Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I had the best experience, the team and manager paid very attentive , the food was also tasty and my wait time wasn’t long. I usually don’t write reviews about fast food places but this place deserves one. Will be back, also the blacked chicken was my favorite , it’s a must try!

Today I visited this Popeye, I was fascinated by the good customer service they have, a charisma when serving the customer, the food very well prepared, quality of the product, very hot and excellent facilities, very nice. It should be noted that the staff was always very helpful and with a smile on their face. I want to give 5 stars for service, food and the good treatment of the manager Marco ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So this is the second time this week having popeyes I enjoy the flavor. Well I asked for a two peice both legs. I'm assuming things really changed since I work in fast food. If a customer asked for a specific item a certain way and we didn't have it we let them know. We didn't just give what we had. So if you want all dark two legs and get where your getting to find out you got a leg and beast or thigh or wing. So disappointing 😞 We used to ask if an different peice was ok or if they would like to wait for how ever long chicken was going to take. This is the second time I've asked for specific pieces and didn't get them.

Great food and great staff! Always super friendly and their food is always fresh and hot! I’m always at the mall so it’s nice to know i’ll always have a place to get good, hot food.

Terrible customer service. Got my order wrong and charged me $5 to fix it. Manager and team members on the phone and paying me and other guests no attention.

The food comes out quick! Marco is super helpful and patient with me and my extremely large orders for me and my coworkers!

Costumer service is trashhhhh The manager is 0 friendly I’m not going to come back again.
