My husband and I have eaten here on different occasions or with others for at least the past several years. This is the first time we have bought for our family with us. This is one of our favorite places. The food has a unique Cajun influence. The decor of the room is casual, but still elegant. Portions of food are good, taste great, and the seafood always tastes good and fresh. Most of the time, service is great, but it can be hit and miss depending on your server, but that's any restaurant. The Old Fashion with the skull decanter is one of our favorite drinks to have, but I've had martinis, mules, and other cocktails that are very good too. This is definitely one of our favorite date places too. This is an overall great restaurant experience, which we look forward to every chance we get.

I sat at the bar both times and had a great service, their happy hour has got some good deals. I can't even recommend enough the sliders with sliced prime rib, a four cheese sauce, and a large side of onion crisp. The specialty appetizer the next night with salmon bites and crab with coconut and a homemade Hollandaise was spot on.

Google
We have always had very good food and good service. It can get a little loud inside at times. there is an outside dining area if you fancy that. The seafood risotto was a hit at our table

Google
Good service. Good atmosphere. Food: Beef tips appetizer was 4/5. Ribeye steak was 5/5, sides to the meal were good, nothing outstanding. Seafood platter… I was expecting a fish and chips style meal and I was given the option of fried or grilled seafood, fried seemed like the obvious option. The breading on the seafood was not good at all, and it was on everything. We have had friends who had great meals here but no one had this dish before so i guess this dish is a one off. Insanely large serving size for this dish but disappointing breading.

The scallops were amazing. We had the point 57 dinners and they were also delicious. All of our food was made fresh, the drinks were strong and sweet, and customer service was exceptional. The atmosphere was festive and also calming. I would definitely recommend and you will be seeing us soon.

Google
Stopped in a couple of days ago and I really wish I would've stopped weeks ago. The drinks were delicious & top notch. I had the P57 filet mignon and it was amazing! Steak cooked to perfection, huge shrimp, shredded crab took it up a notch as well as the creamy bernaise drizzled on top. Gouda potato pancake, excellent! Definitely worth checking out!❤️

The food was very good plus the service was also very good the only thing was the night we were there they were having AC issues so it was hot in here but I hope when Ilgo again the AC will be fixed.

Yelp
Was able to snag a reservation for four, two hours in advance, for dinner on a Sunday evening (off-season). The restaurant was moderately busy, but nothing crazy. We were seated immediately. We had to wait a little while for our server to greet us, but once she did, the night headed in the right direction! We started off with cocktails, but unfortunately, they had run out of fresh basil and therefore, the cocktails my mother and I ordered were unavailable. We opted instead for one of the featured cocktails on their summer specials menu and a mojito. The Lavender Lemonade, gin gimlet, and Espresso Martini (with Kahlua in lieu of Baileys) were all very good! The Mojito, although described as featuring Bacardi Silver, tasted like it was made with Cruzan, and therefore, a little cheap. The watermelon cocktail was okay, and the Smokin' Coconut was very interesting. For dinner, we started with Calamari and Fried Green Tomatoes (also featured on the summer specials menu). The Fried Green Tomatoes were cooked nicely, still very firm in the center with perfect cornmeal breading. They weren't too oily or greasy and the pimento cheese was a nice touch. The Calamari was good, but a lot of the pieces were crumbs and it was a little on the greasier side. Not sure if I would order it again but it definitely satisfied the craving. I enjoyed the Filet Mignon for my entree. It was cooked perfectly, juicy and deliciously seasoned, very peppery. I enjoyed the herb butter, but the steak sauce? Not so much. I switched out the mashed potatoes for the hand cut fries and they were nice and paired well with the steak. Because Point 57 is a scratch kitchen, they were able to leave the garlic out of my sautéed spinach (dietary restriction) which I greatly appreciated. Very accommodating staff and kitchen team! I also enjoyed the Wedge Salad. The other members of my party enjoyed the Beef Stroganoff, NY Strip special with Au Poivre, and the Short Rib Risotto. Everyone enjoyed their meals. For dessert, I enjoyed the Tiramisu special and we got the very last one! The restaurant is very cute and homey, and I particularly loved the look of the bar. I could see this being a great local spot to enjoy for happy hour or through their offerings that change with the seasons. I would definitely return. Huge kudos to our wonderful server, Kat, who was so sweet and went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. Enjoyed spending time with family here and would highly recommend!

