I attended their pumpkin carving event, which I found via Instagram. My friend and I had a terrible experience and I would not recommend going here, especially for an event. A few days before the event I went to check the post details, but the original post was removed from their account and a new post is up with different dates and prices. Many people, including me, left comments expressing confusion as to if our tickets were still valid. They said they had to add more dates due to high demand, which is understandable, but why different ticket prices and removal of posts? That was the first red flag. At check in for the event, we are told we have to pay another $5 to carve the pumpkins. We asked why and even showed the hostess that on Eventbrite it says everything is included. Her response was “well everyone else just paid the $5 you’re the only one saying anything.” For her to have such an attitude for their discrepancy is very unprofessional and unwelcoming. It makes no sense for carving supplies to be included but not the pumpkin. If someone does not want to pay an extra $5 they are then stuck with a non refundable ticket having to pay for supplies they didnt use. Seems like an at the door money grab to me. We then asked if there were specific drinks included in the open bar or if we could get anything we want from their regular menu. She says yes we can order whatever we want. However, when we tried ordering pumpkin espresso martinis we were told that the open bar is only for well drinks, wine, or sangria. Another disappointment. The night turned around as I ended up winning second place in the pumpkin contest, and signed my email on a piece of paper for them to contact me. I was told I would receive an email on Monday (Oct 27th) about how to claim my prize, which was a margarita tower. However, I never received the email and I checked my spam. Days after the event, I see more instagram posts advertising the same event- again with different prices. One post said the price was $50 and a few days later the next post said $60. I dont even feel the event was worth the cost when I paid $40! I commented on one of the posts explaining that I never got the email about my prize and no one ever responded to me. The posts were then deleted and I still have not received the email about claiming my prize.

First of all Tess has been on top of the service since I walked in. The French Toast is a MUST!!!! The unlimited is worth it because this place isn’t delaying refilling the drinks. Tess has been attentive and so helpful the entire time I’ve been here. Highly recommend this spot as I stumbled upon it due to a wait time of almost 2 hours from another brunch spot nearby. If you want a quality brunch and great drinks, this is the place. They have so many options so you’re not restricted to only mimosas. 10/10

Had a great time at Poco! Greatly enjoyed their happy hour and Grace was amazing! She was quick and the sweetest server. Will definitely be back!

It’s the first time being here, and it’s also the last time. We walked passing by it on Saturday morning, and it looked fun with music and open space. We ordered steak&egg and the Benedict with lobster. The portion was very small. Steak& egg was okay. The benedict got done wrong twice. It missed lobster the first time and missed the guacamole the second time. The Benedict was served with corn bread, which tasted a bit weird for me. No one paid attention to us even though we were seating right near the door. Also, it doesnt make sense to me that they automatically charge 20% tip for all tables. To be honest, I dont feel like the service was worth 20% tip even though they are nice people. In the end, i was waiting for my partner in bathroom and the server came to clean the table including our water cups. We didnt even stay that long for the meal. I think it was just less than an hour. Anyway, i dont recommend people to go here for food. However, the atmosphere seems fun.

We had the best time here - all thanks to our lovely server, Avery! She was so attentive even though it was busy and made sure we were constantly taken care of. She had a great energy that made our afternoon super lively and fun. The cherry on top was the food that was super delicious! We will definitely be back to see Avery

We booked a birthday party with the event manager Sara, only to show up and find that the staff had no idea anything was scheduled. The event, which was planned weeks in advance, was somehow not communicated to the staff. The bar was packed, nothing was prepared, and the event started almost an hour late because of the chaos. To top it off, Sara was dismissive and actually told us we could leave if we wanted to. She did not take responsibility. The only person who helped at all was Joe — he did his best under the circumstances, but the overall experience was a mess. We regret having the party here. It was embarrassing to walk into what we thought was a birthday party, only to see a completely packed bar with people we did not know. And we had to ask 4 different people multiple times to finally get what we paid for. We had the party here after a friend had hers here a few years ago. Our experience was completely different. So so so frustrating and disappointing. I will say the drinks were good. The attached video shows the top floor after our birthday party was supposed to have started. The event manager told us there may be a few people at the booths wrapping up dinner. The entire place was full and we only know about 7 people in this video. Wish I could write a better review but this was ridiculous.

