As a long time vegetarian/vegan, I really love it when a restaurant finds ways to make vegan food sumptuous without making it super oily. Why do so many vegan restaurants think that in order to make vegan food delicious it must be fried, which kills any freshness? So this was disappointing, and don't plan to go back. Thankfully Plant City has retained some of the Double Zero dishes in its downstairs restaurant (although they are also very oily, but with larger portions), so we can still look forward to going there again.

Yelp
Visited the new upstairs SeZN restaurant on a hot summer night for a quick date and was not disappointed. The ambiance was cool, dim but not dark, good music but not too loud, a perfect off-ramp from the busy-ness of the city. Easy steps from the beautiful and improving Providence waterfront and pedestrian bridge, this is a great option for college visitors and tourists. The staff was attentive, friendly, and very helpful. We couldn't stay long so ordered a drink and two shares. The Balsamic was a quirky, delicious mix of mezcal and strawberry-balsamic shrub. I'd order it again in a heartbeat. Speaking of beets,... the share Beet salad with quinoa, capers, scallions, and wasabi was AMAZING. Ask for another cracker to scoop with if you go. We also had the Ceviche- radish, heart of palm, lime, coconut and sweet potato made for a perfect taste combination for a cool salad on a very hot night. The cost 'is what it is' for urban dining in America and I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting our beautiful little state.

Yelp
Have been meaning to try this place for a long time. It's in such a nice area. Across from the Pedestrian bridge and the fire water canal. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Today I sat outside it was 70 F It's nice and comfortable in both. I didn't take a picture of either it was so busy. The food was good my mushroom tacos were surprisingly delicious. There were a number of things I will try again next time.

Yelp
Plant City is one of my favorite spots in RI. When I want delicious food, cozy vibes, and views that make you slow down and savor the moment. Every time I walk in, I'm reminded why I keep coming back. Whether you're fully vegan or just plant-curious, this place will impress you. The food? Always fresh, flavorful, and creative. I've worked my way through the menu and can't pick a favorite -- everything from the tacos to the baked goods hits the spot. I love that it's all under one roof, like a little vegan village. What really makes it special, though, is the view. Sitting by the windows or out on the patio, you get this serene riverside scene that turns lunch into a mini escape. It's such a vibe, especially at golden hour. Parking can be a bit tricky depending on the time of day, but don't let that stop you. With a little patience (or luck), you'll find a spot -- and trust me, it's worth it. Service is awesome as well !! If you're looking for a place that blends wellness, flavor, and a little slice of scenic peace, Plant City is it.

Yelp
The service was just ok and i never like any of my food choices here. I have tried it a few times. A good variety on the menu though.

Yelp
Incredible variety, top quality, generous portions!! The stuff they serve and sell in the small market is not only vegan but very clean ingredient-wise. I'm very impressed. Having been to many vegan restaurants and food stores, this is a gem. Service is also great and attentive, and more than willing to go the extra mile to bring our food to us. Ambience is whatever you'd want it to be! Restaurant, cafe, casual dining, anything. Will be back!

Yelp
Plant City is more than just a place to find incredible vegan eats - it's a mood, it's a vibe, it's an incredibly warm and inviting culture and atmosphere, it's a gem in our city of Providence! The new SEZN restaurant delivers in all the things you would expect from Plant City. The service is top notch and the food, wow. The team really poured themselves into this rejuvenation and I'm so excited to go back again and again. Thank you, Chef Luis and Kim Anderson and the entire Plant City team, for all that you do to continue to serve our community!

Yelp
I got to try the new upscale concept, SĒZN. It was one of the most exciting plant-based menus I have tried in a long time. The showstopper was obviously the tapioca chicharrón (I think my face in the first slide says it all). We also loved the zucchini blossom asparagus pizza, roasted cauliflower, tomato cucumber salad, and roasted broccoli. Don't skip drinks or dessert, the strawberry balsamic cola and deconstructed pineapple mojito meringue were to die for.

Yelp
My first vegan restaurant and it didn't disappoint. The only downside was that there were not enough chips for the amount of guac. I got the vegan chicken sandwich, which was actually tofu. The homemade mayo was amazing and I would've bought some as is. Me and my friend sat on the patio with a gorgeous view and amazing service. There were several other things on the menu that looked really appetizing. Next time I'm back in town I will have to try something else.

