⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 8/11/2025 We had such a great experience here! Our waitress, little Arianna Q, was outstanding. She was kind, welcoming, and consistently checked on us throughout our meal. Her attentiveness and genuine care for her customers really stood out. To management — she is a natural at making guests feel comfortable and well taken care of, and she’s definitely someone to keep your eye on. She deserves recognition for the excellent job she’s doing. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was inviting, and the food was delicious. I had the Bypass DI burger, and it was cooked perfectly with a flavorful patty, sweet bun, and all the right toppings. The wings (both Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan) were crispy and seasoned perfectly, the waffle fries were hot and crunchy, and the drinks — from the 512 IPA to the Mega Straw Rita — were excellent. This is a great spot to hang out, enjoy some drinks, and socialize with friends or family. We highly recommend this location and will definitely be back. Five stars all the way!

Wings is good, but what the heck is this crappy chicken cheesestake? Horrible! Who thought that would be a good to put on a menu? I will come back, but from now on, I will just stick with wings only and avoid everything else. Pluckers did take off my sandwich off my bill. When I got my sandwich, I thought to myself, what the heck is that? Looked like chop scraps left over on the cutting board.

I wasn’t planning on writing this review, especially after being promised gift cards in the mail. But it’s been over a month, and I still haven’t received them. Not only was my order not ready at the promised time. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes. The quality of the food was disappointing. When I got home, I noticed the wings had no seasoning, and the celery actually had mold on it. If you decide to visit this location, I strongly recommend checking your food carefully before eating.

Anthony was absolutely amazing! We came to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday. A party of 10 is there easy to serve and Anthony did it Seamlessly and with incredible skill. Excellent service. When an issue with our order and he dealt with it so well and took care of us.We will defiantly be back at this location .

45mins...I waited 45mins. I get for a large group but for a few nuggets it was a ridiculous wait time. I literally saw people come and go who got there well after us, staff kept ignoring when I kept asking for my child's order. On the last attempt before walking out I again asked where my kids order was. Finally I received my order and was given practically nothing. Very disappointed in this location. Suggest going any other pluckers than this one. Bartender was rude and practically through my kids drink at us!

Always double check your to go orders! Half the time you order extra wet wings you get dry wings. Then you have to wait longer for them to being you tiny sauce cups to make up for it. They'll forget items, which thankfully, if you call them they'll issue you a refund for said item but that also takes a long time.

Normally food is delicious, but last time we went the chicken was very tough and rubbery :/ Tots were almost inedible, super stale, plastic texture, no crunch to them. We also got super skinny fried pickles, we mentioned this to the waiter, but there was nothing he could do about it. 1/10 food and waste of our money. The wings were also black, pic attached. Did not eat much and left hungry

We loved visiting the Southpark meadows Pluckers tonight! Natalia was our waitress and she was amazing! Our food came out fast and was yummy! Only took 5 min to seat us. The atmosphere was exciting and it was even packed!!!!! Thanks for a great date night!

Service was A+ and drinks were A++. This is one of my top four places for lunch or dinner.

I decided to give this restaurant another try. I went there when they first opened and it wasn't very good, from the food to the service. I chalked it up to being brand new and still trying to work things out. So I wanted to give them a second chance. The wife and I went and we ordered a Iced Tea and a Margarita on the rocks. The Iced Tea was really good and refreshing. The Margarita was pretty good but you couldn't taste the Tequila at all. We ordered the Holy Macaroni and a half order of Fried Pickles for appetizer's. They were both very good. The Holy Macaroni was hot, crunchy on the outside and creamy cheese macaroni on the inside. The Fried Pickles were cooked just right. The breading wast crispy on the outside and the pickles were crisp, juicy and crunchy. I ordered the five wing lemon pepper combo and my wife ordered the lemon pepper chicken strips. As the other part of our combo dishes, we both got Garden Salads. The lettuce, tomatoes, onions and other veggies were fresh, cold and crisp. It was a good salad. My lemon pepper wings were pretty good. The lemon pepper seasoning was very grainy and dry. The wings were good and juicy. My wife's order of the lemon pepper chicken strips were good. The lemon pepper seasoning was perfect. It wasn't as grainy and dry as mine was on the wings. The chicken strips were hot and juicy. And there were a lot of chicken strips...I think like a pound of chicken. Too much to finish. This time around, the food was much better. Still needs a little more improvement. The hostess was friendly and welcoming. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. She made sure our food and drinks were good and kept checking in on us to see if we needed anything. The service this time was 100% better than the first time we were there. The inside of the restaurant is very clean. They have big screen TV's everywhere. Great place to go have a beverage food and cheer on your favorite team. Overall, a much more enjoyable and pleasant experience this time around.