Poco’s bottomless brunch is a whole experience. The energy, the music, and the food all hit at the same level. The tapas-style plates are delicious, the portions are generous, and the drinks never stop coming. Such a fun spot — absolutely worth it every time!

Emi is AMAZING! We came to Poco NYC for brunch and had the absolute best time, all thanks to Emi. From the second we sat down, she made sure we were taken care of--she was super informative, and genuinely excited for us to enjoy it. Made sure they brought our food out crazy fast, kept our drinks filled and was just the sweetest and most personable server ever. Emi was so accommodating with our order and made the whole experience feel effortless and fun. If you're coming to Poco, ask for Emi--she's a brunch specialist ;)

The bottomless is quite fun here-- the breakfast burrito was also phenomenal! I wish I took a picture of the drink towers, but I suppose not being able to take a picture is a good indicator of how good the drinks hit! Cheers!

Tess, michelle, Jimmy and Vicente were incredible!!!! We came for a bottomless brunch celebrating my graduation (with a double masters) and it was nothing short of amazing. As soon as we walked in, Michelle greeted us so lovingly and with so much welcome! Greeted all of us and sat us at a super comfortable table. She was there for every round of ordering, and as soon as she found out it was my graduation, she made me feel so special and we felt so incredibly well treated! I don't know anywhere else that people are so welcoming and where the bottomless is such a good deal. We loved it. It's our second time at Poco and better every time, the people here were amazing. We love Vicenté! He, again, was nothing short of amazing and took care of us so well! We love it here and will definitely be back!

I've been here 3 times and am not a huge fan of this place. Once, I came for brunch, which was surprisingly really good. Their vegan Mac and cheese was delicious but the vibes were off here and other patrons were not adding to the atmosphere at all. Another time, I came here for a buyout for a birthday. The tab for unlimited drinks was quite expensive given the didn't staff our party with enough bartenders, and I spent most of my time waiting in line for mid drinks or for the bathroom (not great). The music was also bad in both of these instances. The most recent time I went here last month was better. We came here for drinks after brunch and while mine was good, it was really expensive and the upstairs area quickly got packed. I wouldn't come here again unless someone made me. There are so many other spots I'd like to try instead!

Great bottomless, fine food, fun location. That pretty much sums this place up! While the food won't blow you away, the bottomless is affordable and the pours are generous. If you and some friends are looking for a fun brunch spot for day drinking, definitely come to Poco!

Whew what an experience here that I wish I did not have. So my friend made reservations here as she stated this was a great spot for brunch because of their bottomless and she really liked some of their menu items like the lobster mac & cheese. When we arrived, we sat on the patio area which is a bit cramped. The vibe is cute there and I can see why people would come to Poco. The brunch deal was an unlimited boozy brunch with purchase of an entree. We both choose the lobster benedict. The food took some time to come out and I was starving. The benedict comes on an arepa with queso fresco and chunks of lobster. It was also accompanied with hash browns and mixed greens. The arepa was mediocre and dry but the best thing on the plate were the hash browns. Those was crispy and very flavorful. When it came time for us to pay the bill, my friend put down cash and I paid the rest on my card. However, the server ended up overcharging my card by charging me another table's bill. The server informed me that they were crediting the amount back to my card. (which later on I was informed by my bank that there was no credit shown on the account) After a few days of checking my bank statement, I ended up reaching out to the owner who was very rude to me about the situation and credit. I understand that some New Yorkers are not the friendliest but in the service industry when someone is explaining to you that your business made a mistake (and provides receipts to back the story up) - you would at least expect an apology during the email exchange. Honestly, I would not personally spend my money here again because of the way the situation escalated. But I do think the best thing going for their brunch is the deal that they offer/advertise.

