⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 8/11/2025 We had such a great experience here! Our waitress, little Arianna Q, was outstanding. She was kind, welcoming, and consistently checked on us throughout our meal. Her attentiveness and genuine care for her customers really stood out. To management — she is a natural at making guests feel comfortable and well taken care of, and she’s definitely someone to keep your eye on. She deserves recognition for the excellent job she’s doing. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was inviting, and the food was delicious. I had the Bypass DI burger, and it was cooked perfectly with a flavorful patty, sweet bun, and all the right toppings. The wings (both Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan) were crispy and seasoned perfectly, the waffle fries were hot and crunchy, and the drinks — from the 512 IPA to the Mega Straw Rita — were excellent. This is a great spot to hang out, enjoy some drinks, and socialize with friends or family. We highly recommend this location and will definitely be back. Five stars all the way!

Hannah was such an incredible server! We came in tired and hungry and she was very helpful, kind, and made our visit very memorable and happy, so we're thankful. We tried her recommendations and it was all great 😃

We visited on Saturday (03/08/25) for date night. We checked in online at 6:45 pm and finally got seated around 8:20 pm. The food was decent, our server was alright (very new and still learning), and the restaurant was very busy and loud. It was an enjoyable experience but nothing to write home about. We are excited to have a Pluckers closer now. We ordered fried pickles, the Bypass burger and the Boneless Wings Basket, which turned out to just be giant chicken strips coated in sauce. We also ordered a blueberry lemon drop shot that was suggested to us by someone working the floor and it was absolutely delicious.

I finally got to check out this location I've had some bad instances with pluckers but I really enjoyed this location everyone was friendly and service was pretty fast for the most part they are super busy though probably will be busy for a while especially with all the games going on but that's just a prime location for everyone honestly. The restrooms were pretty clean and the food was good my fries were mostly hot. Parking kind of sucks but there's a lot of parking is just a little crappy I will say though definitely check in early on the app it'll definitely help you get in there faster. Update this place is really awesome just got served by our server name Ali maybe she killed it and took care of us everything was fast and quick we'll definitely come again.

Came here on Saturday right at opening time. Was seated right away, the food came out quick and it was also hot upon coming out. Server was very helpful and nice, gave refills as needed. I usually don't have a good experience at pluckers because the wait is too long so but i guess the best thing you can do is go close to opening time. The tenders were big and juicy and the wings were good as well. Will return to this location over the others in Austin as it was nice and clean inside and all the workers were helpful. 👌

I had the chance to visit Pluckers Wing Bar during their soft opening, and it did not disappoint! The food was just as great as always—crispy, flavorful wings with a solid variety of sauces to choose from. Despite the team still being in training, the service was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance was lively, with multiple TVs playing the latest games and upbeat music adding to the vibe. Definitely looking forward to coming back once they’re fully up and running!

Pluckers hasn't responded to me in over 6 months. You may have seen my other review for Oak Hill. After getting food poisoning there and avoiding Pluckers for months, we decided to give this location a chance since its new and closer to our home. We went on 4/15/2025. A breakdown: - After placing our order, our waitress came back and told us that they were out of Beyond Chicken Tenders - My partner then ordered the fries basket tossed in spicy lemon pepper, but received the wrong order when it came out, (parmesan garlic fries) - By the time her actual order came out we were not only almost finished with our meal, we had to remind the staff to bring the ranch that was ordered with the fries - When we got our bill, I asked to review the tab and our waitress seemed rather flustered with the request only for me to find an inconsistency with the order having double charged us for the fries basket, which was then removed before payment Additional concerns: - Our waitstaff never refilled my partner's water the entire stay - Waitstaff couldn't answer questions regarding sauce combinations - Waitstaff confused us with the table behind us - We saw at one point a supervisor come to talk to our waitress about our order, but we never had a supervisor approach or come talk to us To be clear, our waitress did make the effort to greet us, repeated our original order accurately and had a great start. However, after not hearing back from anyone, even Corporate, I am not feeling confident in Pluckers.