Wow, I should've listened to the reviews on yelp and not come here after several other disappointing visits I decided to come back yet again and give them another chance. Well, I am finally leaving a review after yet ANOTHER disappointing visit. Here's the issues for the owners reference in case they even care anymore since this is such a big chain now basically being ran by teenagers or 20 year olds. Upon arrival and after joining the waitlist, I am greeted by yes another 19 year old (they are all swarming everywhere" not a single adult or over 25 anywhere to be seen, even the bartenders look like they just turned 21. I am told is gonna be a few minutes before table is ready... 15 minutes later I'm sat after joining waitlist 25 minutes earlier so now I'm at 40 minutes of trying to get into this place. I am sat in their outside area and not greeted by a waiter/waitress until 5 minutes later which felt more like 10 minutes, waited for waters for another 5 and to order another 5 minutes. No this is not Friday or Saturday, this is on a Sunday at 7pm... like come on... Then we finally get a chance to order and we waited a total of 35 minutes, yes I'm not joking (family of 4). I get up to tell someone my waitress is MIA and tables around me are getting their food. Finally some guy comes by and says, hey I'm so sorry apparently your waitress did not enter the order but they will expedite it right away... I'm like seriously..... another 15 minutes go by and finally food comes out and of course missing items. At this point I should just move into the restaurant and take a nap and get comfy, hours later I'm still here and now angry, overstuffed from eating so fast since I was starving and hating myself for not listening to the reviews and the people telling me how shitty this place is. We finally get the bill and no discount and no apology, then expected of course to tip the 18,20,25% minimum which I did because I'm not an asshole but come on man. This is ridiculous and why are the owners not giving a shit??!!!? Well, yelp reviewers, I hear you now. I'm out pluckers and good luck with your shitty new place, maybe I'll give oak hill location a try since I do like your stupid wings .

As I approach every Pluckers location, especially new ones, I proceed with caution. How well has the manager ensured the staff is properly trained? How often will my party be checked on? How long is the wait? This place dropped the ball on everything. I received my wings as requested but with a random side of blue cheese. I explicitly told the waitress I was lactose intolerant. I also asked for a side of medium buffalo sauce...and I didn't receive that. Also, for 15 wings, the size of the sauce container was an absolute joke and it was only 2/3rds full. I never received water refills and had to ask for lemons three times. Our waitress did not want to be there and quite frankly, neither did I. The wait was okay as many people were leaving in humongous parties. The music was blasting so loud that it was hard to think, especially in the bathroom. For such a huge location, the bathroom only had two urinals and three stalls. For a men's restroom, this was quite obnoxious as I had to wait a while. I will only return if summoned like I was this time for a birthday celebration.

Always a great go to place for pluckers wings. This location rarely makes a mistake, staff always is willing to help and very personable. The parking can be a bit of challenge on weekends but is available.

The wings were amazing. Everything came out timely. Trivia night is a blast as well. Staff is very courteous

So if you are dining in you will enjoy it all. Food is great the service is also great. Here is the issue, when you order online get ready to wait for more than 45 min for an order that you can get quick if you sat down. I honestly would give a higher score since everything is great, just a very bad experience with online ordering and the wait bottom line.