Yelp
My wife and I went to Point 57 Kitchen and the food and drinks were amazing, I ordered the Salmon Dinner and it was delicious! Our server was great and answered all of our questions. The ambiance was very pleasant. I recommend Point 57 for great food, drinks and service.

Yelp
On a Thursday night, six of us went to dinner at Point 57. We have a reservation at 5:30 PM but we (2 out of six) got delayed by beach traffic returning from Fort Myers Beach. The ambiance here is casual and not formal just like many local restaurants here. Point 57 is known for its cocktails, seafood, steaks and new American fare. We were sit at a very nice corner table! I ordered a Seafood Risotto and wife ordered Chicken Carbonara. Other members of party ordered crab cakes, Beef Stroganoff, Caesar Salad, Fried Calamari, Shrimps and Grits, Crusted Grouper over shrimp Risotto. The presentations were fine and well plated. My Seafood Risotto was well prepared and delectable. Chicken Carbonara's pasta was cooked with perfection but the chicken was overcooked and dry! My friend did not like his beef Stroganoff. His main complaint was not enough sour cream and the beef was tough and not tender! Grouper over Shrimp Risotto was great. Overall it was good with a little improvement needed for Beef Stroganoff and Chicken Carbonara. The waitress was sharp, professional and attentive. Wine, beer and water glasses are filled very quickly. We did not try their signature cocktails but mainly on beer and wine!

Yelp
Dinner with Yelp friends and -- fun fact (considering this is SW Florida)-- three of us attended Brooklyn College! I know, I know, what does that have to do with the restaurant?! Getting down to business, our evening was a 4+ star experience in every which way: great food, lovely ambience (neither casual nor particularly formal) and a friendly & efficient server. Vacillating about salmon (which I was told is sushi grade) and my old stand-by: calamari-topped-Caesar-salad. I went with the salad. The Caesar was okay --- didn't look nearly as good as my husband's house salad -- but the piece de resistance was calamari. Rings, tentacles, accents of pepper (jalapeno?) fried just right. With T also digging in, there was STILL plenty of squid for me to take home. I noticed that everyone's meal was nicely plated. I tried T's grits, which I thought were nothing special. "You didn't get any of the sauce!" he said, defending his choice of shrimp and grits, which he really liked. While I snapped photos of everyone's meals, you can read their assessments, which I'm guessing are all positive. In summation, Point 57 gets two thumbs up. There are options in every food group, prices aren't bad and the wine list covers all bases. I deviated from my usual hearty red and went with the house pinot grigio which at $28 was perfectly good. Easy parking too, with a lot in the back.

Yelp
Went there the other night and was disappointed. We were seated near the bar and waited quite a while to get service. Once the waitress arrived she was fabulous. We had the mushroom appetizer and it was really good. I had the carbonara and it was OK, but lack sauce. Our daughter had the stroganoff and it was really good. My wife had the ribeye and it was a complete disappointment. Tough and fatty. We were bummed and probably won't be back.

Yelp
Last night we met for dinner with two other couples. Four of us are Yelpers lol! This is my second time at this lovely restaurant. Last time for brunch and now for dinner. We had a cozy well appointed table in the corner of the restaurant. Dave and I usually prefer outside seating which this restaurant has. We met at 5:30 before the large crowd arrived. Dave ordered the crab cake appetizer and he thought they were ok. I thought they were artfully decorated with a mayonnaise remolade and were good. We ordered dinner and I listened to our server who recommended the Garlic and Parmesan Crusted Grouper over shrimp Risotto which was out of this world! Dave had the Beef Stroganoff and although it was good he was disappointed that there wasn't more sour cream in the sauce and the meat wasn't tender. We spent a very relaxing time eating, drinking wine, beer and black coffee for me. By the time I looked up, the place was jammed! What a great evening!

Yelp
This is a top 5 for Cape Coral restaurants. Great food. Great drinks. Great vibe. Great service.

Yelp
We decided to get a reservation on a Friday night and a good thing too because the place was packed. And if you're looking for a quiet dinner, this is not the place. The cherry all sour was delicious and not too sour despite the name. The crab cakes were good but watch out for the Caribbean shrimp with its Serrano aoli! I was craving fried chicken so I had the southern fried chicken which wasn't what I expected but delicious all the same. He enjoyed the chicken carbonara.
google avatar

Gina W.

