Delicious and amazing!! Their spam musubi is literally my favorite and might be my new go-to! Michael provided great service and was very patient when I was looking at the toppings to add to my bowl. I appreciate his recommendations! They were very helpful :) I would definitely recommend Pokeworks to anyone looking to eat a delicious bowl for lunch or after work! :)

I dropped by while out shopping. It was my first time so got a recommended bowl by the staff named Hanna. I loved it & would love to go again. Chef kiss food and excellent service.

The staff and people are so friendly at this Pokeworks, it feels very neighborly. Me and friends all got the impact tuna vegan poke bowls and LOVED it! I’m the past I’ve only had poke bowls with tofu but experiencing it with something that mimics the texture of fish I feel like made the poke bowl taste how it should taste. Will def be coming back for more!

I would say the best shop in Brooklyn is Pokeworks. The food in Pokeworks tastes amazing.Whenever I get to Brooklyn I always eat at Pokeworks. The place is clean,neat and tidy. Staff Hanna is one of my favorite staff in the restaurant. She is friendly,honest,funny and generous.She served food with a joyful face that makes me wanna eat more and order more.I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The place is clean. The food is delicious and SO fresh! The staff is kind and welcoming. In an area where there is so much delicious pizza, fried chicken and burgers, it’s nice to have this alternative. I’ll come here more often now. I strongly recommend.

Absolutely loved my experience at Pokéworks in Williamsburg! The standout of my visit was definitely the excellent service provided by Maddy. She was not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She offered great recommendations tailored to my tastes and dietary preferences, which made the whole experience very personalized. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Thanks to Maddy’s attention to detail and superb customer service, I’ll definitely be returning soon and recommending this spot to friends. A must-visit if you're in the area!

I don’t know what this is, but I’ve found already 3 of this in my food. It’s making me feel this place is not clean. Anyone can get hurt if they swallow this. It’s very sharp.

Conveniently located by the L train like a block away. They seem to have good business and I do see crowds gathering outside from Pokeworks during lunchtime. Fast service from friendly and helpful staff. It's a smaller space compared to the one in Herald Square, but there're still 5 seats on the side and 4 towards the front. You can either choose to make a sushi burrito or a bowl with white rice, salad, ramen noodles ($1.50 more) or brown rice. Sushi burrito can only be made with white rice by the way. There's also the option of making a bowl with only one protein (kid version) upon request from customers. You've the choice of getting pre-made options or creating your own regular (2 proteins) or large (3 proteins). Choice of proteins are: bang bang chicken, regular chicken, plain tofu cubes, spicy salmon sashimi cubes, regular salmon sashimi cubes, spicy ahi tuna sashimi cubes, and shrimps. Can get unlimited mixed-ins (variety of pickled fruits, veggies, and herbs) and selections of dipping sauces in the bowl or on the side. Customers can get unlimited toppings without any extra charge. Cards and cash are both accepted. Additionally, pressed sushi and side dishes of miso soup and garlic spam musubi are being sold on the menu. Customers can take it to go or dine in. Ice, water, and plastic cups are provided by self service next to the handcrafted lemonade drinks ($2.75). Don't start looking for a restroom because there isn't one. There's an automatic sensor hand sanitizer by the door. Utensils of forks, chopsticks, and spoons are neatly stacked alongside with napkins and straws. There're two outlets in the wall, so you can charge your phone while eating. I usually choose to create my own bowl because I like to add in a little bit of each toppings and mixed-in ingredients to get my money more worth it. Two proteins are already pretty fulfilling and definitely enough for me since three proteins would be way too full. Love how fresh and tender the raw fish usually tastes....just like love in every bite! White rice is fluffier in texture compared to brown rice as it tends to be harder.

When I was working in Williamsburg, I ordered from here several times (through the app and in person) and it's been great. The portion size is great. The fish is fresh and nicely cut. The staff has always been efficient and friendly. There is plenty of space to sit and eat (though may not be the most comfortable). I normally get the poké bowl with shrimp and salmon as my proteins. You can't go wrong with both of those. The sauces are flavorful and you can go with however much you want (though 2 might be enough). The variety of different mix-ins and flakes is more than plenty. In one meal, you'll be satiated. Also, recommend getting the Pokeworks app so you can earn rewards and random discounts.

Ordered the Hawaiian Poke Bowl and it was fresh and delicious. The shop is very bright and the staff is super friendly. Excited to explore their menu!