Pluckers Wing Bar in Southpark Meadows opened recently and it is a great place to watch a sporting event because of all the TVs around the restaurant playing different types of sports games. They have a large bar and we sat in the dining area. The food and service is so-so. We did come late a night however I had to ask the hostess for service as we were sitting at the table for over 10 minutes and wait staff did not come to acknowledge us even though the restaurant was fairly empty. I am a member of the Pluckers Lite club and we came to take advantage of the free appetizer for students with a $5 purchase promo. I love Pluckers fried pickles and they are probably my favorite thing, but today I went with the Buffalo Chicken appetizer. I was able to customize it to remove the sauce and add lemon pepper seasoning. The appetizer came right out but I was disappointed that the chicken was a bit over cooked and dry even though it was a nice portion size. I also ordered the side salad and you can add cheese and bacon for free. Years ago this salad used to come with a boiled egg and I wish they would bring back that ingredient, Overall the salad was edible and I added the chicken and it made for a decent meal, but it wasn't anything to be excited about. We had some communication problems with the waitress as she did not appear to be familiar with the promo and allowed us to order something that was not included. Despite repeating the order numerous times it was still incorrect and my friend's order was not submitted so I got my food and she had to wait again for her food to be prepared. A 30 minute dining experience ended up taking over an hour. I was a bit frustrated and disappointed with my experience with food and service.

Great first visit to the new Pluckers location in Southpark Meadows. While trying to catch a parking spot nearby isn't ideal on a busy day, it's in a great area where there are a lot of nearby community spots. We didn't have to wait for a table of four ~6pm on a Friday evening. Drinks and food aren't too highly priced, and it'll bring back a lot of good memories if you've spent time at other locations. Plenty of TVs to watch a sporting event. Can't go wrong with an appetizer sampler and any of their wings! Service was relatively quick, but the one drawback was that the staff was inattentive to order details. This should probably be expected when there's a lot of folks around at a peak time (by the time we left, there was definitely a line waiting outside).

I came in today to have what I thought would be a great lunch!!!! Boy was I wrong!!! I ordered the holy macaroni for the table it was great. We then ordered 3 orders of wings with fries and 1 burger with fries. 2 orders of wings and fries were cold,1 order of wings and fries were fresh and great, the burger was supposed to be cooked well done sure enough it was raw!!!! Super pink !!!! The order of fries were also cold. We then told our waitress sure enough she was quick to get a bad attitude with us she sent the food back to get redone we did not want the burger back at all. 5 minutes go by the 2 orders of wings and fries come back the wings are fresh and hot sure enough the fries were cold!!!! Again!!!! After that we just ate our wings and left we were definitely disappointed with the service and food we will never return to this location Buyer beware

Anyone from Austin knows exactly what Pluckers is--the best wing franchise coming from our city. It's been seven years since a new Pluckers opened in Austin, and this location, situated between Austin and San Marcos, is the furthest south in the area. The menu features the same classic flavors and offerings, but the execution can be hit or miss. On my first visit, the wings lacked seasoning, and I had to request extra sauce on the side. Like their South Lamar location, the service is just as friendly but often gets caught up with other guests, leading to lapses in check-ins. Wait times listed online are inaccurate and chaotic. While the staff is clearly trying, I expect more from a brand that's been established for 30 years... The place is still new and smells fresh--I just hope they keep it that way. It would be a shame if it starts to develop the same lingering stickiness as their other locations.

This location just opened yesterday, the 24th of February, and they happened to be giving out free glasses because we were a part of their 2025 preview shifts. The place was busy but they got us in within 10 min and the place looks like any other location with patio seating. Staff did a good job with a friendly attitude. The good was good. Fried pickles were yummy. Wings are definitely smaller than what they used to be and I had the Garlic Parm dry rub but wasn't much on them. They were crispy which I do like very much. They have drinks and beers but if you want blue moon they don't have that at this location. They is a bar area you can sit at pretty much in the middle of the place and tvs all around. Overall place looks kept clean and they seem to be doing a good job for their preview shifts. Its right in Southpark meadows so you can burn off your food at all the stores around it.

My friends who live in Texas always rave about Pluckers but had never taken me in the past. On my recent trip to Austin, I made sure we went so that I could experience the "great wings" that they have told me about. It was nothing special for me. I would have preferred Wingstop over what I had here. The "boneless wings" are actually chicken tenders and although they were drenched in the sauce we chose, the chicken itself was very dry. The lemon pepper buffalo bites were just disgusting. The sauce flavor was a combo of buffalo sauce and lemon pepper... it was gross. The Holy Macaroni would have been fine had they been fully cooked through the middle. Only the ends had some heat but then once we bit closer to the middle, it was COLD. The server offered us new ones but we were turned off by them. We also had waffle fries and tater tots, which ended up being the only thing we enjoyed. Just another Texas chain I can check off my list.