Yelp
Another stellar recommendation from a friend. Went her for dinner when my Dad was in town. We all enjoyed an absolute excellent meal. Even with an early reservation so a Friday night, it was not busy. We ate indoors as the outdoor seating is in the parking lot by the busy street. Ambiance was great. I had the lobster, jumbo scallop and shrimps a top cheddar Mac and cheese cavatappi- generous portions. Dad had the fried chicken Cobb salad which he said was delish and hubby has the shrimp scampi over linguine noodles and said it was great! For dessert Dad had the key lime pie which he said was great and home made- not touristy. I had the phenomenal bread budding served with bananas and vanilla ice cream. It was huge and I ended up taking half home to enjoy the next day, minus the ice cream scoop of course. Great , friendly service and fantastic food- great place to celebrate an occasion or bring outta town guests to enjoy a quality meal.

Yelp
We come here every time we are in the area! Everyone always loves what they order. A must is their blue cheese fondue sauce with their steak/beef tips as well as their bread pudding!

Yelp
I'm not sure how this place gets any review under 4 stars. This was by far my favorite dinner while on vacation in Cape Coral. First off, the service was TOP NOTCH. I wish I could remember her name but she was amazing. I started off with the smokin coconut margarita... without the smoke and there was plenty of 1800 coconut it in. For appetizers, we had calamari and stuff mushrooms. Both - zero complaints. Dinner - I split the shrimp scampi. It was so fresh and tasty. Others had the fried seafood (great), Ribeye (great), filet mignon (great), and salmon Caesar salad (also great). We had to sit in the bar area because there were 6 of us. We were seated almost immediately. The bar area offers happy hour special from 3-6pm

Yelp
Miranda and Brett are amazing bartenders this is one of my favorite spots in the cape for a good steak !! always feel like I'm right at home when I come here!

Yelp
our first time at @point57restaurant last night was a success! It was a busy Friday evening but our server, Jacky, was fantastic! Really great hospitality and efficient service the entire meal. we enjoyed their Crispy Calamari appetizer. I LOVED their house salad with pickled onions, blue cheese crumbles and a white balsamic vinegarette - super unique and flavorful our entrees were delicious, I tried their P57 Salmon (6oz) + blackened shrimp + crab meat served alongside with a Gouda potato cake (MMM) and mixed vegetables. I added on a grilled scallop skewer (perfectly cooked) my only regret is I couldn't eat every bite - so much food! hubby enjoyed some flavorful gumbo with blackened scallops and shrimp over fluffy white rice We finished up our meal with a slice (a BIG slice) of key lime pie - sweet and balanced and a delicious Graham cracker crust.

Yelp
I visited this restaurant over the course several years. When it was brand new it outstanding. Great entertaining bartender who made some great craft cocktails. The food was great as well. Since Covid it appears that it may have changed hands and has gone down hill. I had the strip steak which was cooked perfectly medium rare but I found to be rather chewy and lacked flavor. Companion had the crusted grouper and risotto. Again the portion size versus price was out of line. We were there and our server who was great told us the kitchen wouldn't release its specials till 5:00PM. I never heard at 4:30 and you're purchasing dinner they won't disclose the specials? The restaurant was clean with low noise and appeared to be at only 50 percent capacity at 5:30 during what is the high snowbird season.

Yelp
When in the Cape, love to stop in for a delicious meal! This visit shared a few apps and tasty salad, never disappoints! Staff friendly and provides great service. If you are in the area, check it out. Whatever you like they serve great seafood, foul and steaks...fresh and flavorful!

Yelp
First time coming to this restaurant. It was very clean and nicely put together. The staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious. I was thoroughly impressed overall.

Yelp
Great food had the special fish and risotto with veggies! Drinks were great! Fantastic service from Jackie. Ask for Jackie when you walk in you won't be disappointed

Yelp
Great food and service, outstanding Old Fashions cocktail. Had the Monday mixed grilled special, steak, shrimp, garlic mashed potatoes

Yelp
Something isn't right here, this place use to be amazing. The restaurant was empty, which should have been my first clue. Just had brunch and all 4 of our meals were nothing I'd order again. The skillet, filet and eggs(wayyyyyy over priced), traditional breakfast and a kids chicken tenders. $120(no alcohol). No thanks- to justify prices like these, your food better be out of this world. 2 stars is for the atmosphere and the nice server.

J L.

Yelp
We had a wonderful dining experience. The portions were generous and delicious. Our meal began with the crispy calamari, stuffed mushrooms and billionaires bacon. For the main course, two of our party had the grouper over shrimp risotto, which they declared excellent. The short rib risotto was phenomenal and fork tender. The ribeye steak was cooked perfectly. Our waitress Alicia was very attentive and personable. Highly recommend Point 57!
google avatar

Kimmy S.