Yelp
Plant City is a multi-story all vegan food hall with options including a casual cafe, a craft beer bar, a vegan grocery market, a Mexican restaurant (Besina), and an Italian restaurant (Double Zero). They were originally affiliated with Matthew Kenney restaurants but are now on their own path. Overall, Plant City is well-executed and reminiscent of the experience of Eataly in NYC. The biggest issue is trying to decide what you want to eat, since there are so many options. The cafe downstairs has draft local kombucha (from Luluna) and lots of appealing grab-and-go items. Many are on the healthier side with ingredients listed which I really appreciate. I brought home the chia pudding, the lentil salad, and the chickpea salad and ate them the next day and greatly enjoyed them all. During our visit, they were doing renovations, so Besina and Double Zero were operating out of the same space (usually they are separate). Unfortunately, Double Zero's pizza oven was not operational, so they were unable to serve pizza. We had the signature lentil meatballs as an appetizer which were GREAT. They are savory and flavorful and topped with abundant delicious red sauce, cashew cheese, and fresh basil. Then, for our main courses, we pivoted to the Mexican side of the menu and ordered the burrito and the fajita bowl. These items were reminiscent of Bar Verde in NYC although not crafted with quite as much attention to detail. We also appreciated that they serve draft local kombucha from Luluna, although they unfortunately served it over ice!

Yelp
Service was wonderful, ambiance was great. Food was excellent. Highly recommend checking this spot out

Yelp
We went to opening night at SĒZN. The upstairs of plant city is now a white linen dining delight right here in Providence. The ambience is just the right amount of moody, with clean line and a smoldering glow. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive. As we've come to expect from Ms. Anderson, the food stole the show. Our mocktails were crisp, the espresso tonic will be a repeat refresher for me! We opted for artichokes to start, these were light and crispy with a complex tomato based dressing sauce. The meals are easily shareable, we enjoyed the quinoa bowl and artichoke dish. We boxed some so we could enjoy the blueberry tart to finish the meal. Just look at the presentation; and know the taste exceeds it! Wow!
google avatar

Yelp
What a great space to have an outdoor lunch. My father and I went the other day and I had the same fried green tomato sandwich I had the last time I was here. Still delicious I love that they've now combined all the menus to one area so you don't have to decide prior to sitting down . They found a seat for us outside as we had asked, and all the food was delicious. my father had the falafel burger and we had an order of fries with some jasmine iced tea. highly recommend

Yelp
Excellent vegan restaurant! The food was incredibly tasty, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for delicious plant-based meals.

Yelp
I absolutely love Plant City - they are delicious and consistent! And the staff is a good hardworking crew of people too. I literally plan vacations around whether I can visit and grab a meal there on my way up to Boston! Great ambiance - both in real life and on social media!

Cole N.

Yelp
Plant city is my go to restaurant nowadays. I can get a umami packed sandwich and not feel bad about it. Every dish is a hit of flavor, I don't remember ever having a bland meal there and they have such variety because of their three separate menus corresponding to three different cuisines. Not to mention, the ambiance is very calming and elegant. This is a great option for a fancy night out or just a casual meal! Can't recommend it enough!

Michael D.

Yelp
If you have never dined Plant City......your life is not complete. The menu is simply off the charts. Exquisitely prepared with a creative presentation. Their staff was knowledgeable and attentive.

Yelp
I was incredibly skeptical considering I am not on a plant-based diet, however my friend is, and I loved being able to enjoy a meal she could enjoy too! I love how cute it is inside! The atmosphere is amazing, the lighting, the modern feel, very pretty. I ordered the Seitan Reuben sandwich, which it was very hard to tell it was not corned beef- it was really flavorful! I really enjoyed it. FAVORITE ITEM- the onion rings!!! The sauce paired with it, I could not get enough of- SO yum. I almost devoured the whole platter of onion rings (which was large- the serving sizes- SO hearty!) The service here was incredibly attentive and really kind with menu questions and they made sure we always had a full pitcher of water. I would definitely return. I want to try their smoothies, and their cocktails. I'll be back!