WTF happened with this franchise...Yo Pluckers was a place I use to love going...This location in general like wtf is going on over there?...Overstimulated like a MF!!..YO PLUCKERS IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE SO LOUD!!!!...Service was horrible the manager not even seen and waiters are clueless or clueless kids. I'm out!

I entered and told the young ladies at the Host stand that I wanted a table for one she asked if I wanted to sit at the bar and she said "Are you sure, and she said well since there's just one person I didn't think you wanted to take up a table." I sit down at the table and it took 9 minutes for my server to come, I ordered a beverage and it was then delivered to me by a runner. A few minutes later my actual server showed up. I wasn't very familiar with the menu and I had some questions she kept trying to rush me to order and after I asked the first question she then left returned then asked me if I was ready to order. I had a question on the menu and she wasn't sure what the answer was and just walked off. She returned with the answer. I ordered, food came out in a respectful amount of time, wings were hot and tater tots were cold. My food was delivered by a food runner. My serverer was no where in sight, she disappeared into the back for the 4th time. Another server took back the tots and showed up very quickly with another order that was undercooked and cold in the middle I pushed them to the side and concentrated on my wings which were cooked correctly and tasted good. My server returned and asked how the new tots were and I told her she immediately asked if I wanted a free dessert, like it was just standard protocol and happened often. The manager soon came and asked me what was the problem? I told her politely. She asked if she could make them the third time. They came out hot and cooked correctly. I finished my food and enjoyed the complimentary dessert. After completing my meal I hadn't noticed that they were closing while I was watching sports when it became 12:00 AM and all of the TV's in the building went out and and one side of the restaurant was completely dark. I asked the server what happened and she said it was closing time and they turn off the TV's. I thought it was a bit rude that at 12:01 they did this. I was fine leaving but as I was exiting I counted 7 tables remaining some of which just received their food. I think this is very disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I guess they haven't heard the definition of hospitality. Needless to say I will be very hesitant to return. Hopefully it was just an off night.

This is a new location for me so I had high expectations. With barely a wait, we were seated. The drinks took a while to arrive. Still, my strawberry lemonade was the elixer I needed. I ordered a wing combo, which I had a salad as a side and ranch for diping the wings. I was allowed to order more than one flavor. The service was great, the wings were perfect size and sauced generously. All was great and amazing. The place was packed and loud, everyone obviously enjoying their meals. The only problem was how close we were seated to the restroom and the odd cleaning odors from it. If it had been less full we would have asked to be seated elsewhere. But nevermind that, the wings were completely awesome! This is a good Pluckers to go to. We plan on trying it again soon.

As with any chain can be hit or miss. This time we went and it was a hit. Large wings, quick service, friendly service. Definitely join the waitlist online as there is not much room for waiting, or wait in your car.

A 10 min wait to over 1+ hour wait , ridiculous. Guessing service can't handle more than 3 tables at a time . Plenty of open tables but can't seat guests .

Came here on my birthday, September 15th around 5pm. There was no wait for my party of 6 and we were seated right away. Our server took our drink and appetizer order right away. I loved how everything was so clean and new looking. All of our food arrived at a timely manner and everything was correct. I also got a free dessert since it was my birthday and the staff surprised me with singing happy birthday. This was our first time at this new location and we had an amazing experience. Thank you!

Honestly, I'd come back to Pluckers just for the fried pickles--they were perfectly crispy and absolutely delicious! I also appreciated that they offer vegan tenders for those who don't eat meat. And hands down, the mango habanero is the best sauce!

NOPE! Go to Wing Daddy's across the way instead. It took 90 minutes to get my to-go order. Also when I got home order was wrong. Called to complain the young blond hair manager that was running the place laughed at me over the phone. Plenty other places to go. If you must have Plucker's to go you will need to babysit your order and check everything. FUQ!!!!

