"Johnny Esposito, owner of the Midtown location of Japanese fried chicken restaurant Ponko Chicken, plans to open a location in the former Steel City Pops space on Church Street in Decatur. The restaurant should open early next year. Ponko serves Japanese tonkatsu-style fried chicken which sees meat pounded flat, coated in panko breadcrumbs, and then deep fried. The menu includes fried chicken and tofu sandwiches, salads, chicken tender entrees, fries, and sticky rice." - Eater Staff

Place wasn’t busy when I came in. The server was rude though when taking my order and the counter space was small and it’s hard not to get in other peoples way. The food was good though. The salad was heaping and flavorful and the chicken had a nice sweetness to it. The fries were crispy and in the inside was spacious. Would return.

Did take out for dinner while I was staying down the street for work. It’s a fun bright atmosphere with lots of large screen TVs. The service was friendly and helpful. I got the vegan patty plate with coleslaw and sweet fries. The coleslaw was nice - it’s very mild. I also got the sweet fries which are sweet potato fries. They tasted nice though not crispy at all. They were very soft. The patty tasted really good. You can see chunks of veggies in it. It’s coated in crumbs which adds a nice texture. It’s not fried. Overall I was pleasantly surprised. I’d eat there again.

This place is a must for those who want to pay $15 for old wilted salads with chronic order mess ups. Also, never dare ask for extra sauce of any kind because you ain’t gonna get it if you are ordering takeout or delivery. We ordered 7 salads on Thursday, July 6th for a team meeting and ALL 7 had near rotten lettuce!!!!!! Tried to get in touch with Manager for over an hour and she/he was apparently very late to work and thus unavailable. Sent an email to Ponko email address for Decatur location and I have heard NOTHING back. We order from there for many of our team meetings. Not anymore!!!! I can eat old produce at home for “free”.

I liked Ponkos a LOT. The fries are so good, the way they make them is super good. I had some tenders with each sauce, OG was hands down my favorite. The rice is made perfectly with just the right amount of stickiness. The wings were cool, but not super great. Potato salad was awful. Atmosphere is really laid back and the customer service is A1. Can’t wait to come back here.

Quick Solo Takeout Lunch I had an appointment in one of my favorite parts of town, downtown Decatur.  After the appointment, I wanted to grab a quick lunch, preferably a good chicken sandwich. I did a little  online research and found that Ponko Chicken was close by. I had heard of Ponko,  thanks to the morning sports radio show I listen to (Shout out to the Front Row on 680 the Fan).  As I approached the restaurant, I noticed a parking lot directly in front, which appeared to be Pay by App.  I went around the corner to Trinity Place and parked in a very small lot that was free to patrons of the nearby restaurants. I would imagine this lot fills up quickly.  I entered Ponko and immediately noticed the interior was not what I expected.  It was much bigger and not as “fast foodie”, as I imagined. The layout was cool with plenty of indoor seating and a few tables outside. There was a full bar and a nice number of TVs spread throughout. I waited in a short line, picked up one of the menus and weighed my options.  When it was my turn, the staff at the register was nice and patient with me, as a newbie. I decided on a Chicken Sandwich with the Spicy sauce and a cup of water.   While waiting for my order, I went to check out the restroom, which was nice and clean.  I continued to wait for my food by sitting at one of the open high-top tables.  I checked out the dishes that were coming out to some of the other tables and everything looked very good and fresh. My order was ready in about 15 mins. I packed it up, took it to the car and ate it while driving.   The sandwich itself was just OK.  It was not as Crunchy or Spicy for my preference, but it served the purpose for a quick lunch.   I would return to try some other options. I rate this Ponko a 3.5 tipping towards a 4, since I found free parking and their clean bathroom.

Google
I grabbed a quick OG 3 Pc lunch at Ponko. The chicken and rice tasted fresh and tasty. The place wasn't busy but is huge. Lots of space and a full bar. Staff was fast and efficient. The food arrived quickly.

Google
First off: wow. Really good chicken. When I arrived I was told about free parking around back so thankfully I moved my car there. You walk in and order at the counter and food is brought to you. I got the 3 tender plate with green beans and brown rice. The green beans were slathered in sauce which I didn’t care for but the rest of the meal was AMAZING. I could eat those sweet and savory tenders every day. Can’t wait to try the midtown location. Also the staff was super friendly.