It's been a while since I last visited this Pokeworks location, and I am glad to see it survived the pandemic. Pokeworks is my favorite poke chain as they have lots of topping options and fresh fish. The staff are super nice and keep the place very neat and clean. I am happy to report that the quality has not dipped and nothing much has changed, except the bowls have been revamped and are much less clunky. I stopped by on a weekday evening and was immediately welcomed and helped. If you are in the mood for poke in Williamsburg, consider giving Pokeworks some love!

I visited this place shortly before closing time and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff. I decided to create a salad bowl, opting for double portions of shrimp and salmon. The interior of the restaurant was spacious, making it easy to place my order. Since I lived a bit far away, I chose to take my bowl to go, which was not an issue for me. The shrimp was incredibly fresh and enjoyable. Additionally, there were a couple of seating areas available for customers who preferred to dine in.

Post workout class in Williamsburg, I grabbed a quick to-go dinner at Pokeworks on Bedford Ave. I was really wanting both salmon and tuna, so opted to do a build my own with two proteins. I did salad base (which I instantly regretted lol, I should have probably done white rice) and my sauce of choice was the sriracha mayo. The service was quick, because it is a fast casual spot and I was in an out in less than 10 min! I also felt that it was very affordable, only came out to $17. Perhaps I felt this way because usually I would delivery an item like this, and it's always more expensive. Either way, very satisfied with my meal-- healthy and clean eating, and it satisfied my fish craving! Plan to be back!

Love this poke place!!! Poke is basically raw fish but cut into little chunks. You basically create your own custom poke bowl. I got a poke bowl with 2 proteins (I picked salmon) and then you can pick from a bunch of toppings. I got edamame, seaweed, seaweed, etc. Then I got the spicy aioli sauce (note there is a good kick to this). Everything was so fresh and delicious!!! Portion size is decent, I was full but not super full. I ordered via Uber Eats and my food was delivery fast and fresh! I wish I lived closer to this. There are multiple locations. I would def come back!

It's pretty good. I'd say four out of five times I've been it was solid. The ingredients seemed pretty fresh and it tasted good, nothing amazing, but, you know, a solid poke spot. But the last time I went in here it was like hot in there. Not like warm but hot. Like the air was hot. And it wasn't like that hot outside either. It was weird. And I don't think the employees seemed to notice. Maybe it's just me but something about this really turned me off from this place. Like when you have open containers of raw fish the air is supposed to be cool in the restaurant. To be fair - and I want to be very clear: I've been to this place multiple times and that problem with the hot air inside only happened once, so maybe it was just an off day where their AC broke or something but I just haven't been back since because that one time just turned me off of this place.

Not great. I've been to another Pokeworks location that is based in Manhattan and that experience was so much better. The service in both was good, but this locations food was just disappointing. The rice was so dry, the salmon was a little too chewy and just didn't feel fresh, and the canned pineapple slices are just never the way to go.

One of the ladies at Pokeworks made a beautiful burrito and it was so delicious! Such a wonderful smile, you don't see that too many days.

Pokeworks is my go-to poke place in Williamsburg. The portion sizes are healthy, the fish is always fresh, and the staff have always been great. I've ordered in store and via delivery and it's always super consistent, which is really nice. I also really like that they have a lot of sauce options and they allow you to choose your sauce level, which isn't the case at a lot of poke places.

Ordered delivery and had a great experience. I built my own regular bowl with brown rice, salmon and tuna, while my boyfriend got the pre-set Hawaiian ahi bowl. Always a plus when a poke place has pineapple, as they do here.

Very solid poke place. You can still go in and order during COVID, though there is no outdoor seating. My favorite is just creating my own custom bowl. I'll typically do a bowl with salmon, shrimp and/or tuna, and layer on lots of the toppings (don't miss the yellow radishes!). Definitely get some poke and sauce as well. I usually combine it with the spicy ponzu.

Got the umami ahi with avocado, it was a bit disappointing. Lacked flavor and was too salty, crab salad was just imitation crab (no mayo) and the rice was just plain white rice (instead of sushi rice). Compared to poke you get in California this was a major let down. Nothing inherently wrong, it just was not right. Servers felt rushed while making the bowl too even though we were the only patrons. Unfortunately we didn't finish either of our bowls, still in search of good poke in nyc.

It taste so good and its healthy! I don't even like cucumbers but this made it taste so good. The ingredients taste fresh and flavorful

This place came highly recommended. I ordered the Poke Bowl with a salad and rice base. Everything else was ok...except the salad. It was old, brown and wilted and turning the white rice brown. Don't think I'll order from here again.

This was my first poke bowl and I must say it was so damn good!! Everything was so fresh, flavorful, and plentiful. I liked having the salad as my base and all the different toppings with no additional cost. Glad to have this close to where I live!

