Plume

We found Plume on TikTok and it is definitely a "must-see" when you go to Houston. From the complimentary valet to the security at the door, bartenders, servers, even the manager was awesome. I had an accident and cut myself and Walter(bartender) got me some peroxide and bandaids. The customer service is top tier, food, drinks and ambience is amazing. Everyone behind the bar checks on you and makes sure you're good. I think all of them were our bartenders and I love not being forgotten. We'll be back sooner than later!!

Love this new local spot. The atmosphere, decor, and drinks were amazing! We tried the espresso martini, avocado margarita, and a few others. They have a great cocktail list to choose from, lots of creative drinks. We can’t wait to go back again! Update: We came back again and had more amazing cocktails! A new guy named Blake made a killer espresso martini, look at that delicious drip.

Came here to celebrate a friends birthday and was pleasantly surprised! Great drinks and aesthetics! A cool place to come and celebrate with friends or take someone special on a date! Highly recommended! Will be returning soon!

My friends and I went here to celebrate my sister's birthday. Plume is a beautiful new cocktail lounge in the heights. We loved the decor and lovely peacock display when we entered the bar. It was already packed at 8 pm, but we grabbed the last table. Our server Jordan was very friendly and gave us a round of thin mint shots on the house plus my espresso martini was complimentary. What a lovely surprise! The espresso martini was delicious with a wonderful vanilla foam on top. We also enjoyed the "Hot Girl Summer" cocktails. Our first experience was amazing and we can't wait to come back! :-)

I've never been to a bar when every drink on the table sucked. Bartenders need training. We got reservation required, Tommy's margarita , vodka tito , mexican candy shots , one of their non alcoholic beverages and they all were bad , not smooth and flavors were off. We had a bartender than disappeared and we had to call someone else to checkout and they almost missed drinks off tab and followed us outside. Place was empty so that was nice to move around and pick whichever table. Music was nice.

Plume is such a cute spot with great drinks, a fun atmosphere, and some solid gluten-free options—a win for a celiac girlie like me! The attention to detail in their cocktails and overall vibe makes it a go-to place for a night out. The only downside is that it gets super packed, and the last time I went, I couldn’t find seating at all, which was a bit of a bummer. Still, it’s a great place, and I’ll definitely be back (hopefully with a seat next time)!