Google
I had a really pleasant experience here. Didn’t know there was free parking in the back until I got inside, so be prepared to pay just in case the free spots are taken. The staff was very nice and I enjoyed the teriyaki chicken, white rice, and fries. I would definitely go back!

Yelp
Came here with a few girlfriends. At first we weren't sure if we wanted to stay because the menu just seemed so limited...But BOY AM I GLAD WE DID! Hunny the Chicken burgers and fries were so flavorful! I cannot complain! The workers were also so nice! They have us recs for their favorite menu items AND My friends got their drinks for free (not to mention the worker made them a special little custom non-alc drink!) Will definitely return again when I'm in the area and craving some fried chicken!

Yelp
I've been here to this restaurant a couple of times. First time I ever ate from the actual business was at Chamblee Tucker location on a date. The food is delicious. Everything is on point here. The customer service is exceptional here at this location. I got a chicken tender combo and a fried hotdog and the matcha lemonade which is super delicious! Make sure that you tip it goes a long way. I got my bro a fried hotdog with slaw and a lemonade he loves it.

Yelp
Popped in to Ponko Chicken on a Sunday evening. Super cute establishment with a black and white art deco motif. Seating is a good mix of booths and high top tables. There is also a bar with ample seating. I had no idea what to expect or order... the guy taking our order was patient and super nice. We ended up ordering ponko chicken (chicken tenders) with a side of bbq and spicy sauce, sweet potato fries, green beans, bbq wings, fries, grilled chicken thighs, brown rice, and potato salad. The food did not disappoint. The portion size was big and the food was flavorful. I also got a cocktail that was tasty. I would definitely come back. I absolutely recommend. Oh! And there is free parking adjacent to the restaurant.

Vanessa E.

Yelp
I love PONKO salads. The sweet sesame dressing is delicious. The food is consistently great. I have eaten in restaurant and had takeout several times. The staff is always nice, clean restaurant and nice bathrooms,

Lili J.

Yelp
Ponko is so so good. I absolutely love this location, the food is always delicious and the service is always excellent. I haven't had anything that I don't like. I've had the OG spice which is a little sweet but I like it and the Spicy which is a nice heat but not overpowering. I've had the Chicken Sandwich and it's pretty good although can be a little wet. I've also had the 3 piece meal which is also very good and the rice is nicely seasoned which is so important. The fries are definitely a must-get! The fries are so deliciously crispy and have such a good flavor. The restaurant itself is pretty big and has lots of space. There is parking right in front but you do need to pay or if you don't want to just watch to make sure that no one is checking license plates. There are lots of other parking lots though. Definitely check it out if you are in Decatur!

Karen K.

Yelp
Always a great experience at the Decatur location. Do Not park in front of the restaurant. There is free parking right behind it. Service - Demitrus is great - prompt, helpful with explanations/recommendations and patient. Hope they know what a gem this employee is at their location. Shout out to the kitchen folk as well since our order is always correct and yummy. We go about once a month. Our go to orders are the salad with chicken, tacos, and fries. We will definitely be back.

Kayla C.

Yelp
Mediocre food. The chicken was not crispy or juicy at all and it was way too salty. I also got the spicy version it was not spicy.. it was rather sour like it was covered in mild hot sauce. But the employee was super nice and walked me through some of the popular menu when I told him it was my first time there.

Amber T.

Yelp
You literally can never go wrong with pinko chicken! Just let the staff know of any sesame allergies!

Jas L.

Yelp
One of my go-to spots in Georgia! I stop every time I am in town because I can't pass up the 3 piece OG meal. This was my first time at Decatur location but it did not disappoint! They have a full bar inside with lots of huge TV's and beautiful outdoor seating. This location also has an easily accessible parking area that I really appreciated being on the outskirts of Atlanta. I also see they have a brunch on the weekends! Should I check it out? I think so! See you soon Ponko! :) #JassyJEatsApproved

Chris S.

Yelp
Great food Full of flavor but not overkill. I got the teriyaki chicken and white rice with green beans. Green beans had a cream sauce and chicken was cooked great!

Saba F.

Yelp
I've tried both the Duluth and Decatur location. Definitely prefer Duluth. Fries were solid 10/10. Chicken sandwich here was an 8/10 while Duluth's was 10/10.

Jeff C.

Yelp
I came here on a Friday at lunch time. The menu is well laid out and easy to read and the main dish that they specialize in is there checking tender however the chicken tender is Japanese American Style. I'm not sure what's in the breading but it's very tasty I got the potato salad and the green beans which were a large quantity very fresh and the potato salad was excellent sweet tea and no bread. There's also tacos and hot dogs available if you don't want to get the chicken. Full bar and big screen TVs in downtown Decatur make this a good place for the money!