Yelp
The filet is amazing and you have to try their homemade steak sauce! Love the modern coastal theme. Great restaurant to take your guests out a date night out
google avatar

Craig E.

Yelp
Food was excellent. We had beef, stroganoff, beef, ribs, and steak. We were told that it was ladies night but only at the bad. Waitress wonderful. We had a reservations and had to sit outside, which was not that bad.
google avatar

Yelp
Another great brunch! Just wish the Benedicts you get more. The the pancakes were great just like the service! The crab Benny was very delicious Can't wait to come back!

Yelp
Food was amazing. Loved the smoked drinks Went with my lady and we had a blast The ribeye steak is fantastic. I get it every time .

Yelp
Visited Point 57 for a birthday brunch celebration, and it lived up to expectations. Undoubtedly one of the best spots to eat in Cape Coral, with friendly and attentive service. I ordered the burger with bacon and egg, and the meat was prepared exactly as I requested - flavorful and tasty. Additionally, I indulged in biscuits and gravy, and they were amazing - the texture, the seasoning, everything about it made my taste buds have a blast. The ambiance was very chill and nice; I opted to sit outside to enjoy the day. There was no waiting time, and it wasn't as full at that time of the day.
google avatar

Scott S.

Yelp
We stoped there Friday night and ordered the bar special Philly Cheesesteak Sliders a House Salad with mixed drinks. The sliders were fantastic!!! I always love their house salad!! Service was great and drinks were mixed very well. Everything was very good. I highly recommend Point 57.
google avatar

Antonio M.

Yelp
The restaurant offers so much with a beautiful, lively ambiance. Everything from the reservations, the hostess, the bar to the food were very good. This place is tottering on getting 5 stars. We will be back to enjoy more, soon.
google avatar

Jennifer M.

Yelp
We were here last Monday July 3 at 6:45 for the special, and were told it was sold out already. I'm realizing that it was as a holiday last week and maybe they were busier then normal. Still had a good meal. Tonight we came back for steak night, and it was delicious, I am not a big dessert person, but the bananas foster sundae was amazing.

Lori G.

Yelp
Mussels with fries, bacon and blue cheese! They accommodated my request and was delicious!
google avatar

Debi N.

Yelp
Bartenders Betsy & Shanna were AMAZING bartenders & also our waitresses! They knew your menu well...truly students of your business!! (Forgot to get pics of our Mussels & P57 filet...to DIE for!) The drinks were spot on. LOVED the smoked Manhattan & the Smoked Old Fashioned! Amazing presentation! You guys are truly ROCKIN' it! There's a lot of choices in the Cape & even though they're outside the downtown district, you need to give this place a shot! Very worth your while!
google avatar

Jeff W.

Yelp
Went here for dinner (daughters birthday). It was excellent. Service was very attentive and the food was very good. I had the Cast Iron Ribeye. The Blue Cheese Fondue was killer! My wife had the "Mixed Grill" - a 4oz Lobster Tail, 4oz Filet and 4 Shrimp. She loved it. The rest of our table had various meals and all were perfect. We will definitely return, as the menu had many items that looked good.
google avatar

Julie S.

Yelp
The food took quite a awhile to come out and the quality was just ok. The Hostess & waitress were super nice. I got a cold, bland tasting sandwich I only took home to give to the dog. One of the 4 meals we ordered were good, the rest were disappointing. I hope they can up their game, because Cape Coral has quite a few wonderful restaurants now! I'm rooting for them.
google avatar

Burgess W.

Yelp
This is my third time visiting Point 57 and each time we have tried a wide assortment of different things. The menu is good so it's not too big not too small. I've never been disappointed and plan on coming back on a fairly regular basis. In Cape Coral it is definitely among the better restaurants.
google avatar

Candace M.

Yelp
First time here. We will return for their filet special on Tuesday to see what that's about. Minus a star because they were out of bread. I seriously think it's a thing in SWFL that restaurants don't offer a bread basket. I had the blackened mahi, it was very good, my hub had the shrimp & grits, he was disappointed with it, only 5 smallish shrimp & a small bowl of grits.
google avatar

Rickey B.

