Pookie Crack Cakes

Have been there several times, tried the first 3 flavors, and I was hooked. If you want cakes that are fresh, moist flavorful and not super sweet then these are the cakes for you. The butter pecan praline, pineapple and caramel are AWESOME!!! I traveled 35 miles from the suburbs just to get them. Honestly, I love them all.

This was my second time going to Pookie Crack Cakes. I'm so glad I was able to get a pineapple paradise cake! It was delicious. I also purchased some of my other favorites red velvet, Oreo, strawberry lemonade. Along with some lemonades from Mitch.

Man listen, I am a little bit ashamed of this but I have been there 3 times in 2 weeks, sighhhh. I just convinced myself, "oh I deserve this savory goodness😋." This cake is so good, I wonder if Mrs. Pookie would just make me a plain cake, I don't even need the toppings. To be fair, I am sharing the cakes😀. The service is also great. The gentleman who I believe is Mr. Pookie, is always so nice, polite and patient. If you haven't done so go check them out, its worth the calories😁

This was my first time and thankfully there wasn't a long line. I was able to get the last Butter Pecan Praline cake and a Lemon cake. Unfortunately the lemon cake was very dry (reason for low stars) I was shocked and disappointed. The topping for the Butter Pecan Praline is delicious. Probably even better if warmed up for a few seconds.

I was looking for new bakeries online to try and purchase some cake/treats for myself for my birthday and found Pookie Crack Cakes on TikTok. It's my first time here, and yes, the cakes are worth it!!!! They are fresh and delicious. Came from the far south east side, about 1045am on a Sunday, and was able to get a number to line back up when they open at 11am to go in groups of about 10-15 people at a time to order, when I got to order, they were already selling out of certain flavors and it was only about 1135am. *(They have outlined the process of handing out numbers and other details on their social media, which is very helpful to know before you decide to visit the shop!) Would highly recommend going early in the AM and or during the days opened during the week. Thank you, Pookie Crack Cakes ❤️🎂❤️

Pulled up had a bit of a line but it moved rather fast. Got to the counter and ordered the 6 cakes Strawberry Lemonade, Chocolate Oreo, Lemon, Caramel, Butter Pecan Praline. All of the cakes were good ngl each had its distinctive flavors all were soft, moist, and addictive "like crack". But my favorite was the Butter Pecan Praline 10.0 nothing bad I can say it was that good. It was one of the best cakes I've had eaten and I ate the entire loaf in one sitting and wasn't trying to. Customer service was top notch they were dope and credit to them as well. Overall if you get a chance stop thru and grab a cake or two. 9.6.

When there's a great product, it sells itself. After one taste of the butter pecan praline ( my first ), I was addicted. How apropos, Pookie's Crack Cakes, got me fiending for each flavor. I'm a couple away only after three visits. Can't declare my favor until I partake of them all, but so far I not disappointed in any. Got me coming over thirty miles for my fix. Most definitely worth the trip. If I'm not careful, just might end up in rehab ... doggone Crack Cakes.

Best Cake in the world. I’ve had moist cake before, but I cannot put in words how unique this cake is, Combined with the flavors. Caramel , Oreo, Strawberry lemonade are my favorites. But every cake has a unique spin and a taste that shocks you on the first bite. Going back soon to try the LEMONADES!!!!!