Kathryn L.

Yelp
Yep, this happy Vegan enjoyed her lunch at Ponko. Before I dive into the good eats, I am giving extra Yelp Love to both Demi & Antoinette. I haven't seen such young, vibrant spirits welcoming & checking in on customers throughout their visit as greatly as Demi & Antoinette did. I say to Management, absolutely you best recognize your amazing employees as it does not get any better than this. Back to the food, I was pretty impressed with the options for the V Crew. Anytime I write a review regarding Tofu, I'm quick to state that I am not a fan of the raw/not cooked enough texture, hey it's Tofu right? Well with Ponko's special batter (Vegan Friendly) & just the right amount of frying, I was content. In MK's perfect world I would like to see the Tofu fried first, then battered & re-fried...nonetheless, I enjoyed my Ponko OG Tofu Tenders. My plate came with two sides - Ponko Fries topped with Foodie Flakes (some sort of seasoning) & a good portion side salad. The Walnut Cilantro dressing was not a bad creation. My friend ordered the OG Ponko Chicken Salad with Green Beans topped with Miso Tahini & Fried Onions & the Fries, no complaints. We finished our lunch with K Pops Ice Cream - Raspberry & Key Lime Pie, a tad bit salty yet refreshing since we had our lunch on the patio. Ponko also offers free live music on Thursdays & Brunch on Saturdays & Sundays from 11A-3P. The wonderful service made my first visit a great one, the food was second-best - a good mix of Japanese & Western fare. I recommend this location for all palates & top star customer service.

Maria H.

Yelp
Very tasty food!! Very nice and helpful staff And we lucked up and came on a Friday night that wasn't super busy! I had the OG Ponko chicken taco and the spicy 3pc tenders with sticky rice- the Man had Spicy Ponko Chicken Sandwich with brown rice everything was excellent

Melanie N.

Yelp
I love going to Ponko whenever I am in town! I usually order the same thing each time, the ponko salad with the spicy ponko chicken and ranch dressing. I usually get them without the wontons on top. I also get the green beans which are delicious. The staff here is pretty friendly and attentive, so no complaints there. The food came out pretty quickly and I still saw the steam rising from the chicken so I could tell it was fresh and hadn't been sitting in the kitchen for very long. The salad as a whole wasn't as flavorful as it usually is when I visit here, but it was still pretty tasty. Perhaps they had a change of kitchen staff. I would still recommend to anyone looking for a hearty salad. Hope this helps!

Maria P.

Yelp
Literally sat at the bar for about 25 minutes, completely unattended. Thank god the music was here but Jesus, if I owned this place I would be pissed, they are losing so much money, the amount of people that walked in stood at the bar for 15 min to then be completely ignored and walk out the door was ridiculous. I will say there was one guy in an awesome skirt working his ass off that finally came to us cause he saw us there waiting forever. He should stay. Rest should go.

Yelp
This was probably the first time dining out during this whole pandemic scene. The hubs and I went out about a month back on a Saturday around 3 ish before the early dinner rush. The hubs chose the 5 piece Ponko chicken plate. The coating and sauce were light so you can actually taste the chicken and not just dough. The side of green beans were so so. There were too much liquid within the beans so the flavor was more in the saucy liquid. The bean's thinness and crispy, fried onion topping gave it an edge on appearance, but not so much on flavor. The potato salad was disappointing. Not only did it come in a small container, there was a lackluster flavor. Have you guys heard of salt?! So overall, this entree choice was okay with its side parings on the meh side. I had the Ponko chicken sandwich. That sandwich was fairly large. It was a thin, crispy patty that had sweet coleslaw. The coleslaw definitely added an abundance of flavor and texture. The sauce was minimal that provided flavor, but didn't make it messy like a prior place I had before this (sauce was literally dripping from the sandwich as you consumed it). I thoroughly enjoyed this pick as it was filing and had a nice Asian flair. This place is probably a solid 3 1/2 stars in my book so I guess my review will reflect 4 due to the sandwich's uniqueness. I think the sides just dampened the experience with price being another (but then it is downtown Decatur). Though there was parking in the immediate area, it's paid (public) parking. So if it's after 6 PM, on a Sunday or a holiday, you can find free parking on the streets. These street spots are also enforced other than the aforementioned time periods.