Yelp
I haven't been to Plant City in a few years, because life, but my husband and I went here this evening for a date night and had a fantastic evening. We got apps, meals, drinks and desserts. From the moment we stepped in the door, the service was friendly, prompt, and very welcoming. The food was delicious. My only complaint is that the dessert I wanted sold out - but I'm sure that's a testament to how great it was, so I will be back to hopefully try it. Thanks Kim for spoiling me and Adam!

Yelp
I had a recent trip and my experience has got much better than the last time. The place was literally crowded with not many empty tables to find. The employees who were at the take out counter were extremely helpful and friendly, food tasted delicious and the vibe was perfect.
google avatar

Yelp
After companions less stellar previous visit, Double Zero the Italian option was great Nice spicy meatball starter. Clean tasty Cesar salad. Tagliatelle with wild mushroom was delicious. Recommendation of churro dessert was spot on Hope to visit again later in the year after returning from West Coast. This is a unique offering of multiple plant based cuisine in a single location
google avatar

Heather M.

Yelp
We are a huge fan of Plant City and excited to visit the new Barrington location. It is very cute, offering the biggest hits from Plant City and all of my favorites the Dorado Tacos, Truffle Burger, Ceasar Salad and Pesto Pizza. This time, we wanted a snack since we had NYE dinner reservations. We ordered to share the Ceasar Salad and tried the Everything Fries ( Cashew Queso on the side because I allergic, but my husband enjoyed it! ) which is now making my favorites list! We also ordered a maple cinnamon latte with pistachio milk and vanilla latte with pistachio milk which were incredible! To go, we bought a Plain Croissant, Pumpkin Spice Poptart, and Molassas Cookie to go. All delicious, but the Molasses Cookie is now an obsession, so chewy on the outside, soft interior Love this location outside of the city, with the greatest hits, small market, plenty of parking, and super close to Colt State Park where we walked around with our pup right after.

Yelp
Food was delicious, and I love how many options this restaurant has.... However.. I wish it was more affordable. This place would be PERFECT if they could shed a dollar or two off of their menu items & pastries.. I feel like they'd get more business that way, and they really wouldn't be losing out. I'd eat here more often if it wasn't so expensive. Wish they did sales, discounts, or specials... Unfortunately this restaurant fulfills the stereotype that vegan food is expensive, but it shouldn't be. My server was wonderful and very polite, the cocktail I had was really delicious as well!
google avatar

Yelp
Love Plant City! A one stop vegan shop in Providence. Whether it's a Mexican inspired meal from Besina, pizza from Double Zero, goodies from the market, or coffee and pastries from the cafe, Plant City never misses!

Yelp
Had an exquisite meal here and despite coming in the early afternoon, it was still fairly busy. We were seated upstairs since we had made reservations and got a private dining experience. The service was very friendly and the waitress checked on us consistently. I love how you are now able to order from all the restaurants simultaneously and we opted to get a mixture of the Mexican and Italian food. The tacos and Cacio e Pepe were true standouts. I really love the quality of the food here and it's evident they make everything from scratch. The pasta sauce was so rich and creamy and very flavorful and I loved the texture of the tacos and nachos. I also ordered a maple cinnamon latte which was also fabulous and I appreciated how they had such a unique variety of plant milks. We also got some donuts and cookies to go and they were so moist and tasty. I love the fun ambiance of the downstairs to balance out the intimacy of the upstairs. I cannot wait to return here to try more dishes.

Yelp
When Kwench Juice Bar Cafe closed for the holiday week, I decided to check this place out. I ordered the version of a detox juice. I received a juice smoothie that was more of a Sushi. Ice and hard to get any juice from it. Not pleasant or appealing. I wouldn't order this again. I did not get the food with the smoothie but as far as a juice made from fresh ingredients: fruits and vegetables, I would get at Kwench.

Yelp
Food: 10/10 Service: 7/10 Ambience: 10/10 Best Caesar salad I've ever had!! The pizzas are amazing. Best London fog by far in the states. We are regulars here and I always asks for whole milk. Inside joke of course. But we always get cashews milk with the London fog. Highly recommend!!