Overall: You come to Poco to get drinks with your friends and have a boozy meal or pregame. Not impressed by the food or drink quality, but they know their target audience! Food: Food was ok. Expensive for the quality, which is just ok. Portions are quite small. Pictured is the Pork Sliders. The buns were light and fluffy, which was great. The burger patty itself was overcooked, and the toppings were light. Not pictured, the rest of the table got rounds of chips and guac, steak lolllpops, mac n cheese, etc. The chips and guac and Mac portions were small, but heard good things about the steak lollipops! Drinks: Was very disappointed with the Espresso Martini. Was not shaken well, which is evident by the lack of foam and unimpressive presentation. Very strong, did not even taste like an espresso martini, the vodka was very overpowering. Would not recommend ordering this drink. Ambiance: This place is very fun! Definitely a younger and rowdy crowd, but it is what my friends and I were looking for on a Friday night. Service: Service was ok - Appreciate that the place was packed, but our waitress was spilling drinks all over the table and us while bringing them over and was not great about checking in. Note, 20% gratuity is included in the bill (which we were going to pay anyways, but good to be aware of this)

For $69 Pick 5 of your favorite bites and keep the food and drinks flowing with bottomless dinner. I have to say I did not take advantage of this like I should've because I was stuffed on the first round but I enjoyed it all the same. I was super happy to see lobster Mac and cheese as part of the bottomless menu and the skirt steak lollipop were delicious (even tho it was really just a stick in one or two pieces lol) Please note that not all of the drinks showcased are on the bottomless menu but I wanted to give them a try. You can choose from white or red sangria, white or , beer or mixed cocktails (like vodka cranberry) They also have a great happy hour Monday- Saturday with amazing discounts on drinks and lots of other specials through the week. I never leave reviews, but our experience at this restaurant was unacceptable and needs to be shared. We came in to celebrate a birthday which we had pre planned with the manager sara. During the planning we discussed, everybody could order drinks and food as pleased. When we got there we had a nice space and people ordered. The server Joseph explained bottomless but not that everyone had to do it. We only found out after the bill came that we were being charged unexpectedly -- something that felt misleading and unfair. Over $1200 When we tried to clarify, the manager was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to explain the charges. What made it worse was that they hung up on us when we tried to call afterward to resolve the issue. She even said she doesn't know us or what we were talking about. We even have messages to prove it. Needless to say, we won't be returning EVER -- and I'd caution anyone thinking of going you also can be scammed.

My friends and I went to Poco to get some light bites and drinks. They have indoor and outdoor dining in the night that we went. It was a bit chilly so I appreciate it that they had some heaters in the outdoor eating area. I also noticed while we were there that there were some bachelorette parties that stopped in. I thought that was interesting but I guess that means that this place has cool vibes for all. I enjoyed my cocktail as well as the food that we ate.

Poco NYC is one of my TOP options for a brunch with friends! For the price of brunch, our drinks were very good! The mimosas were my favorite but the sangria was also delicious. Only bad part was just how cramped our table was. We were squished in the corner next to the bar and it was a struggle for room. Food was very decent! I'm not the biggest fan of their style of eggs Benedict but it was a fun change up of a classic brunch option

Super fun place for bottomless dinner. They do not hold back on the drinks, which my group and I really appreciated! :D We ordered the wings, burrata, lobster mac & cheese, and some other things I don't remember. Most of the food wasn't super great quality but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the lobster mac and cheese-- it was so delicious and creamy and tasted like lobster! [Food: 3.5/5] For drinks we ordered the white sangria, red sangria, vodka sprites, and whiskey cokes. We loved the sangrias and the whiskey cokes, but the vodka sprite tasted a little funny. [Drinks: 4/5] Vibes were pretty good. Our servers were attentive and friendly. The restaurant has cute lighting and ambience. :)

walked by poco this morning and decided to stop in for brunch and espresso martinis. the espresso martinis could have been stronger and were a little watery, but we still enjoyed them. I got the spinach egg feta croissant and my friend got the eggs benedict (both come with a side of hash browns and salad). the food came out piping hot which was amazing. friend gave her food a 6.8/10 - the arepa was a tiny bit dry but overall it was good. I would give my dish a 7.5/10. The vibe was cute and the servers were friendly. The menu noted Poco as the "#1 bottomless brunch spot in nyc" so next time I'd def try that.