I went in on Wednesday for their training run. It was well organized and everything went so smoothly. I was not a member but was able to sign up day of. I was number 41 in line but being handed out the food vouchers and wait in the comfort of your own car was great. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Can't wait till it's open.

New Pluckers in Southpark Meadows is great. Best wings in Way South Austin, huge bar top and a nice shaded patio. Jack behind the bar is awesome. I'm general service is always fast and friendly.

What an awful experience. Ordered via the website, and the order gave me an ETA to come in (all pretty standard stuff in 2025). I came in to pick up my order and spoke to one of the hosts up front, I provided my name, and without even looking/really giving a crap the guy says "oh you're order isn't out yet, should be another 15-20 minutes". I replied with "Are you sure? The order was supposed to be done at 9:00pm, any chance you could check?" He just looks at me with a million heads and says "another 15-20". I walked out, and waited about 15 minutes, and came back into check, but I spoke with a manger that was there she immediately looked in the fridge/box beneath the register and pull out my order. I ask "has it been there this entire time?" She responds with "No, I think it just came out". Anyway, long story short my food should of been PIPING hot since it just came out. I get home and everything is room temperature or cold. I did have to call back, and ask for them to make it right. But Pluckers please just double check first before you tell me to take a hike and wait another 15 minutes. It honestly takes 2 seconds.

This place is new and has a ways to go The main thing going for it is the staff is super friendly. On par with most Pluckers. However the staff seems like they are on a script and unable to break it. When asking for things it was like they were not paying attention and would just reply with whatever line was ready in their head. Despite seeming to have people everywhere it did seem to take a while to get anything we asked for. Ambiance. Loud. Just loud. TVs are the main theme here. Food. Honestly a bit disappointing. We ordered a lot of wings and food for kids. All the food was fairly below par. Not what you'd expect from a pluckers. The wings were very bare and not a lot of meat on them. Fries were cold and stale. Also when asking to place an order to go, they said no. When I asked why, they said they couldn't do that and we had to sit and eat. They didn't offer much explanation which I thought was odd. Despite me trying to understand why. The whole place just feels like it is run by inexperienced people. Whether by age or just experience. Like i said, they have some work to do here.

Jeremiah was great! Pluckers is my favorite place, and this location is perfect! Clean, and polite service.

Anyone from Austin knows exactly what Pluckers is--the best wing franchise coming from our city. It's been seven years since a new Pluckers opened in Austin, and this location, situated between Austin and San Marcos, is the furthest south in the area. The menu features the same classic flavors and offerings, but the execution can be hit or miss. On my first visit, the wings lacked seasoning, and I had to request extra sauce on the side. Like their South Lamar location, the service is just as friendly but often gets caught up with other guests, leading to lapses in check-ins. Wait times listed online are inaccurate and chaotic. While the staff is clearly trying, I expect more from a brand that's been established for 30 years... The place is still new and smells fresh--I just hope they keep it that way. It would be a shame if it starts to develop the same lingering stickiness as their other locations.

This location just opened yesterday, the 24th of February, and they happened to be giving out free glasses because we were a part of their 2025 preview shifts. The place was busy but they got us in within 10 min and the place looks like any other location with patio seating. Staff did a good job with a friendly attitude. The good was good. Fried pickles were yummy. Wings are definitely smaller than what they used to be and I had the Garlic Parm dry rub but wasn't much on them. They were crispy which I do like very much. They have drinks and beers but if you want blue moon they don't have that at this location. They is a bar area you can sit at pretty much in the middle of the place and tvs all around. Overall place looks kept clean and they seem to be doing a good job for their preview shifts. Its right in Southpark meadows so you can burn off your food at all the stores around it.

Our server Jeremiah was great. Was on top of service. This location is great quick. Food is hot and great.

best place in Austin tx for wings sports and drinks. Service was great got in sat within 5min server was cool got everything as requested can't complain. Had a Great time here at this location the ambiance was perfecto .