Jessica G.

Yelp
We came in here totally expecting something great based on the other good handful of reviews, but honestly for almost $30 for two fast casual meals, i hate to say it, but we would likely just go across the street to Chic-Fil-A for 1/3 the price. The place itself is promising with TVs and a full bar and a very nice space with high tops, low tops, and outdoor seating alike. Staff was nice and helpful, and food came out pretty quick. I'd say the review got 3 stars based on the food and cost ratio. The OG chicken sandwich meal {$11.5} had a slight "east west" Asian taste and thicker Panko crumbs for breading but otherwise was a pretty average chicken sandwich. It's got Cole slaw in it which was barely noticeable {I wish there was more} and also Mayo -which I wish they had mentioned up front so I could have nixed it as the fried panko breading and Mayo additionally was almost too greasy for my taste. The chicken was cooked tender and the piece was thinner but a pretty wide size, and I got the fries as my side which were crispy but again nothing special. We asked what sides were most popular up front and they said rice and fries so those were what we tried. My hubby got the spicy chicken sandwich meal with rice and similarly wasn't impressed with the lack of spice and well rice is lol plain rice with some teriyaki sauce on top --surprised that's a favorite as again there's nothing really special about it. I guess moral of the story is our experience was totally fine, the food was ok but not crave worthy or memorable--even for fast casual {I crave chic fila and I crave Gusto! -if you know what I means} PONKO just didn't give our stomach any reason to want to come back, but we do think it's a nice spot to hang out and welcome them to the neighborhood.

Yelp
My husband and I have been wanting to try this place for some time now. We came in around 8:30 on a Thursday evening. The place was totally empty. We ordered at the counter for dine-in and were directed to sit anywhere and our food would be right out. Our food arrived after about 15 minutes. Everything looked and tasted great, but 5 minutes into our meal, the guy behind the bar loudly told us that they close at nine. We said okay, thinking he was saying we couldn't order anything else because the kitchen was closing. He then walked over and set to-go boxes on our table. Dumbfounded, we started packing up our food and then they turned off the dining room lights! We finished stowing our food (in the dark) and left - with the guy right on our heels to lock the door. Never been treated so rudely and will be letting everyone we know in Decatur about our experience.

Graham K.

Yelp
Popped in for a late dinner with a friend. The service was really nice, the team was able to recommend things as it was both of our first times. I got the 5 piece Ponko with fries and pickles. I was curious about the cole slaw but the staff warned me the serving size was pretty small. The same unfortunately went for the pickles, which were not very brining, kind of plane. The fries were great, crispy and almost a little sweet. The portion size there was more than adequate. The chicken, their namesake, was white meat chicken breast, moist, and the coating was thick, crunchy, oily, and sweet. If you like that style, than this is for you. The environment was super clean, big TV on the wall, social distancing, hand sanitizer, all that. They have a full bar but not a huge selection. Overall fine, but not a lot of chicken for almost $15

Yelp
Yeah no they wont get my business again, they just have snotty attitudes for NO reason...none. I called as kind as possible and both times...snotty attitudes for THEIR mistake. Definitely the last order Ill place, I don't care how good the food is. If you dont like what you do find some place else to work instead of being rude to others. I called on 7/13/21 around 2-3PM EST both the young lady and man were rude...for no reason and acted as if I was in error. Original Review: Listen. If someone is saying the food is not good they must have covid and their taste buds aren't functioning properly. The food is surprisingly good, so much so that they left out my entire order of fries and Im still giving them 5 stars! Really good for a chicken sandwich and I got extra sauces and it just sent it over the edge. Very good job. I bet the fries would of just sent me way over so probably best that i didn't get them lol.

Alana K.

Yelp
Chicken is always prepared perfectly. Great casual date night atmosphere and easy location to get to near the square.

Gina S.

Yelp
Had tofu tenders basic meal spicy flavor and it came with plenty of rice and marinated cucumbers. Also had a side salad with walnut -cilantro dressing and that was really good. All in all very satisfying.

Sandra M.

Yelp
This is the best place for delicious clean food. The chicken is different from any other and so yummy. We always order the spicy tacos and the salad with crispy chicken strips & sesame dressing. This is a great place to eat, have conversations where you can hear yourselves talk and watch the game on the many tv's they have. Save the best for last. Demi is the bomb digity!! Professional, friendly and a smile! The best customer service from the staff.

Janelle J.