Yelp
This is a unique vegan restaurant! It's like 4 restaurants and a store in one. There is American bistro, Italian, Mexican, cafe and a convenience store. You would think the atmosphere would be chaotic, but there is a nice flow in decor and design from one space to the next. The food is very flavorful and offer fresh ingredients. The service is very laid back, but attentive. You can only order from one menu at a time, but can order take out from the other menus. The prices are reasonable except for the pastries. I think they are a little pricey for the items. They get very creative with the drinks and usually go with the weather season. There is only on street meter parking and can get busy quickly because it's near a tourist area.
google avatar

Gabrielle Z.

Yelp
Plant City is a plant-based food hall, which also includes a take-away market with a lot of great provisions to choose from. Coming for breakfast or lunch is the move! They have an absolutely delicious coffee bar inside the first floor. Their drinks menu at the coffee bar is quite large featuring house-made plant milks. You must come here for delicious, silky nitro cold brew. And while you're ordering, get yourself their featured fritter. They do a fritter special every week, Thursday-Sunday. This blueberry fritter was incredible! The space at the food hall is abundant and the outdoor tables and umbrellas are adorable with a little view of downtown Providence.

Yelp
i love seeing more vegetarian restaurants popping up around the country, and plant city was one of the best I've seen to date! I ordered the truffle burger and it was absolutely droolworthy. the truffle mayo was SO umami, the mushroom was beautifully crunchy, and the fact that you can choose from three different restaurants (all vegetarian!) in one? absolutely dreamy! located right off the providence river, this is good eats in a prime location. i would have loved to enjoy my meal outside, as they have patio seating; however, it was too cold/windy to do so. i guess I'll have to come back!
google avatar

Billy M.

Yelp
Where did the flavor go from the nuggets?! They used to be fantastic and now they leave much to be desired. The x burger was fab. perhaps the focus has shifted to getting rid of the bike lane at the Providence location instead of providing vegan spices
google avatar

Mari M.

Yelp
2.5 because the cauliflower wings I had were great and a generous portion. Super crispy, cooked to perfection and the blue cheese it came with was also quite good. That's really where the good ends. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich was almost inedible. Every component was not good. The cheese was clumpy and tasted like straight nooch and cashews. The sriram was dry and bland. The bread was soggy and worse than what you can get at the grocery store. The side salad was lettuce with a nice honey mustard tasting dressing. Fries were exorbitantly expense and tasted like they were frozen and baked for a hot min. Was so disappointing. I might go back to try other stuff from other places but not feeling too jazzed to rush back.

Yelp
Best vegan food I have had in Rhode Island!! The pasta alla vodka was absolutely delicious!!!! I also loved the garlic knot!!! Can't wait to go back again and try a different dish!

Yelp
Great and delicious food- very filling. loaded nachos, churros, burger- all so good and i cant wait to try the other restaurants here Service was slow and felt like we waited a very long time to get a waiter/waitress and even any dish we ordered :(

Yelp

Yelp
I love love love plant city! It is a favorite of all my friends in Providence and really makes the vegan dining experience amazing for those who aren't and are vegan alike. To start, the food is absolutely delicious! They really get creative with the menus here; my boyfriend and my favorite restaurant is the Italian one. PC is a little strange in that you have to decide which menu you're ordering from (out of 3). It used to be different, but still great nonetheless. My meat-loving friend admitted that while it's not meat, the meal is always satisfying and very well-balanced. The use of mushrooms, chickpeas, tofu and nuts for proteins and cheeses really enhances the eating experience, allowing you to eat these foods in ways you've never prepared them. When in doubt, try to ask the servers for their opinion! They're all super friendly and have eaten a lot of the menus :) They will always give you their go-tos and what's most popular. I also love the atmosphere of Plant City. The outside seating is super nice on the beautiful Providence summer and spring days. They have cute little egg seats for the couples and nice patio seating for larger groups. The indoor bar and seating is also very nice for the gloomier days or in the winter! I know lots of people who come in the mornings to study or do work, as they have a cafe during the mornings. Plant City is definitely a MUST TRY!!! It'll change your view of vegan dining (if you have opinions on it), and it a staple for my vegetarian/vegan friends. 10/10 would recommend!