For a Plucker's, I'm a little iffy on this one. It may be lack of experienced server because it's a relatively new location; however, the server should have been trained a bit better - would have increased his tip. Not his fault. I went in solo and since the Pluckers Club special was something I wanted, I ordered a meal for there and one to go. He said he had to ring them as both for there. Other locations have brought the second meal packaged to go. No biggie. Next, the Monday daily special is buy 10 wings, get 5 free. I ordered 10 wings and got 10 wings. I guess I should have said I'd like the Monday special. Had he suggested it, I would have tipped him more. Finally, this is definitely on the company. My bill was about $40. He showed me where the app had been taken off. Then I paid $20 with points. So after tapping my card, the tip choices were on the $20 I charged, not the total bill which actually should have been $50 in all fairness to him. Had I not been paying attention, old would have only gotten $4 tip. I don't think that's cool with the tipping culture of the US. So I stopped and customized it to $20% of original bill. Do better Pluckers - do better.

The service is absolutely phenomenal and staff were so attentive and truly made it a friendly environment. The food truly is super tasty and keeps me coming back. I've been coming here since I was in middle school and it's been very cool to see the food has stayed just as good all these years.

Before I begin this review. I just wanted to mention that I have been a long time pluckers member and guest since 2008-2009. So this comes with from a place of wanting improvement. I don't know who is running the kitchen in this location but there needs to be a conversation had. The last 4 times I've been to pluckers the order comes out wrong. I even make sure to note with the bartenders putting the order in to check because the likely hood of an error is almost guaranteed. There comes a point you can only give so many "I'm sorry vouchers" to customers. I now am making the drive to S Lamar where I've never had an issue. Happy you guys are here in South Park Meadows, but there are small tweaks you can make to enhance the customer experience. It has not met expectations yet.

I've been to this pluckers a total of 8-10 times already since it opened. They have been getting better each and every time.. food was hot, the service was fast and great by Alyssa and Jessica! Plus there was a lot of TVs to watch the games on. Yall go visit!

Made a pick up order online. This is the kids meal portion that it came with. Been to the restaurant enough times in person to know that this is unacceptable. I know it's a new location so this is an improvement to be made. Not to mentioned the staff is not greeting at the front desk upon arrival.

Went for Father's Day and got a free meal. Excellent service and food was on point as always.

If you're considering coming here, especially with a big group, **PLEASE LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS**!! We made the mistake of trying this place for an NFL draft party with high hopes, and it was a big, big mistake. We called around 5:15 PM and were told there was no wait, so we headed over. We kept checking the website while otw, no wait, even by the time we arrived, the website still showed no waitlist. I walked in ahead of my group to check in, and was told by the host to add our name to the waitlist, despite the online system showing no wait at all. Apparently, "everyone came at the same time," and within two minutes, there was suddenly an hour-long wait. Strange and frustrating! Unfortunately, it was too late to go anywhere else, so we decided to stick it out. That's when things went downhill further. Our server seemed inexperienced and disappeared for long stretches during our visit, leaving us without basic necessities like water and utensils for much of the night. Some of us don't eat wings, and we had to wait over 15 minutes to flag someone down just to get some utensils. Meanwhile, we noticed many employees standing around at the station, seemingly doing nothing, while our table piled up with trash and empty glasses. They didn't clean up until we flagged someone down to help, which felt disheartening. As for the food, while the wings were a bit underwhelming, honestly, just mediocre, the cocktails were the true stars of the night! Kudos to the bartender for crafting drinks that absolutely saved the evening. Yup, drinks were the only thing we were actually enjoying tonight. As for the draft party itself, what a disappointment! The microphone used by the host couldn't be heard beyond four tables from the stand, and what we were told would be a special prize event turned out to be nothing more than standard drink specials that weren't much cheaper than the regular menu. Less than half of the screens even showed the draft, which was the main reason we came. We were seated at a table with only one TV showing the draft, and half of our group had to turn around to see it. To top it all off, the payment process was baffling. Despite spending a significant amount of money as a group, we weren't given a printed bill. With different couples and separate orders, it felt unprofessional to only see the total on the card machine without clarity on individual charges. This lack of attention to detail made the experience even worse. The service was undeniably bad, some of the worst I've encountered in recent memory. If this establishment relies on guaranteed gratuity for large groups, it certainly didn't motivate the server to provide attentive service. This is not a place I would recommend, especially for a large group or special event. Save your money and go somewhere that values customer service.