The service was cool. The BBQ chicken Mac was DISGUSTING!! Mimosas were Mid. Very disappointing. The BEST part was the music. No shade!

Went here for Saturday brunch with friends, 5 of us total. It's a small place, and music was playing, but with all the windows open and people starting to feel their bottomless drinks, you couldn't really hear it. I opted out of the bottomless deal with the group and got a cocktail along with the crab benedict. My partner ended up getting one of the sandwiches, but I can't recall which one. The best part of my plate was honestly the hash browns. They were crispy and well seasoned. The crab benedict was okay but I didn't care for the sweetness of the crab meat in that moment. I didn't get the server's name, but she was very attentive and was working her butt off, so we appreciated that!

Came out for a celebration for my cousins birthday with a party of 18 the reservation was for 1:15pm we got started about 1:30pm. When walking in we were greeted by a young lady that gave us info for reservation, everyone that was standing along w me felt like she was rude with her delivery. We sat at the bar for maybe 5 minutes before another young lady told us that we could go downstairs and start seating. The young lady prior to her told us that if we sat down, our time would start immediately, which is why we went to the bar to begin with. This place is not big at all the decor is a zero! It's not a good looking place and the basement is even worse than upstairs. This Hass to be one of the worst looking restaurants I've been to in New York. We were given cups and silverware some had to be sent back because they were dirty with food marks on the utensils and lipstick on the cups. I ordered an espresso martini which was more of the espresso than the martini it was basic! For starters we ordered the guacamole one with lobster and one plain. The one with the lobster was alright not easy for sharing with a large party I had to ask for small plates for the table and still wasn't given enough for everyone. We all got the unlimited drinks even those that do not drink I'm unsure if they even asked when it came to that but I asked for pitchers for the table and they gave us red sangria, white sangria and mimosa plenty of the table all were filled with a hefty amount of ice. We ordered food now for a large party having one person bring out all the food was just ridiculous and inconsiderate he was running back and forth with no assistance we all were getting our food piece by piece. There was no salt and pepper on the table and they know they need it on the table esp for that Mac and cheese my goodness NO FLAVOR at all what a shame. My French toast wasn't so bad my cousin thought it was basic however the deli syrup took me out! My cousin got the steak sandwich said it was good, a salad was said to be good also, the croissant sandwich which was ok now the food was not a huge issue I mean it was what it was nothing extraordinary. Our bill was about $1,800 for the 18 people very confused as to why the hostess was the person to bring over the bill and not the server. We ordered shots during brunch and got a seperate bill for it along with a SPARKLER charge for the birthday person! $15 for a SPARKLER for someone's birthday is ridiculous I would never come back here for any occasion it's a hard pass for me!

The vibes are great and the music is a vibe but the food is mediocre at best. I came for brunch and the hashbrowns were cold as hell. The feta egg sandwich was soggy as hell on the bottom due to idk what. The drinks were pretty good and they made sure they kept them coming. Great value for brunch, however I Would not recommend due to the bad experience with the food.

Be cautious! They are very scammer vibes with how they charge. Margarita pitcher is supposed to be $25 but they charged $30. When we called the waiter over he was like "I told u it was gonna be more." I don't care about the price, but his attitude was terrible. FURTHERMORE, he did NOT tell us it was gonna be more. This place is OUT to charge us more. The wings were also not that great and they charged $1 per wing. I rather get wings elsewhere. Overall I feel they were good at advertising, but our experience itself was not that great. Visit elsewhere if u can because they were honestly not as nice as they advertised on Tiktok

I made a reservation for Poco's bottomless mimosa brunch, which is $49 including one entree per person for 1.5 hours. I think it's a pretty good deal. My party and I opted for the white sangria and mimosas which were delicious. We do wish we had drunk more to get our moneys worth, so if you do go, please do better than we did haha. The food was alright. I really liked their potato hashbrowns. The lobster Mac and cheese was decent. The burger was meh. I think for the price point, the food could've been better. The food is pretty mediocre so I don't feel that it justifies the cost. I think this deal is worth it if you're going to drink a lot.