The best poke in the area - despite being a chain! I'm picky about where I go when it comes to raw fish - not trying to get food poisoning! The fish here has always been very fresh and tasty, and the workers pleasant and friendly. Good portion sizes. There's no outdoor seating unfortunately, but it's great for a grab and go lunch!

Pokeworks has always been my go to Poke spot ever since college in Massachusetts. Now that there is one near my work place makes everything better! Their food is always so fresh and the place is very clean. During Covid, they have a phone mobile app ordering and it makes me feel much safer as a customer and for the community. I have also met their employees and owners before. They are the nicest people and they most definitely make you feel very welcomed there. Aside from all this, quite honestly they have a loyalty program and the portions are just bigger and better than most Poke spots I've ever been to!

Ha ha I think it was a grand opening day, they had a promotion buy one get one free and I have not been to this area at least for a long time so why not take a trip and have a pokey bowl or two :-o My poke bowl was really really good I had a Hawaiian classic, the people who are working here are very friendly very nice they were very generous with making my poke bowl. (Thank you) After finishing my awesome fresh yummy poke bowl, I walked around the area, got nails done, ate ice cream, got a massage and I went back to get another Poké bowl to go for home. I just wish this place was close by me. But I will definitely come back and I definitely recommend this place to everybody and anyone who want to try Poké

The bowls are plentiful, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious and healthful. Williamsburg is lucky to have a pokeworks. L train slowdown got you down? I suggest you go to pokeworks.

Came in at lunch on a Friday right when they opened so it wasn't busy. Staff was nice. Inside was bright and clean. I have a nice seat in the front window. I liked how you could customize your toppings and that they asked you how much sauce you wanted (light, medium or heavy). Light was more than enough to me! Food was fresh and tasted good. I'd come back!

Tried this place out on a whim and I'm glad I did. I got a poke salad bowl that was fresh, delicious, and spicy (don't get the jalapeños if you can't handle a good level of spice). Would definitely come back!

Fish is extremely fresh and well flavored and they have many great sauce and topic options. The poke bowls don't only look amazing but also taste DELICIOUS! Would highly recommend this place for a post workout meal, healthy option, lunch and dinner, and maybe even breakfast if you're courageous :)

Love this place! Great combos, fresh ingredients, fun vibe. The sauces are dope AF... affordable, healthy food. The staff is nice. I almost took off a Star because of the dumb DELIVERY FEE... you guys would get more business without that FEE. I highly recommend this on the fly, but I think WE ALL NEED TO REVOLT AGAINST PLACES THAT CHARGE DELIVERY FEES... yuk!

A must go-to when in Brooklyn and in the mood for poke bowls! I devoured my brown rice poke bowl with the works. everything was so fresh and big plus for having a spotless eating space and the music playing in the background made it a perfect chill out spot.

Really great Poke, really good and fresh, lots of options for toppings, good portion sizes, really nice people, docking it a star cause they don't have a bathroom so go down to Starbucks and pee before you come eat here!

Below average build your poke place. These type of places are popping up everywhere and I usually like them fine. This place just wasn't good. The tuna was sitting out to long, or the make line isn't cold enough because it had no texture. It was practically mush. It turned to a paste when I mixed it up. Not a huge variety of toppings compared to other similar places. I'd skip this if I were you.

This is one of the best poke shops I have visited. Customer service was very good, the people who work there were very friendly, and the quality of the ingredients was fresh. I also went on a memorial day weekend and the service was still fast. For memorial day weekend, they have an offer of $20 for 2 regular bowls. For regular bowls, you get 2 choices of protein and unlimited toppings. I heard they just opened up last weekend, so please pay them a visit.

Honestly, the best poke I've had in NY! Super fresh ingredients and so many choices to customize your bowl. The staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Even the rice itself was delicious! I've gone back a few times now since they've opened and I've gotten something different each time. I usually go for a bowl, but I do also enjoy the burrito. Salmon is my favorite protein to add in. I can definitely say that you really can't go wrong with whatever you choose!

Jamal reached out and asked me to try Pokeworks again free of charge. I did so last weekend and I will say it was excellent. I did not mention the freebie until after they made my bowl and everything was pretty great--especially the large crispy lotus chips on top. I could eat a whole bowl of those. The ingredients were fresh, tasty and plentiful. The service was very good as usual. Thank you, Jamal.

This is my go to lunch spot in Williamsburg. It's an easy grab and go. Service is fast and employees are super friendly. I'm picky about the seafood I eat, (especially raw!) but this place doesn't disappoint, fish is always fresh!