Yelp
Very nice service and quick. The food was hot and chicken crispy. My daughter had the vegan patty sandwich and she really enjoyed it.

Christina V.

Yelp
What a fabulous first experience at an iconic quick service restaurant (local to Atlanta!). I visited for First Taste Friday in October, and PONKO did not disappoint! I ordered the grilled chicken with brown rice and green beans. I wanted to try the special rice sauce, but didn't want to fully commit to it. They served me a bit of sauce on the side! It was great - now I understand why their rice is so well-known. The chicken was grilled pretty well! It came all chopped up, but I believe the serving was about 6 oz. With the rice and green beans, this was enough for two meals for me, so the portions are very fair. The green beans were served with a creamy sauce and topped with fried onions. I am not a huge fan of fried onions, so I wish I would have ordered without, BUT they certainly were easy to scrape off. The service was about 10 stars! We've been waiting for this location to open, but it kept getting pushed back. We are so happy to finally have a PONKO near us!!

Raunel U.

Yelp
Good chicken, I crave it from time to time. It's nice, crispy and flavorful. The to go package and container is also good and transportable. I'm eager to try their breakfast menu. It's not just a bag of hot food in a brown bag like other places.....

Lisa H.

Yelp
I've liked Ponko ever since I had a sample at a Yelp event years ago and have been meaning to revisit their restaurant in Chamblee. I recently randomly stumbled upon this location, didn't know they were planning to open up in downtown Decatur, in the old Steel City Pops (RIP) space.  You order and pay inside, and someone will bring out your food if you want to sit outside where a few tables are set up. I ordered the 5 piece Ponko Chicken plate which comes with two sides ($12), and honestly, I was not expecting too much food. But a feast emerged! The tenders were piping hot and quite crunchy with sturdy breading on the outside. Ponko offers three chicken flavors: OG, spicy, and BBQ. I went with OG which is reminiscent of a sweet soy sauce. My sides were a side salad and Ponko fries. The salad consists of romaine lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, wonton crisps, and a dressing of your choice. I selected sweet sesame, and it was awesome. The fries were crunchy and dusted with a light sprinkling of "foodie flakes" [furikake/dried seaweed]. I wasn't sure what to do with my tray, but the employees cheerfully told me that it's okay if you leave your dishes on the tables outside. On the topic of parking, there's a pay lot right next to Ponko, but I saw several people just park in front of the restaurant, dash in to grab orders, and leave promptly. Seemed to be fine.  For your Japanese American chicken tender needs in downtown Decatur, why not pop over to Ponko?

Tee T.

Yelp
Nice chić spot. Very good food & environment. Vegan & veggie friendly. Great cocktails and bartenders.

Ora S.

Yelp
Demi is an absolute pleasure. We got the 5 piece OG pinko chicken with double rice- a side of pickled cucumbers- coleslaw- and a side salad. I had the walnut cilantro salad dressing and my sister had sweet sesame! Both highly recommended salad dressing options. We also had tequila peach margaritas made by Demi do yourself a favor and order one. We drove from Atlanta to check out the Decatur location! Again 5 stars. P.S the initial girl that greeted us. Was on her phone. Didn't look up when we said "Hello" but Demi saved the day! Demi will ensure your well taken cared of and treat you like a valued customer.

Deniece C.

Yelp
Had a wonderful evening with my love at Ponko, it was a Friday evening around 4pm. The staff was welcoming as we were first time guest. We tried the ponko chicken sandwich with OG sauce and sweet potato fries which was delicious, I loved the coleslaw that was on it and the crispness of the chicken as well as softness of the bun. We loved it even more than chick FIL a.. I ordered a drink from the bar which was also top quality. Our food came very quickly and the place was very clean and well kept up. We will back!

M O.

Yelp
Tasty food but the to-go orders are frequently wrong. Tonight I ordered 4 OG, 4 spicy tacos. Got home, opened the boxes and there's 3 of each. How hard is it to count? Yeah, I should've double checked my order but so should've the kitchen and the counter staff boxing everything up.

Barb C.

Yelp
Glorified high school cafeteria food served by kids with bad attitudes. The coleslaw was half decent, but you can make it at home by making regular coleslaw and adding some toasted sesame oil to it. Extraordinarily fabulous queen that was NOT my server went out of their way to make sure that I had what I needed even though my waitress was completely absent and dismissive. She didn't even bring me my water. She basically couldn't care less. Then tried to stand over me while I signed my receipt. I told her to go away. Awful. Like zero stars if that was a thing. Edit: I also got massive indigestion and diarrhea from eating here. So bad.