Yelp
Best Vegan restaurant I've visited. While being surrounded by many down south, when in the area this stop was one of our most pleasant when in New England. Everything we ordered was so delicious. After stop number one, we were convinced to make stop number two certain within just a two-day span. Night two enabled us to make time for a stop at their bar and down to the crafted cocktails, everything was on point.

Yelp
It's awesome to have a whole building dedicated to plant based/vegan food! We only stopped in briefly for some pastries but they were delicious! There are several vendors on the first floor including a mini market section. I believe that there is a vegan restaurant upstairs. The outside patio is really nice and relaxing, especially in the summer! Will be back for a meal next time!

Yelp
Plant City is one of America's first plant based food market places. The building is run on entirely sustainable energy through solar and wind power and the food is entirely plant based. There are a variety of restaurants, but my friends and I chose to try "Double Zero," their Italian cuisine location. We tried the Truffle Pizza made with cashew cream, wild mushrooms, charred kale, and lemon vinaigrette. The pizza was delicious, even compared to one made with real cheese. The cashew cream was delicious and went really well with the lemon flavor from the vinaigrette. The service was quick and the staff was incredibly kind! I highly recommend this spot to plant based and Italian food fans alike!

Yelp
I visited this restaurant with my family a couple of months ago and it was a great experience. The restaurant has multiple menus which is great! You can pick among Italian, Japanese, Mexican, etc. We decided to go for Italian. As an appetizer, we ordered the Caesar Salad and it was delicious! So creamy and the portion was great to share! For the entrees my boyfriend and I shared the Meatballs which were so tasty! The red sauce was on point, the meatballs tasted like impossible or beyond meat and it was so good! We also shared the Carbonara pasta and it was creamy, and pasta cooked to perfection. Also, the mushrooms in the pasta were delicious!! For drinks, I got the kombucha spritz, really good taste! Can't wait to go back to Providence to come back! Our service was great and the place is beautiful! It even has a little market on the first floor.

Yelp
plant city is a good neighborhood vegan joint. the ambiance is clean, sleek, and modern. we were first greeted by the hostess and she was kind enough to explain that there are three options we can go to: american, mexican, and italian. we came in about 35-40 minutes before the kitchen closes and we chose the italian restaurant to find some vegan pasta. the restaurant server was nice to wait for both of us to be ready at the table to order and we ordered the eggplant parmigiana, cacio e pepe, and mushroom tagliatelle. the food was tasty and was a good alternative to non-vegan dishes. the tagliatelle was stuck to each other though which was odd but not a big deal.

Yelp
The food was absolutely amazing, and the waitstaff and vibes were super great. As someone who hasn't even attempted being vegetarian the food was delicious.

Yelp
I'm a meat-eater. But this place is off-the-charts amazing for non-meat dishes. I had a Chile Relleno which was so visually beautiful that it seemed like it could have taken a chef a day and multiple takes to produce. But they hustled the dish out like it was no big thing. It helped that it tasted as good as it looked. It will take a lot for me to eat anywhere else in Providence when I'm there. I wish the owners best luck and hope they keep tweaking the formula until they can make their concept a nationwide success. The three-menu concept is a little confusing, and the place was a little cold-feeling due to all the glass and concrete. But those are tiny quibbles. Go now. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Just updated to include more photos and posted to the correct page. I visited Plant City over the summer. It was our first time experiencing a vegan food hall concept. We chose Double Zero to of which we had them before being from NYC. The food never disappoints. Service was good, the server made sure we enjoyed the experience. Ambience was great and love the different concepts that Plant City offered. We had a mocktail called tropical paradise to quench our thirst. We ordered the eggplant parm and the truffled mushroom pizza and it was AMAZING and we ended our meal with the German Chocolate cake which was also divine.

Yelp
As a vegetarian. I search out vegetarian/vegan places. Plant City was a lovely spot. We sat outside which was so nice.. But the service wasn't great; people who got there 20 minutes after us got their food long before us. The server didn't seem to be concerned about this. The apps (fries and meatballs) were very good. Our entrees (buffalo chicken wings and Cobb salad and pasta alla vodka) were not great, I definitely expected better.

Yelp
Cute place and great atmosphere. The food was amazing. Got the pasta with vodka sauce, salad, and chocolate cake. The cake was super moist and fluffy with decadent frosting. I am hooked take all my money