I found Poco on line when I was looking for a place near a local theatre; I knew nothing about it. The food is great and the atmosphere and waitstaff are also excellent. The garlic shrimp and Brussels sprouts are particularly noteworthy. I highly recommend it.

I'm sad this place doesn't have 5 star reviews across the board!!! We came with a large group for a bachelorette and had SO much fun! We did the 1.5 hr bottomless, and it was such a great deal. The mimosas were pre-mixed, and they were the perfect mixture of champagne and orange juice. For food, I got the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant with no garlic aioli, and it was amazing. And the side of potatoes were *chefs kiss.* The rest of our table ordered the Andy Sammy, lobster Benedict, and spinach and feta croissant, and everyone was pleased! Such a great experience at poco!

went here for brunch - food comes out really quick and service is great. The food itself is fine, but you come for the bottomless brunch and you won't be disappointed. They keep the drinks coming and they are strong. Good price for what you get and would come again!

This restaurant is known for its bottomless brunch. For $49, you get unlimited brunch cocktails plus an entree. We were late to our reservation, but they still held our table and pushed back our start time so that we were able to make the most of the unlimited drinks. Our waitress was very accommodating. For my drink, I had the red wine sangria. They serve the unlimited brunch cocktails in pitchers, which is awesome because you don't have to flag down a waiter anytime you want a refill. One pitcher was more than enough for me. My three friends got mimosas and were barely able to finish two pitchers. The sangria was sweet and fruity. There was no strong alcohol taste but I definitely felt the effects, so it was strong enough. To eat, I had the spinach and mushroom mac and cheese. It was served piping hot in a skillet. It was cheesy, rich, and flavorful. Perfect texture. My friends got the french toast and loved how dense and buttery it was. They had enough for leftovers. Towards the end of the meal, they served us free whiskey green tea shots! They also gave us plastic to-go cups so you could take a cocktail for the road, which was super generous. Overall, the vibe was great, however the music was extremely loud. It was very difficult to have a conversation. The playlist was fun, top 40 music, but this is definitely not the place to go for a deep conversation or catch up. They are also quite strict with the 1.5 hour reservation limit and they asked us to leave when the next party arrived. Overall, we had a good experience!

I had a phenomenal experience. I had multiple waiters and all were kind, attentive and knowledgeable. The food was also quickly served and provided a positive dining experience. Although I arrived late they were still able to service us and accommodate us prior to closing. All staff were friendly. Will come again

The Thursday happy hour deal is amazing !!! 2 dollar tacos and 8 dollar margaritas. Also 6 dollars shots, 7 dollars wines between 5-7pm. Definitely worth it for a fun pregame or happy hour. But the tacos were not good and the service was very slow. The ambiance of the place if fun and lively.

Neither the food nor the atmosphere was worth spending money or time on. Go somewhere else.

Great spot for a fun brunch! We went on a Sunday afternoon and loved the Taylor Swift themed brunch. The music is loud, so this is not a spot to have an intimate conversation, but it's a fun time. The Arnold Sammy was pretty good, but the lobster Benedict was excellent. Bottomless mimosas and bloody mary's topped off a great brunch.

This place is amazing!!! We did a brunch walk in and sat at the bar. Michelle was our server and she was amazing! The food was excellent the drinks were flowing. The vibe is everything! This will from here on out be our new spot. GO SEE MICHELLE!

It's really loud in here. The food was okay. The service was very fast though. So that's an upside. Guacamole was tasty. We had the bbq pulled chicken and the migas burrito. The hash browns were bangers tho. And when it says 'mixed greens' as a side? It means a salad.

