Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The food is delicious! The downside is that there are too few locations, and sometimes the wait can be a bit long. But if you order early enough, pickup is usually right on time. That said, they did mess up our order this time — we asked for wings but got tenders instead, and they forgot the Popeyes sauce. Hopefully just a one-time mistake!

This was hands down the worst “chicken” we have ever had. I use the word chicken generously because we basically paid $50 for breaded chicken jerky. We ordered a huge thing of what was supposed to be their chicken tenders and it was legitimately 75% crunchy batter over 25% of the thinnest dried out chicken pieces. It more resembled breaded chicken jerky than chicken tenders. Their service wasn’t necessarily awful but knowing that their employees boxed up that pathetic chicken knowing darn good and well how much they charge, then sold it to us, makes it impossible to rate their service any higher than one star. We went through the drive through, so we can’t really rate the atmosphere inside but the fact that we had to wait nearly 20 minutes for the product we received makes a two star score seem appropriate. We have visited the Kent location quite a few times and although we’ve always noticed it’s a bit pricey the quality was always there so it was justifiable. This was our first and only visit to the Everett location and while I can’t say that the quality of our order was due to this particular location or if it’s because the quality of their product has declined significantly, we are inclined to try the Kent location again with the hopes it’s just this location. Overall I could not possibly recommend this location to anyone nor will we be revisiting this restaurant.

Ordered the Hot Ones deal online (supposed to be half off) and only got half our order. Then, while standing in line waiting for our food that was supposed to be done (we got a text) we watched a woman who was handling people's food, using her finger to scratch her nasty hair, then touch people's food, then scratch her scalp again- we could actually HEAR it! It was the nastiest experience at a fast food place I have ever experienced. Do NOT go to this place. Oh yeah we actually had to pay extra for extra Hot Ones sauce and got ZERO sauce in the bag. The owner should replace every employee at this spot. Totally waste of money and time here

The food that I had here was absolutely wonderful! The crunchy skin was wonderful and the rice and beans on the side made me curl my eyes up in delight. I've picked up here many times and the one thing that's remained the same was how they have service set up: it sucked. The cashier was constantly working on fulfilling orders and not turning around and greeting customers, let alone taking their orders. Not even a "Hi, I'm busy with this but then I'll take your order." Also the restaurant was clean, but the atmosphere was ruined when a bunch of workers had conversations that we could hear across the dining area that were inappropriate. Great food, but won't eat in next time.

The food was disgusting! The people were real nice but food... no! The popcorn shrimp was cold & tasted like it had sat all day, the day before, not to mention it was only a handful. Chicken old & looked like they threw in a Lil sauce & shook it up called it good, chicken sandwich was fine I guess. Only thing that was good good, was the strawberry pies & the biscuit...

The only nice experience was the drive through employee speaking professional and kind, and the desk employee who was just honest. I could see the manager in the back looking visibly frustrated once I walked in to get my order fixed bc of an order issue. Would really like to not see frustration about my order issue, especially out of the manager, and him being that way towards the employee that was helping me was ridiculous. Popeye's chicken isn't juicy anymore either, the chicken here is dry and unfavorable.

Had a good experience here. Fresh chicken and fries. Decent price on the app.

This is why people hate Popeyes customer service so much, it's ridiculous sometimes they the specials sometimes they don't, it's like if they don't want to do it they say you have to place the other online and last week I didn't. I don't know if you're just incompetent or they have some agenda. Either way its a joke. I normally only go early on the open because that's the time we can actually get fresh chicken because other than that the food is hit or miss. But I wanted the 3 piece for $6 and they wouldn't do it. I'm over this place they are not worth it anymore. And the manager don't care the owners don't care this review probably doesn't even matter in fact I know it doesn't matter so I'm done
