"Pizza by the slice comes in a supersized form at Pop Up Pizza. Located inside the Plaza, this pizza spot offers speciality slices including the Mike’s Hot Pepperoni, finished with spicy honey and pickled jalapeños. There are also vegan slices and custom pies." - Eater Staff, Janna Karel

Decided to give Pop Up Pizza a try. It was around 11 pm and kind of had the Vegas Growlies. I just grabbed one of the Pepperoni 🍕 slices they had available. I was lucky enough that it just came out of the oven. The pizza was actually much better than I expected. The crust was very good actually, and had plenty of cheese on it as well. And a pretty decent amount of Pepperoni also. If I had the Vegas Growlies again and happened to be close to Pop Up Pizza, I would definitely have it again to see if it's as good as the first time I had it 😀👍👍

Actually not a bad place for a quick bite. I would rather the Chicago than the New York style pizza here. The hidden gem to this place are the wings. Definitely try them!!

Great little spot on the corner of the casino right near the door going out onto Main Street - I come in here all the time, it's a more affordable pizza spot than some of the other 'flashier' options like Pizza Rock and Evel Pie. The pros are the pizza, they have a selection of different pies that are always being made fresh - the location, right on Main Street makes it super easy to get in and out, there is never as much traffic as the other pizza places on Fremont or Ogden. Open super late, 2 AM on weekends - get Mike's hot pep, or just grab a regular slice and ask them to add a 'Mike's Hot Honey Drizzle'. Awesome!

I ordered a veggies slice that "looked" good to the eye, but was under-cooked. I had to throw out 1/2 of the slice. The garlic knots were a great size and worth the price and the marinara was decent, but the knots needed MORE of a garlic taste. Most of the staff acted like we customers were doing us the favor, by providing service.. I didn't even receive the customary, "Have a nice day. " I couldn't return my food because I ordered it "TO-GO". I believe there is potential there, but they need to tweak some things. Prices are very fair.

Very tasty pizza, great if you need a quick slice. We got a full pizza to share which was great value.

5-Star Flavor! Chucked into the far corner of The Plaza hotel & casino next to the South Tower elevators and garage is in unassuming NY style pizza spot named Pop Up Pizza. Somehow affiliated with the Beastie Boys, this franchise pizza place offers Pizza, salads, breadsticks, beers, and other accoutrements. They also serve scoops of thrifty Ice cream and free refills on your. Our service was fast and the delicious pizza was on point. 18in large pepperoni was $25 out the door. The place was clean, service is fast, and the flavor will have you craving more. It's based inside The Plaza hotel & casino. They have approximately 10 to 12 tables. If you're in the neighborhood and are looking for a great slice of pizza I recommend you stop by.

Gave it two stars because the service was very very good. Nice people and fast. But the pizza was the worst I've ever had. The crust was soggy. Pure grease dripping. Couldn't pick it up to eat it. It just globbed into a mess on the plate. Got a fork and tried to salvage it cause I was hungry. Price was decent if the pizza had been worth eating.

Vegan slice is very good. The cheese is very convincing. The spinach and mushroom slice is my other favorite. About $11-12 bucks for these two slices. I’ve been eating their stuff for years and it hasn’t changed a bit with the flavor and textures. And it gets me satisfied and full each time. Good deal!