Went here for a birthday brunch with a party of people. We were sat in the basement with no windows. The basement was really tight space wise. One side of our table was against the wall so it was hard to get in and out from that side with a large party. They played a lot of songs that are viral on TikTok. The interior is decorated cute with neon lights and signs and a disco ball. We did the bottomless option ; the mimosas were good, but the white sangria was a little bitter. The food was okay; they ran out of French Toast so I got a BBQ chicken sandwich. (Wish they're brunch menu was a little bigger and had another breakfast bread option like pancakes or waffles instead of just French toast). They hash browns were the highlight of the meal; wish they gave you more! It was also a little pricey. Overall: 7/10

Good food and service, disrespectful crowd. We had a guest at our table who was visually handicapped, and a group of young females thought it was okay to call him derogatory names. Expect the crowd to be young and dumb, and probably from out of town. This place seems to attract this kind of crowd. Other than that, the food and service was pretty good.

Food and drinks were good. Service was some of the worst service I've had in New York City. We waited about 30 minutes before getting menus. We waited over an hour for food. And we waited another 40 minutes for our check after we asked for it. (And this is on a reservation that was supposed to be thirty minutes max.) Thankfully we went on a Thursday so happy hour lasts all night. Otherwise, we would've missed all the happy hour deals because no one came by to take our order.

The bottomless sangria and the French toast. Would absolutely come back for both. I also tried the spinach crossaint and it was so good!! The French toast had this sweet glaze/drizzle in top that really pulled the dish together. And these slices were thiccc! We sat in the basement, which was a little cramped, but overall a great experience. Service was great! And the little shots at the end were a great touch!

They had me at bottomless mimosas, but you can choose from array of different beverage selections for your bottomless. For $49 you get 1 1/2 hours of bottomless and a brunch entree. I got the bacon, egg and cheese croissant, the garlic aioli on that croissant was delicious, the mini Hashbrown's were so crispy and yummy. But what makes this place great is the staff, everyone was so nice, especially the host, we were running late and they accommodated us without any hassle. Definitely will be coming back for brunch on the weekends.

Came here as it was a popular place to check out for happy hour. I was extremely disappointed. The veggie tacos were horrible and the service was really bad. We were overcharged for the drinks which are supposed to be one price for happy hour. I will definitely not be coming back here and overall do not recommend.

I love this place! Ashley took care of our group and this is the third time I've been here and it's always super fun. The food is delicious for brunch and I've done bottomless here and it's such a good deal. There is normally a DJ and I highly recommend coming on a Saturday! You can't go wrong!

Incredibly disappointing and overhyped. From the moment we arrived, it was nearly impossible to have a conversation with the people sitting next to me due to the blaring rave-like music, even at 10 AM. To make matters worse, we were seated in a cold, dark basement that felt more like a frat house than a restaurant. Very dirty. I am sober and despite the waitress repeatedly assuring me that I wouldn't be charged for the drinks my friends ordered, I was still charged $72. The eggs I ordered were cold, watery, and completely lacking in flavor; I barely managed to take two bites. To top it all off, we were abruptly kicked out before our time was up. Be wary especially if you have allergies. Save yourself the trouble and look for another place to dine. Way overpriced for the quality.

Decent food for a bottomless brunch place Service was quick However sitting in the basement made me feel like I was going to die

I have been to better brunches for way less. Our waitress was amazing she really was and I understood fully it had nothing to do with her she was DOPE. I REPEAT DOPE. When me family and friends do big brunches we like to go with set prices and we have someone collect the money at the start. It was 9 of us for my sisters birthday. We were doing the 3hr bottomless brunch for $72 listed on their website. They also state if you pay with cash it is cheaper as they charge a fee. We all had cash. Each person was told to bring $85 per person which would also cover tax and gratuity. I brunch in the city a lot. This was definitely an upsetting experience. When the bill came it was disgusting. I was truly pissed. First they charged us automatically as if we were paying with the card. Then she had to explain the bill because apparently they still charge all food separately (itemize). They start off all groups with the $49 dollar brunch then they "up charge" you was the language that was used. Our bill to start was almost $140 more then they went and fixed it to take of the charges that stated we were going to pay with a credit card it was still about $60 over. If you say a 3hr brunch is $72pp that's what it should be period. Plus taxes and gratuity. The bill should've been $72 x 9 plus the 20% gratuity. Which really should've been 18% like the majority of places in NYC. The food was ok at best. The only thing that was good about this brunch other than the waitress we had was the drinks which kept coming. Will never go back or recommend