Yelp
Absolutely fantastic. What a wonderful experience. Service was personal and very attentive. Food was amazing. we loved everything we ate. we both had the nightly special which was the Crab and Parmesan Crusted Snapper. wow! And we had the Banana Bread Pudding for dessert. We will definitely return for another visit.
google avatar

Yelp
Point 57 used to be great. Good food and, most importantly, consistent quality. Willing to be that in the last year or so there has been a change in ownership, management, or chef....cause now it sucks. Many of the same dishes but the food is nowhere near as good. Salty and thrown together with no pride. It's a shame because we went there and ordered all the time.

Lindsay B.

Yelp
Consistently good food and cocktails. A little different this time than in years past but overall still great. Would not recommend the meatloaf. Previously very good but different now w a lot of grease and fried topping. The redfish special was excellent. Salmon always delicious. The vegetables are perfect, not overcooked or overdressed. Gail took care of us and she was excellent. Will be back!
google avatar

Kimberly D.

Yelp
The service was nothing short of stellar. I love the ambiance of P57, and that's one of the many reasons that keeps me coming back. Absolutely my favorite brunch spot in Cape Coral. The food is always fresh and they put a nice spin on traditional dishes. Today I had the cinnamon French toast which they make with their French baguettes. It's topped with mascarpone, fresh berries, spiced nuts and homemade bourbon maple syrup. It was so good. My husband kept it simple today with the P57 traditional breakfast. The bacon was so thick and perfectly crispy. If you're looking for a brunch, lunch or dinner spot in Cape Coral, P57 will not disappoint. Great Valentine's date night choice as well.

Laura V.

Yelp
service was great. lots of flys and knats inside. fries were burned to a crisp, chicken sandwich was like dry wall
google avatar

Caryn M.

Yelp
Love the food and ambiance of this amazing steak house! The service is always excellent and is the same every time I come back. The appetizers are just enough so you can also enjoy your dinner. I highly recommend this restaurant (Caryn from NY)

Yelp
Great service. Food was delicious, and staff was accommodating to changes needed for our group. Wonderful way to spend out last night in Cape Coral. Thank you.

Yelp
First time at this restaurant. Noted parking lot pretty tight did not notice handicap parking. Was greeted as we entered. Sat us right away. Had a larger group of red hat ladies. Orders were taken but was about an hour I guess cause our large group. When the food came it was presented so beautiful. Drinks were kept filled didn't have to ask. For me I thought it was a little, pricey. but the food was good. I had meatloaf.

Lindzie G.

Yelp
Good service and nice setting. Food was much to be improved. I ordered the Cajun Mac n cheese and received noodles and seafood- no cheese and no spice. Pricey and disappointing.

Yelp
Stumbled on this place while looking for dinner on a Monday night. Too bad they ran out of their Syrf and Turf earlier in the evening. We got seated in 30 mins, but I think reservations were recommended. I had the shrimp and grits, which was fabulous. Shrimp were large and plenty. Took about 1/3 home. My girlfriend had Shrimp Scampi and said it was fabulous. No leftovers came home. My husband had the Salmon. He devoured it. He didn't care for the crab that was part of the meal but enjoyed it overall. We took a piece of Key Lime Pie home and the husband said it was delicious. Too bad next Monday is a holiday. We would have been back for the Surf and Turf. We will be gone from the area after the holidays. Service was good. However the kitchen was slow because they were so busy. Go early. Make reservations.

Yelp
Love walking into this restaurant it's very nice , they have seating outside as well. The food is always fresh and delicious yummy cocktails and great service always.
google avatar

Sarah C.

Yelp
The service at Point57 was excellent. We all loved our Thanksgiving dinner. We had four omnivores and two vegans and everyone said their meal was delicious. We ordered Caesar salads, snapper, fillet Oscar, and the traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Plus the maître d' arranged for special salads and pasta dishes for the vegans. The service was excellent and the ambience was enjoyable. Well done! If the Maitre D isn't already the owner, he should be. Absolutely superb.
google avatar

Delci J.

Yelp
My initial draw to this restaurant was the fact that I'm from south jersey, and the owners have a restaurant in Atlantic City. After my first visit, I was hooked. I've been a few different times now when in Cape Coral, and every time it has not disappointed. The food, staff, and atmosphere of this restaurant are amazing every time. You need to stop here if you're in town!
google avatar

Yelp
Something is definitely off. Food was...in all fairness this is the first time I've ever said this...far below par. Had I not been starving, I would've sent it back. I had the Short Rib Risotto...bland as all get out...like nursing home bland. Maybe it was a bad Saturday night??