Trisha H.

Yelp
Great quick place to eat... hi Ken sandwich and The basic tenders were super yum.... French fries were so good

Emily H.

Yelp
I absolutely LOVE this place(The one in Decatur)! I keep on coming back for more. I always get my food in a quick time even when it is PACKED! Anyways I highly recommend you get the grilled chicken plate it's my number one go to whenever I come. Also the cashiers are so friendly! (Don't forget to get a MASSIVE cookie when you are there)

Taylor S.

Yelp
The food is amazing here. The portions don't look that big, but they are very filling. The food came out hot and fresh and was delicious. The sauce was delicious and all of the food was well seasoned. The cherry on top was the service from Demi. I had never been to a Ponko Chicken and Demi made recommendations, was able to explain the entire menu, and was extremely accommodating and helpful. Thank you Demi!

DeMarco H.

Yelp
Food and service was great! I had the grilled chicken tacos. It had fresh toppings and was served quick.

Jeri G.

Yelp
First time ordering and was very disappointed. The sandwich wasn't warm. The breaded chicken was a bit dry. My order stated it would include 2 sides. So I selected sweet potato fries and pickles. I received pickles ONLY. After taking a few bites, I wasn't able to finish the sandwich. Lesson learned.

Glenn H.

Yelp
For such tasty food, it takes an inexplainable amount of time to prepare it, even when they don't seems to be very crowded. How can a place stay in business these days running their operation like that? ‍

Chris M.

Yelp
They stop taking orders for the kitchen at 8:30, between the weird hours and the higher prices this seems to be the worst ponko location, which is a shame because so really liked the others

Shannon W.

Yelp
First off the restaurant was extremely clean. The gentleman behind the register was very kind. I ordered the OG ponko chicken sandwich. The sandwich alone was almost $10.00. That didn't bother me much as I will pay for good food. When it doesn't deliver is when I get annoyed. The food came out really quickly. The sandwich was hot, as it should be....there is nothing worse than luke warm food (my opinion only). The sandwich was quite large. I took my first bite and was so disappointed. It tasted like honey?!? It had a very sweet flavor. I wasn't a fan at all. My first bite only contained the chicken and bread. I will say when I got to a bite with the Asian coleslaw, it did taste a little better. I almost got the sandwich without the coleslaw. That would've been an epic fail. I only ate half this sandwich as it was just way to sweet for me

Yelp
Loved this place!! The customer service I received was above average, not sure the guys name but he was black with rainbow hair and he was awesome!!! Gave me a great recommendation, we had tacos and wings- one of my kids said "this bussin bussin" and another said "this is heavens food" this is coming from kids who are PICKY so you know it was good!! The music was a vibe too! Can't say enough, we had a great experience.

Yelp
I have passed this restaurant so many times and finally decided to order some take out. I thought the menu was unique and they had healthy and indulgent options on the menu - a little something for everyone! I only gave the restaurant four stars because and extra ramekin of sauce through Dash App was like 3 bucks, yikes! Overall great and will order again.

Yelp
LOVE the original Ponko chicken and the rice with original sauce. Haven't tried much else. I was excited about the walnut/cilantro dressing on the side salad but found it bland, so now I stick with sesame ginger. I appreciate the outdoor seating option.

Yelp
Love Ponko ever since trying it for first time at the chamblee Tucker location, so was very excited to know there was one nearby in Decatur. Compared to the other location, this one is much bigger with an actual full and stocked bar. You really can't ever go wrong with the tenders, I personally love the spicy flavor but wanted to try something diff. Ordered the hot dog with the original flavor and was thoroughly impressed. Didn't expect the hotdog to actually be fried but it was tossed in their OG sauce (sweet Asian bbq) which made it unique. If this your first time, def go with the tenders as that is what they're know for but the hot is a great switch up. Oh yes, their fries are out of this world and the walnut cilantro dressing has me at a loss for words.

Yelp
I read a lot of reviews before going there but none of them mentioned the $25.00 parking fee. No thanks.

Yelp
Loved loved loved this place! We thoroughly enjoyed the chicken and the crunch on top of the chicken is completely satisfying! The sweet potato fries also were perfectly crisp and well seasoned. The only suggestion was the sandwich had so many flavors that the coleslaw kind of was lost and seemed extraneous but overall we were very pleased.
