Options include veggie and tofu gyoza; tacos channeling Beijing duck prepared with shiitake and crimini mushrooms, tempeh, and hoisin sauce; and ramen made with coconut-miso broth and topped with avocado tempura, bok choy, shiitake, and tofu.