Plucker had nice patio. The food wasn't bad. It was good for lunch. But margarita tasted different, and no flavor. The waitress was nice and took off drink for me. I don't know her name. She was good commuicate with deaf customer.

Ever since this place opened, I asked for extra crispy wings. I tell them to burn them. And I get some soggy ass wings.

I was so excited that Plucker's was coming to Southpark Meadows. I was not disappointed. The staff is both friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and just as ordered. Great atmosphere and service. It's always a good sign when managers are on the floor checking and as business picks up, when other servers and hosts check on you. Excellent. See you again soon. This place needs help. I got here at 5:13, my appetizer was never brought to my table while others around me were, I received my food at 5:54 to be told "your food is coming out do you still want your appetizer" do better pluckers cause this isn't ur first trash location

The host lack training, even the manager. Went in and was told 10 minutes, which was perfect for us since we were celebrating a birthday. Come to find out, that was a lie, we waited over 30, almost 40. I asked the host outside how much longer and she said 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes passed i asked her again and was redirected to the host inside, guess she didn't know what she was doing. I went inside just for the same thing to be told, they can't tell me how much longer because they "don't know when people will get up". It makes no sense why I was given a 10 minute quote to then we told they don't know. Either they don't know how to pace the seating and anticipate the turn around, but something isn't right. The manager was no help and didn't seem interested. Very unprofessional.

Accidentally left my sunglasses there for like 5 minutes and somehow they aren't there. I'd understand if we were sitting by everyone but we weren't. We were sitting on the right next to the bar and there was no rush nothing. Truly think the workers took them.

Service for pick up sucks, the girl put two order under the desk after reading the names on them and then comes back 5 or so minutes later and grabs one of the bags out and hands it to me. Moron. Food was eh, don't understand all the hype over this place

Not sure why so many bad reviews already. We've been twice since they officially opened and both times it was the best pluckers we've ever had. Service was good, food was fresh and hot, and we were in and out quickly. We're glad this location finally opened in our neighborhood as we're not really fans of the South Lamar location and it was the closest one before SPM.

New location that folks are flocking too but the staff is struggling to keep up. Wrong food orders received and made new order but didn't bring out new waffle fries so you get a new hot meal corrected but keep your fries which are now cold since you had to wait an extra 30 minutes for the right main meal to come out. They need more staff to help keep drinks refreshed and filled. Tight spacing, this location is a lot smaller than the other locations in Austin such as S. Lamar and N. 183 + Burnet.

Very bad service. I called to speak to a manager about my to go order that they got wrong. The Manager never answered. I try calling twice! I don't now this place is in business. I don't even think that management is hold responsible.

Everything about pluckers is the best! The vibe and atmosphere is always 100% and the wings are incredible!

Awesome food and service!! It's big enough to hold enough people with tons of TV. I recommend every one to stop by for cold drinks and great food.

Out of about 10 wing flavors when they have bottles of them displayed for sale at the registers. STICK TO THE LAMAR LOCATION FOR SURE.

It was a busy night, so there was a short wait before seating. Service and food was good. My first visit at this location. Got the Philly cheesesteak. Missus got the BLT. Only down side was our server was pretty busy and took a bit to get a refill.

Great service wait wasn't long at all. Server trainee was efficient and fast. Appetizers cane out fast as well.

Visited this new location at least once per week since opening. Crew is mostly newbies to the service industry so please be patient. Service has improved since they opened and just need to get work out the kinks.