This is the worst food I ever had in Austin, Tx thus far.. I ordered online and it took 2 hours to get my food, once I got my bag it was sealed with the napkins missing, ketchup was also absent. So I had to swallow a cold dry burger and some cold dry fries. My husband wings came out half sauced with hot fries. Disgusting and disappointing cost $50 for absolutely trash food. { It's not even worth a rating }

best place in Austin tx for wings sports and drinks. Service was great got in sat within 5min server was cool got everything as requested can't complain. Had a Great time here at this location the ambiance was perfecto .

Waited ten minutes to get sat at 2:00pm on a Tuesday. Took five to get drinks ordered and another ten to get the drinks back. Food came out 20 minutes later stone cold. Tables are filthy. Walls are covered in spilled soda and dead flies. Would not recommend. It's like management doesn't care. Bathroom floors were sticky with piss.

Buffalo bites (Mango Lemmon pepper sauce) were FIRE!!! My one note is that the waffle fries were stale. A bit hard. Otherwise, super solid spot for wings, beer and sports.

What an awful experience. Ordered via the website, and the order gave me an ETA to come in (all pretty standard stuff in 2025). I came in to pick up my order and spoke to one of the hosts up front, I provided my name, and without even looking/really giving a crap the guy says "oh you're order isn't out yet, should be another 15-20 minutes". I replied with "Are you sure? The order was supposed to be done at 9:00pm, any chance you could check?" He just looks at me with a million heads and says "another 15-20". I walked out, and waited about 15 minutes, and came back into check, but I spoke with a manger that was there she immediately looked in the fridge/box beneath the register and pull out my order. I ask "has it been there this entire time?" She responds with "No, I think it just came out". Anyway, long story short my food should of been PIPING hot since it just came out. I get home and everything is room temperature or cold. I did have to call back, and ask for them to make it right. But Pluckers please just double check first before you tell me to take a hike and wait another 15 minutes. It honestly takes 2 seconds.

For a Plucker's, I'm a little iffy on this one. It may be lack of experienced server because it's a relatively new location; however, the server should have been trained a bit better - would have increased his tip. Not his fault. I went in solo and since the Pluckers Club special was something I wanted, I ordered a meal for there and one to go. He said he had to ring them as both for there. Other locations have brought the second meal packaged to go. No biggie. Next, the Monday daily special is buy 10 wings, get 5 free. I ordered 10 wings and got 10 wings. I guess I should have said I'd like the Monday special. Had he suggested it, I would have tipped him more. Finally, this is definitely on the company. My bill was about $40. He showed me where the app had been taken off. Then I paid $20 with points. So after tapping my card, the tip choices were on the $20 I charged, not the total bill which actually should have been $50 in all fairness to him. Had I not been paying attention, old would have only gotten $4 tip. I don't think that's cool with the tipping culture of the US. So I stopped and customized it to $20% of original bill. Do better Pluckers - do better.

It's like they don't even want customers to come here. The staff is underage and undertrained. Went in a a week ago at 3pm on a weekday, and were told they had no beers on tap. Nothing. None. Wtf? The underage server offered a Heineken Zero in a bottle as an alternative? A week before, the same server brought back a single beer when we asked for a round for the whole table- she said "I'm not 21, I don't know the lingo." Tried again today on a whim. We had been there about two hours and had two beers and ordered two appetizers. We were about to order entrees when the server told us she could only offer us pints because we hadn't ordered enough food. Ummm. Okay. It's like you want people to leave. Will take the note. Won't be back to this location.

My buffalo chicken salad was on point. One of the best salads I've had. Ordered 10 wings on the side to share.

This place is new and has a ways to go The main thing going for it is the staff is super friendly. On par with most Pluckers. However the staff seems like they are on a script and unable to break it. When asking for things it was like they were not paying attention and would just reply with whatever line was ready in their head. Despite seeming to have people everywhere it did seem to take a while to get anything we asked for. Ambiance. Loud. Just loud. TVs are the main theme here. Food. Honestly a bit disappointing. We ordered a lot of wings and food for kids. All the food was fairly below par. Not what you'd expect from a pluckers. The wings were very bare and not a lot of meat on them. Fries were cold and stale. Also when asking to place an order to go, they said no. When I asked why, they said they couldn't do that and we had to sit and eat. They didn't offer much explanation which I thought was odd. Despite me trying to understand why. The whole place just feels like it is run by inexperienced people. Whether by age or just experience. Like i said, they have some work to do here.
